âąAlastor x Cupid FemReader Tasked with making a demon believe in true love or you canât return to heaven, things immediately go off the rails when you hurt yourself and Alastor catches one of your most troubling arrows; Mania
Ëâ · »-âĄâ Week 1 and Week 2
Ëâ · »-âĄâWeek 3 and Week 4 smutđŠ (keep reading)
Alastor lets you leave the hotel! Together! For soup. Later, your plans to make Alastor lose his obsession backfire. But like, in a hot way so youâre not that mad about it. A+ for effort?
Ëâ · »-âĄâWeek 5, Week 6, Week 7, and Epilogue smutđŠ
ăwarnings/promises: smut, I once again misuse a fucking prayer in a sacrilegious way, soup, spoon feeding, Angel texts, so much cum, bondage, tentacles, just good ole fashion fucking in the radio station, not quite dubcon but Alastor doesnât really listen, hell has twitter and lets be real itâs just normal twitter, giant Alastor, Horse Luciă
Minors DNI â„ïž đ§človingly

You finally managed to leave the hotel. It was of course with Alastor at your side, microphone pressing into the small of your back like a third arm. It was as if he worried youâd just turn around and run.
He opened every door, pulled out your chair, and when your left hand shook and dropped your food he took on the task of feeding you. It was embarrassing, to say the very least. The sinners in the restaurant staring, a brave few filming or typing furiously on their phones.
You got a buzz on your own cell, a gift from Angel when he realized Alastor wouldnât let you speak with others alone.Â
He texted a link to a post on some hell site, to a photo of you right then, at that exact moment, being spoon fed by the radio demon. You considered smashing your head into the table until you blacked out. If you got up and left would you make it back to the hotel before someone realized you werenât a sinner? You were absolutely terrified of someone noticing you as heaven sent.
Heaven kicked? Heaven thrown. Yeah that one felt right.
âYou need to eat. You canât heal like this.â Alastor sounded concerned, but you fought the urge to care.Â
He hadnât apologized to Husk, but Husk did say Alastor seemed to avoid eye contact which was basically a gift to him. Alastor had come to your room to dress you the next day as he always did, neither of you mentioning the day before. The hall was magically pristine by the time you left.
A tiny sliver of you thought he felt embarrassed. But decades of experience told you that Mania didnât afford embarrassment, the stricken couldnât be truly manic if something like that was holding them back.
Maybe it had been such a shallow cut he hadnât gotten the full punch of Mania?
Another attempt to feed yourself, slowly bringing your spoon to your mouth, âYou know when I heal I am going to finish my task and leave, right?âÂ
An odd laugh, a non-existent tear wiped away, âAdorable. No. I promise you, that wonât happen.â
âAlastor.â You put the spoon down with a clink.
âI love when you say my name. May I offer you more reasons to hold it in your mouth?â
âAl-,â you groaned, âI canât stay forever.â
He hummed, a show of pretending to think about what you said, âWrong! You can. And I argue, you will.â
You tried again with the spoon, regretting soup. Your appetite had been shot for awhile and it seemed easy enough. Wrong. Again. There was a constant tremble to your hands since arriving. Perhaps experiencing pain for the first time was rattling your body so much that it couldnât cope. âWhy would I ever do that? This is literal hell.â
Alastor leaned over, taking the spoon from you with ease and bringing it to your mouth, âBecause Iâll make you understand itâs where you belong. They didnât appreciate you,â his grin widened, âNot like I do. Like I can, if youâd let me.â
Annoyed and flustered, you took the help to eat. âThank you.â A spoonful, âHow can you say that though? Iâm the one and only Cupid.â
âActually, no. Youâre not. You are just the current incarnation. Theyâll replace you.âÂ
You regretted telling him that. They could. Just replace you, that is. There was nothing stopping them. You stared into your soup, lips curling down.
âDonât look so defeated. Iâll make you happy, for eternity.âÂ
Your eyes rolled. âWhen do you plan on starting that eternal happiness?â
You didnât look at him when you said it, but you could see his hand slow, then become completely still. Had you wounded him?
He pivoted, âDoesnât Cupid have wings?â
Another spoonful, âOf course.â
Alastor waited while you took a drink, determined to make you eat the entire bowl, âWhere are they?â
A pause. Where were they? You hadnât realized you couldnât feel them. They werenât everpresent, but their weight still sat between your shoulder blades at all times. Always. Normally. But now?Â
âYou donât know? Thatâs troubling.â Alastor read your face with ease.
You shot him a look. Stop doing that. Stop replying to unspoken thoughts.
âApologies.â
Another text before you could snap at him.
You slid the phone away from Alastor, face red. âDo you think, honestly, if youâre capable of it, that Iâll ever be able to go home?â
His hand came to your neck, running over your collarbone, âFor the record, Iâve never once lied to you.â You rolled your eyes, fine, okay, âWith your heavenly body, even as weakened as you have been here, Iâd say just a few more weeks.â
You turned the phone face down.
âGoodâŠthatâs good. If you plan on winning me over, your countdown has started.â You pushed the soup away, appetite gone. The idea of never returning to heaven made you nauseous. He slid it back to you, face stern despite the smile he wore.
The walk home was quiet, your stomach full of unwanted soup.
No, not home. The hotel.Â
He usually spoke a lot, clearly loving the sound of his own voice. His hand replaced the staff, settled on your back as he guided you. You could feel the warmth through your clothes. How could he be so hot and not be sweating? Another sinner thing?
The thought hadnât left you by the time you came into view of the hotel gates. Maybe you had been replaced. How would you know? Maybe that was why your wings were gone. Surely there was some way to communicate from hell.
You found Lucifer as soon as you returned, unbothered by Alastorâs presence, âI need to speak to heaven.âÂ
Alastor was saying something but you had gotten quite good at tuning him out. Lucifer snapped back, the men quickly devolving into arguing again.
âLucifer.â You said it with your chest.Â
His apple topped cane whirled, a golden circle appearing with a crystal clear image of heavenâs glowing gates through its center.
A loud noise erupted behind you, a high pitched static wail, familiar tentacles flailed and a long shadow of a growing Alastor stretched across the wall. His back was bent into the lobby ceiling, perhaps three stories tall now.
The sounds of magic popping as Lucifer shapeshifted accented the sounds of horror with that of whimsy. You approached the portal, those black tendrils slithering around your ankles but you easily slipped out of them as their owner's energy was pulled to full demon Lucifer slamming into him.
Almost, you could see it.Â
A monstrously large hand came down, shaking the hotel and knocking various objects off their perches in the lobby. Charlie and Vaggie, someone else youâd come to enjoy the company of, flew down the stairs.
The common area was filled with the sounds of yelling and breaking glass. You crawled over his hand as Alastorâs fingers curled around your body gingerly. He tried to pull you from the gateway but while he slowed, Lucifer now a flying horse kicking him in the face, your outstretched hand strained to enter the portal.
Your fingers grazed the doorway, the air around the lobby fizzing and warping as a desperate screech tore from Alastorâs wide and impossibly thin chest. The grip tightened around you. A static whine threatened to pop your eardrums.
As your fingertips pressed past the ring, they stopped. Something impenetrable and unseen between you and heaven.Â
Alastor must have noticed it too, his grip loosening as you clamored on hand and knees to the portal. Your palm ran over the doorway, searching for a hole or seam to rip. Just under your skin was your home, bright and clean and painless. A tiny ânoâ fell from your lips, smacking at the barrier with your open hand.
Alastor returned to his normal, still terrifying, height. Lucifer came forward, their fight losing motivation, his small hand on your shoulder as you sat on the hotel lobby floor. He closed the portal and apologized, âSorry kid. Letâs try again when you finish that task, okay?â
Alastorâs arms went under your back and knees and lifted you off the ground. You didnât resist or argue. Your eyes were unfocused, vision blurry with tears, as you were carried past the others. Vaggie looked ashamed, which was odd given she had more character than half the archangels could muster together between them.
There existed permissions for who could enter the heavenly realm, a list meticulously kept. Theyâd removed you from that roster. Theyâd locked the doors behind you.

You felt good. The final week of your first, and hopefully last, month in hell was marked with taking off your sling for the first time.
A good three day wallow in a metaphorical cave helped you emerge with renewed vigor. Of course they locked the gates behind you, otherwise youâd just go home. That made sense. That made sense.
That had to make sense.Â
Deciding to take a risk and attempt to expedite your homecoming, you and Angel made plans. Like a teenager in a party movie you snuck out of the hotel when Alastor was asleep. Well, so you assumed. You werenât really sure what he did behind closed doors.
Angel brought you somewhere he felt people would be receptive to discussing love and talking to angelic beings, and admittedly also very high.Â
Sling off but still being as gentle as you could, you leaned across the small standing-only table to talk-shout with a rather cute aquatic demon. An eel? Or maybe some kind of water-fond lizard? It didnât matter, his glasses were cute, both of you a little drunk, and you quite good at saying the right things.
And all of the right things were said, and you felt maybe if nothing else youâd enjoy your first demonic lay, when the power shut off.
Everyone filed out, bummed and bothered to find most of the neighborhood shrouded in darkness.
Angel tapped your shoulder and pointed up the hill to the hotel, radio station a glow with a red light, âYa know, I wouldnât be surprised.â Nothing to do but to stare, you stayed quiet and angry while he flagged down a taxi knowing the trip would be fast without traffic lights, âGuess Daddy Dead Eyes is calling you back.âÂ
Anger grew and grew in your chest as you were charioted home.
Jesus, to the hotel. Stop doing that.
You burst into the radio station tower, Alastor barely reacting. Until, that is, you marched up to his desk.
Pinned before you could react, his body pressing into yours as your ass ran up onto the desk.
âSneaking out like a child?â His voice was low, soft, unnatural. âWhy do you intentionally torment me?âÂ
âI have done,â you tried to move but only succeeded in rubbing your stomach against his crotch, âno such thing. Youâre just possessed.â
He responded by pressing forward, no accident, as his eyes narrowed on you, âCorrect. I am a man possessed.â When he rolled himself into you, an alcohol primed groan escaped your mouth.Â
âI thought you didnât care about those things,â your eyes flashed to his lap pushing into you and then back to his glare.
âYouâre my exception that proves the rule. If youâre so desperate for attention thereâs no need to leave the hotel to find it.â His smile was poisoned by the simmering anger in his eyes, âDear.â
It was the alcohol and annoyance at losing a chance with glasses-man, Jake or Jark or something not worth a scrabble move, that made you sneer a reply, âNot yours. I am a divine creature, demon. Your body would just filthy me.â Nose up, feeling absolutely better than him in every sense, you pushed him off and left.Â
That was easy. Wow.Â
Proud of yourself, you made it to the elevator before you realizedâ illusions. Perhaps his illusion was the idea sex with you was worth the effort, more so than others. He said it himself before, he didnât care for such things. Perhaps if you could show him it was as boring and unattractive as sex with anyone else could be, maybe you could shatter his mania with disappointment.
You pulled a u-turn and heel-toed right back into his station. Giving him no time to react this time, you climbed onto his chair and straddled him, âOn second thought, try your worst. Letâs get it out of your system and move on.â You ground your hips down. He only smiled up at you, amused. Taking his hands you set them on your waist, giving him permission to handle you, âClaim me. Make everyone know Iâm yours.â He didnât move. You were starting to feel embarrassed, had he goaded you just to make you look stupid? He would. But your kind invented the tension before sex between enemies, âIf you can.â
That did it. His hair visibly stood on end, âIt is not a matter of ability. Itâs about-â
âIf you canât, thatâs fine. No need to start lying to me now. But donât say I never gave you the opportunity.â You smirked, hoping he enjoyed a taste of his own sardonic medicine, and lifted yourself off of him.
His hands came to life on your hips, helping you rise and then flipping you onto your stomach. Your arms pushed radio transmitters and various old timey fuckery away to make room for yourself.
Those talons slipped up the center of your bottoms and crooked into your underwear. Long and strong, his fingers felt you. âIs this a perk of a heavenly body or is this,â two fingers dipped into your already wet and relaxed entrance, âall for me?â
You fought the urge to respond with anything other than malice, âDonât flatter yourself.â
In heaven no one needs preparation, no one needs lube or required stretching to keep things whole and fun. You would love to say that quality followed you down, but unfortunately, like perfect health and angelic wings, it had not.Â
You decided to chalk it up to the alcohol. Always an easy excuse to offer yourself.
Alastorâs hands pulled away and up, finding the place just above the Rosieâs Emporium clothing tag and ripping the bottoms and underwear clean in half.
You bit into your hand to keep your excited shriek to yourself but unfortunately couldnât stop your legs kicking up. His laugh echoed off the many windows.Â
Why couldnât he be worse at this? Why couldnât Alastor be clumsy and meek and awkward at sex? No, the menace youâd gotten almost used to was confident and commanding, you felt yourself twitching in anticipation. People have a misconception that Cupid was a chaste and wholly emotional creature, which was false. First of all, Cupids varied based on the incarnation. Just like other heavenly creatures their personality was varied and unpredictable.Â
Personally, you werenât suited for the job. If you were honest. Why couldnât your quiver just be full of Eros and Agape? Even of those two, sexual love was more your speed. Romance was fine and lovely but perhaps youâd gotten a little jaded.Â
Luckily for you, fucking Cupid was something many winners had on their afterlife bucket lists and you rarely found yourself with an empty bed.
Your attention was stolen back, Alastorâs clawed hand grabbing at the flesh of your thighs, âOops.â
Focus. Why were you doing this again? Your system was metabolizing the alcohol now, and with the air cooling off your exposed sex, everything was awash with lust. Did you want to diminish his mania or were you just horny?
Would it really be so bad to admit you were both?
Deep breath, you remembered. Boring. Banal. The plan was to be motionless and not provide him any satisfying sounds. Donât touch him, donât try to push back on him, no tricks or fancy shit. The sooner he was over this you could make someone trust in love and fuck off home.Â
Seconds turned to a minute, your ass in the air as Alastorâs hands pawed at your skin. You wanted to ask what the hold up was, but you didnât want to give away how much you were needing him to just fuck you already.
âDo you miss flying?â
You looked around, were you so drunk you missed an entire chunk of conversation while thinking about how to hide thirsting for his dick?
âYesâŠ?â True statement.
âAllow me to help with that.â
There was a moment you half expected to be chucked out the window, but almost worse than that, you heard him seat himself in the chair again before your body was picked up and off the desk. âAlastor! I donât-,â Hands flailing, feet moving around the best they could, you struggled against the familiar tentacles he had command over. âI do not allow it!â
Your hands batted at them fruitlessly. One came under your knees and folded them to either side of your chest before wrapping around your waist twice, a second across your chest like a seatbelt snug and secure. Had you been on the floor you could almost be mistaken for taking a deeply devout praying stance. Only your arms were free to move, the position making you open and incapable of taking back any semblance of control.Â
âAlastor!â Stretching, you could almost reach the edge of his work table, but your fingers and toes curled in as you were seated on something hot and stiff. Your lips quivered, desperate to keep silent as you were pulled down onto him. Reaching back your hands found his stomach, raking your nails across the skin in need of anything to grip.Â
When you heard him chuckle to himself, you knew you were already losing. Plan backfiring entirely. You pulled your hands back to your center, taking ahold of the tentacle nestled between and across your chest.Â
âHeavenly Father,â his voice was quiet but sure, your eyes so wide you worried youâd get stuck making a permanent face of utter shock and despair, âbless us and these thy gifts which we receive from thy bountiful goodness, through your name, our lord.â You were lifted off his lap, Alastorâs swollen tip dragging along your unstretched walls as he said the Lord's prayer, âAmen.â Pulled back down before the second syllable even reached your ears, you cut into your bottom lip as a scream bounced around behind your teeth.
Heathen.
âI would think you of all people knew how to finish a prayer.â Alastor chided, âWhat will heaven say?â
If heaven knew you were being impaled midair on an overlordâs cock, theyâd create a second hell for you to rule. Population of none. Except maybe some horny nuns.
As he found a pace he seemed happy with, slow and long draws out of you, you realized how fucked you were. Looking down, you could see one of his hands was settled at the base of his cock, those long fingers draped down his balls. The other hand was unseen and unfelt.Â
âAlastor.â You tried to sound stern.
âOh I doubt heaven knows my name. Not yet at least.â He sounded unbothered, almost unaffected. âNot until Iâve spirited away their little angel of love.â
You were almost insulted at how easily he could speak despite being buried so far into your wet, hot cunt. Maybe you had been spoiled in heaven, people usually so turned on by the idea of you that they were coming undone as soon as you were wrapped around them or in them in whatever way you decided. Â
A broken chant of âbe bored, be bored,â in your mind as Alastor hummed, that mystery clawed hand falling at your back. Biting your lip, you tried to think about anything other than how full he was making you. Did the glasses man at the club have a cock as thick as Alastorâs? Would you have been as satisfied as you were now? Every down thrust made the tuft of fur at this base press against your ass. Soft. You wanted to grind against it, the idea pulling a wanton moan out.
Fuck. Failing to distract yourself because you got distracted. It was so hard to think about anything else than your body being pushed open again and again. The blood on your lips was sweet, licking them clean before finding a new spot to bite down on. Quiet.
âAh, are you giving me the silent treatment?â
Could this son of a bitch read minds? Could sinners read minds?!
If you didnât reply, that was confirmation. But if you did reply, you were breaking your goal of not talking.
âJustâŠ,â you took a deep sigh, knowing this was going to be rough, âIâm not really feeling like making any noise.â A shrug, the best you could manage at least while bound and held aloft in the space above his lap. Pretending this was normal and boring was a feat. âIâm not a vocal person during sex. I prefer to just lie there and get serviced. Donât mind me.â
That sounded awful. Perfect.Â
âOh? Well then, I guess Iâll not worry myself.â You could hear the smile in his voice. Less perfect. He began to hum a little tune as your body, partially upright, was now being tilted forward at a 45 degree angle from his lap. His cock was bending in you, head pressing harshly up into your walls.Â
Heart beating so fast you felt a dizzy spell hit you, that renewed anticipation almost as arousing as the sensations.
His humming continued like he was reading the paper. Youâd never ridden a roller coaster, but youâd seen many people do it before and this was surely the same feeling; right at the peak before the drop. When the ride operator stills you and lets you stare down at the height before you. Your stomach was flipping, excitement tinged with fear.Â
You were pulled off his dick until you felt the bell of his red tip get just outside your entrance. Was he going to pull out entirely?
No. He pulled you down by way of shadows and fucked you just a couple inches into your cunt. His head was dragging out past your tight hole and smashing back in, directly hitting your g-spot. The spongy bundle of nerve endings was dented with every thrust.
You werenât used to having your entrance stimulated so much, the skin luckily becoming slick as your own wetness was fucked out of you.Â
âThat feels weird, please.â How quickly you gave up. âStop pulling out like that.â
A considerate sigh, âBut youâve gotten so wet, my dear. Youâre dripping down my thighs already. I donât think you want me to stop.â
Could you cum like this? You felt like you could, maybe if you justâŠyou quickened your breath, faster and faster. Your stomach heaving, you felt the crescendo of pleasure.Â
âOn second thought!â He stopped.
Your toes wiggled, hands gripping the tentacle on your chest. Quiet. Shh. Donât argue. Boring. Donât care. The building orgasm waned, you felt your blood pressure lower. This really was hell.Â
Alastorâs head was just sitting in you, burning hot and throbbing. You were sure you could feel his heartbeat.Â
You two were locked in a standoff. Someone had to let on they were enjoying themselves; Alastor releasing pent up frustration with your attitude toward his affections, you chasing down a rare penetration-only orgasm.Â
An idea struck you, a way to hopefully antagonize him and bruise his pride enough to force him into your hand (pussy), âThank God. I think itâs almost my bedtime.â
Alastorâs smile strained, a twitch coming over his left eye. A trap. But the idea of letting you down and off of him seemed far worse than the small defeat you were offering. âAllow me to rock you to sleep then, sweetheart.â
Success! Shit!Â
You reached out, the angle of your punishment allowing you to grab the edge of the table and grip. Alastorâs annoyance translated to an inhuman pace, him pulling you off entirely from his cock before bringing you back down. He was positively slipping in and out of you, your lower lips puffy and soaked around him. This degree of wetness was something you couldnât remember feeling outside of marathon sessions.Â
When your hands tightened, a shock of pain tore down your arm, a scream bringing Alastor to a sudden stop. âMy collarâŠâ Pain was apparently not a kink you enjoyed, though you briefly wondered if heaven allowed it at all.Â
You couldnât even fuck properly. You couldnât do anything right. All you managed to do was fail. A sting to your eyes as the air hit your welling tears. Did humans feel this pain often? Your body was righted and turned, you looked down to Alastorâs face as you were brought to him. He looked so soft, usual smirk a sweet toothless smile, âI told you to keep the sling on, didnât I?â He looked happy.
Your arms found his shoulders and your head came to his chest, âShut up and finish already.â He didnât release you from the binding, instead pulling the right arm under the hold of his slender tendril to keep it safe and out of the way. His hands were both at the base of his cock while you were gently riding him. Well, âyouâ. He was still using his powers to manipulate your body on and off of him. Alastorâs fingers were spreading your arousal down his shaft and along his tightening balls, if you had looked at his face youâd have seen a weakened man there, furrowed brows and lust drunk eyes. But you didnât look, trying to hide the same expression on your own features.Â
Left hand free, no need to hold yourself up, you made lazy, and you hoped subtle, circles around your clit. You werenât sure if this was a total failure or not, but you could finish and say something good came of it. You, specifically.Â
Things were quiet, though. The loudest sound in the room was the wet pop coming from where his body was meeting your sopping hole. His breathing was fast and soft, sighing when he bottomed out. Another bite to your lip, a few more deep hits to your cervix, and you enjoyed a small but satisfying release. The hand on you stayed through, riding out tiny waves of pleasure as you twitched around him. When you felt his release you sighed, you did it. You think. Maybe. Regardless.Â
As he slowly lifted you, you considered if your legs could hold youâ
Up you went and back down you fell as he took a new, quicker pace.
âA-Ah-lastor?! You,â you bit your tongue, âalready finished?â
You had made a mistake earlier that you hadnât even realized. But Alastor had been holding it between his sharp teeth, âHow many times?â
Absolutely no idea what he was talking about, you gasped out a reply, âWhat!?â
âHow many times should I fill you before youâre too filthy to return to heaven, do you think?â He couldnât be serious. âThree? Five? You see, the advantage of using my tentacles is that I don't get tired.â
Oh, but he was serious.Â
The battle was entirely forfeit somewhere around the third time he flooded you with his seed.
âThese arenât the usual screams I enjoy from my studio, but Iâm not averse to them.â
When he felt youâd learned whatever lesson you were supposed to be taking in by the pump full, you were finally removed from him. He covered your lower half with his coat around your waist. It would be lying to say you were surprised to find his wide shoulders and small waist wasnât just an illusion of his well tailored, yet oddly torn, coat. He was annoyingly attractive. Who gave him the right?
Your legs gave out when you tried to stand, warm hands pulling under your armpits to get you back on your feet. As much as you wanted to push him away, you were still a little tipsy and your legs still getting used to full blood flow. His arm held out for you to use for stability, you took it and wobbled silently to the floor you both lived on. Before you left the elevator you looked down and saw a line of white dripping down your inner leg. Took longer than you expected, honestly.Â
When you turned to the right to go to your door, his arm came around your waist and shepherded you to his room on the left. You shot him a look, asking what he thought he was doing.Â
He laughed, âOh, after tonightâs little escapade, youâre moving!â He opened his door and gestured for you to enter, âWelcome home, my dear.â
What was worse than a failure? A catastrophe? This was that.Â
âNow come on, we need to get you cleaned up.â A hand patted softly at your ass before ushering you inside.
He did just that, wiping you down and undressing you before settling you into his bed. Exhausted and sore, you decided to argue after sleep.
When you awoke, you checked your shredded bottoms for your phone. Nothing.Â
An answer was found when you mentioned it to Alastor, who asked what you were searching for so early in the morning, âPerhaps someone at that venue you enjoyed has it? Too bad you canât go back and ask.â He was resting his back against the headboard, you realized heâd unbuttoned his shirt quite a bit. âOh well!â
How was he always making you scream?

