Simple changes to make to Lose Weight
tips from a pr0an4 rexie (TW)
1. Make lunch 60 calories
Replace bread with 3 ryvita crackers, with salt. Eat this every day for lunch.
2. Do 8500 steps every day
Exercise is important. Don't just do it to compensate, do it to exist, and to continue being perfect.
3. Say no
The more you say no, the easier it will become. Eventually, people will stop offering,and it will be so easy.
4. Fruits and Veggies
If you want to eat anything outside of meals, ut can only be fruits or vegetables. These calories are important baby <3
5. PROTEIN
Try to eat meat once a day. You don't want to get an edema. Then someone would notice, and stop you
6. Don't sit down
Sit down only for meal times, and certain times of the day: eg between 06:00 and 08:00. It is important to keep mobile for at least part of the day

I love my safe 3D forum mypancakecafe before known as mypancakeaddiction I love my people so much. This disorder is fuxking hell even as much I try to romanticize it and there I feel heard and people understand. If you have an 3D and want a good forum go to mypancakecafe. You have to make an account and do some things before you get full access but it’s the best I’ve found

2,028 calories today, ladies, gents, and other varying identities. That was not very I’m gonna get skinny. No, I fucking binged today and I fucking hate myself.
I’m not even going to do a food diary for 10/18 because the shame I feel is literally bringing me to fucking tears.
And, to probably top it off, my partner told me we need to exercise more, eat healthier, etc etc
And then told me I needed to shave... again. And TMI but I am not shaving the nether regions when I’m on my period. It sucks and makes everything just messier.
I hate it. I hate myself. I hate my body. I HATE I CANT BE THE GIRL MY PARTNER WANTS.

i’d really like to make a challenge, kinda like a school thing. they’d have assignments and such and it’d be a fun way to lose weight! Simple Changes to make to Lose Weight p2.
1. Set times for drinking
Especially for drinking any liquids with calories, like squash etc. Drink black coffee all day, but set limits on high calorie drinks. Eg: only between 17:00 and 18:00
2. Get enough sleep
If you don't sleep, plblood Cortisol eith be higher, and this causes the body to hold onto more fat.
3. Stay cold
If you are feeling cold, don't wrap up too much. The body burn more calories when cold (up to 30% more) so just stick it out. Its for the best.
4. Water load
Flush out all of the crap, and drink a ton of water. You excrete waste products like fat in the urine plus burn calories. Cold water is also best, as it requires energy to warm up your body.
5. Wear your "skinny" clothes as least once a week
This acts as a free th1nsp0, and will keep you motivated to stay fitting in them

i’ve been on my pancake addiction for the past few days and tbh i think it’s my favorite online ed place i’ve been. tumblr i feel like i’m just shouting into the void (which is okay sometimes, but sometimes i want something else), i don’t use twitter enough (plus it’s SO fucking toxic in every sense of the word), mpa is basically dead. mypancakeaddiction is a forum so it doesn’t have twitter and tumblr problems with content, and tbh everyone on there is just really really chill? in other spaces even though positivity is a supposed trait it often still feels like a competition. i’m also just tired of feeling alone. people want to interact with you even if you’re kind of boring and not the Ultimate ED Shitposter. idk. tbh, it’s always been an effort to keep up with my ed tumblr, rather than something i enjoy coming to. i don’t think it’s that way for mpa. all that being said, i’ll prob be less active on here bc now i have mpa and i also have been less active on my main tumblr account so. bye for now.

✨100 Hours of Fasting✨
In order to get back on track, I’m challenging myself to 100 hours of fasting. I don’t recommend this to anyone else who is suffering from an ED. 
✨ Rules ✨
A fast means you are not consuming any calories in a long duration of time - so water only! (it’s recommended not to drink dark liquids such as black coffee because it heightens the risk of stomach ulcers)
Drink plenty of water over a lengthened duration of time - don’t chug! 
Drink 0 cal electrolytes 
When you consume calories, end your fast and log it for the day.
You’re supposed to start on Monday, but I decided that as chaotic as I am, I’m starting on a Tuesday. The point of this challenge is to do two weeks in a row. If you don’t meet your goals, you have to start over again. I found this on MPA but I haven’t been able to find it again so credit to them!!

I unfortunately have failed the first week and will have to restart again on Tuesday. I saw this coming when my S/O wanted to go snowboarding over the week and I tried my best to fast but it was also too dangerous to try to do that for so long. I’m just upset with myself for not fasting at all on Saturday.
