I have a confession to make:

I get really sad seeing new VM content, maybe not even sad.. but.. not to be extreme but.. withdrawals.. so I struggle to actually keep up with their even separate current ventures, apart from following on IG- but it’s coming straight from them so it feels more normal. But interacting with recent content is difficult for me and makes me very emotional and I’m not sure why. I am always happy for them whatever they are doing and achieving and thriving in life, but especially seeing them together makes me very.. in a weird way kinda depressed. It’s not coz I’m sad for them or wish anymore of them/for them, it just gives me feels and I really don’t think I could even explain it further.. but yeah I am sometimes/often out of the loop with stuff bc I deliberately don’t engage with it so when I do.. I get lots of conflicting feels and kinda fucks up the rest of my day.. I’m a sensitive little soul like they are😣

kinich is such a great saurian dad

everyone knows this already, but he's a super caring guy underneath that blank face

even though he did find himself taking care of the little bby, he still enjoyed how much the saurian seemed to blend into both of your lives

ajaw would sometimes plot with the bby saurian about how to take kinich's body, but it was always met with one of you interrupting his bad influence

(if your bby is a yumkasaur) kinich would teach bby how to swing around and frequently takes it on commissions. he'd probably have your bby blast enemies with flamegranates from a tree since he doesn't want your bby to get hurt

(if your bby is a koholasaur) he'd regularly run cool baths for it to swim around in whenever he didn't have time to take it to the hot springs or rivers. led to a lot of father-baby bathtimes that r so wholesome!

(if your bby is a tepetlisaur) kinich would bring your bby to kachina to go digging together for cool gemstones. one day, kinich had come to pick up your bby since you were busy with your work and saw your bby with kachina splashing around in a whole wheelbarrow of gemstones.

and the funny part is, that aphid kept coming around to your shared home every single day

it was as if you two made a small companion friend, but it wormed its way into your hearts and somehow became like your son

ororon found himself preparing servings of food for the small aphid who dined with you all for every single meal. the little guy even threw fits when food was late

after stoping the engine, he goes around the car really fast, opening your door and offering his hand to help you, after you my lady, he playfully says. he then leads you to the back of the car, and open the truck only for you to see a plaid beautifully laid in it along with fairy light and snacks he thoughtfully paid. i thoight we could also stargaze, he turns you around and lower himself to look deeply in your eyes. what do you think ? he says with a smile hiding a hint of overthinking. jake- you're so... ? you're found speechless, his affection filling your body. you have the most thoughtful and caring boyfriend and he still show signs of insecurity, you're unbelievable, jake. you finally say as you hug him by the neck tight. you're so perfect, i love you, you whisper to his ear, not knowing what else to say but gets you're currently feeling. and hearing this makes him wrap his arm tighter around your waist and dig his head further into your neck, feeling proud of himself but mostly feeling joy as he knows and feels you love him.

after this heartfelt moment, he takes your hand again to help you jump in the truck, careful princess, he says as he put a hand on your forehead. he follows you, and bring you close to him, your head in between his laid arm n his chest. he hums in contentment, like always when he is in contact with you. as the silent falls comfortly between the two of you, you look up to him and his good looking side profile. tho the stars is beautiful, your boyfriend's agape lips is prettier to look at. his tall nose always digging into your neck, or his lips always saying sweet things to you. the said lips finally break into a laugh, jake's embarrassment coming out of his body, why are you looking at me, the show is ahead of you, he says, finally looking at you, i have a prettier star to look at, earning a shy laugh from him. it's rare occurrence you flirt with jake as he is usually the one making you fold, but everytime you do so, his shyness comes out. you're gonna be the death of me, his eyes falls on your lips, which doesn't go unnoticed from you. you come closer to jake, your hand coming up to his chest, signaling him to kiss you, which he totally gives in, his hand coming to your cheeks before diving in.

the kiss starts slow and soft, him wanting to pour nothing but his love for you. his thumb stroking your skin softly and his i love you's, fills you with nothing but warmth. it's only when he is out of breath, chasing your lips when you try to bake away, he breaks the kiss, but keeping you close, his forehead on yours, god i love you so much, y/n.

🪼- this is sorta based on irl things when people said we got the ugliest version of venture :( dont be sad bby we love you

When Venture returned from their excavation, they looked defeated and upset. Their brown puppy-like eyes had been reduced to dark circles and dried up tears. That smile that brightened your world, was a pouting frown. Venture took off their muddy boots at the front door, their limbs dangling at their sides as they solemnly stepped into your view.

"Hello, my sweetheart, how was work today-" You turn around from the food you were finishing up, and your heart breaks when you see their sad face. "Oh no... are you okay? What happened?" You wipe off your hands on a towel and throw it on the counter, stepping up to your partner and taking them into a hug. You could feel their rigidness and unease as they took a few moments to return your hug. It wasn't your physical touch to make them hold back, it was something going on with their self. They still hadn't said anything, just hugging you back and laying their chin on your shoulder, in deep thought.

Sloan began to cry, and held you tightly as if you were their comforting little teddy bear. You settled into their embrace, and you could feel their body shaking and beginning to get sweaty with their weeping. "Baby... do you... do you think I'm ugly?" They pulled away a little to look you in the eyes, and your chest burned with passion as you immediately replied, "No, absolutely not! Why.... Who said that to you, Sloan?" You raised up a hand to hold their cheek, wiping away their tears with your thumb.

