Set 10 years after the final battle (manga 424), Deku left the UA and Bakugou's heart couldn't stand the pro-hero life. They meet again by chance and re-build their friendship as they support each other through their shared disappointments.

synopsis - in light of a major controversy that causes his fan support to dwindle significantly, katsuki bakugou is forced to do anything possible to garner back the affection of his fans before the announcement of the year's hero rankings. katsuki has two options: either "date" japan's most-adored social media star, in hopes of her amazing reputation bringing up his, or kiss that #1 spot goodbye. it's a no-brainer what he chooses. and it shouldn't matter at all, right? it's a fake relationship. nothing more, nothing less.

Medieval AU! Dragon Tamer Bakugou x Reader HC’s

- Dragon Tamer! Bakugou acts tough around you but he knows you don’t buy his tough guy act

- He has a soft spot for you which leads to him showing off his dragon taming skills to you

- On weekends, you go on epic adventures together, exploring hidden treasure troves, caves, and enchanted forests

- You both have dragons that you’re working on training together which leads to a couple of singed hairs here and there

- Dragon Tamer! Bakugou is very competitive and pretends to be annoyed when you beat him in a challenge but secretly he thinks it’s cute

- After a long day, you go back home to rest and cuddle together, enjoying each other’s company

- Bakugou’s head would be resting against yours, his breathing is slow and calm, and everything is right in the world

- He even lets you play with his hair while he grumbles on about what happened at work today

- These moments of intimacy show you how much he cares and loves you even if he doesn’t always say it

- During missions to tame dragons, Bakugou, is very protective of you

- He’s fiercely loyal and is willing to fight to keep you safe

- Behind his explosive exterior and short temper, he has a heart of pure molten gold and he loves you unconditionally

Toshinori was ready to die.

He honestly had been, for a while now. Maybe he was dead and this was hell.

Once again, he was ten months from Yuei's entrance exam, having just deflated in front of a middle scholar in the middle of the street as he held the Sludge Villain in a soda bottle. Once again, his ears rang from the screams, and his nose ached from the smell of blood.

Once again, all he could sum up was "wrong person."

He wasn't sure what he was doing wrong. It had to be him.

Toshinori kept picking people- bright people, determined people, kids ready to be heroes- and they kept dying, sometimes multiple times. Whether from school mishaps that One for All caused, from his own slipups, or from being brutally murdered by All for One. No matter how hard he tried to stop the latter, he always rose back up.

By now, he had a list of people. The Absolutely Not category included Bakugou Katsuki (he fought back a mental shiver because there had been a civilian death instead of Bakugou), Aoyama Yūga (not through any fault of his), Mineta Minoru, and Shinsō Hitoshi. The Only if Desperate category included Mirio (entirely because of Nighteye), Todoroki Shōto (Endeavor), and Monoma Neito. The Great Choice But Didn't Work catergory included Uraraka Ochako, Iida Tenya, and Asui Tsuyu. There were other categories, but he had to remind himself every now and then.

He wasn't sure what he was doing wrong. He had given One for All to every student, all except-

"-you okay?" He blinked back to realize that the cold he was feeling was the water bottle pressed against his palm, the middle schooler holding it up. By now, Toshinori knew this boy's name. It was engraved in his heart.

"Midoriya-" Izuku. Friend. Ally. Living shield. Loyal. Smart.

Your greatest failure.

Midoriya Izuku was a constant in the time loops. He was the one who greeted Toshinori every loop. He was always on the side of good, whether as a hero or a vigilante or a villain or even just as a civilian, even though his father was constantly revealed to be All for One. He was deadly loyal to his friends and was willing to break, to die, for them.

Last loop, that had been Tomura. Tenko. His master's grandson.

The memory made him sick, watching as All for One crushed Izuku's throat, his own son's throat, in Tenko's body, only for Tenko to gain back control and scream, cradling Izuku's body tight.

Toshinori had screamed too.

Whatever role he played, Izuku was always there and Toshinori found himself attached. It was easy, because Izuku was kind and had a good heart and-

Oh. Oh, he was an idiot.

It was like the universe was tired of this sick game and turned his head, forcing him to look at the boy who had been beaten down but wanted to save everyone.

"Don't tell me it was that fucking obvious," he said, watching as Izuku's, his perfect successor, jaw dropped further.

He thought he heard First laugh in the back of his mind.

Touya Todoroki/Dabi x gn Reader

when you match each other's freak 𖹭post-war AU where Touya is rebuilding relationships with his siblings and brings you to their holiday party (I've really loved all the AUs like this) [quick read; wc: .4k]

“Smile!” Fuyumi chirps from across the room.

Begrudgingly, your boyfriend, Touya, puts an arm around your shoulder and does what he was told. You follow along.

Her camera flash leaves little blank spots in your vision.

After dating for over a year, this is the first time you've met his family. You'd been with him since he was Dabi and getting to know him as Touya has been an amazing surprise you never knew could be possible. He's been doing much better lately. Things have even gone well enough between him and his siblings that it makes sense for him to attend their holiday party this year. (Don't worry, he assured you, Endeavor will be nowhere near this gathering so you won't have to worry about him.)

“Now kiss!” Fuyumi giggles while shaking the first photo as it develops.

Touya gives her a dead eyed stare in return. No, he doesn't want to kiss you in front of his sister for a picture. It's your first time meeting any of them and he doesn't want to make you uncomfortable. Besides, he's not a picture person. There are barely any photos of you together, he doesn't want some of the first ones to feel forced and awkward. Adorable kissing pics just don't fit your personalities.

“Come on, it'll be so cute!” she pushes.

He rolls his eyes before turning towards you.

Then you have an idea. Maybe cutesy kissing pictures weren't really your thing but you could bite him. He'd find it funny, that'll definitely be a more “you two” picture.

Puckering up, you lean in pretending to look as sweet as possible. He looks surprisingly agreeable.

Your lips are about to connect.

…

That glint in his eyes is concerning.

…

Then it happens.

As you lean in to bite his lip, his mouth shifts to the side, clamping down on your cheek. You miss, ending up with your teeth around his jaw. Both of you start laughing hysterically while Fuyumi’s camera flashes again.

“That'll be a good one,” she exclaims while the Polaroid begins to develop into the vague shapes of you.

“Did you two plan that in advance?”

“No,” you both laugh at the same time.

“Well,” she whispers to him, “looks like you finally found someone who fits you.”

Touya only smirks. He's known that for a while.

The photo comes into focus and - it's cute. In a you two sort of way.

Lowkey had a lotta fun making this after the idea was planted in my brain like a bomb w/ some inspiration!! The added dread of this concept really motivated me!!! ☺️

Also tinkering with procreate was an experience! I don’t have a rendering style yet but it was intriguing finding ways to get certain things to look right. This piece is still a bit messy and unrefined but I think it adds to the overall product!!
