I was going through an old usb my brother found and hidden in amongst some photos and old minecraft worlds was a png of this guy, who I have absolutely no idea who is he, reverse image search came up with nothing but like surely he is from a mobile game or some sort of game.

Saved from 2013 so I have no clue what games I wouldve had downloaded then.