Venture could see your face turn angry, not at them, but whoever was responsible for hurting their feelings. Upon thinking about the incident again, they started to bawl their eyes out even harder. That sentence, that voice kept repeating over and over in their head, telling them that they were the ugliest on the team, and other disrespectful terms to target their identity.

"Honey, I think you're amazing the way you are.... Don't let their opinions get to you, they don't matter!! You are here, with me, so you've done something right along the way, and i think you're beautiful and handsome and everything in between."

Your reminder melts their heart, and you see their precious smile come upon their face. They kiss you warmly, their body wiggling with newfound happiness. You were right!!! How could they be ugly when they've scored the sexiest partner ever!! "Gracias corazón."

I was re-reading yan!mom Rhaenyra's hcs and read that if bby!reader was a male he would be engaged to Helaena, Baela or Rhaena (much to Rhaenyra's chagrin). Polygamy is not strange to Targaryens, especially Maegor. But over the years this practice fell into disuse and Viserys is not in favor of this, but it is funny to imagine this scene happening because it is very possible.

Rhaenyra does not want to see her precious bby marrying anyone. She does not want you to have a wife, let alone three. She does not want to be replaced or that you love another woman other than her.

One wife might be accepted, much to Rhaenyra's dismay, but three wives? Oh, sweet, maybe you're going to have to deal with some issues.

In the meantime, I imagine Helaena and bby!reader would already be very close, Alicent encourages that her favorite grandson spend time with her children, especially with her daughter and she could not be happier to see you getting so well with Helaena. Rhaenyra would be irritated and as a form of retaliation, she would encourage you to spend more time with Rhaena and Baela, with the blessing of Daemon and Rhaenys.

However, I think this marriage could work out. Like, I really think this polygamic relationship would work, Rhaena and Baela are sisters and get along very well, Helaena would probably get along with her cousins and bby!reader gets along with all. It could work.

You know, we had Aegon and his sisters. Maegor and his six wives (Henry VIII vibes right there). And now we have Y/N and his cousins ​​and his aunt.

Viserys isn't really in favor of polygamy but I can see him granting it to bby!reader as a way to please his grandson, much to the chagrin of Rhaenyra and probably Alicent. Because you know, Alicent doesn't mind marrying her only daughter to bby!reader, but she isn't a big fan of the fact that he married Rhaena and Baela either. And Rhaenyra we all know why, she is so freaking possessive of her bby.

Daemon is literally laughing at the situation, like his stepson is actually a real Targaryen. He doesn't care about the wedding, as long as bby!reader and Rhaena and Baela are happy, he's fine with that.

So i thought it would be fun to do a little live commentary/first reaction video since i cant do this on any other comp skate bc i think ive seen them all! (Other than bby/junior vm comps).

•Things I didn’t say watching it that I’d wish I had:

-FUCK, Tessa just looks so damn good in that costume. Like her L E G S. the quality of her leg extensions and toe point- like she doesn’t have the longest legs in the world but in this they do look so long.

-Scootie is precious AF in this whole thing- esp the K+C when the score comes up he was so excited and happy bc he thought maybe it wasn’t good with the music being wrong/twizzles sloppy

-Hip hop isnt my thing (knowledge wise) so there wasn’t a lot of technical/dance analysis that I would maybe do in more balletic/contemporary programs

-I know WP and CP were still to skate so the gap would shrink but can we just take a moment for the 22 point gap between them and the next team!

- I say in it it’s great how R+T don’t talk through the program but I wish they’d shut up when VM are in the k+c so we can hear them.

SO, if y’all found that interesting/bearable I’d love to do more but won’t bombard you with them if it’s not what people want- I love writing detailed posts and still plan to do that bc I don’t speak anywhere near as eloquently/comprehensively as I write, but these are quicker (but more expensive) to make and I guess I naturally would say things out loud that I don’t think to write and vis versa, so it could be good for that reason (for myself as well seeing what I pick up on in the moment). So even though all the others won’t be ‘first reaction’ videos I think it still might be fun. I would also be SUPER KEEN to do a group commentary with some of you fine people, after I watched this one, getting others takes live I think would be really cool.. but we can get to that later/work it out if anyone is interested.

Let me know what y’all think of this please. Again, soz for the voice reveal, the ‘shits’ (yes, I swear). Hopefully I can do some more nuanced ones in the future with more practice.

4. i KNOWWW omg sirius’ backstory is a doozy. part of the reason this chapter took so long is bc i had to completely change my outline for the rest of the story bc i could not get myself to sit down and write 10-15k words of all of sirius’ trauma in detail. like i didn’t really feel great ab writing remus’ either but sirius’ chapter specifically left me w a bad feeling every time i tried to chip away at it, it was super depressing & felt deliberately mean to sit there & write all these things happening to him:( we’ll get a bit more detail in the next chapter, bc being back in new york is obviously going to bring some things up and it will be important for him to share what he’s feeling when it does, but it’ll happen in a way that lets him look back on those memories gently & with compassion for himself rather than a way that gets him stuck in his head reliving it. that’s my bby & he’s not going to feel hurt or sad or upset anymore in this fic, we’ve put him through enough

5. i ALSO love how gentle remus is w him like UFHFHFHFHFHFHF my heart. they both deserve to be handled with such patience and love and care & i’m so glad we finally got to the point in the story where they get to have that security & experience all those nice moments. they deserve it !! they’re perfect your honor !! never done a thing wrong, either of them !!
