Sooo how did those other mandalorians survive on mandalore for so long? Where were they getting food? Water? Supplies?

And they never saw any imperial presence on the planet? I'm working off the assumption that they've been traveling in their ship to survive - they never saw imperial ships descend on the planet with supplies to build that giant fortress? Knew how to get to the forge (when it seems implied that the other mandos dont) but never saw or heard anything going on there? Suspicious.
