Max must be a little too far away because he frowns a little. His bottom lip jutting out. Pouting. Young. Max’s young ears should be able to hear what Daniel just said but apparently Max is just the wrong side of young that mean inexperienced with clubs and loud musics that needs you to decipher unwanted sounds from Daniel’s voice. Daniel chuckles a little at that. Max’s eyebrows go down ever lower.  So, Daniel comes to him. His feet work on their own again, and his brain seems okay with it. Unhelpfully gives Daniel this need for closeness, which Daniel can’t help but indulge in. He leans his face close to Max’s ear, so close he could touch if he wanted. And Daniel wants. But he’s also the wrong side of older that mean his prefrontal cortex is fully developed and keeps him from making stupid decision and act too much on desires. Personal pleasures.  « Wanna dance, Maxy? »

it’s p much impossible to tell if they’re gonna release novels for them tbh. i mean, they even had novels for side characters (eg misuzu trio and the narumi parents) and complete extras (sekoi trio, who also happened to have the best novels and story btw kanamisa ftw), so ✨who knows✨ which characters this year’s novel will feature

but!!! i really do hope that we’ll get an ft4 novel someday!!!! those losers need to have their story be told!!! (<-extremely starved for ft4 content)

Sanses in particular are very hard to imagine music for because to give them all remixed Megalovania I don't think works at all. Killer in particular is very, VERY different from classic..... I could imagine him maybe having some motif representative of his past as a "normal" sans but honestly Megalovania, and even to an extent "STMPWYFS" and "sans." are a little overused to the point where it's become a bit of a joke to me at this point. Like the Wilhelm scream LMAO.

I think if Killer were to use any motifs from Megalovania, it would have to be very sparingly used I feel...... I'll be honest I don't know much about Killer's actual story line, but iirc his code was altered by Chara, right? If that's the case I could imagine a theme/battle theme could be somewhat "Megalovania"ish, but with it being so jumbled that it becomes a new theme entirely. This could be done in several ways, randomising the notes, reversing them, Sondheiming the hell out of the song basically HEHEHE.....

Hell, Megalovania is not the only song you could take from Undertale to use in a Killer theme. His determination is a pretty defining feature of his character, so I could definitely see some songs like True Lab/Amalgam/Determination being used in there. Ofc not as a main theme possibly, but finding any similarities between the three songs to create a possible "Determination"/"DT" motif that can be used to represent the substance.... I know Toby loves his leitmotifs, but I'm not sure if the three songs necessarily have any motifs in common so more research would be needed on that. But I think it could be a very interesting idea worth exploring.

All in all it's very, VERY complicated when it comes down to UTMV..... where does the "alternate classic" begin and "very different guy" end? Hell, should we even use Megalovania to represent Sans at all? I remember hearing this headcanon about how it wasn't actually his theme at all, but instead the Player's theme. Which, admittedly, still works for Killer due to his situation, but I digress....

Killer, to me, is a Sans that is no longer "Sans" at all. I think even if he does have some messed up motifs of Megalovania, he deserves his own little themes overall in the song to represent his own character. He's experienced so many different things from the original he needs his own melodies...... Hell, if you wanted to go even further you could make up some motifs representing "Bad Sanses Gang" and sneak that in there LMAO.

TL;DR, I think a very altered version of Megalovania mixed in with some new things representing Killer himself could work, along with some motifs representing DT. I don't think Megalovania should be the forefront however, showcasing how that part of his past is pretty much gone.

Question for no reason in particular: Do you think Killer would have a megalovania?

For some characters, while I love all the songs and music I hear I sometimes struggle to imagine they would have a remixed megalovania because they're disconnected to sans. I think for some attributes of the original song makes sense, but something so direct idk. does that make sense.
