IM SOOOO HAPPY YOURE GETTING INTO FALLOUT!! I'm like you in the sense that I haven't really played the games (other than a few hours of fo4) and have only watched the tv show (finished it last night!) and most of my knowledge comes from the internet and friends who have actually played but IM SO EXCITED YOU CAN JOIN ME IN THIS HYPERFIATION!! Unfortunely your guy does not appear in the show BUT!! the show ends with us seeing a new vegas sign so I'm pretty sure s2 might take place there and then we might so we'll see!

you know, the more i go through life, the more i realize how subjective the value of something is. people tend to deem things like reading manga and watching cartoons and movies as wastes of time compared to reading about history and things of the sort when it comes to education and furthering your understanding of the world. but tbh ive learned much more about myself and my ideology through my hyperfixations on fictional series. this led me to come to this conclusion

the more you learn about something the more you can apply your own thinking to it and create a completely new creative thought process that can benefit your mental state in ways never thought of before.

this whole concept of trophaeum blossomed from my air gear hyperfixation. and as i look more into old hyperfiations and develop new ones i realize how much more i can get from the media i ingest. things such as what goes into childhood, what makes a friend a friend, how can people truly come to understand eachother, the role family plays in a persons life, whether winners and losers are a necessity, self acceptance, being nonchalant and its positive and negative applications, how to navigate certain relationships, and so so much more. not all of these things source from fiction and other like things. but my indulgence into these mediums have sparked these trains of thought.

idk if its my own specific neurodivergent experiences that caused this or its something thats obtainable by anyone but i feel like anyone could try it and see benefit in their thoughts and views.

Oh yea! I was in a MAJOR hyperfiation with it for about 3-4 years until I got back into S/PC C/ontainment Breach for a very brief period when C/uphead took over! Then I think it went to O/verwatch, N/arute (specifically the A/katsuki). After those I hit another MAJOR hyperfixation for C/ookie R/un and then somehow landing in the N/SR fandom where I am right now!

I actually have a few fanarts you can look up on this blog if you search for it (and if tumblr even shows them to you, they are that old). I also have a page on my blog titled “Things I Like” which has all the major fandoms I have been in or are interested in, though you can only get to it on tumblr. I try to add to it whenever I get into a new fandom.