Creative exercise â Rain & Soup
youtube
Iâm probably more irritated than I would usually be, but Iâm kinda resentful of having to do all the producing â i.e. use my flat, contact the actress, make the RA and book the equipment â only to find the people doing the sexy roles showing up like a bunch of tourists on set. The two people who put the least work into this project were the director and DoP. I even made them floorplans and sent them pictures so they could decide how to block and light the space, but it was never concerted. I also got thrown the edit at the end of the shoot. Iâm a confident editor and can do it quickly and to a decent standard, but Iâm just a bit tired of the unequal labour contrasted to the actual useful credit Iâm gonna benefit from. I think David who made a lot of the preparation documents and Anna who was there during the conception of the film were more deserving of either role.
Online Meeting
We had a meeting online to come up with the Story. Sean had to leave early and Daisy wasnïżœïżœïżœt even there, so it was mostly with Anna and David that we figured out the story, a few of the shots and the equipment list. I had the idea to use the silhouette as a reveal, going from an intimidating figure to a man drenched in water. Then David later briefed Daisy who couldnât be there at the meeting. David then sent the detailed narrative to the group chat, and I made an RA, booked the equipment and contacted the actress.

David was the only one to help out with picking up and returning equipment, Anna lives out of town which is understandable, but the other two I can only attribute to laziness.
On Set
I think the shoot still went relatively well, although I think the story could use more work as itâs just a bit boring leading to a twist. We were also very lucky that the actress wasnât available until 8 pm, which gave us two hours to work out all the shots and lights in advance. I insisted that we plan/try out the camera and light placement for a maximum of shots using ourselves as standings so that we later knew quickly what to do once the actress was present. If it wasnât for these two hours, I think the shoot would have been a rehash of the âVergeâ shoot from last semester â an unplanned mess in which the Director (same person) and DoP (same person) havenât even had a single exchange before the shoot.
I think Daisy needs more cinematography training or study regarding what to do to improve a shot, to be able to tell when a face looks flat or the framing is not ideal. How to add or subtract light in a certain area. I was monitoring some of it and so was able to make sure we had enough levels in the camera and that the faces looked somewhat nice, but the shot in which I appear â and therefore not able to monitor â is pretty painful. I also think there werenât enough preparations done on her part, beyond what David had provided for her. Beyond the rough shot size and basic description of the action, there wasnât any thought put into where to place the different lights and camera before showing up on set.
We didnât follow the roles on set. I took a few camera notes but quickly got distracted doing other things such as setting the lights and camera. I did change up some of the lighting to try and improv stuff on the go. But without preparation and thought put into it, I donât think my changes improve the film.
Editing
I got thrown the editing job in the face after the shoot, which although not hard, wasnât a job I had signed up for. Because I wasnât able to always monitor the action, I found out some of the shots really didnât serve the purpose they should have. I'm a bit baffled that neither the director nor the DoP seemed to be aware of the information the shot needed to convey and did not arrange the framing and blocking accordingly. The pot falling is unhelpful -- In all the takes, the actress is either hiding the stove and the camera canât even see the pot falling, or the pot falls so far away that she would never stain herself. If the shot doesnât even tell the right information, I canât use it.
Luckily the shooting location and equipment were at my place so I was able to record a pick-up of the pot falling and exploding on the floor by myself. I did protect the camera lens by taping the glass of a picture frame on the camera, but my ceiling was less fortunateâŠ
Ungraded (left) vs. Graded (right)
I did try to colour grade the shots to make them fit together better, as the pink light was often just overwhelming and looked like they belonged in a different movie. I also masked one shot and cropped others to improve the framing and contrast on the picture.
Crit
I think the film was received better than I expected. The narrative was well understood and enjoyed by some. The actress does do a lot of heavy lifting to make the ending work. Also, some of the lighting problems seem less flagrant on the screen in 1/53.
The criticism of the production design where outside of Annaâs control, we did change a few things around my flat, but the location was less than ideal, it was simply the only option put forward.
I do agree with Andrewâs comment that the dread between staining the dress and opening the door should have been emphasised â here would have been narratively adequate to have a silhouette of the protagonist rather than randomly at the start. I also think seeing her slow reluctant journey to the door would have been useful.
I did try to extend this moment as much as I could; the take used for her reaction extends before the director shouts action. I donât think the character tries hard enough or is paralysed long enough to showcase the gravity of what is happening to her. I can only blame the director for that.

Unknown Water Chapter 7
[Previous] * [Frist] * [Next]
Spring in Italy was great, well in the Mistressâ opinion. The weather was warm, even in the rain and the air was fresh, unless you were by the coast; where the salt from the sea invaded your nose, a smell which the Mistress disliked.
Unfortunately for the Mistress, she had been stuck in port in southern Italy for several days. She had been trying to get passage on a boat to the Middle East with no luck. The superstition that women brought bad luck to ships was still alive.
âIâm probably the best person to have on a ship,â The Mistress grumbled to herself as she walked down the docks.
âItâs probably quicker to walk there,â Death commented.
âYouâre probably right,â The Mistress sighed to him,. âIt is probably easier for me to get a boat to Venice than to Constantinople,â
There was a moment of silence between to two of them.
âI meant you should walk across the Mediterranean Sea,â Death told her. âYou do have the ability to walk across water, Coventina,â He pointed out.
The Mistress shuddered at the idea of walking across the Mediterranean Sea.
âThatâs not feasible,â She blurted out loud, earning some strange looks from the sailors as she passed them. âFirstly, where would sleep and cook my meals? And secondly donât forget I do have a minor fear of the deep sea! Also, this world has more monsters so probably some lurking in the sea,â She reminded him.
All that she got as a reply was a despairing sigh.
The Mistress let out a sigh of her own as she continued on the dock front.
Weaving her way through the sailors, merchants and travellers, as she made her way to the tavern that she had been frequenting the last few days.
Though the tavern was mostly busy, people mostly left her alone and those who didnât were thrown out by the barman.
Sitting down at the bar the Mistress ordered that dayâs soup. As she waited for her meal to come out she turned her head to watch the people in the traven.
Surprisingly for this time of day, the tavern was actually quiet. There were only a few people in. There were few sailors in one corner, a couple of travellers doted across the tables of the tavern but what caught her attention was a trio of men sitting at a table near the bar, a stone a throw from her.
The man facing me had white hair despite only looking a couple of years older than herself. The look on his tanned face was stern as he listened to his companion.
Somehow the tanned man seemed to be familiar to her. Forcing on his magical presence, it clicked in her mind where she knew him from.
âCome on! This is the least you can do for us!â The voice of one manâs companion drew her out of her thoughts.
Her crystal blue eyes flickered back to the other two in a trio.
âI owe you nothing,â The tanned man stated.
âIf wasnât for you our leader wouldnât have been captured so you should help us get him out of jail,â The other man demanded.
âItâs not my fault that you are lousy at your job,â The tanned man shot back.
The menâs anger seemed to boil over. They stood up from their seats ready to start a fight with the tanned man.
The blondeâs eyes flickered back to the bar. The barman hadnât returned from back. Normally he would sort out any fights but since he wasnât here she would do it. The barman normally would use his strength to throw out troublemakers but she since she was a petite woman and people would freak out if she used any obvious magic. Itâs the least she could do after all of the men that he had thrown out for her.Â
âGentlemen,â She called out to them. âWhatâs wrong?â She tried to make her voice sultry.
The men looked at her with annoyed looks written across their faces.
âWhat do you want?â One of them spat.
âJust wondering whatâs going on over here. Youâre making a lot of noise for a quiet bar, so it must be interesting,â The Mistress smiled. âJeez, these guys have no magical resistance,â She thought at the same time as set her plan into the moment.
The two men looked at each other, not sure what to do with her. Seeing her opportune, the Mistress slowly started to cast her spell. As her mana filled the area, the Mistress made sure to concentrate it around the two men in front of her.
âIâm sure whatever happened to your boss, Iâm sure that two strapping men like you guys can do it,â She kept her voice low.
The men were drawn in by her glamour. Her crystal blue glowed as her glamour intensive. Not that they noticed.
âY-Yeah,â One of the men stuttered.
âYouâre right! We donât need any help from this Oriental,â The other men piped in. âWe can save boss ourselves,â He declared.
Both men then marched out from the tavern. The Mistress let out a sigh as the men left.Â
âYou didnât have to do that,â The tanned man told her.
She waved him off.
âItâs fine I owe you and the barman a favour anyway,â She responded.
This earned her a raised eyebrow.
âYou remembered helping someone in Greece, fight a bunch of chimera,â The Mistress tried to jog his memory.
A deadpan look came across his face.
âYou were that idiot,â He commented.
Said the idiot grin at him as she took a seat at his table.
âThat isnât something to be proud of,â He sconed her.
âHey, at least I know that Iâm an idiot, unlike some people,â Her eyes flickered to the door where men disappeared out.
âThere you are,â The barman said, placing her soup down on the table.
The barman then gave her new acquaintance a glare but didnât say a word.
The blonde began to eat her lunch as the tanned man drank his drink that had been on the table for a while.
âDo you have a name?â The Mistress asked.
âWhy do you want to know?â He asked back.
âAs fellow wandering magus, I have a feeling that weâll be meeting a lot,â She told him.
There was a moment of pause as the man thought about answering.
âArcher,â He stated. âThatâs what people call me,â Archer clarified.
âWell, Iâm known as the Mistress of Crystals,â She introduced herself. âThough most people refer to me as just as the Mistress,â
âMost people?â Archer raised an eyebrow at her wording.
âWell, there is a special case. He normally calls me Crystal,â She answered.
Archer just nodded as his reply.
They returned to their previous activities. The silence lasted a while before the Mistress broke it.
âDo you know anyone whoâs willing to take a woman across the sea to Constantinople?â

Jake Seresin x Fem!Reader: You're Sick (Request)
Jake takes care of the sick reader. The reader works with Penny at the Hard Deck. The reader has been on three dates with Jake so far, and they really like each other.
Y/N = Your Name
I woke up three times last night to throw up. Then, I fell on the floor when I rolled out of bed. I just didn't have the strength to stand up.
I fell back asleep until noon. Then, I still did not feel well, so I called Penny and called in sick. She allowed me the day off and planned to check in tomorrow about how I was feeling.
I finally make it to my kitchen and make myself a smoothie before heading back to my bedroom. I crawl into bed and drink my smoothie before taking another nap.
I notice it's dark when I wake up and I hear pounding on the door.
I roll out of bed and manage to stand. I slowly walk to the front door and swing it open. I see Jake Seresin standing there.
I ask "What brings you here?" Jake answers "Uh... I heard from Penny that you were sick. I brought over some soup for you. My mom always brought me chicken noodle soup when I was sick, which always made me feel better. I just wanted to help you feel better." I reply "Thanks for bringing it. I appreciate that. I would invite you in, but I have thrown up a lot today. Promise me, you don't want to be sick." He replies "I want to help you in any way I can. I donât care that you donât want my help, Iâll do it anyway because I care for you.â I reply âItâs been three dates.â He smirks and replies âWhat can I say? Iâm hooked on a drug named Y/N.â I smile and say âCome on in then. If you get sick, Iâm sorry.â
Jake walks inside and heats up the soup for me. I sit on the couch and pull a blanket over me as I lay down.Â
Jake returns to the living room with a bowl of soup and a cup of water. I sit up and he sits next to me. He fills the spoon with soup and says âChoo Choo time to eat!â I laugh and open my mouth. He pours it in carefully and wipes my mouth with a napkin. I say âI can feed myself. Iâm not that sick.â He replies âBut I want to feed you.â I reply âOk keep going then.â
We sit on my couch, and him feeding me like a baby until the bowl is clean. I cannot believe Jake just did that. He seems so calm here with me right now.Â
I ask âHow was flying today? Iâm sorry I didnât ask.â Jake wraps an arm around my shoulder so I can lean into him and answers âItâs no problem. Nursing you back to health was my first priority... And my day was good. We trained as a team and it felt good to be in the sky as always. I missed seeing your face in the Hard Deck when I got off and I really wanted to see you.â I reply âIâm glad you had a good day. You can always call or text me. Iâll answer unless Iâm at work and you know where I work. I like seeing you at the end of my day too. You have such a kind face.â He smiles and says âA kind face? Iâve never heard that one before. The guys are not going to believe that.â I smile and reply âOh please, Jake, youâre one of the kindest people. Who else would bring chicken noodle soup which was amazing to their sick friend? Even on the dates weâve been on, you never were the cocky player that everyone made you out to be. You were kind, respectful, and someone Iâve grown to care for.â He replies âI thought we were more than friends?â I answer âWe are... I mean weâve been on three dates and weâve kissed. That is more than just friends do.â He asks âHow do you feel about being my girlfriend?â I answer âIâd really like that, Jake.â He smiles, starts to lean in, and I say âHey hey Iâm still sick.â He replies âWho cares? I want to kiss my girlfriend.â I smile and let him kiss me.
We each take a shower separately, then we turn on a movie in my bedroom before cuddling up for bedtime.

