There are many different ways to help manage depression, but I hope these few ones I’ve listed help even just a little! My favourite one to do is practicing gratitude because it helps change your negative thinking into positive ones by listing things we are grateful for!

I know how hard it can be, just don’t give up, there is ways to help and it does get better I can promise you that. 💕

after stan makes the deal with bill, ford takes off the cloaking spell and summons fiddleford's memory spell (in this au fiddle invented a very strong memory spell that can target specific memories) with this spell a user must trace an image or symbol of what they want to be erased, in this case stans whole life. ford traces stans symbol and not willing to watch shuts his eyes and fires the spell at stan, beating bill and losing his brother at the same time.
