Pico is undisputed leader of the Candy Crew, and works almost explicitly for Daddy Dearest as a paid mercenary. He's been assigned plenty of jobs, works often, but has a habit of sitting on his money. As a result, despite not seeming well off, Pico very easily supports himself and his friends when asked. Pico is neurodivergent, with schizophrenia and insomnia, and struggles deeply with rembering to take medication. He is diagnosed.

Pico was pulled from a video game dimension by Dearest and given life, sort of an opposite of Senpai, and as such feels he must continue pleasing Dearest to avoid getting himself or others sent back to their game. He has only failed once.

was workin on annother animation for tankdad n tiny pico n i remembered i had this hehe :3

i like to imagine in the wastelands of the apocalypse, pico likes to pick up and play with the bugs n scorpions (as much as he's told not to). im gonna rant below now bcz its like 3am and i just had sugar.

in my head this is like.. kinda an AU? i dont have experience writing AUs or anything ive always kept them in my head to myself. This universe is similar to fallout in the sense that there are towns n cities trying to rebuild themselves in the midst of an apocalypse (there are vaults but theyre nothing like vault-tec theyre just normal vaults people raid for shelter and supply). I don't actually know much lore of the tankmen universe environment-wise, or if there is any (i dont rlly dig around on other social medias), but im jus workin with what my brain says makes the most sense.

In this AU Pico's dad is still a piece of shit and when the city was raided, he just left Pico behind, not because he forgot about him but because he saw it as an opportunity to be rid of him. Pico would scrounge around for scraps n entertainment in the aftermath until he was found by captain & steve.

if i had to put an age on him id say hes like,,, 6-7 years old, but hes still behind most kids his age socially. Oh but his dad wasnt entirely useless, he taught him how to steal things (unintentionally) and occassionally pico would watch him fix things and learn to do it himself.

the tankmen kinda reside on the most barren lands, not too close to most cities, but since the enemy (the henchmen) laid waste to picos city (they were low on supplies and entertainment), captain and steve followed after them and dug around through the damage for clues.