Everyone Loves The Witchers
A/N: A part two to the other Eskel fic was requested by @donttellmehowtowrite so here we are. Iâm running on so little sleep and a craving for soup so donât expect too much. Iâm so tired, thatâs why most of my fics feature a character sleeping. Self projection if you will.
Pairings: Reader x Eskel
Summary: Although you may not be able to properly stand up right, you can stabilize yourself to know one thing for certain. Eskel loves his brothers.
Word count: 1,095
Warnings: foul language,
Part 1
Part 3
A witcher at any given place was usual. For a town to hire a witcher to hunt down their monsters instead of pleading for a knight meant they were desperate. Having two witchers was just asking for trouble. It wasnât a mere coincidence that two witchers would show up at the same place, at the same time. That sort of thing had to be planned.
But three? Three witchers in a stable? That sounded like the beginning of a very poor joke. That joke being your life was just your luck.
A familiar grimacing face entered the already crowded stable. Eskel and Geralt turned to face the new addition to your jubilant cast of characters. Their shoulders relaxed in ease, their furrowed brows evening in a soft expression for the youngest of their brothers. You had not known Lambert for long, but you had heard enough stories of the witcher to fill an Oxenfurtian library.
âWhere the bleeding hell was my invitation to this fuck fest?â Lambert asked his brothers, seemingly in a foul mood. The gaping wound on his hip might have something to do with that but then again, Lambert was not known for his merriness.
âWe miss you too, Lambert,â Geralt replied in such a caring tone it reshaped his very face. From amusement to perfect compassion, witchers were such emotive creatures. âIf I had known Eskel would be here as well, I would have sent out an owl to retrieve you for the festivities.â
âWhat festivities may that be?â Lambertâs interest was piqued despite his injury. He stalked into the stables with an interested swagger, eyes quickly moving about the room. You watched as he inhaled and exhaled, cataloging the scents present and whatever they could entail. He seemed to come to the conclusion that he was safe here. You could visually see his stance relax at the scent of his brothers.
âEskelâs crude medicine and Jaskierâs irresistible charm,â you answered, bundled up in Eskelâs lap. His arms wrapped you on top of the furs, his stomach pressed against your back until there was no part of you left untouched. âThere's more in his satchel if you need it,â you indicated to your witcherâs bag thrown off to the side using your limited movement.
Lambert took a seat on the cot next to Jaskierâs, legs at an angle to face the four of you at once. âYou couldn't pay me to drink that horse piss. Iâd rather bleed out,â came Lambertâs ever pleasant voice. Jaskier huffed out a laugh, eyeing Lambert like an old friend. Lambert returned the gaze in the only way the witcher knew how, he snarled at the bard. But in a friendly way of course.
âWhat brings you here?â Eskel asked not impolitely, shifting in his seat so he leaned up against the wall.
âI could say the same for you,â Lambert looked at your merrily band. âThere must have been half a dozen contracts here. This place is infested with beasts and monsters. They ran out of room for me in the proper infirmary.â Lambert paused, taking in the sight of the drunken woman on her own cot. âOr so they say.â He eyed her warily but otherwise paid her little mind.
âAs the expert in human relations, I can say with certainty that it is not because of any prejudice against you lovely witchers. It really is because the town barely has room for their own people,â Jaskier explained, âThe taverns were just filled with despair and sorrow, I just had to help them drown their worries with ale.â
âSo thatâs why youâre here,â you teased the bard. âI thought you got into Geraltâs elixirs or something insane.â
âNo, my dear,â Eskel said softly, âThe bard has a little more common sense than you, love.â
âYou take that back!â At the same time Jaskier laughed, a scheming little smirk crossing his face.
Geralt looked at his lover with endearment, adoring his little antics. âOh donât give him that look, Geralt. Do not encourage this behavior.â
Lambert threw his hands of in the air, âFor fuckâs sake, I swear I will gouge out my own lungs with my sword if you four donât stop this sickening nonsense.â Lambertâs voice took on a mockingly high pitch. âOh Geralt, I love your stupid hair, you pretty boy.â He threw back his head in a fake faint. âOh Eskel, Iâm just infatuated with the fact that you always smell like an old goat.â
For his antics, Geralt half heartedly knocked him over the head. Lambert slapped his hand from his face, just as brothers would. Jaskier laughed at his witcher. Eskel chuckled behind you, his breath moving against your back comfortingly. It warmed your heart. The comfort that these men brought you. Eskel embracing you, Jaskier keeping your company, and now Lambertâs appearance. You felt nothing but safe and loved.
âJealous?â you said, drowsy with pain and medicine.
âOf you lot?â Lambert gave a small, genuine smile. âNever.â
âThatâs because he loves us all just as much,â Jaskier turned to whisper shout at you. Noticing your suddenly heavy lids, he clapped his hands once to get everyoneâs attention. âHow about we leave these two love birds be. They need all the rest they can get. And while they do that, we can investigate why exactly there are so many monsters roaming about. How does that sound?â Jaskier grabbed his lute, rummaged through Eskelâs bag for elixirs, and all but dragged Lambert and Geralt out the stables.
âI never agreed to this!â Lambert yelled back, Geralt shoving him forward.
âDo you really want to stay and watch Eskel tenderly care for his lover?â Geralt waited a pause for Lambert to get his double meaning. âThen be my guest, Lambchop.â Geralt trailed behind Jaskier, the loyal wolf. âDonât come crawling back to me because you forgot how possessive wolves are about their mates.â
You heard Lambert rush to leave, his footsteps pounding on the hay covered floor in his haste to escape. You laughed to yourself, shifting on Eskelâs lap to rest your head against his chest. âYou want to know something Iâve noticed?â
Eskel pressed a lingering kiss to your temple, laying back on the cot with you atop him. He pulled his furs over your, piling them high. âHmm?â he hummed, the sound vibrating against your body.
âYou love your brothers with a fierceness like no other. There must not be a living man who loves his kin more than you.â
âNow, what lies has Geralt been feeding you?â

When You're At The Function F***in It UP And Your Man Walks In (Mayans)
Warnings: Implied sexual content, language, fighting
Characters: Angel, Coco, & EZ
A:
Youâre on thin ice as it is sis. The little forest-green dress with the the deep plunge front and slit sides, the one that ended up purchased after your friends hyped you into it. Thatâs supposed to be in the trash according to one Angel Reyes. That, or reserved for private nights in.
Currently, it was wrapped around your form, helping you grab envious/admiring glances from around the room.
Your hips twisted to the layered bass, using the random behind you for stability. Your friend next to you cheered you on, her inner hype man on full display. Thereâs a breakdown in the song, and you lose yourself in the rhythm. Suddenly, you hear a familiar voice telling you âSuperstar mama, say hi for the gram!â.
Your eyes zone in on Gilly, eyes wide. Everyone knew the Mayans rolled deep when they went anywhere. Where there was one, there was the rest. Especially when it came to the three musketeers and their wrangler, EZ.
Like you were busted sneaking back into your room as a teen, you froze. You narrowed your eyes at your friend who shrugged and mouthed sorry before disappearing.
âGilly fuck off!â You hissed, moving away from the random. Your eyes scanning the crowded den.
Gilly laughed, tucking his phone into his kutte. âAyy, donât get mad at me,â he fluttered his eyelashes and fake coughed into his hand. âI donât feel so good baby, Iâm just gonna stay in tonight.â
You narrowed your eyes at his high-pitched mimicry of your last conversation with Angel.
He wasnât even supposed to be there. Your friend swore she nixed all Mayan related invites, just for that night, on your behalf. All you wanted was to be able to turn up like you did pre-relationship. Normally you could at clubhouse parties since Angel trusted everyone there with his life. Any party outside of that was a gamble, and Angel could referee like he got a check for it.
Your eyes finally met said manâs across the party and a chill and went down your spine. Angel was propped against the wall across the way, eyes on you.
The rest of party fell away as you made your way over to him, schooling your features into your âwhat did I do daddy?â pout.
âNah, donât come over with that lip poking now.â He shook his head, speaking when you were in range of him.
âAnd what are you doing wearing this fucking pillowcase out here? What did we talk about?â He pinched the thin strings of your dress.
âNooo, donât be mad. I was walking through my closet and it fell on me. Besides, you liked it when I modeled it for you.â
Angel scoffed, refusing to even entertain your comments. Coco chuckled from his spot next to his friend as he lit a cigarette.
âI thought you had club shit, I didnât even know youâd be here.â You cringed as soon as the words left your lips, the shots youâd taken earlier still putting in work.
âI didnât know youâd be here either. I thought you were sick. Thereâs some soup in the car that thought it was getting dropped off. Apparently wrong thoughts is the theme of the night.â
Petty by Angel Reyes.
âSoup? Baby, thatâs so sweet.â You tried to pet his cheeks, but he was keeping you at bay.
âYou arenât even sick! Imma give that shit to Gilly.â
âNooo.â You whined again, still trying to get him to let you touch him in some way.
âGet that bitch you were dancing with to buy you soup.â It was his turn to pout, but there was fire in his eyes as he tracked the guy youâd been dancing with. âItâs all heâs gonna be able to fucking eat in a minute anyways.â
âSorry I blew up your spot ma, I just wanted to see my plug and get out.â Coco opened the palm of his hand not holding the cigarette and revealed a small bag of weed.
Angel snapped his head towards him, expression incredulous. âDonât apologize to her, she lied to her man! She gave some puto hope! Get on code!â
âI love you hermano, but this is your guard dog-ass fault.â He pointedly ignored his friendâs heated glare as a girl in the doorway caught his interest, slipping away when she positively returned his gaze.
Angelâs attention was claimed by you once again when you pulled his head down towards you. You smothered his cheeks in kisses, to which he was physically unresponsive.
âI donât know if I want you kissing on me querida.â
You rolled your eyes. Petty or not, everyone knew Angelâs life force depleted the longer he went without touching you. Even in your tipsy state you could see his fingers literally twitched with the need to take their rightful place on your hips.
âI just wanted to dance like I used to, and you donât dance. Then you beat down guys who want to. You left me no choice, so let me have kisses.â You locked your arms around his waist, successfully avoiding his half-hearted attempts to push you away.
He scrunched up his face. âHow the fuck am I catching strays in this situation? Iâm the victim!â
âIâll make it up to you later if you stop being a hatinâ wallflower and let me grind on you.â Your hips found the rhythm of the slow wind song thumping through the room.
His hands encircled your throat, drawing you closer to his person. Your pupils blew at his darkened expression, your lower half squirming with interest. He pressed his lips to yours, and the party faded to nothing again. His fingers flexed around your throat before closing just enough for him to draw the subtlest gasp from you. He felt it more than heard it over the noise, but it was enough.
He pulled away, licking his lips as you tried to remember where you were and if sin always tasted so good.
âYouâll make it up to me right now in the traitorâs car.â he held up keys you recognized to be Cocoâs.
You started to protest on principle, but your body was going through withdrawals from a lite touch (for Angel). He could see the wheels turning, but you were letting him lead you out of the room, palm openly covering your ass.
âWho are you texting?â You asked, more annoyed with how his hands were no longer possessively roaming your body than a real answer.
He quickly pocketed his phone and returned his hands to you. âNo one baby.â definitely not telling his boys via group chat to handle the random for him. âStop worrying about anything other than how youâre gonna get around at work tomorrow.â
--------
C:
It was bad enough you couldnât make it to New Orleans due to work, and Old Lady âresponsibilitiesâ, but this petty fight you were in with Coco was the kicker. You couldnât even remember how it started, but it escalated back and forth until you werenât speaking and were back staying at your apartment.
Poor Letty had been reduced to messenger girl, especially now that she had a car. A tug of war with your point being âshe was my girl first, thatâs how we metâ and his point being âsheâs my kid, blood first maâ had broken out. You didnât know what was going to wear through its welcome first, your lack of Coco, or Lettyâs patience, but they were competing. It wasnât like Coco was doing any better if your daily updates from Letty were any indication. He was impatient, tense, chain smoking, and was getting closer and closer to going through with the apology call he was openly fighting.
It wouldnât be long before you were back to getting your back arched out of shape if that was anything to go by. Not a moment too soon if your own miserable habits were anything to go by. You wanted to use the party to distract yourself, hoping Coco would break first the following day. If not, it was sure to be you.
You spent the whole day throwing your frustrations into decorating your best friendâs backyard. It looked like the French Quarter threw up its best years, but it was the perfect backdrop to lose yourself to some bounce music.
Normally, you could goad Coco into being your twerking post, and that resistance (plus his turned on bi-lingual hypeman compliments in your ear) was everything missing at the moment.
You pouted and weaved your way out of the crowd to your friend who was busy playing good hostess.
âAh ah, no whining. If you wanna really make it Mardi Gras, shake your ass on a dude.â
You narrowed your eyes, annoyed she shut down and solved your problem before you could whine about it. âCoco hates that shit! Plus heâs spoiled me, it wonât even be the same.â
âCoco isnât here, and it doesnât have to be the same, it just has to do.â She turned away from where sheâd filled two shot glasses for the two of you. âBesides, we both know your ass is gonna be all in his neck crying about how you miss him tomorrow. Do your thing before you go out sad.â
She clinked shot glasses with you, pleased at her accurate assessment and your sourpuss face.
âFuck you.â You laughed, voice rough from the burn of the shot.
âSave that for Coco.â She smacked your ass, draped one of the many beaded necklaces hanging off her shoulder around your neck, and sent you on your way back to the crowd of writhing bodies.
It was nothing to find dudes to grind on, and you fell into the synergy. You couldnât count how many fast paced songs youâd thrown it back to, or how many guys youâd danced with. The stack of beads youâd acquired gave some idea though.
Meanwhile, Cocoâs skin was alive with the kind of anger he felt. Heâd been seriously contemplating coming to your place and forcing out admissions of how his life wasnât right without you in it. He couldnât remember who or what started it, but it didnât even matter when your scent was starting to fade from his pillow, and his touch starvation was acting up.
All of that went careening out the window when he stumbled upon a pouty Letty, huffing and sucking her teeth at her phone. Turns out you, and âeveryone in the goddamn world but meâ according to Letty, were at your friendâs blowout Mardi Gras party. Coco knew it was your favorite holiday, but it was news to him that you had any plans since you couldnât officially go this year. News he didnât welcome at all, since all of the videos he saw you in you were throwing (his) your ass on multiple dudes. Did you think he wouldnât fight everyone???
He was already on his bike before heâd even registered leaving the house. He sent a quick summoning call in his boyâs group chat, your friendâs address the destination.
The party was louder and wilder than the videos let on. Heâd already spotted his boys by their kuttes, mingling in their respective ways, but didnât seek them out. Theyâd find him if he needed them to. Coco on the other hand, needed to find you.
His eagle eyes picked apart the crowd until he spotted you twisting yourself to the rhythm. Coco didnât know whether to shoot the asshole behind you, or take you away to deal with the feelings you were bringing out of him.
You knew he loved when you brought the South to the West Coast with your hips and ass.
He charged into your space, his hands immediately going for the guyâs arm and snatching him towards him.
âMake a choice cabrĂłn. Get the fuck out, or be an expensive bill and sad memory for your moms by morning.â He pressed his kutte to his person, emphasizing that he was strapped.
The guy raised his palms and quickly exited the scene. Unwilling to test what clearly was a warning that Coco would happily make good on.
You tugged on him, trying to get him to move away from the crowd. Scanning those around you to see who saw or heard, you noticed more than you wouldâve liked. They wouldnât make a fuss, noting his kutte, but still.
âStop it. What are you even doing here?â You hissed, tugging his arm harshly for his attention.
He turned his gaze, wild with adrenaline and arrogance at his victory, on you. âYou shouldâve stopped yourself before throwing it back on random fuckers for the internet. This is on you.â
âNo, this is on you. If you hadnât done what you did or said what you saidâŠâ. You trailed off remembering that you couldnât recall what had happened, just the frustration.
âWhat did I say or do (y/n)?â He noted your visible annoyance that heâd chosen to use your real name instead of a pet name, and with a smirk, he walked you backwards until your back gently hit the fence.
Between not recalling what started the fight, and your man looking amazing, you settled on a pathetic. âYou remember.â
âNo I donât, and neither do you.â that familiar prickle of intensity sparked between the two of you.
Everything between you and Coco felt like a live wire dancing back and forth. High energy moments usually ended in either great sex, or separation (sometimes by the force of your friends) to let things cool down.
âI know youâre gonna catch a case if you keep moving like that Johnny. Is that what you want?â
âNah mujer, that ainât what I want. I want you home where you belong, but youâre out here playing me instead.â Slender fingers tugged sharply at a few of the beaded necklaces in your stack.
You sucked your teeth and turned your head, ignoring the warm cheeks and butterflies in your stomach at his on-brand admission of missing you.
He placed a hand on the fence next to your head, grasping your chin to turn your attention back to him.
âYouâre being a drama queen. I thought I was talking to Angel for a second.â
He threw his head back as laughed, and you got an almost overwhelming urge to kiss him. Or at least bury your fingers in his soft curls, they were begging for it at this po-
âFuck that, heâs still got me beat. Wait til you see the tantrum heâs saving for you for not getting invited tonight.â
âHe was, I just told her to can it because of you. He should be mad at you.â You pouted, but your tone was teasing.
âI could put in a good word for youâŠyou know, if youâre done being petty.â He leaned in, running his lips over the shell of your ear.
âOr I could just offer to throw it back on him to make him forget.â
It was your turn to laugh when Coco tensed, and pulled back from where heâd been teasing you with light touches. You didnât love him no longer touching you, but faltering him made it almost worth it.
âOr you could take me home and we could both forgetâŠâ you clutched at his kutte, leaning into him.
He pulled your hands away by your wrists, his thumbs rubbing over your pulse points.
âNah, if dancing is this fucking important to you, come on then.â He pulled you after him.
âCocooo,â you whined, more interested in getting him to touch you again. âTake me home already.â
âMy lady wants to dance.â He sat on the outdoor wicker couch and patted his lap. âSo dance.â
You stood there in confusion for a second, before what he meant became clear. âIâm not doing that here!â
âYou didnât have an issue earlier, move those hips ma.â He looked between you and his lap again.
Couldâve been the way he was biting his lip, or the laid back way he rested against the couch, but that coupled with lack of access to him, had affirmative words running through your mind.
You playfully rolled your eyes, faking like his request was that expensive. âOnly because I want to get you home, and I know youâll never quit whining if I donât.â
You slipped onto his lap, the action already drawing attention from partygoers just for the potential of what was to come.
He grasped your hips to still you before you started to move, his palm pressing you back to him by your throat. âAnd donât half-ass it yeahâŠor I might do the same when I get you home.â
--------
E:
It wasnât until Creeper hit his shoulder and informed him of how hard he was smiling that EZ realized his cheeks ached. He couldnât help it, he loved watching you dance more than anything.
As soon as you heard a melody you liked, you came alive to it, and stole everyoneâs attention. You could find the beat on anything.
That wasnât his sole reason for cheesing so hard though. Tonight had been the first night you brought your closest friends around the club, and he knew it took great trust in him, his brothers, and your relationship to do that. Your family was on the East Coast, so your friends filled that role for you. Coupled with EZ, they were your world and he thanked you everyday for letting him in.
âGonna stop calling you boy scout if you keep enjoying the show this much.â Creeper took the seat across from him, half blocking his view.
âOh you didnât know how EZ gets down?â Angelâs lips formed that mischievous grin, his eyes taking on the same glint. âYou shouldâve seen him begging me for tales from Angelâs crib.â
âShe and her girls look good out there. Might be too much for you junior.â
EZ rolled his eyes at the ribbing from his brothers, his grin still intact. âAt some point Iâm gonna be patched, Iâm happy to make a cage date for that day. Pretty sure I can take both of you.
Creeper and Angel exchanged exaggerated incredulous expressions.
âSee what happens when you go easy on the help?â Angel scoffed. âYou sound like youâre hurtinâ for work prospect.â
âCould use some more water.â Creeper shook his water bottle at him, just barely missing splashing him.
EZ rose from his seat, empty beer bottle in hand. âJust remember that day is coming.â
Angel and Creeper laughed raucously at that.
âDonât get your ass beat in front of your woman lil bro!â
EZ shook his head, choosing to ignore his dumbass older brother. and tossed his bottle in the trash. Slipping through the moving bodies until he was near you, he gently patted your friend who nodded and stepped from behind you.
You jumped, surprised at his sudden appearance, but settled back against him.
âHey baby.â You gently encouraged him to follow the sway of your hips as he placed his head on your shoulder.
âHey. Iâm back on the slave clock, you want anything?â
You turned to him, his arms instinctively encircling your waist. âHard tea please.â
âI gotta go to the trailer for that, and get the variety hour table over there a drink. Iâll try to be quick.â
âDonât rush, but remember, you owe me a dance.â You cupped his cheeks and pressed a kiss to his lips.
He grinned goofily, his attention solely yours until he felt your girls draping themselves over him.
âCan you get us some too Zeke? Thanks.â âPreciate it Z.â
You giggled pushing them off him, but you knew he didnât mind. You guys were a package deal and heâd take whatever you came with. At least their requests came with pleasantries.
âSure ladies, not a problem. Donât let anyone take her while Iâm gone.â
They laughed, giving affirmative replies while you rolled your eyes pushed him towards the side door.
Once he began his drink fulfillment quest, it was like every brother wanted something from him. It was a full house that night and he shouldâve known once he was no longer under Angelâs break protection, he was back to errand boy status.
Every task he completed was met with teasing about how his rushed pace clearly pointed to him wanting to get back to you. He didnât argue the fact, just moved faster every time you were mentioned.
Finally, he was able to to focus on your request when he stopped being flagged down.
He was heading to the trailer when one of your friends stopped him.
âOne of the other charterâs guys is annoying our girl. She doesnât wanna make a fuss causeâ..you know.â She gestured to his vest to signify his prospect status. âBut I know sheâs not feeling it.â
He could feel the the muscles in his jaw flex in anger, feet carrying him across the crowded yard. People moved before he could plow through them, which was just as well, because he wasnât fully in control at that point, and didnât think he could slow down enough to sidestep them.
The clubhouse had filled considerably since his absence. He scanned the room for you, finding you in a crowd of moving bodies. Your friend was right, you had a good poker face, but your man knew you.
He didnât waste time physically separating you from the Yuma patch member. He gently put you behind his person, feeling your small hands press against his back through his vest.
âIâm good baby. He agreed this was the last dance.â Your voice belied your annoyance despite your words.
âIâm guessing he said that more than once.â
âI donât mind, I know clu-â
Yuma interrupted you. âSee, she doesnât mind. Go find something to do with yourself prospect.â
âIâve got a project in mind.â EZ pushed you back a little more to give himself room to work with.
âBe smart bare vest.â Yuma smirked, his eyes saying how much heâd love for EZ to make the mistake he was thinking about.
In the span of the next few seconds, Yumaâs vest and shirt was covered in beer and Coco had appeared at the same time. If the obvious way he was holding the bottle didnât give away he did it on purpose, his dry âmy badâ and shrug did.
Yuma swung on Coco who anticipated it and dodged it, before firing back with a successful punch of his own. A sea of Mayans of mixed charter filled the space and EZ quickly pushed you behind the bar before he lost you in the shuffle.
Understanding what Coco had done, he got in the middle to give the Yuma patch what heâd been asking for while he was covered by the chaos.
It didnât last long before the presidents stepped in, but it didnât have to. He was happy to take the few licks heâd received, because he was pretty sure heâd broken Yuma patchâs nose, and would get away with it.
His brotherâs words against theirs, and the presidents didnât feel the need to make it a drawn out issue. He pretended to have played bouncer instead of active participant, and it all ended with a basic chewing out.
His only thoughts were of you once his rage had subsided, and he could think clearly again. Had he scared off you and your friends? Embarrassed you?
He was happy to find that hadnât. Your friends couldnât help but fawn over him and how âperfect for youâ he was. He especially enjoyed reveling in the jealousy of Coco, Angel, Gilly, and Creeper. Coco slightly less salty when he got praise for his efforts.
He got his admiration from you later when you patched him up in the trailer, soft voice telling him how sexy he looked to you, and how you appreciated him thinking of you in his position. You held his face and gently went over everything you could find, while he said on his makeshift bed content to let you.
He couldnât stop grinning, the one that always got him mercilessly mocked because it was now associated with him thinking of you.
âSeriously EZ,â you dabbed at the final cut you hadnât attended to. âThank you.â
âI want you to feel safe with me, itâs only fair if you can accept all this shit.â
You grinned down at him, hair framing your face, and he had to remind himself to breathe at the sight. âI do, all the time.â
He cupped the side of your face, unwilling to fight the urge to kiss you any longer.
You laughed speaking between kisses. âIâm not done.â
âItâs ok, Iâm good.â He chased your lips, unashamed to want you so badly.
âOk,â you returned his kisses, your fingers dancing down the nape of his neck. âBut Iâd like to cash in that dance you owe meâŠyou know, before we get too busy.â
He rose to full height, hands finding both of yours. âI can do that.â

