Timbalan Ketua Polis Negara, Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay memberi amaran kepada mana-mana pihak yang cuba ‘mereka-reka’ cerita selepas tindakan tegas diambil terhadap mereka kerana menghina institusi diraja.

Katanya, tindakan tegas akan diambil pihak polis tanpa mengira latar belakang individu terbabit.

“Amaran pun dah bagi, Yang di-Pertuan Agong pun dah bertitah…jadi kalau ada lagi mana-mana individu yang cenderung untuk menghina institusi raja, tindakan tegas akan diambil.

“Dan bila tindakan tegas diambil, jangan membuat cerita-cerita lainlah. Jadi hati-hati. Kita ambil tindakan tak kira latar belakang,” katanya dalam sidang di Ibu Pejabat Polis Bukit Aman hari ini.

Ayob berkata demikian ketika ditanya mengenai dakwaan Menteri Besar sementara Kedah, Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor bahawa pihak polis merancang penahanannya sejak enam bulan lalu.

“Siapa-siapa boleh buat apa-apa dakwaan. Itu terserah pada individu terbabit. Tapi bila tengok kronologi kes YB Sanusi, dia buat kenyataan pada 11 Julai kan?

“Pada 12 Julai ada orang buat report polis, 14 Julai Ahli Majlis Diraja Selangor buat report. Dari susunan kronologi itulah kita membuat tangkapan pada 18 Julai dan dia dituduh di mahkamah,” kata Ayob.

Justeru kata Ayob tidak timbul isu pihak polis merancang siasatan itu enam bulan lalu atau berlaku konspirasi terhadap Sanusi.

Pada 18 Julai, Sanusi menghadapi dua pertuduhan menghasut di Mahkamah Sesyen Selayang berhubung ceramahnya pada 11 Julai.

Dia menghadapi dua pertuduhan kerana mengeluarkan kenyataan berbaur hasutan yang boleh mencetuskan ketidaksetiaan terhadap raja-raja.

Dakwaan komplot dirancang 6 bulan lalu mengarut

Oleh itu dakwaan Menteri besar sementara Kedah Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor kononnya rancangan untuk menangkapnya dan menjejaskan kredibilitinya sudah bermula sejak enam bulan lalu adalah tidak benar.
