UGH it's "being subjected to football every time I see my family" season 🙄🙄🙄
#my mom has gotten SO into football and basketball since we graduated hs#maybe she always had the interest but was too busy?#we were also never a multi-tv household so maybe we just always had kids stuff on before?#idk. but the fact that i didn't grow up w it makes it even more annoying. 🙄#AND my brother grew up into kind of a jock#so he even listens to podcasts about sports 🙄#by elise#my life#I'm not saying i can NEVER find entertainment in sports#but the ubiquity of football is really tiring#for clarity's sake I'm talking about American football 🏈#which i feel like is one of the least interesting/most annoying to watch sports