1.) I remember seeing a meme vid about this years ago, and finding it hilarious. I could see this happening with these dudes and their personalities. That, and I just really wanted a lil southern culture in a Mayans drabble. đ€·đŸââïž
2.) I did a rewatch of the whole series (including the original), and Iâm back on the obsession train. Just tryna to be happy before S4 kicks my shit in.

Chapter 27 - This Venerable One Will Cook You A Bowl of Noodles
Chu Wanning felt completely faint.
He blamed himself for being so distracted and unsuspecting on Life-Death Peak. He didn't even notice someone come over.
What was going on? Where did this child come from? His last name was Mo, but Mo. . . what was is again. . . ? Mo Shao? Mo Zhu? Mo. . . Yu?
He composed himself and put on an expression that screamed: "get away". The surprise and panic in his phoenix eyes were quickly masked by his usual harsh and threatening demeanour.
"Youâ"
He raised his hand out of habit to discipline him, but something suddenly caught his wrist.
Chu Wanning was stunned.
He had been around for a while yet no one had ever dared grab his wrist so casually. For a while, he was frozen in place, not knowing what he should do.
Pull it away and give him a backhanded slap?
. . . It felt like a good word to describe that would be "indecent," like he was no different from a woman in this situation.
Then pull his hand away and not slap him?
. . . Wouldn't that seem like he was being too nice?
Chu Wanning hesitated for a long time and didn't move but the young man laughed: "What's this on your hand? It's pretty good-looking, do you teach how to make stuff like this? Everyone else has introduced themselves already but you haven't spoken yet. Which elder are you? Hey, do you have a headache?"
With so many questions thrown at him, while Chu Wanning's mind hadn't hurt before, now it did.
His mind felt like it was about to split in half. . .
As he got irritated, a golden light in his hand started to glow. When they saw that Tianwen was about to be summoned, the other elders were horrified and moved - Chu Wanning was crazy, right? He would even dare to whip Young Master Mo?
Then, Mo Ran was suddenly holding his hand.
Now Mo Ran had trapped both of his hands. Mo Ran didn't up on the danger of his situation. He pulled him closer and stood in front of him. He tilted his head and said with a smile: "My name is Mo Ran. I don't know anyone here, but just from looking at you, I like you the most. How about I worship you as my shizun, okay?"
This was completely unexpected. The people around them were even more horrified. Several elders gaped with mouths ajar.
Elder Xuanji: "Huh?"
Elder Pojun: "What!"
Elder Qisha: "Oh?"
Elder Jielu: "Uh. . ."
Elder Tanlang: "Hah, ridiculous."
Elder Lucun was the most feminine of the bunch with wavy hair and eyes flooded with peach blossoms: "Ah, this little boy is so bold. He's truly a courageous young man. He might even be so bold as to touch Elder Yuheng's ass."
". . . I beg you, can you not say something so repulsive?" Qisha said with disgust.
Lucun rolled his eyes gracefully and hummed: "Fine, let me put it more eloquently. He's truly a courageous young man. He might even be so bold as to touch Elder Yuheng's buttocks."
Qisha: ". . ." Just kill him and forget this ever happened.
The most popular of all the elders was the gentle and jade-like elder Xuanji. His techniques were easy to learn, and he was a modest gentleman. Most of the disciples on Life-Death Peak worshipped underneath him.
Chu Wanning originally thought that this Mo Ran would've been just like all the others. If not Elder Xuanji, then it should be the energetic Elder Pojun. It never should have been his turn
But Mo Ran was standing so close to him. His face showed a kind of intimacy and affection that was unfamiliar to him. He was like some clown that was just chosen. It was all so distressing for no reason.
Chu Wanning only knew how to deal with "awe", "fear" and "disgust". Something like "affection" was too complicated.
He didn't even have to think about it. He immediately rejected Mo Ran.
The young man froze. Hidden under his slender eyelashes, there was a sense of loneliness and unwillingness in his eyes. He lowered his head, thought for a second, and unreasonably muttered: "Anyways, I still choose you."
Chu Wanning: ". . ."
The Lord was watching with great interest. He piped in with a smile:, "A-Ran, do you know who he is?"
"He didn't tell me, how would I?"
"Haha, since you don't know who he is, why would you pick him?"
Mo Ran was still tugging on Chu Wanning's hands. He turned his head, smiling and said to the Lord: "Because he looks the most gentle and easiest to talk to."
In the darkness, Chu Wanning's eyes snapped open, everything appearing fuzzy.
. . . That was one hell of a scene to see.
He didn't know what the hell was wrong with Mo Ran's eyes back then to actually think that he was gentle. Not to mention that all of Life-Death Peak heard about it. They all sent affectionate greetings to Young Master Mo Ran with looks that said "look at this foolish kid".
Chu Wanning lifted his hand to the corner of his faintly throbbing forehead.
His shoulder hurt, his mind was in turmoil, his stomach was hungry, and his head was spinning.
It seemed like he wasn't going to sleep anytime soon.
He fumed on the bed for a while. He sat up and was about to light a stick of incense to calm his mind when suddenly there was another knock on the door.
Mo Ran was outside.
Chu Wanning: ". . ."
He didn't answer. He didn't say whether to stay or leave.
But this time, the door opened by itself.
Chu Wanning looked up gloomily. The lit match in his hand hovered in mid-air but never reached the stick of incense. After a while, it went out.
Chu Wanning said: "Get out."
Mo Ran strolled in.
He was holding a steaming bowl of noodles, fresh from the pot.
This time it was a bit simpler. The noodles weren't as fancy. The rich white noodle soup was garnished with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds, small spare ribs, bok choy, and a slightly browned poached egg.
Chu Wanning was incredibly hungry but he didn't let it show on his face. He glanced at the noodles, then at Mo Ran. He turned his face away and didn't say anything.
Mo Ran put the noodles on the table, and gently said: "I asked the inn's chef to make another bowl."
Chu Wanning lowered his eyes.
Sure enough, Mo Ran didn't make this dish himself.
"Eat some." Mo Ran said. "This bowl isn't spicy, has no beef, and no bean sprouts."
After speaking, he left and closed the door for Chu Wanning on his way out.
He apologized for Chu Wanning's injury.
But he could only do so much.
In the room, Chu Wanning leaned against the window, not knowing what to think. He crossed his arms and stared at the bowl of spare rib noodles from a distance until the heat of the noodles dissipated and they grew cold.
He finally walked over and sat down. He picked up the chopsticks, stirred up the cold and soggy noodles, and slowly ate them.
The case of the Chen family's haunting had been closed.
The next day, they picked up the black horses they had boarded from inside the stables and returned to the sect the same way they had arrived.
In the streets and alleys, tea stalls and rice shops, the people of Caidie Town were all talking about the Chen family's affairs.
The not-so-small town had broken out in scandal, one large enough for the townspeople to talk about it for a whole year.
"I didn't expect that Young Master Chen had been secretly married to Miss Luo for so long. Miss Luo is so pitiful."
"If you ask me, if the Chen family hadn't gotten rich, they wouldn't be able to survive this affair. Sure enough, men can't handle their money. Once they have money, only misfortune will await them."
One man was unhappy and said: "This wasn't Young Master Chen's fault. It's his parents' fault. Mr. Chen, that son of a bitch. His children and grandchildren should only give birth to children without assholes in the future."
Another said: "The dead are pitiful but what about the living? Look at Chen Yao, Yao Qianjin. She's the one who's truly been wronged. That black-hearted mother of the Chen family deceived her. Tell me, what should she do now?"
"Just get remarried."
The man rolled his eyes and sneered: "Remarried? Are you here to get married?"
The mud-coated man who was teased bared his teeth and picked at them, grinning: "If that woman at home agrees, I'd marry her. Ms. Yao looks so beautiful, I don't mind her being a widow."
"Bah, the toad wants to eat swan meat*."
(T/N: ç©è€èæłć怩é”è - means having unrealistic wishes or expectations)
Mo Ran sat on the back of the horse, ears perked up, listening to all the conversations in high spirits. If it weren't for Chu Wanning's closed eyes, frown, and the words "extremely noisy" essentially spelled out on his forehead, Mo Ran might have wanted to go join the villagers.
They walked together and finally left the main city, arriving at the outskirts.
Shi Mei suddenly gasped and pointed to the distance: "Shizun, look over there."
In front of the ruined Master of Ceremonies Ghost's earthen temple, there was a large group of peasants in brown clothes and shorts. They were busy moving the bricks and stones. It seemed that they were planning to repair the damaged earthen temple and remould the golden body of the Master of Ceremonies Ghost.
Shi Mei said anxiously: "Shizun, the old Master of Ceremonies Ghost is gone but they've made a new one. Will this be cultivated into an immortal body again and do evil?"
Chu Wanning: "I don't know."
"Should we go and persuade them not to?"
Chu Wanning: "The custom of ghost marriages in Caidie Town has been around for several generations. How would you or I be able to persuade them in just a few words? Let's go."
As he spoke, dust flew up from the horse's hoof and he walked away.
It was already dusk when they returned to Life-Death Peak.
Chu Wanning said to the two disciples in front of the mountain gate: "You go to Danxin Hall and explain what happened. I'll go to the Court of Discipline."
Mo Ran looked puzzled: "Why would you go to the Court of Discipline?"
Shi Mei, on the other hand, looked worried: ". . ."
Chu Wanning nonchalantly said: "To receive my punishment."
Although it's said that an emperor commits the same crime as the common people, what emperor would actually have to go to jail for killing someone? The same goes for the cultivation world.
The elders who break the sect rules are as equally guilty as the disciples - in most sects, it's just empty talk.
In fact, if an elder breaks a rule, it was good enough just to write an apology letter. What fool would actually go to be punished with a willow vine or dozens of sticks?
So, after listening to Chu Wanning's explanation, Elder Jielu's complexion turned green.
"No, Elder Yuheng, did you really. . . did you really beat your client?"
Chu Wanning was indifferent: "Yes."
"You're so. . ."
Chu Wanning raised his stare and gave him a sullen look. Elder Jielu shut up.
"According to the law, for breaking this rule, the punishment is two hundred cane strikes, kneeling in Wushan Temple for seven days, and being forbidden from leaving the grounds for three months." Chu Wanning said. "I have no defence, and I voluntarily accept the punishment."
Elder Jielu: ". . ."
He looked around and hooked his fingers, and the door to the Court of Discipline closed with a clang. The surroundings fell silent, and it was only the two of them that stood opposite each other.
Chu Wanning: "What's the meaning of this?"
"Well, Elder Yuheng, itâs not that you don't understand the rules and their consequences, it's just that it shouldn't be something that you should be overly concerned with. This matter is finished. Let's forget it. If I beat you, won't the Lord be angry with me when he finds out?"
Chu Wanning didn't bother to talk such nonsense with him and simply said: "I hold people accountable according to the law, and I should also be held accountable myself according to the law."
Kneeling down in front of the hall, facing the plaque of sect rules, he said:
"Punish me."

