*Kandy stands his ground, trying to explain himself, though guilt starts to seep in.*

“Violette, wait! You don’t get it! Yeah, I signed that deal, but it was all about the money. I thought—maybe if I could make a quick buck, I’d actually enjoy this whole singing thing!!"

*Kandy argued back slightly angry but voice cracks*

"NOT EVERYTHING WAS ABOUT THE FUCKING MONEY, JEEZ!!"

“I trusted you! You were my best friend, and now you’re just another backstabber! How could you even think about doing this behind my back? This isn’t just business, this is our dream!....or so it was. I can’t believe you’d sell me out like that!”

*Violette stops, breathing heavily, fists clenched*

“I don’t even recognize you anymore. You think this will get you somewhere? Newsflash: it won’t. You’ve just ruined everything! I don’t want to see your face right now. Just get the fuck out!”

*Violette broke down into tears*

*Violette turned one last look at Kandy*

Violette: "Goodbye, Kandy. I don't think *sniffles* this is gonna work out!!! Just stay here with ur dumb greed and money.."

*she ran off stage"

Kandy: I-I ..*He started feeling horrible about what he did*

He runs a hand through his hair, frustration building.

“I didn’t think it would hurt you like this! I was just trying to look out for myself. I didn’t think you’d take it so personally. I didn’t want to hurt you, I swear.." *he muttered under his breath*

He takes a deep breath, regret washing over him.

Kandy: “Maybe I messed up. But I didn’t want it to end this way! I thought I could balance it all, but now… now I just feel like an idiot.”

"I lost my own best friend...* *his face changes to pride*

"But like what they say, the show must go on and I can do fine without that whore!!"

Kandy: *he looks back at his troll essence, seeing Nala fainting*
