Hiiii trying to kill time til my second audition of the day
#what else is new#I’m sooo embarrassed bc they really loved my voice but my sightreading was so shit#bc I messed up one note and got scared and froze up and couldn’t even finish it 😭#I doubt I got in but we’ll see idk#I worked with one of the two directors as a guest teacher a year or so ago#and she told me she remembered my voice#she just walked in on me drying my tears in the bathroom though so. LOL. EMBARRASSING!#she was really nice and so was the other director (of the choirs I auditioned for) but still. I blew it sooo bad lmao#maybe I can still join the community choir or something lmaoo#results come out tonight so we shall see#time to go home and uh. idk. I have literally nothing to distract myself with HAHAHA#maybe my roommate is home and I can pester her#musicposting#OH ALSO they asked me to sing the audition piece again so maybe that’s a good sign? idk#my voice was all warbly though bc I’d been crying lol#I’m gonna have to warn my opera director that I can and will burst into tears at every rehearsal#never on stage though…. hopefully 🤞🤞🤞🤞