hugger |n.s.|
pairing:Â newt scamander x reader
summary: you begin to develop feelings for newt, your employer, and accidentally do the one thing he hates: hugs (super super fluffy! pining, friends to lovers, takes place in between fbawtft and fb:tcog)
warnings:Â extremely minimal swearing, getting injured (nothing serious!), a niffler giving birth (?)
guide: (Y/N) = your name, italics = flashback
word count:Â 2.1K
a/n:Â this was supposed to be a blurb LMAO i rewatched fantastic beasts and unearthed my 8th grade crush on him which gave me this as a product! i hope you like it!!
âDenied again?â you asked Newt. He gave you a curt nod as he paced towards the Kelpie pool.Â
You frowned; he always seemed to get quieter after he returned from the Ministry. It had been his third attempt to regain his international passport and, of course, his third run in with his brother, Theseus. And you knew how complicated their relationship was. Newt never really talked about Theseus, except for the offhand comments he would make about him.
So far, all you had gathered about the mysterious Scamander was that he was tall, an Auror, and quite the hugger. You nearly burst out laughing when Newt had mentioned that last little fact about his brother as if it were reason enough to dislike him.
âIâm sorry, Mr. Scamander, but that just doesnât seem like something to hate a person over.â
Newt exhaled in quiet laughter as he pet a Mooncalf, grabbing some treats from the bucket he held. He flashed a kind smile at the Mooncalf before turning off and dropping the bucket to the ground, staring you down from across his basement.
âYou havenât met Theseus, then.â
Newt refused to meet your eyes as he joined you in caring for the Leucrotta. You chewed your lipâ perhaps you were making a mistake, talking to him so plainly. He was your employer, after all. You werenât there to help him make nice with his older brother.
Yet, you continued to speak as if you were a personal acquaintance of his. âWhat Iâm trying to say is youâre an incredibly kind, sweet person, Mr. Scamander.âÂ
That got his attention. His head slowly raised to meet yours, and when he saw you were already looking at him, he looked away. But that did not deter you.Â
âYou refer to yourself as these creaturesâ mother!â you announced with playful exasperation. That got to him, a soft, harmonic chuckle escaping his lips. âYou have such a big heart. I suppose Iâm just a little shocked that hugging is the disqualifier.â
Newtâs smile faded as he processed your words. You saw his Adamâs apple bob as he swallowed, thick with emotion. He then shook his head as if it would drive the feelings away, pointing you off towards another creature in need of care.
âWell, what are you going to do?â you prodded, making your way beside him. âTry again?â
âYes,â he stated with a nonchalant shrug, âthatâs exactly what I plan on doing. And Iâll keep at it until I get that ban lifted.â
You snorted. âI can see why you were a Hufflepuffâ dedication like no other, Mr. Scamander.âÂ
Newt glanced up at you with a lopsided grin that had your stomach flipping for a moment. The tips of your ears began to heat up and you prayed to Merlin that your hair covered them.
You had known for a while that you had feelings for Newt. It started cultivating inside you with every adoring smile, every impassioned statement, every quiet appraisal. It had soon grown too big to go unnoticed and you knew you were in far too deep.
âQuiet now, quiet now,â Newt whispered to the little Bowtruckle, âmumâs here.â
You were padding down the steps from his apartment, reading the instructions on the back of a potion vile. He had advised you to get it from his medicine cabinet for your headache but you werenât entirely sure that you picked up the right one.
âMr. ScamanderâŠâ your voice trailed off at the sight of his maternal tendencies.
âI know, I know,â he cooed, âbut change can be a good thing. On you hop.â He continued to pet the small and pouty thing before placing it into the makeshift nest he had created, where it was welcomed by the rest of its friends.
That small moment, seemingly insignificant, had caused you to completely fall for Newt. His soft, green eyes fell upon you with a gentle, questioning look at the potion you held. You nodded, answering his silent question without actually telling the truth because, if Newt could be as seemingly perfect as he was day in and day out, you could suffer with a headache for one day.
âPrepare the ointment, please.â
You raised the large container of ointment that you had mixed together in preparation for Newtâs return. âDonât have to ask me twice, Mr. Scamander.â
He nodded his head towards a desk where you placed the container down.Â
Newt began to take off his trademark royal blue coat, flinging it onto a desk as he conversed with you about your work. âHow has Molly been?â
You eyed the pregnant Niffler which was milling about in its cage. âQuite well, actually. Sheâs due any day now.â
âAnd the other Nifflers?â
âNiffler-y, as always,â you joked, earning a smile from the sandy haired man before you.
âLovely.â Newt finally turned around, examining your state. âYouâll join me, wonât you? Kelpieâs are easier with two people.â
âRight, yes, of course.â
âBrilliant.â
You undid the buttons on your blouse with haste so that you stood in your pants and camisole, pulling your hair from your eyes as you prepared to hop into the pool. It wasnât like it was the first time youâd done this, but each time had your nerves thrumming with anxieties that something would go wrong.
You spun around as you took a step towards the edge of the pool, standing shoulder to shoulder with Newt. He extended his hand without looking down, taking yours in his perfectly rough ones, your mouth instantly going dry. Newt looked over at you, so incredibly close that your noses nearly brushed against one another. He nodded and so did you, both hopping backwards into the pool.
Your camisole popped up from the sudden force and Newt quickly looked away as you tucked it back in to the best of your ability. As soon as you were done, you splashed some water his way, striking him in the chest. His eyes went wide with amusement as he did the same to you, hitting you square in the face.
A small wave knocked the two of you back under, the Kelpie swimming its way towards you. You and Newt managed to grab a hold of it, barely staying on as it bucked you two up and down.Â
After about the third time the Kelpie lept from the water, you cemented your grip. You let out a loud whoop as the cold air kissed your wet skin, Newt also cheering beside you. The Kelpie dove deep under the water, preparing to rocket you two up. As it breached the water, Newt sent you a disarming smile that had your hands subconsciously loosening. As the Kelpie snapped back under the water, you were thrown off, your body just narrowly missing the stone columns of the pool and splashing with a loud crack in the water.
â(Y/N)!â Newt cried out. His voice was drowned out by the water and by the fact that the pain from the fall had you slipping in and out of consciousness. It was the last thing you heard before you passed out, deep under the water.
You awoke to smell of a savory broth soup flooding in from the room over. You looked around the familiar space, soon realizing that you were sat on Newtâs couch, a blanket tucked firmly up to your chin. Your cheeks grew warm as you inhaled the scent that was distinctly him, scolding yourself for the childish crush you had developed.
You adjusted yourself, sitting up to see a tray of tinctures on the table beside you with a note that read, âPlease take these when you wake! Newt.â You followed his orders, slugging them back with a wince at each unpleasant taste.
But then you heard a strange noise from the basement. It was a mix between a squeak and a whine, concerning enough to pull you from your cozy spot on Newtâs couch. You stood up and peered around the corner, hearing a soft, offkey hum ringing from the kitchen where Newt most likely was cooking his dinner. The sound of his voice warmed your heart and you almost, almost, got up to speak with him but you figured you had caused him enough trouble for the day. So instead, you headed into the basement by yourself.
You gripped the railings on the stairs with immense force, hoping not to fall over. Your body felt sore which you could only attribute to your accident earlier. You stopped at the bottom of the steps, peering around when you were met with a pained cry from the Niffler cage. You ran up to it to see Molly the pregnant Niffler whimpering in pain as another Niffler nudged at her stomach.
âOh, Merlin,â you muttered, âyouâre about to give birth, arenât you, Molls?â
As if Molly could understand you, she let out a loud squeal.
âOh, Merlin. Time to put that Hogwarts education to the test, I suppose,â you mumbled to yourself to give yourself the confidence you needed to deliver the little Niffler babies.
You snatched the pair of gloves from beside the cage and tugged them on tight, casting a spell so theyâd perfectly fit your hands. You unlocked the cage to take Molly out, moving her into a small tray with bedding in it.
âOkay, Molls, you got this. Mumâs here.âÂ
You rubbed her stomach in small circles, feeling the babyâ no, babiesâ squirm around. One thing was for certain: you needed Newt.
âMr. Scamander!â you called upstairs. No response. âMr. Scamander, please!â Still no response. âMerlinâs beard, Newt! Get down here!â
No later did you hear heavy steps growing louder behind you. â(Y/N)! Youâre awake! Are you okay-â
You didnât have time for his rambling. You sent a panicked look over your shoulder, meeting his wide eyes. âMolly is giving birth. Triplets.â
âMerlinâs beard.â He ran a hand through his hair, ruffling it in contemplation. âHowâs she doing?â
âSheâs a fighter, Iâll tell you that.â
âWhat can I do to help you?â
You whipped around. Apparently youâd be delivering the babies. You took in a sobering breath, steadying your shaking hands.
âSomething shiny, some snacks, and a towel.â
Newt scrambled around the workspace as fast as he could, dropping the items in front of you. You laid out the towel and snacks beside Molly, massaging her stomach as you felt the babies start to move more than before. It was time. You pulled the shiny object out from behind your back, dangling it above Mollyâs head as she delivered three adorable Niffler babies, so distracted by the object that she didnât realize that sheâd given birth. You escorted the babies onto the towel, allowing them to nibble on the snacks as you stripped the gloves off.
âMerlin,â you murmured to yourself in astonishment, âMerlin! I justâŠâ
Newtâs smile was so big it nearly split his face. He nodded, sharing in your excitement. âYou did,â he assured.
Completely forgetting about professionalism, you hopped onto him, engulfing him in a tight hug while you laughed melodically. Newtâs thin frame stiffened in your grasp. You gasped, jumping off of him with your hands up.
âI am so sorry, Mr. Scamander. No hugs, I forgot.â
Newt simply stared at you, searching your eyes. You gulped as he took a step closer to you.
âTheseus tends to believe that a hug is just as useful as an apology, so I donât quite like hugs for that reason.â
âOh.â You didnât know what else to say.
The corner of Newtâs lips twitched upwards, looking around before meeting your gaze. He took another step forward before taking you in his arms. You began to wonder if he could feel your heart pounding in your chest, whether he assumed it was from adrenaline or knew that it was him that drove you mad.
âYou should be proud of yourself!â He pulled away to look in your eyes, his arms slinking downwards to rest around your waist. âAnd, please, (Y/N), no more with the Mr. Scamander business. Iâd like to think that weâre well acquainted enough for you to call me Newt.â
If professionalism was damned before, it was most certainly damned now.
Merlin, he was so close, you couldnât help yourself. With your arms wrapped behind his neck, you pulled him into a long overdue kiss. Your heart thundered in your chest but you were too focused on the way his lips melted perfectly into yours, the way he kissed you back with such hunger and vigor that you had to hold onto him tighter, the way you began to smile as he attempted to figure out where to place his hands.Â
You pulled away a moment later, Newt following your lips with unpleasant surprise. All you could do was let out a soft chuckle as your cheeks turned pink.
A teasing grin grew on his lips that had your stomach flipping. âIâm positive now that weâre well acquainted enough for you to call me Newt.â

For your writing prompt: âabsolveâ would be a fun one to explore đ
Thank you for the writing prompt, Soup! đ I hope you enjoy this. I umm-ed and ahh-ed over this for a while, but we got there in the end! Snacks and hum still to come. (Oh look, I'm a poet and I certainly did not know it.)
Under the cut for length. đ It's a bit longer than the usual, so you can also read on AO3 if you'd prefer.
absolve.
Q looks down at the mangled scraps of Bondâs Walther and sighs heavily before turning away to squint at a notification on his screen. Whatever it is, has Q distracted enough that Bond has to clear his throat to get the Quartermasterâs attention again.
âApologies, 007,â says Q. âIf thatâs everything, you can go.â
âNo bollocking today?â
âI have enough on my plate,â says Q loftily, âIâm hereby absolving myself of all responsibility in lecturing you. â
âThatâs a shame.â
âYou enjoy it far too much.â
âAnyone would.â
The Quartermaster clears his throat, a sure sign heâs been thrown off balance.
âWell, that attitude goes some way to explaining your abysmal rate of equipment return.â He shakes off the pinkness in his cheeks. âIf youâre desperate for punishment, you can report to the Finance department at three pm. I assure you their lectures are about as exciting as a blunt HB pencil.â
âIâm familiar,â says Bond tightly. âIâm afraid Iâll be busy watching paint dry.â
With a hard stab to his keyboardâs key and a tight, decisive smile, Q snaps, âCancel your plans. Theyâre expecting you.â
âYouâre honestly packing me off to bloody Accounting?â
âFinance,â corrects Q. âUnbelievably, itâs an entirely different department.â
Bond rounds the desk, perching himself on its edge and leaning into Qâs space. âAnd thereâs nothing I can do to persuade you to cancel that meeting?â
Q looks up at him, flustered but largely unimpressed. The withering look on his face is one Bond carries with him everywhere, a fond memory for him to draw on when things in the field go to shit.
âYour charm doesnât work nearly so well outside the medical department, Bond. Iâm afraid the only thing that would persuade me to do anything is a bit of equipment returned in one piece.â Q picks up a detached bit of the gun in disgust. âIâd welcome an earpiece, frankly.â
Bond smiles, reaching into his pocket and placing its contents gently on the desk in front of Q. Itâs a gleaming Omega watch, its explosive insides untapped and its glass face without a single scratch.
âWhat â you blew up the last one I gave you.â Q turns the watch over in confusion.
âItâs not yours,â says Bond, not bothering to hide the fondness in his voice. âIt was one of the last things your predecessor gave me.â
Q swallows. Bond is aware of the esteem in which the younger Quartermaster held his elder counterpart. Theyâd both been fundamentally different people; one, a madman, fond of fitting explosive devices where they ought not to be and always looking toward his next holiday; the other a rigid, whip-smart workaholic who preferred explosive devices to look their part. And yet both of them wrapped themselves in cardigans and tweed â the unofficial uniform of Cambridge-educated eccentrics everywhere.
âYou neednât hand this back, Bond,â says Q softly. âEspecially not for a favour. We both know youâre not going to that bloody meeting anyway.â
His fingers are the tell, white-knuckled where they grasp the links of the watch band. Bond thinks of a soft confession Q made to him once over a whisky. You canât imagine the chaos. One explosion set off a chain of others, and in the end â well, you saw it. There was nothing left. Silva didnât just blow up the building, he blew up our past too.
âKeep it,â insists Bond. He tries not to feel too guilty at the thought of a handful of other gadgets in the back of his bedroom wardrobe. Maybe one day heâll have Q there to show him in person.
âThank you.â Q smiles gratefully before picking up his half-filled mug. âIâll cancel the meeting with Finance.â
âNo,â says Bond. âI have a different request.â
âFor heavenâs sake,â Q sighs, though itâs lacking its usual disgruntled air. âGo on, then.â
âCome to dinner with me.â
Q chokes around a sip of tea. âSorry, what?â
âSeven oâclock. No excuses,â teases Bond, nodding at the watch. âI know that thing runs on time.â
Q looks down and laughs, disbelieving. Bond knows if the answer is no, heâll likely never get another chance at this. Perhaps he should have saved his request for a moment when Q didnât have a thousand demands on his time, but this is the way Bond prefers to operate, by impulsively throwing all his eggs in one explosive basket and hoping for the best. No use dragging out the inevitable.
âAll right,â comes the reply, quiet. âYes. Fine. Seven oâclock?â
For all the seriousness of his voice, Qâs eyes are glinting hopefully under the awful fluorescent lights of his lab.
Bond hums. âWear something nice.â
Q turns away with a smile, his thumb strokes over the watch face. âI will.â

Cat Eyes (JJK x Reader) â€ïžâïžđđŸ

Pairing: Jeon Jungkook x Reader
Genre: Hybrid!AU, Human!Jungkook, Hybrid!Reader, Fluff/romance, Strangers to lovers?, slight angst, smut
Warnings: discussion of homelessness and unfairness against hybrids, mild mention of past abuse, trust issues, Sweet Koo, smut because duh, lovemaking itâs so sweet yall, dirty talk but only minor, overstimulation, multiple orgasms, doggy style, mild biting, yeah thatâs it this time wait for part two oh my
Summary: on the streets, cast out. Just another week for you, but somehow you wonder if this stranger might mean a change for you.
Or alternatively: Jungkook feeds you and youâre kinda grateful for that.

Its cold, but you've been preparing for that outcome for a long time already. Being born as a hybrid, a simple housecat at that, you had nothing special or rewarding about you, making you just a pet getting passed around from person to person as soon as you got too boring to keep around.
This was a regular thing for you. The fact that you got kicked out so many times already made you wary of actually possessing any belongings at all, not even owning a phone or clothes you could consider your own- merely the things you currently wore, drenched in the water that had been dribbling from the skies in rough speeds, hood over your head already useless at keeping your hair and ears dry. But it was okay. This was normal for you, after all.
Sitting down between two glowing vending machines located behind a small convenience store, you tried to warm yourself up with the small amount of heat radiating off of the two metal machines- not really being successful, but desperate times called for desperate measures.
It's been three weeks already like this, trying to find a place to catch some sleep before roaming the streets again, searching for food and sometimes even finding a bit of money on the street. You didn't have a collar, so you had to hide your hybrid features well- not like you'd like to show your dirty fur anytime soon anyways.
Yawning before turning a bit, shoes squeaking a bit with the amount of water inside them, you closed your eyes, mind focusing on the buzzing next to your head, trying to use it as a form of lullaby to soothe you into sleeping a bit. Yet you were disturbed by someone pressing the buttons and inserting money into the vending machine, the loud noises of the soda can banging against the metal interior loudly enough to make you press your ears flat against your skull. You hoped whoever was craving the beverage was a human or didn't pay attention to you; but again- you were out of luck.
"Huh?" Came the humming question of a male voice, and you instantly tensed up as a warm hand was placed on your wet shoulder. "Hey.. you okay?" The voice asked, and you imagined his Umbrella shielding him from the rain, the pitter patter of it on the plastic fabric an indication that he probably used one. You weren't an impressive predator like a Tiger or a Leopard, but you certainly could distinguish noises from one another to see things around you, even without using your eyes. "Can you hear me?" He asked gently, and you wanted to turn around, scoff in his face that yes, you did, you just chose not to. "Do you have an owner.?" Well, piss. Seems like hiding your features didn't do much as well.
You only turned a bit, hood catching on a pointed piece of metal from the vending machine, making it reveal one of your wet ears to him, as well as a piece of the side of your face. You only saw him with one eye, but you already knew he was on the far opposite of the food chain- expensive suit and sparkling rolex on his wrist, connected to the tattooed hand holding his black umbrella almost mocking you as he looked at you with pity. You spotted his ears, or more lack thereof, already wanting to cry at them; a human like him didn't know the things you were going through. That's probably why he'd asked if you were owned immediately, and you wanted to laugh. Yet your croaky voice didn't say these things. It only stated the obvious. "No." Because you really didn't- the official timespan was two weeks, after that, a formerly owned hybrid was officially considered a stray if it went missing. You didn't belong to anyone other than the state itself- which was why you had to hide so well, to not get thrown into an adoption center again.
The stranger furrowed his brows a bit, before leaving. Well, at least he took the hint, you thought, before he came back again, placing a white bag with some plastic items down in front of you, before putting his umbrella over your head, the rain suddenly stopping from falling down on you. You looked downwards, at the plastic container- sushi? Dumplings? And another one that steamed a bit- rice? You didn't get it, but still turned around a bit, watching him warily as if you were waiting for him to yell sike and run away. Yet he didn't, simply scooting a bit closer to not get the rain onto his head, and waiting. The sound of cars passing by and some music being played somewhere was the only noise surrounding you for a bit, before you hesitantly reached out for the containers, always keeping an eye on him. He simply smiled when you started to unpack the plastic foil of the cheap chopsticks, digging into the hot rice as if it was a five star meal. You could practically feel it warming up your belly, making you suppress a sigh as you got lost in consuming the food he'd bought.
Only once you were finished, not being able to eat everything, did he actually move. He grabbed some of the leftovers, eating them until he took the boxes and put them into the trash nearby. You looked at him with a questioning gaze. Would he want anything from you now? You didn't trust his angelic features at all if you were being honest. "You're probably not gonna want to come home with me and thats fine." He said, before looking at you. "I'll leave the umbrella here, alright? Lets hope the rain stops soon." He mumbled, getting up, making you look up to him as he slowly turned around, giving you a small wave. "Goodnight. Stay safe." He simply said, before jogging to his car.
Huh. What a weird guy.

Jeon Jungkook was his name as he'd introduced himself on the second day of visiting you behind the convenience store, and he was indeed a weird human. He made it a simple casualty- visiting you every day after work with food, having full conversations with you, and asking about your day and life in general. He himself noticed a slight spark returning to your eyes, interest peaking in those orbs as you talked to him more and more. You were a quiet girl, not really giving away much about you, but managing to make him feel like he knew you. You were smart, and he liked that. After almost a week of daily conversations, he finally popped the question.
"Do you want to come home with me?" He asked, making you look up from your can of soup he'd bought you this time. You thought for a bit before shrugging. At this point he'd invested so much into feeding you that it felt like you had to- simply as a form of repayment. He smiled, before leaning his head a bit to the side, voice low and serious. "You don't have to. I'm simply offering." He said, and you put down the empty can, nodding.
"Alright." You said, and he grinned, standing up and putting the trash away before closing the umbrella still hanging over the vending machines, turning around. His eyes widened a bit at just how short you were, yet he found it endearing. He led you to his car, not caring that his cream colored interior could be stained with your admittedly dirty clothing and shoes. He'd pay someone to clean it the next day, and all would be fine.
"So uhm.." You began, unsure what would happen now. "What am I supposed to do when we get to your place?" You asked, and after a moment of realization, his ears turned red.
"No no no, I'm, oh my.." He cleared his throat for a moment, before he threw one leg over the other, as to make himself seem more sure of himself than he actually was. "I'm not that kind of person." He explains calmly, as he waves his hand to the driver, who nodded, before the window to the front closes, giving you two some privacy. "I simply saw you there and.. I don't know. I couldn't just leave you there." He said, and you nodded.
"So it's for your repuptation." You said. "I guess you're an investor then?" You knew people like him. Their initial thought was nice, but at the end of the day it was only for personal gain. Well, at least he'd keep you around for some months before the public would slowly forget about you again. You've been through that as a young kitten.
But he shook his head. "I am an investor, yeah- but I don't plan on showing you to the public eye. I don't want anything of you other than your company." You opened your mouth again, but he groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose for a second. "Not like that." He began. "My apartment is.. big. Huge. But it's also empty. A friend of mine had told me I should get a hybrid, and I genuinely considered. I was actually at a shelter the day we first met." He explained, and you nodded. "I didn't find anyone I was.. okay with, I guess. I can't just let anyone into my life, you know. Most people only want something, just to leave right after. When I saw you, yeah, at first it was pure pity, I won't lie." You nodded, watching him. "But the more we talked, the more I realized how compatible we were." Well, this was new. "I won't be home much, because I work a lot, but I don't like being lonely." He turns to you, serious. "If you're comfortable with it, I'd like you to simply be a companion. Someone who shares my home with me, accompanies me to those absolutely boring dinners I have to endure every week or so, and who sometimes maybe comes to work with me. If you simply want to stay home however, that's fine as well." He says, and you nod.
"Can I.. think about it?" You ask, and he nods, a gentle smile adoring his lips. The rest of the ride is filled with comfortable silence, and you almost drift off to sleep, but you arrive at his apartment complex before you can fully float away. There's nothing said between the two of you as he leads you inside the hallway of the building, a hand on the small of your back as if to make sure you won't get lost, his figure always close to shield you from wary eyes of the security and other residents walking by. Inside the elevator, silence is still present, until someone joins you two; a tall man, a little older than your now soon-to-be Master, who looks at you, and then at your Master.
"Ah, so you have finally found someone for you? I'm happy for you Jungkook." He says,a smile on his lips. "My name is Kim Seokjin my dear, may I ask yours?" He speaks, and you look at Jungkook close to you as if you were expecting him to answer for you- like it was typical. But he only smiled as well, nodding towards you in encouragement, so you, quietly, answered with a small bow of your head. "Ah, a shy one isn't she? But very pretty, I have to say." He said, and Jungkook chuckled as if to accompany that statement. "Ah, well. Please think about the company dinner next saturday, and oh!" Seokjin said as he left the elevator, hand holding the elevator door open for a moment as he looked at you one last time. "Bring her along, yeah? I heard that Jimin is bringing Yoongi as well. A good chance for her to make friends.!" He said, before winking, and waving goodbye- leaving you and Jungkook inside the elevator to climb a few more levels higher.
"Don't feel pressured now, please." Jungkook said, as the elevator chimed, the two of you stepping out as he walked past you to open his apartment door. "You don't have to if its too soon." He said, before opening his door.
He didn't lie when he said his apartment was big, but you never truly saw a skyline like that. It was a breathtaking view outside the windows, and it took a moment until you could finally avert your eyes to scan the rest. It felt.. almost sterile, in a way. Nothing truly screamed his name at you, neither the furniture, nor wall decorations. A few pictures were hung up, but other than that, the apartment looked like it got pulled straight out of an interior design magazine. "It's pretty bland, isn't it?" He lowly said, as he turned on some of the lights, hanging up his coat on the hanger next to the door as he untied his shoes. "I know it does. I.. hope that'll change, maybe." He said, before he made his way into the open kitchen. "Are you hungry? Thirsty? I can just show you your room and leave you be as well, yeah, that would probably be a good idea. Let me show you." He said, and you followed him after taking your own shoes off as well.
It was a rare occurence to have a room for yourself- so much so, that you only remember having one as a kitten, when it had been necessary. Stepping inside, you noticed the crisp air; he'd opened the window to air it out, it seemed. There was a bed in the corner, a wardrobe and a mirror- as well as a door that connected to a bathroom, right now void of light. "I'll leave you be for now. There are some of my old clothes so you have something to sleep in- don't worry, I washed them so you won't get my scent on you just yet, I know it makes hybrids a bit fussy." He chuckled, and nodded towards you with a smile. "If you want to, you can come out, if you don't stay inside, I won't be mad. I'll have the day off tomorrow and after, so we should use that time to get you some clothes if you want." He suggested, and you nodded into his direction. He bowed a bit, before leaving the room, and you alone.
You waited a bit so his footsteps got out of reach, before you walked around a bit. The room was bigger than the one you had as a kitten, but still small enough to be considered a guest room. Your first goal however, was the bathroom. Grabbing the clothes he had left you, you noticed immediately that it had been washed with hybrid proof detergent- a brand called 'noscent' which was typically used for newly homed hybrids so they wouldn't get overwhelmed. How he knew of that was unclear to you, but maybe he did have a hybrid before, or a friend told him. It didn't matter though, because you knew this was timed. Better make the most out of it. So as you climbed into the bathtub, soapy scent around you as you washed yourself squeaky clean, you felt okay again. Now was the time to mend yourself together, figure out what your master liked so you could make your stay as comfortable for everyone involved as possible, and just enjoy the good sides while rushing the bad.
But somehow there was a weird feeling in your gut.
Maybe things were really about to change this time.

