#im ngl ive been feeling sooooo sick today i feel like i cud threw up#my stomachs been hurting sm and i cant rly figure out what it us#is*#i slept so badly last night bc of the pain and i was back at work#when i tell u i was disoriented- like i was introducing myself to the drs (the nurses already knew me from when i was there a yr ago)#and i just#cudnt me my usual self - my lead came up to me and was like girll uve forgotten this and i had to pass it off as a haha first day of da week#for me ✌🏼#i saw one of my trainees after ages today and i cudnt even talk properly to her 😩😵💫
