My first Mile Stones comic! My son’s favorite plushy is Jinbe-San by SanX. I would almost say it was by near accident that Jinbe-San became his favorite. I had initially asked for the plush toy more for myself (heehee), than for my son when we found out I was pregnant. I came across it when looking for ocean themed baby stuff. But now Jinbe goes every with Liam. It is a big mistake if we leave him home.

Talking to ppl about self care is like a joke these days that they dont have time for.

But you can do self care anytime.

When you get up in the morning watch yourself get dressed in the mirror.

Tell each part of your body that you normally hate what you love about it instead.

This belly held my baby for 8 wholes months. It was his first home. And I'm happy it allowed me to do that.

The stretch markes and wrinkles are battle wounds and scares. Proof that I was able to endure the siege they call labor. Proof that I am still fighting the war of time.

These arms have allowed me to carry many things these legs have taken me far. Now these arms carry him my legs are comfortable supports. It's all for him.

I know secrets now that I didnt know before. It all comes back to you. My son. You are the one I'm a warrior for.