The next morning was calm. Apart from something clattering in the kitchen, you awoke by yourself, shocked to see it almost being twelve. Why had he not woken you up, when he so clearly implied yesterday that he had plans with you today? For a moment you wondered if maybe this had been a test, but judging by his whistling in the kitchen, he was in a good attitude still.
So you went for it.
Simply brushing your hair and tail, you stepped out the room, smell of food immediately meeting your nose. "I was about to wake you." He said without turning, as he grabbed another bowl to fill. "I figured I'd let you sleep after all that change so you could rest well. Good morning." He said, finally turning around, making you gasp internally a bit.
You knew that his hand was tattooed, but what now showed was his entire forearm covered in ink. Completely different from yesterday, he wore a simple grey sweater and sweatpants combo, hair in a messy tiny ponytail on his head. He looked so.. young, yet masculine, not at all like the businessman you had encountered before. But it was a nice change; because if he let you see himself like this, he really was intending to have you around for longer, and was working towards a more personal companionship. Maybe he really did want you as a companion for himself, not his outside persona.
You sat down at the table before stopping immediately, eyes widening. He seemed to notice this however, chuckling as he placed a warm hand on your shoulder, helping you on the chair properly. "You can sit at the table with me, don't worry. Please move around freely; my home is as much mine as it is yours now, okay?" He said, and you nodded. "Thank you." He said, and you watched him for a moment, before you started to eat.
"How.." You started, and he wiped his lips with a tissue before looking at you, attention now on your words. You were grateful for that small gesture. "How do you know that much about hybrids?" You asked, and he smiled.
"Yesterday, Jin-hyung said something about Yoongi, you remember?" You nodded, a bit eagerly, since you were used to remember things that your master said all the time. "Good girl." He said, and it made your skin tingle a bit, as he cleared his throat, a bit shy after letting that slip. "He uhm, Yoongi-hyung is a cat-hybrid as well. His owner is Jimin, who's my coworker. Yoongi was a rescue a few years back, who I asked a bit about what to do if I take someone in who.. you know, wasn't from a shelter. He told me a few things." He explained, and you nodded.
"Why are you calling him Yoongi-hyung though, if he's a hybrid?" You asked, before taking another spoonful. You liked warm food. It made your belly warm.
"Ah." He mused, as he finished his plate, leaning back. "I'm not really following the whole foodchain-order stuff, to be honest. Yoongi-hyung is older than me, my hyung, so that's that. Oh, that reminds me, how old are you?" He asked, and you answered.
"I think.. 22?" You said, and he seemed a bit sad. Did you say something wrong? Did he want someone younger? Someone older?
"Ah, sorry.. but, you think?" He said. "So.. you haven't celebrated your birthday, at all?" He asked, and you shook your head. "Ah thats no good. We'll celebrate it this year, promise!" He said. "You're a bit younger than me, by the way. I'm 25." He said, and you nodded, saving that information inside your brain for future reference. "If you're done we can either go shopping, or if you don't want to, we can shop online. We should do that now though, otherwise you'll have to wait too long for delivery and stuff." He said, and you nodded.
"Do you have a collar for me then?" You asked, and Jungkook grabbed your empty plate to put away. A collar wasn't something he could just not give you- he knew from Yoongi that it wasn't demeaning in any way. Wearing a collar was a form of comfort, it wasn't just an accessory, it was a physical evidence that you were claimed and safe.
"Yoongi gave me one of his older ones, but we can buy a proper one you like today." He said, and dried his hands on a dish towel as he looked at you. "Go and get your shoes, I'll give you one of my coats to wear, and then we can go, yeah?"

Shopping was always a hard one to crack.
This was when you would somehow have to figure out by simply picking the opossum on the road to know if its dead or not- in a sense of; simply point, and wait for the blow. With Jungkook however, there never was one, and it confused you how calm and somehow even happy he was. For example, when you pointed at a pretty expensive collar that wasn't your style just to see how he'd react, you didn't know how to react when he smiled. "Ah, let's look for something more delicate, yeah? The price doesn't bother me, but I doubt that heavy chains suit you kitten." He had simply said, and somehow, the petname made your ears turn towards him, making a nearby bunny hybrid and her owner chuckle.
He'd somehow managed to wiggle under your skin in just a day.
Because somehow, every time he looked at you, helped you reach something, or talked to you about what you liked, it felt so genuine. It felt like he really cared.
"Okay, how about.. oh, this one!" He said, pointing at a collar hidden behind glass- one covered in velvet, with a pretty pattern and a silver plate on the front where your name would be. It was expensive; absolutely mind blowing however, but what made your eyes glisten were his words. "There's a jeweler next door, so we can have your name and ID, as well as my emergency information stamped in." Because, until now, you only had the one's where you slide a paper with all needed info underneath a clear cover- it was easier to replace or give back. But, getting it stamped onto such an expensive collar was definitely something that would last- well, forever. "Or- wait, hey hey, whats wrong? If you don't like it we can buy a different one-"
"I love it." You said, and he led you away from all noise, into a more secluded part of the shop, where he squatted down to properly look at you. "I just.. I..it's..-" You began, and somehow he understood, and had this absolutely frustrating smile again, as he helped you wipe your tears a bit less harshly than you did yourself.
"I haven't said it clear enough yet, haven't I?" He asks, voice warm. "I plan on forever, not just for the moment. What I said when you first came into my apartment was directed at you. I hope you'll make my home feel like a home one day. How can I think about giving you away, when I just got you?" He questions, and you shrug. "I know trust isn't something you give away easily, and thats completely fine. I can also Imagine that you're not too sure of things right now, considering where you came from. But I promise you, I really do-" He says, and takes your hands in his. "I'll stay by your side for as long as you let me." He finishes, and you nod after a moment. "Alright? Alright!" He says, and takes your hand to buy the collar, your eyes still sparkling when you later on watch the lady at the jeweler stamp in your name- and his at the bottom.
Maybe this really was permanent.

At the dinner table with all his colleagues, and the infamous cat hybrid Yoongi next to you, you felt less awkward than you thought you would. Yoongi was a huge help, his calm demeanor helping you to stay composed as well, even under the watchful eyes of the rest of the people. Seokjin had been sweet as well, immediately making you feel welcomed. Jungkook never let you out of his sight, and it made you feel save as well.
It felt good.
Yoongi and you conversed here and there, and occasionally, Jungkook or Jimin, Yoongis owner would chime in, which made it feel as if you were always a part of this. You started to smile a bit, converse more openly, all until a waitress came and turned everything upside down.
"Would you like us to escort the pets to a different table, sir?" She asked Seokjin, who you had learned owned the company Jungkook and his coworkers worked for. He cleared his throat, and shook his head; almost an apologetic look in his eyes as he looked at Yoongi, you, and Taehyung- an independent Tiger-Hybrid with working license, he'd told you. He seemed to clench his teeth as to stay quiet, as the waitress left, leaving an uncomfortable silence behind.
"I'm sorry, please continue." Seokjin said, but the reminder of your status made everyone a bit.. uneasy the rest of the night.
"I'm sorry about the waitress, by the way." Jungkook said, as he helped you into your coat, when everyone was leaving. You shook your head, but he held his unsure expression. "No, I really am. It was uncalled for, and I'm genuinely upset that she phrased it like that." He explained, and you smiled.
"It's okay, Master." You said, which made Yoongis and Taehyungs ears shoot towards your direction, as if on instinct. They didn't look, no, they were discreet. But they still wanted to know what would happen next. "She probably didn't know- after all, it's still quite uncommon to keep hybrids as equal partners nowadays. Change comes slow." You said, but Jungkook suddenly seemed even more serious as he placed his hands on your shoulders, as you looked up at him.
"Jungkook." He said, and you leaned your head to the side in question. "Please, don't.. please just call me Jungkook." He explained, and you nodded, unsure why he was so upset by this. He sighed, before he traced your metal nameplate with his thumb for a fracture of a second, smiling again. "Let's go home." He said, and you nodded, walking after him as he lead the way, not noticing the way that Yoongi and Taehyung shared knowing glances at each other.

When Jungkook came home, he didn't know what exactly made him realize at first. Maybe it was the way your shoes were placed where there used to be none, or how the clothing hangers held your coats and scarfs as well now. Maybe it was the scent, or the rug that was placed on the lightwood laminated floor because your feet were always cold- or maybe it was your body on his couch, covered by a thick blanket he'd bought you recently when the winter became colder. No, it wasn't that- it was what came next. Your ears which flicked into his direction from their place ontop of your head, and the words you uttered next. "Welcome home Kookie!" You said, and he smiled.
He simply walked over to the couch, letting himself lean ontop of you as he squeezed himself behind your body on the couch, holding you securely to his chest as you turned around to face him. He looked tired, but happy and you took in his scent, so distinctive you could probably tell his from a million others just after a second. He sighed, before he ran a hand over your back, cold palm warming up slowly. You were both unsure what exactly you two were- but it was clear that this wasn't just an owner-hybrid companionship anymore. No, the way Jungkook looked at you had something in it that you knew only lovers had; which made you feel so comfortable around him, after all.
So it was only natural, in a way, that after a moment or two, or maybe more (you didn't really notice anymore), you two found each other in his bedroom, a place you had spent your nights before as well. But this time there was no sleeping involved, at least not in that moment, as his hands roamed around, lips chasing yours as you mewled underneath him needily. He wished he could record it, but even if he did it would never sound as sweet as it did right now. Everything felt so good he didn't even care about his own noises, as you two began to shed your clothes one piece after another, until there was nothing to cover you anymore.
"You're so sweet, you know that?" He hummed against your neck, as you squirmed underneath his hands, his inked fingers wandering down between your legs, were you were aching for his touch to make you fall apart. "Even right now, with my fucking hand between your legs, you look so cute." He chuckled, while you could only rut into his palm like a touch-starved pet. He was teasing, and in a way you hated it, but somehow you couldn't tell him to hurry. No, you didn't want him to hurry at all, because you were at the point of realization;
"I love you, Koo." You said, and he stopped for a moment, some seconds that made you feel absolutely humiliated, before he groaned, pushing your legs against your stomach.
"You can't drop something like that onto me like this, Kitten." He scolded playfully, with no harm intended. No, he simply took hold of his already leaking length to guide himself into you, making you squeal in delight before you sighed out. "I love you too, I adore you so much, I swear to everything I have.." He said, as he began to move, almost as if he was unable to quite control himself. Technically, you were the one to act like an animal; but instead, it was him nipping at your skin, and growling out curses that sounded way too filthy to be uttered out from those lips.
You loved it.
The way he held you, played you like a well tuned instrument, how he sped up his pace without warning because he knew you could take it. You were his good kitten after all, all his, and he knew you would be good. You were lost in your own little cloud as his hand went between your bodies again, fingers suddenly flicking your nub in a sadistic movement that had you scream without sound- pleasure shooting through your veins so violently you were unsure if it was pain or heaven that you felt.
"Ah- Koo- I-" You pressed out, but he simply moved his hand away, never stopping however. "I can't-" You said, but he pulled out before you could finish, flipping you onto your stomach where he pulled your lower body upwards, entering you again as he teasingly stroked your tail which flopped down to one side to make space and give him a clear view of where you were connected so intimately.
"You can, kitten. And you will." He growled out, noticing how you were slowly clenching again. "I can feel you, greedy kitty." He growled out, pace growing harsher and harsher as the sound of skin against skin got louder and louder. "Come on. Give me one more, yeah?" He said, and you were unable to answer him. "Come on- come on, there we go-" He pressed out, a whining sound leaving his lips as well as he grew more sloppy, more desperate as you came again, your clenching core pushing him over the edge as well as he spilled inside you, before he pulled out, watching almost hypnotized how his cum dripped out of you after a moment.
"I love you." He said, uncaring of how you two probably stained the sheets right now. "I really do." He said, whispered like a promise, as he pulled your body against him, palms still kneading your breasts.
Because if you thought he was done with you, you were very wrong.

I apologize for how short it was, but I only have my phone for now. Sorry if this sucks, it's not my best work, but I didn't want to leave you hanging and without content for this long.. :< Love, Bunny <3

