Completely rebuilt! This modern nightclub now includes a large dancefloor, elevated DJ booth, bar, and upstairs lounge area with foosball, ping pong table, and video games. Outdoor, you’ll find a party balcony with bubbleblowers, board games, and a buffet table. No CC, turn on bb.moveobjects.

Monochrome apartment

Part of a little something I have been working on lately; Three apartments in a converted warehouse. They all have the same footprint, but residents were able to arrange the room divison in the apartment however they wanted.

Sleeping / working area

I  would loooooove this work space....

And lastly; The small bathroom “box”.

What do you think?

I have finished the ground floor apartment as well (completely different style from this one) however that apartment has a small garden plot, which means I have to be in the mood to decorate a garden before I can show it to you.

The Celebration Center offers a little something for everyone. Outside amenities include child & toddler playgrounds, mini soccer & football fields, a full basketball court, a skating rink, a treehouse, a yoga garden, and a picnic area. Inside features a lobby, gym, lockers, showers, game room, art/craft room, toddler/infant room, video game room, library/study room, and a music room. No CC, turn on bb.moveobjects.

Note: I liked the look of this building, but there was a lot of unused space surrounding it. Rather than starting from scratch, I expanded and used what was there.

These are all updated versions of previously built lots. I’m glad to finally make them into fully functioning cemetery lots!

This old church and graveyard are home to some of the most “forgotten” long-dead residents of Forgotten Hollow. The church features bathrooms, church pews, a casket, an old organ, a podium, and ghostly visitors looking to welcome the newly deceased to their new eternal home!

Funeral ready burial ground features a small pet cemetery, a crypt, and some of Brindleton Bay’s oldest residents.

A tiny neighborhhod of older, small homes that survived the area’s recent gentrification. One home is fully decorated. The other two include bathroom and kitchen fixtures only. Ready to be turned into residental rentals.

Note: I grew up in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area and I wanted to create houses more authentic to those my grandparents and family members lived in. These were inspired by actual Bay Area home plans.

Here’s another build I was able to transform into a rental, thanks to EA. This building includes four townhomes, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Three townhomes are fully furnished. The last one includes bathroom and kitchen counters and fixtures. Includes washer & dryer, small community playground, and attached mini “backyards” with gardens for each townhome.
