LITHA is such a good rule oh my godddd my daith piercing hasn’t healed completely nd it’s already been over a yr since I got it. Now I only use a saline spray once a week and it hasn’t bothered me once since then (and since I started making an effort not to sleep on my right side sm lol). Minimal crusties now too!