Previous Part || Shut In Masterlist
He was gone.
10:00am
Time had begun to slip past you. Days where you were forced to wake up at 4am were just a dreary memory you didnât want to revisit. The rough shoves in the morning to have you awake enough to be in training by 4:30am only fell into the category of things you had forgotten over the time you had stayed here.
Maybe sleep wasnât a luxury you werenât allowed to afford.
10:30am
By the time you step into the kitchen, the loose structure of the day you had ahead of you was forming. Maybe if you revisited the small makeshift shooting range you had set up for Sam and you to practice. A couple of old soup cans, a flat boulder for them to sit on and you were good to go. He had allowed you to use his giant board for knife throwing too, laughed when you asked for permission before saying it was for the both of you.Â
You made a sandwich for yourself, forcing it down your throat with water. Bread was starting to feel like cardboard and the jam just tasted like nothing. Peanut butter was even worse.
Losing appetite wasnât an option, even though it had eroded a while ago. The best option was to just scarf it down with water.Â
11:00am
Sam isnât in the house, you had deduced. A morning run or maybe just some fresh air.
You checked for the notes he sometimes left for you when he went out. Something along the lines of when heâd be back, or why heâd left, or where you could find him.Â
You looked on top of the fridge where he generally left them; someplace he knew youâd see. You didnât find one.
You shrugged it off.Â
Something felt wrong about the arrangement of the kitchen but you couldnât place a finger on what it was. All the chairs were in its place, trash appropriately in the bin, no bowls were left from soup day in the sink to wash.Â
The origami swan you had made still rested next to his paper airplane. Nothing seemed wrong or out of place.Â
You pushed yourself to shake off the nerves, to get dressed instead. The shooting range was waiting for you.
12:45pm
When you shoot for thirty and get all thirty, it tends to get a little boring. Not that you were complaining; if even one was off youâd spend the whole day trying to make up for it.
Violent hobbies werenât ideal. They werenât even hobbies per se. Just skills you needed to keep sharp if you wanted to survive.
You even shot at the targets that you had hung up on the trees. Dangerous and completely Samâs idea. Said the wind made them act like moving targets. Nevermind the possibility of a ricochet.
The target board was empty too. Admittedly, knife throwing was a little harder to get used than shooting to but it still only took a few tries before you were hitting bullseye over and over again.
There just wasnât anything to do. And you realised it had been this way for a while but you never noticed due to his lively chatter or how competitive it got with stupid games you were making up as you went.Â
1:00pm
You learned against the counter as you ate, eyeing the room, trying to figure out what you had misplaced. The air was cold, even more so after the shower, so you threw on an extra t-shirt to aid you.
You made a noise of disapproval when you couldnât find what was wrong. A quick wash of your hands before you made your way to the TV, fully intending to doze off while watching Megamind for the fourth time.Â
You passed by the mini fridge on the way, noting how you needed to restock the ice cubes when you suddenly stopped in your path.
Your eyes peeled back to the small paper bowl Sam had crafted expertly that was still somehow managing to stick together. But that was what was wrong.
The keys were missing.
The fucking car keys and the pocket change you had taken from Pierceâs house were no longer there.Â
Your body moved on autopilot, dragging you towards the front door. You yanked it open, door creaking under the pressure you applied on it.
Your heart sank.Â
The car was gone.
1:20pm
You had all the possibilities listed out in front of you with the rest scratched out after you had rationalised it.
Someone had come in and taken the car, which wasnât likely.Â
Sam had stepped out but hadnât mentioned it to you. If he did, why would he need the car?
Someone had abducted Sam, which was absurd on paper but still left a twinge of uncertainty because you couldnât definitively rule it out.Â
He had just left. Decided he was done and left.Â
You stared at the last option.Â
âFuck,â you cursed.
You could feel his muscle shift as he looked at you.Â
âWhatâs wrong?âÂ
You opened your mouth but shut it again. How do you explain it to him without sounding utterly ridiculous?
You wondered if it was that conversation.Â
He wouldnât leave after you told him, would he?
You hesitated before shaking your head.
Heâd come back. He would.
1:45pmÂ
You had added a few more possibilities to the list but discarded it almost immediately.
You now found a place in front of the TV, watching but not registering what was said. Your fingers kept itself busy by playing with the hem of your shirt. You had thrown another one on since his jacket was missing with the rest of him. It had gotten colder.
The woman droned on about how much her husband loved the recipe she was making. It was Samâs favourite segment, not because it was particularly fantastic or anything, but because it gave him forty five minutes of free content to trash talk.
Your eyes kept glancing up at the clock. Was it broken or was time much slower than you initially thought?
You almost felt like you were in a cognitive dysfunction; you couldnât do anything other than while away time till you figured out what had gone wrong.Â
2:00pm
If you werenât paying attention, you wouldnât have heard the soft crunch of twigs. The whirring of the wheels as it turned gently only made you sit up straight, hands on the gun that rested on the couch beside you.
It came to a stop. The gun was fully in your grip now, TV turned off to determine what the noises were.
It was the most agonisingly slow minute you spent listening as the car opened and shut, muffled by the distance. You were near the door, using the adjoining wall as a hideaway.Â
The doorknob shook as someone tried to push their way in.Â
âSam?â you called out cautiously against your better judgement, mentally cringing.Â
It took a second for his reply to return.Â
âHey, sweetheart. Let me in, will you? Stupid doorâs not opening.â
Of course it wouldnât. It was fingerprint activated.
Relief flooded your system, letting yourself hold the gun with only one hand as you hastily made your way to open the door.
However, you paused. As much as you wanted to fling the door open blindly, you waited, hand on the knob.
âIs someone out there with you?â
âWhat?â he sounded confused. âNo, itâs just me.â
You opened the door slightly, peeking out through the sliver of open space.Â
Sure enough, it was only him. The car was returned to the same spot that it was.
âWhere were you?â You yanked the door open. You sounded way more aggressive than you planned to, you were sure. It didnât matter though.
âWent to the store,â he said nonchalantly, stepping inside, and dropping the keys back where they were.
âWhat?âÂ
He was so relaxed about it, like it was nothing. It only irked you further than you already were.
âDrove the car till the highway, walked into town and went to the store.â He set the bag down. âWhatâd you do all day?â
âYou went to the town,â you emphasised. âTo the fucking store.â
âYeah, I figured you would be up by the time I came back.â
âYou were gone for hours.â You crossed your arms over your chest, fighting the urge to yell. You could talk it out calmly. You didnât have to snap
You hoped he had a good reason. You sincerely hoped, for his well being and security, that he risked his life to go to public space.
âWeâre way further out than you think. Nearest dollar storeâs almost the next fuckinâ state if youâre walking. Had to ditch the car because itâs a little too flashy, even for me.â He lifted up the bag next to him. âGot us some ramen. And juice. Thatâs all we had cash for anyway.â
You stare at him, mouth slightly agape.Â
âYou could have been seen, Sam,â your tone was corrosive, the next best you could do instead of yelling. âFor all we know, you could have been followed.â
âNo one followed me. I made sure.â
That did nothing to alleviate the anxiety that was crawling into your head.Â
âYouâre ridiculous,â you muttered. âFucking ridiculous.â
âWhere are you going?â You ignored him, turning on your heel and walking to the bedroom. You didnât care if it was his day that day. He could rot in the kitchen with his stupid ramen for all you cared.
You cursed as you slammed the door behind you, launching yourself onto the bed.Â
There was no denying you were relieved that he was still alive and here. But fuck him. Fucking dickhead.Â
Fucking juice.
You spent the next couple of hours feeling absolutely embarrassed for yourself. Why did you spend hours worrying if he was safe when he was out there, gallivanting in public for some stupid noodles?
Both of you could have been absolutely fucked if he wasnât careful. He may have just jeopardised your entire set up.
But deep down, no matter how much it was annoying to acknowledge, you knew he wouldnât have. He was smart, strategic.Â
Why would he do something like this?
How much you were worried scared you. There was no time where it had occurred that maybe you were in danger too. Every possibility you came up with only pushed the thought of him possibly in trouble further into your head.Â
But the more you spend time overthinking, the more you realised that him being in danger wasnât the entire cause of your worry.Â
What if he didnât come back? Whyâd he come back?Â
He had the means to leave, the will to and clearly was able to go undetected for a while. He didnât need to return, but he did.Â
And for what; to give you some food he bought from the dollar store.Â
He seemed excited about it too, before you had closed the door on his face and decided to spend the next few hours self-destructing.
Fucking ramen.
Maybe if you could just lie there until you decomposed, then you wouldnât have to have a conversation with him about this. Thatâs what you would have done a couple of months ago.Â
But now the idea of communicating had been implanted and implemented several times before. It didnât feel right to push it away, not when youâd come so far. A chance to heal.
You groaned, shoving a pillow onto your face before getting up grumpily.Â
Fuck this man and his stupid, healthy methods of coping.Â
___
You opened the door slowly, creeping into the hallway to assess what he was doing. It had been a few hours of silence in the house. He had given you space, not come knocking on the door to explain himself.Â
You took note of the kitchen. The table had been laid with two bowls of noodles covered with a plate along with a glass each of juice. It was domestic. Cute.
He was watching Die Hard but the volume was turned down low. If he was anything like you, he wouldnât have been paying too much attention.
You cleared your throat awkwardly to grab his attention.
His neck craned to look at you, surprise flashing across his face for a second before he leapt up, turning off the TV in an instant.
âY/N,â he stated as normally as he could.
âSamuel,â your tone was steady.Â
He scratched the back of his neck nervously. âWasnât sure if you were gonna show up.âÂ
âNeither was I.â You looked at the table, gesturing towards it with your shoulder. âWatchu got there, Gordon Ramsey?â
Because screw him, but the longer you stood there staring at the bowl, you were starting to understand the lengths he went to to get something other than bread, peanut butter and soup. As much as the prospect of being petty thrilled you, you had survived on nothing but them for the past few weeks.
âGot a few packs of ramen and a gallon of juice from the store. Thought you- we deserve somethinâ nice.â You noticed his quick coverup but didnât acknowledge it. âItâs not Michelin star worthy, but itâll do.â
You nodded, avoiding looking at him.
âI-â
âHey-â
Both of you started at the same time, only to be cut off by the other. You mentioned for him to continue.
âListen, Iâm sorry. I should have told you before I left,â You didnât expect the sincerity that exuded from every word he let out and you found yourself unable to look away. âIâm not used to people worrying about where I go... but things are different now. I wonât do it again.â
You werenât used to the feeling of lightness that accompanied an apology. Relief.Â
âThank you,â you said breathily. His face noticeably brightened. âBut whyâd you come back?â
His small smile left as soon as it came, as his face fell into a frown. âWhat?â
âYou could have just left. You had the car, the-â you stopped yourself from listing out reasons why he should have. âWhyâd you come back?â
He looked completely confused.Â
âBecause I wanted to,â he voiced. âLeaving you behind was never an option. I wouldnât-â
He trailed off, eyes never leaving yours.Â
âYouâre stuck with me,â he urged softly. âWeâre a team.â
You lingered on him longer than you wanted to admit. He wasnât lying, you had realised.Â
âCare to join me for dinner?â he asked, extending a hand to you.
You rolled your eyes but took it, feeling the heat creep up your neck. He smirked at you and fuck, he was frustratingly cute.Â
You understood. You totally understood when you nearly died at the first bite you took, vowing to never take food like this for granted again. It may have been the absolute bare minimum; just the seasoning and noodles he had cooked in the microwave, but it was the best goddamn meal you ever had.
âGood, right?â He looked about as content as he could be.Â
âBest fuckinâ day of my life.â
He kidded around some more. You choked out a laugh at some, wholly ignored the others to which he took complete offence. You saw it as a way to humble him.
This was the normalcy you had crushed your craving for so long ago, accepting that it wouldnât ever happen. A normal dinner with someone who made you smile, no impending doom lurking around the corner and maybe a shot at a glimmer of something happy.Â
It was strange that you found it with another hitman in a safe house, hiding from authorities and who knows what else, with food worth a couple of cents. You wouldnât want it any other way.
Yet there were things that had to be discussed. Conversations that needed to happen.
âSam, we need to talk about it.â You didnât have to explain, he knew what you were talking about.
âWhatâs wrong?âÂ
âI need to tell you something and I need you to hear me out before saying anything,â you pulled away from him, shuddering at the sudden cold that enveloped you.Â
âIâm listening.â
âWe do,â he agreed, and you could feel the atmosphere in the room begin to shift. âBut we donât have to do it now.â
He reached across from where he was sitting, hesitantly interlacing your fingers. The sense of fluster you experienced wasnât healthy, you decided.
You just ducked your head, fighting against the damn smile that was trying to make its way onto your face. You didnât pull away.
âOkay.â

[up at] 9 1/4
[to bed at] 12 25/..
slept very well but rather cold in the night â should have gone to bed better clothed or with more thrown over me â but my mackintosh was hung up to dry â deluge of rain last night, and this morning about 8 and again between 9 and 10 did large job in my little soup plate and emptied it into the necessary and then washed in it and afterwards my breakfast (cheese etc.) in it!!! our 2 soup plates bought at KoutaĂŻs on Wednesday â breakfast at 10 50/.. on tea and cheese and bread  Ann milk and eggs  but they afterwards brought decanter of wine and ditto of water and warm bread (4 little tchooreks) and 2 plats of chicken and soup, and 1 of roast ditto and a waiter (papier mĂąchĂ© or tin or iron painted) of fruit plums, peas, and 3 slices of large long excellent melon of which last I ate all, and one plum, tolerable and one pear and put all the rest in my bag 8 or 10, â so that looking at map and breakfast not over till 12 1/2 â then taking (rubbing) dirt off mackintosh, washing up my own things and siding (making all ready for off) till 1 1/4 â then at accounts and wrote the last 21 lines of yesterday and so far of today till now 2 40/.. p.m. â 3 hours from here to Gordi and 3 hours from there to the monastery of Sumatchaki â no! 4 hours to monastery and 3 hours from there to Gordi

west
the transepts seemed about 6 yards wide and the nave about the same and the whole length of nave including behind the iconastase about 6 + 6 + 6 yards = 18 yards â the dome not Ă©crasĂ© as at Sion â the 2 outside niches east end small and merely reminiscences of the thing â exterior rather irregular (an outside arcade or recess north and south side) but not so irregular as at Sion â very little sculpture one of the monks pointed out a female figure (a virgin?) just below the gabel point of cornice west end surrounded by a writing not in Georgian nor in any language that he knew anything about (Cufic? I should suppose it Arabic â not Turk?) north side near, just on the great platform or walled up base (top of rock) on which the church and its appurtenances stands is a very old looking little church â in 3 retiring stories â did not ask to go in â in a hurry to pay our visit to the bishop waiting to receive us â ushered in at 5 3/4 and staid 3/4 hour â tall thin agreeable looking man â good wood galleried round sacle â not large but comfortable room â he and Ann and I sat on the tarti (divan) all the rest but one monk the archdeacon (who sat on a chair near) stood â Adam interpreter! â Astonishing how well we got on â the bishop soon at his ease and tried in vain to make me pronounce the Georgian word Tseni (loshad, horse) â too difficult â impossible to write it â from Muri must return here to go to Zugdidi â no! I said we could go by the mountains and SouanĂ©thi â yes! but 1 day of snow, and very difficult â Dadian pĂšre at Zugdidi â should have an order for guides etc. â but go from here to NakolakĂ©vi 5 hours and from there to Zugdidi 6 hours, and then get all necessary orders for guides etc. etc. good â will do so â a prince at NakolakĂ©vi â can sleep very well â ordered to be off if fine at 5 1/2 a.m. tomorrow  NakolakĂ©vi signifies ancient city â KÄlÄkÄ gorod na is mesto dĂȘ buil gorod âÂ
had taken our leave in about 10 minutes or 1/4 hour, but were called back to tea â 2 cups and 2 glasses Ann and I had the 2 latter, twice each â thin slices of lemon brought with the tea â very good, and the lemon always a great improvement â there must have been 10 or 12 people in the room besides ourselves â after leaving the bishop sauntered about â magnificent view South large, rich, valley-plain â Choni must be full in view in clear water â north fine amphiteatre, opening east in dark gorge of the TskhĂ©nitskali and west (of north) gorge of the AbÄshÄ â between these the little river Inch-rÄÄ-Äh â the Rion parted from theTskhenitskali by a range of hill on the East and the TeÄh-hĆĆ-rÄh river parted from the AbÄsha river by a range of hill to the west of it runs near NakolakĂȘvi â 2 magnificent lime trees not far from the bishopâs house and the trees near west end of church, our house near east end of ditto â prayers soon after we left the bishop â I went into church at prayers for 5 or 10 minutes â Ann was sketching â the tower gateway we entered by a 3 story high open on all sides bell-tower â the monk hermit still lives at the top of the other and older tower â had not time to go and see him â heavy rain at 7 20/.. sent us â sat down to my journal till 8 25/.. 2 plates of veal? soup and a roast chicken, and 1/2 a (goatâs milk?) cheese thin and foliaceous â and a little roll (Tchoorek) and a plat of pickled sturgeon, and 10 pears and 3 slices as in the morning of large long excellent melon â capital supper â we both enjoyed it till 9 40/.. then had Adam about the horses etc. and then wrote down there till now 10 40/.. at which hour Reaumur 16 1/4°  Rainy day with gleams â the heavy shower at 7 20/.. over in about 1/2 hour ïżœïżœïżœ

Domestic Bliss: Min Yoongi
Pairingâ Min Yoongi x reader Â
Genreâ Fluff, domestic au
Warningsâ mentions of blood (itâs period blood)
Word Countâ 954
Summaryâ Yoongiâs tough guy façade always melts away when heâs with you. This is especially true whenever youâre ill as Yoongi tenderly takes care of you.
A/Nâ Â Hello! May I offer you some soft domestic Yoongi in these trying times? Hope you enjoy!Â
Yoongi is very much the embodiment of âlooks like he can kill you but is an actual cinnamon rollâ.
Despite his hardworking nature, heâd drop everything in a heartbeat if you were in trouble.
For example, one day you both went out for a museum date and ice cream. The date was delightful and nothing was out of the ordinary. However, you came down with a sudden fever as soon as you both returned home.
Your fever worsened drastically, creeping its way up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius). Yoongi was distraught.
Despite wrapping you up in multiple blankets, you couldnât stop shivering. Yoongi checked up on you as you retreated under the covers only to see steam rise as soon as he uncovered you.
Yoongi gave you medicine and made sure you were hydrating yourself; he refused to leave your side. He managed to curb your fever and watched over you until you dozed off.
That night you had planned to cook soup together, but the idea was thrown out the window for obvious reasons. After making sure your fever was under control, Yoongi scurried off to the kitchen.Â
Yoongi woke you up after he finished making the soup with a bowl in hand. He sat you up in bed and attempted to spoon feed you.
âIâm not hungry,â You denied.
âYou need to eat. How will your body defend itself? On an empty stomach? I think not,â Yoongi replied, waving a spoonful of food in front of you, âCâmon, say ahhhh.â
âAhhhhh,â You caved in. How could you refuse such a sweet gesture?
He slowly spoon fed you the rest of the bowl. Tucking you back into a comfortable position, he played with your hair until you fell back asleep.
You woke up completely fine the next morning, minus a small lingering headache. Yoongi was ecstatic with your speedy recovery but was extra gentle with you for the remainder of the day.
That was just one of the many examples of Yoongiâs soft side that he reserves just for you.
Yoongiâs kindhearted nature truly shone after a particularly horrifying incident.
You were spending the night at Yoongiâs place while you were on your period. An abrupt warm gushing feeling jolted you awake and immediately that made your heart sink. You were so startled that you actually fell out of the bed in an attempt to prevent bleeding on Yoongiâs bed.
Your attempt to dodge disaster was futile and actually made it worse. Along with the huge puddle of blood in the middle of the bed, a smeared streak of red traced your every move as you toppled off the side.Â
âMmm...â Yoongi groggily groaned at the commotion.
âDonât get up! I-Iâll clean everything up! Iâm so sorry!â You said in a panic before running into the bathroom.
âThis is so embarrassing, how could I ever face him again?â you thought. Tears streamed down your face as you cleaned yourself up in the bathroom.
You returned to the bed to assess the mess. It looked like a brutal murder had just occurred with the way blood was splattered across the bed and the floor (from where you landed hard on your ass earlier).
Yoongi was now sitting upright with a shocked look on his face as he too surveyed the crime scene.
âBaby are you okay?!â He asked when he saw your tear stained face.
âIâm fine. God, Iâm so sorry Yoongi. I need to wash these sheets ASAP,â You tugged off the sheets from the bed.
âDo you need help?â He got off the bed to help you.
âNo, this is my fault. You go back to sleep,â You sniffled as you dragged the sheets into the bathroom.
Yoongi tried to follow you in, but you locked the door.
âI can hear you crying. Itâs okay, let me help you,â he pleaded on the other side of the door.
âNo, thatâs just the tub running,â You lied as you frantically scrubbed off as much blood as you could.
âOk yes, I hear the tub running. But I also hear you crying. Itâs truly okay sweetheart, Iâm not mad,â he tried to calm you down.
You finally unlocked the door with the sheets in your arms.
âWe need to put these in the washer now,â You said quietly as you cradled the sheets.
You both sat on his bed in silence as the sheets were being washed.
âAre you okay?â Yoongi broke the silence.
âPhysically? Yeah. Emotionally? No, Iâm so embarrassed,â You hid your face from Yoongi.
âHey câmere,â Yoongi pulled you into a tight embrace, âItâs really okay, ___. I promise. Accidents happen. I still love you silly,â he kissed your forehead.
âYou donât think Iâm gross?â your question was muffled since your face was still smushed into Yoongiâs chest.
âOf course not,â he laughed, âEither you get your period or we have a child. Iâd rather not have a kid right now, and I know you donât want one either.â
âExcellent point,â you started to cheer up,
âIâve never bled so badly onto a bed like that before. Iâm so sorry,â you apologized again
âThisâll be a funny story to tell someday,â Yoongi rubbed your back.
âWho are we gonna tell? What are we gonna say? âHaha funny story, one day ___ accidentally bled all over my bed so much that I thought she died.ââ You mocked.
âYou left out the part where you fell off the bed,â Yoongi smiled.
âShut up, my butt still hurts,â you pouted.
âOkay you big baby, letâs go eat something. I donât think I can go back to sleep even if I wanted to,â Yoongi took you by the hand and kissed your forehead.

fonulynâs 2020 in fics
this is kind of exciting since in 2020 I did get a lot writing done, and it marks the second year in a row that Iâm able to actually make one of these posts after that horrible not good at all terrible disastrous three and a half years when I wrote absolutely nothing. so itâs a triumph to get another one of these up! personal victory haha.
in total, in 2020 I wrote 148 fics, ranging from like 200 words to 34k (idk if those short things can be called fics but i just did). by pairing, thereâs
13 of Joe/Nicky
58 of Piers/Leon
56 of Chris/Leon
(1 with Piers/Leon and Chris/Leon)
5 of the ot3 (Chris/Leon/Piers)
11 of Krauser/Leon
3 of Wesker/Chris (lmao still canât believe this)
1 of Chris/Leon/Krauser
so. in retrospect, i did okay.Â
itâs over 300 thousand words and I am kind of. surprised. and that is not counting the approximately 50k of wips iâm ignoring :âD
Iâd also like to take a second to thank everyone who has ever sent me nice messages, commented on the fics, left reblogs or kudos, and the like. youâre what kept me going, I wouldnât have gotten even half as much done otherwise.
without further ado, links to all of the fics under the cut! theyâre organized by pairing, and the links take you to tumblr posts (bc Iâm lazy) and a lot of them have a link in the post that takes you to ao3. (also can you see I put ~~so much~~ effort into naming the tumblr ficlets :âD feel free to laugh at me)
Joe/Nicky
a dog by any other name | 1,5k | The one wherein they end up owning a dog.
within the heart a flame of desires | 5,0k | Nicolo watches Yusuf have sex with others, desperately wishing he was with him instead. Until things change. He much prefers having Yusuf all for himself.
the world will wait | 2,4k | The one wherein Joe takes a lot of naps and the whole team gets to relax.
catch this | 650w | Every time Joe gets distracted (by Nicky), Andy tries to take him by surprise.
nobodyâs perfect | 1,9k | Even immortal warriors have their weaknesses, Nile learns. Those just arenât what she expected.
only in these arms | 780w | Nicky has trouble sleeping alone. Andy is a decent substitute, but only when Joe returns so does Nickyâs ability to get a decent nightâs rest.
(please donât explain) that time in Malta | 580w | Nile doesnât think at first it would even be possible for Joe to be embarrassed. By anything. Until one evening, they talk about Malta.
cool it down boys | 400w | Andy gets no sleep. She gets revenge, though.
cowboy, baby | 340w | Nicky has the fashion sense of a sack of flour, and he is fine with that.
that day is not today | 4,9k | They struggle through the whole lab-experience. It isnât the time yet to forgive Booker.
tea, soup and tlc | 2k | The one wherein Joe is not sick. At all. Nope. He isn't.
two drinks too many | 770w | Nicky is a little drunk. Joe loves him anyway.
safe haven | 3,9k | The one wherein everyone gets quality cuddles from Joe.
Piers/Leon
it was you that I found | 23,4k | Leon doesnât really do relationships. Not because he doesnât want to, but because he always seems to be so bad at them. Of course entirely by accident he manages to build one without even realizing it.Â
unexpected visitor | 690w | Piers is forced on bed-rest. At least Leon stops by.
got me all tied up (never let me go) | 4,0k | Piers doesnât like suits. Leon loves Piers in a suit.
not so subtle | 210w | âSoo, were you checking me out all night, or was that just my imagination?â Leon asks suddenly, Piers chokes on his drink in surprise.
nighttime fools | 4,8k | Piers and Leon get arrested for public indecency. Itâs not their fault, honest.
piers isnât sick, really, he isnât (he is) | 670w | âOh, hi,â Piers said immediately, a goofy smile slipping onto his face. Man, he was happy to see Leon. So happy to see him. Â
so youâve met Xena | 620w | âXena?â Leon turned to look at Piers, decidedly unimpressed. âYou named your dog after the Warrior Princess?â
youâre cute, you know | 680w | Piers took the opportunity the second their gazes met. He grinned, as charmingly as he possibly managed, and said âYouâre cute, you know that?â
kiss the nightmares away | 470w | Sleepily Piers blinked, trying to make his eyes work properly. He squinted at the digital clock on the bedside, and its harsh red numbers that told him it was 3:30, and confusedly he turned to frown at Leon. âWhy arenât you sleeping?â
smooth talking, Nivans, very smooth | 1,4k | Piers can not control what comes out of his mouth.
dream a little (dirty) dream of me | 1,3k | Piers wakes Leon up. That's it.
your shirt is my shirt | 950w | With a sigh Piers grabbed the only shirt available that wasnât battery operated and obnoxious. It was Leonâs, so old that the print had faded completely, leaving only faint outlines behind. And when Piers pulled it on he grumbled again, realizing how tight it was.
here for you | 620w | Leon canât sleep, but somehow Piers makes his anxieties bleed away.Â
grand plans | 260w | âAre you seriously going to wear that?â
new puppy | 430w | âHey there little guy.â Leon bent down to pick up the little puppy, straightening again to hold it against his chest. His hands looked almost comically large as the dog was so tiny, and carefully he cradled it close.
a little bit funny | 850w | So maybe Piers hadnât slept properly in days, and the sleep deprivation was making him a little hysterical, but he didnât even remember when a stupid comedy wouldâve made him laugh so much.
for now our time is here | 4,4k | When Chris had told them to wait up and left them alone for a while, this probably wasnât what heâd been expecting, but the second heâd closed the door behind himself the tension that had been brewing between Leon and Piers had snapped like a cord.
wanting too much | 1,1k | âFucking hell, never do that to me again,â Leon huffed out, clearly relieved beyond anything.
the prettiest agent with the prettiest hair | 1,2k | Piers stress-braids. Leon doesn't mind. And besides, Piers always undoes the braids whenever he's done with them. Until one night he forgets.
you can be the air that i breathe | 1,0k |Â It wasnât the first time Piers got punched in the face by a gigantic BOW so hard that the hit sent him flying. It was, however, the first time he was sent careening off a bridge and into the river below. And it was, definitely, the first time Leon saved his life. Â
before I found you | 890w | The second Piers realized that the spikes covering the monster actually came off, and it was able to shoot them towards its attackers, it was already too late for him to react.
you donât need to stay | 950w | Piers did his best to take care of Leon. And as much as Leon appreciated it, he didnât want to be a goddamn nuisance.
need me, baby, just a little stronger tonight | 2,1k | Leon really has to practice perfecting his poker face. At least he gets what he wants in the end.
be my valentine | 920w | âAre you sure?â Piers asked for the tenth time, frowning down at the bar of Fazer blue chocolate. âI still think itâs⊠not a lot?â
you're the world that I wanna discover | 7,5k | The one wherein they buy a house, fall even more in love, and Leon reaches a breaking point.
call me (tell me what you feel) | 1,7k | Leon is stuck at the airport. At least he gets a nice phone call with Piers.
incentive to stay alive | 1,0k |Â "Hey, Nivans, wake up,â he tried, but there was no answer, and he couldnât help but let the worry in his voice. âPiers. Donât you dare die on me. Chris would kill me if I let anything happen to his best sniper.â
blanket hog Leon | 880w | Grumbling, Piers turned around, and as heâd expected Leon was cozily wrapped in at least four blankets, leaving nothing for Piers, who was currently freezing his ass off.
I give you all I am | 2,0k | âLeon?â Piers approached in quick steps, watching recognition flicker in Leonâs eyes as he lowered his own weapon too. Leon was slumped against the wall, hunched over and holding his side, and there was something feverish about his eyes. Yet as soon as he realized it was Piers he gave a shaky grin, even if that was all he managed.
why are the gorgeous ones always taken | 810w | Piers blinked his eyes open slowly, expression scrunched up, and it took a long moment before he managed to actually focus his gaze on Leonâs face. When he did, a smile immediately bloomed on his face, and he even tilted his head a little. âHave I died and gone to heaven?â he croaked out, his voice rough from lack of use.
still intact | 1,1k | It took a week before the level of painkillers was correct and Piers woke up with a gasp instead of a scream. And the first thing he asked was for someone to kill him.
of guns and ...guns | 270w | Leon likes the way Piers handles his rifle. Thereâs drool involved.
always fashionable | 540w | Apparently having a crush on the well-dressed, professional Leon translated into being absolutely fucking in love with the sleep-mussed and squinty Leon.
misplaced phones and revelations | 660w | Chris finds Piersâ phone. Which turns out to be Leonâs phone. The two turn out to be dating. Chris feels kind of blind.
yee-haw! | 1,0k | Leon rides Piers. Wearing a cowboy hat.
youâre cute when youâre angry | 620w | When heâs stressed, Piers washes the dishes. Angrily. Â
want to drink (with) you | 1,1k | Piers is an embarrassing drunk. Leon loves him anyway.Â
and each one of us is a path somewhere | 22,2k | Piers gets thrown twenty years back in time. Into Raccoon City, 1998. Heâd heard about what Leon went through that night, but he never thought heâd have to actually experience it himself. Together with bright eyed rookie Leon.
hold me close | 560w | Leon falls asleep against Piersâ shoulder.Â
goatee man | 890w | Piers thinks growing a beard might make him look more manly.Â
promises kept | 2,9k | Leon finds out Piers isn't dead after all. He's just locked up in a BSAA research facility with no one allowed in to visit.
stay with me tonight (stay until the end of life) | 2,2k | Leon doesnât know Iâm contacting you, but a fair warning, because Iâm worried. He was found unconscious on the bathroom floor at 10AM. They took him to the hospital, but he checked himself out. Look after him, okay? Â
4am | 760w | âWhat can I say,â Piers grinned against Leonâs neck, âI was dreaming of you.â He had no reservations about moving his hips, letting Leon feel just how nice the dream had been.
caffeinated | 550w | Someone gives Piers coffee. Leon knows what to do with that excess energy.
and i'm you and you're me | 7,0k | The one wherein Leon and Piers accidentally swap bodies.
girlsâ day in bed | 780w | Piers and Leon wake up one morning with boobs and other assorted lady parts. Itâs a fun day. (Spoiler alert: they have a lot of sex.)
worlds apart | 3,2k | Krauser kidnaps Piers to lure Leon to him. (feat. past Krauser/Leon)
not again | 530w | Watching Piersâ mutation brings Leon some very unfortunate flashbacks. (feat. past Krauser/Leon)
gorgeous | 300w | Piers calls Leon gorgeous.
the most comfortable pillow | 350w | Leon falls asleep with his head on Piersâ lap.
beautiful | 840w | Even after losing an arm and ruining half of his face, Piers is the most beautiful thing to Leon.
as seen in adult films | 580w | Piers doesnât know one damn thing about dishwashers. He volunteers to fix one anyway.
never letting go | 260w | Leon is goddamn comfortable right here. He isnât going to move a single inch.
nose kisses | 390w | Piers is cute when heâs cranky. Just ask Leon.
no other half could ever make me whole | 6,3k | The one wherein they get a scare and there's a proposal.
the luxury of being held | 690w | The fabric of Piersâ hoodie is the perfect place to hide. (feat. Theoâs amazing art)
just one step from heaven, one step from paradise | 2,7k | The one wherein Piers makes sure Leon doesnât freeze, and they enjoy their vacation.
all is fair in war, love and Mario Kart | 600w | Piers sucks at Mario Kart.
Chris/Leon
if i never see all my dreams come true, the one that mattered the most was you | 5,9k |Â Chris enlists Leonâs help on a mission as a clever ruse to make the man take a break he so obviously needs.Â
and I don't want to know how slow the time must flow | 11,1k | Chris and Leon try to fight their way out of a castle and feelings take over.
you are my heart, you are my home | 3,2k | Chris is sick, and heâs being extra dramatic about it.
from the gates of longing | 5,5k | Chris volunteers to take Leon home, but ends up getting a lot more than he bargained for.
how to accidentally get adopted - a guide by Piers Nivans | 2,3k | Piers accidentally keeps calling Chris dad, and Chris and Leon sort of unofficially adopt him.
right here by your side | 1,9k | When Chris shows up to check up on Leon, four days into his self-imposed flu-exile, at first Leon wants to just throw him out. But then it turns into a relationship-building moment and suddenly he canât mind all that much.
about time | 1,8k | Leon is freezing. Chris warms him up.
yet you'll lose yourself in me | 3,3k | The one wherein Chris is generously proportioned and Leon kind of loves it. (whispers: size kink)
beyond tomorrow | 1,7k | Leon ends up in the hospital after a mission, Chris hurries to see if heâs okay. Claire is already there.
look at those heart-eyes | 180w | Quickly Chris shook his head, reluctantly pulling his attention away from Leon.
thereâs a cat in the sink | 220w | âThereâs a cat in the sink, and we donât own a cat.â
from the future | 300w | Itâs 1998 and Leon comes face to face with himself, from 2017.
surprise redfield | 250w | âDonât worry,â Chris says, nonchalantly as if itâs an everyday occurrence that heâs standing in Leonâs kitchen.
need this feeling to last (there's no denying) | 2,4k | âWhy donât you fuck me yourself, you coward!â
something solid, something good | 520w | Chris was so warm, and that together with all the glorious skin-on-skin contact made Leon happily sink back into the embrace.
come closer | 520w | Leon is done with Chris being so careful around him. Â
your arms around me | 690w | Chris woke up cold and alone. Â
a needed break | 440w | Sometimes Chris got so single-mindedly stuck on a task that he forgot everything around himself.
the iron maiden | 820w | Suddenly it was hard to breathe, like he couldnât fill his lungs with oxygen no matter how much he tried, to the point that his vision started to get blurry.Â
robin hood: chris in tights | 480w | Chrisâ face was twisted into a theatrical grimace as he tugged a little on the green tights we was wearing. They were like painted on and although he didnât really have body issues in general, he couldnât help but feel self-conscious about it.
luckless romance | 4,0k | Leon and Chris turn a drunken argument into something better. (Please note: The link takes you to the last part of six.)Â
take my hand | 920w | The worst part, by far, is not seeing anything. There are sounds, people talking like he isnât even in the room, machines beeping and doors opening, quick busy steps against the floor.
let me take you to the edge of the stars and back again | 3,0k | Chris takes his sweet, sweet time before he gives Leon what he wants.
Iâm going to seduce you | 1,1k | Jesus Christ, theyâd had sex. Leon groaned again, this time less because of the headache and more because he felt so unbearably dumb. Heâd probably had the best sex of his life, and he couldnât remember it.
a little help | 430w | Those fucking idiots, Claire thought for the millionth time, as she watched her brother give the biggest dumbest heart eyes at Leon, who was blissfully oblivious about everything going on around him.
the way to anyoneâs heart (the answer is food, good food)Â | 2,4k | Chris asks Leon to teach him how to cook. (Spoiler: Leon doesn't know how.)
oh the horror | 270w | âI seriously donât understand why you want to watch this shit,â Leon groaned, pressing his face into Chrisâ chest.
jealousy | 670w | Chris swallowed hard, downed the last of his beer, and took the leap. âIâm jealous okay.â
twist me up | 510w | Sure Chris had always known that Leon was flexible. Sure he had seen him even do these weird-ass yoga poses more than once. There was nothing new to it.
meet the parents | 600w | Leon brings Chris home for Christmas.
precious cargo | 930w | Chris lugs Leon around like luggage.
it's always been you | 870w | The hardest thing for Leon was when someone he cared about was in danger but there was nothing he could do about it. And then Chris fell into a ravine.
come away with me (to another world) | 2,0k | Leon finally gets a vacation.
first time sucker | 930w | âI donât know, because itâs fun?â Leon said. âI promise you, youâre missing out.â
read my scars | 1,9k | Chris learns about Leon's scars.
battered and bruised | 650w | Ignoring the bruises and scrapes he had, Chris turned around and sprinted towards Leon, gritting his teeth against the strain moving put on his side.
a different kind of proposal | 500w | âIf you keep fucking me this good,â he breathed out, unsure if Chris even heard the words, âIâll have to marry you.â
welcome home | 370w | The door had barely fallen shut behind Chris when Leon was in his personal space, grabbing him by the lapels of the trench coat he was wearing so he could pull him in close for a kiss.
Iâd always choose you | 280w | Ada was something they didnât talk about. When someone, anyone, brought her up Leon clammed up and changed the subject. And Chris had tried to be understanding, had tried to be patient, had tried his very best to respect Leonâs boundaries with this. But Chris was only human.
fuck or die | 1,7k | Chris gets hit by a weird plant, and his hard-on just will not go down. Until Leon takes matters into his hands.
i need a hug | 470w | âI think,â Leon sighed, but then it was like all fight bled from him and he slumped a little forward. âI need a hug.â
oh no thereâs only one bed | 990w | âDonât be ridiculous. Itâs just one night. Iâm sure youâve slept with worse persons than me.â
the butt that became a pillow | 420w | Chris falls asleep on Leon.
like father like son | 2,8k | Leon finds out he has a son.
monster magnet | 1,1k | Leon didnât know when it had become something he recognized so easily. When had it become so normal for mutated creatures to look at him with such unadulterated lust.
please be okay | 620w | Leon faints from sheer exhaustion.Â
like father like... grandson? | 4,1k | Liam proposes to a girl but ends up with Piers anyway. Chris and Leon are the friendly neighborhood grandpas. Their grandson is adorable, and Leon thinks he takes after him. Obviously. (feat. Piers/OMC)
black lace | 790w | Chris gets to come home to Leon in thigh high black lacy stockings and matching lingerie, instantly sending Chrisâ brains into an overdrive.
at least let me help | 790w | Leon opens the door an inch, Chris uses the given opportunity to slam it wide open. Metaphorically speaking.
bridal style | 200w | Leon refuses the medical check up. So Chris carries him.
dance with me | 1,0k | Wedding planning with two schmoopy idiots in love.
drunken cravings | 480w | Chris and Leon are drunk, hungry, and incapable of cooking.
blow me | 650w | Chris gets his brains sucked out through his dick.
Claire knows best | 610w | Chris tries to set Leon up with Claire. Then Claire does set Leon up with Chris.
chase the demons away | 940w | Chris struggles with nightmares, Leon is there to hold him through them.
dance me to the end of love | 550w | Leon struggles to learn to dance.
Piers/Leon, Chris/Leon
fate changed (we keep loving as if the story isn't over yet) | 34,3k | In hindsight, Leon knew the second he opened the door and saw Chris standing there, dressed in his service uniform, mouth pinched to a grim line and unable to meet Leonâs gaze straight. There was only one logical reason for it, only one way to explain why he was standing there like he would rather be anywhere else, and Leon almost slammed the door right in his face. --Â Or the one wherein no one really knows how to handle their grief, but somehow life goes on anyway. (Iâm still so proud of this one negl)
Chris/Leon/Krauser
hearts beating fast (let's make this moment last) | 5,7k | Chris gets invited in for a threesome. The clever thing wouldâve been to refuse, knowing his unrequited, helpless feelings. But then again, heâs just a man.
OT3
double the fun | 3,1k | Truthfully, Leon hadnât thought his day could get this much better. Everything had gone wrong from the second heâd woken up and heâd already written the day off entirely, until the moment Chris had looked him dead in the eye and asked âHow do you feel about two at once?â
of cuddles and blanket forts | 620w | Piers and Leon build a blanket fort. Chris would think theyâre idiots, but they might actually be kind of brilliant.
hair straightener or waffle iron? | 310w | Chris and Piers break Leonâs hair straightener.
the last piece of the puzzle | 2,7k | The one wherein two becomes three.
not alone | 2,3k | Completely on accident, Piers and Chris happen to be there to save Leon from a tight spot. Cuddles ensue.
Krauser/Leon
drive me crazy (your eyes made me crave for this) | 2,3k | It was the best sex Krauser had ever had in his life. Thatâs why he kept coming back to Leon, kept saying âyesâ every single time the man as much as hinted that he might be up for meeting. He was getting off, and he was enjoying every second of it, and that was the extent of it. There certainly werenât any feelings involved. None. None at all.Â
enjoying the view | 200w | Krauser likes ass-watching.
carry me to bed | 440w | Slowly Leon was coming back to his senses. Sweat was cooling on his skin, the hard surface of the table underneath him starting to feel uncomfortable. Â
and I lied that we would be fine | 1,1k | Leon knows he isnât supposed to be doing this. Thereâs a vague recollection of something more important, something he should be focusing on, but the vast majority of his world has narrowed down onto the slick slide of their bodies, on the cheap scratchy sheets on his skin, on the sound of Krauserâs voice in his ear, and he canât bring himself to care.
yet never enough | 1,9k | Krauser likes mirrors.
of wanting | 400w | Leonâs laughter echoed in the room as Krauser pinned him against the wall, before shutting him up with a ravenous kiss.
better with you | 590w | Despite knowing Krauser had his back, Leon was genuinely surprised when the man sat down right next to him instead of telling him to suck it up and get moving.
breakfast | 530w | Lately things had slowly begun to shift. And Leon wasnât sure yet what was going on. Or how he felt about it.
kill me now | 900w | It was more than clear how much Krauser enjoyed their frantic attempts to kill one another, and Leonâs traitorous body shivered in response, the memory of times long gone returning like no time had passed at all.
lust that I've already spilled | 1,4k | âCâmon, Leon,â Krauser taunted, grinning as widened his stance. âThis cock isnât gonna suck itself.â
will you just look at me | 650w | Krauser refuses to do feelings.
Wesker/Chris
I am the light that shall lead you to darkness | 1,8k | In all honesty, Chris wasnât entirely sure how heâd ended up here: a panting mess, bent over a massive wooden table with Wesker holding him down laughably easily.Â
the light to drown in darkness | 2,0k | Wesker craves Chris. So Wesker takes Chris.
love-hate-(obsession?) | 470w | Wesker is a lovesick fool. If he wasnât also a homicidal maniac, Jill would almost feel sorry for him.
