Hope we start to see players get back healthy and have no more injuries.. Also Angels ejection and watching later just had me laughing. "Look, look- they have a whole section on rocks! Kinda basic selection but it's still rocks!"

You never thought you'd be able to learn so much about rocks in one day, but it seemed like Venture had made it their personal mission to force as much information into your brain as possible. You didn't mind, really! It was always nice listening to them rant about all the cool stuff they found while walking around the museum you'd planned to bring them to, but it was a lot to take in at once.

"Augh, I love sedimentary rocks- they're my favorite! 'cuz sometimes they have like, little fossils in them and I'm like, "Woah! A cool thing in another cool thing!" and it's awesome! One time I found a trilobite fossil in a rock, it was so cool! I wonder if they have any here- that'd be so amazing! I wonder what they taste like-"

After spilling every single fact they could think of about the rocks on display, Venture drags you to a section of the museum dedicated to Egyptian history, though they mostly just seemed interested in the architecture of the pyramids. You really did try to listen, but you mostly just caught the gist of their long, long, long explanations- something about a Mastaba being like a sort of prototype to pyramids? You were just happy to see them so excited, even if you didn't quite understand what they were so hyped about.

"Oh, if only that British lady could go back to ancient Egypt and get the architects of their time to answer my questions! I'd give anything to be able to do that!" Sensing the slight disappointment creeping up on them, you decide to try and bring Venture elsewhere, not wanting them to spend any energy on being upset by what they can't do.

"Why don't we go look at the dinosaur fossils? I'm sure there's some mistakes in the descriptions that you can correct!" You take their hand, gently pulling them away from the long essay-like description of images of the pyramids that they were reading. Incising them with promises of being able to show off their intensive knowledge of dinosaur fossils, or fossils in general.

Venture perked up almost immediately, following behind you as they ready themselves to go on and on about their favorite dinosaur ever, the Deinocheirus! You tried to ask why it was their favorite ones, and all they said was something about it being "them fr fr" and having rocks in its stomach. You weren't too keen on questioning that one.

They take a large step so they're walking next to you, swinging your arms as you walk, "It's always been one of my biggest goals to find a dinosaur fossil! I really hope I do one day, if I did I could die happy!"

"Please don't die- I would be so sad if you died." You squeeze their hand, voice light as you joke with them.

"Aw but I wanna! I wanna be a fossil for future people like me to discover! When I do die I wanna be buried with a bunch of cool stuff! Maybe mess around with my bones a little, just to throw 'em off!" As you finally reach the fossil exhibits, they abandon you to run off and check over every. single. fossil. which while endearing, gave you a lot of running to do in an attempt to catch up.

"Finally! For once a museum that gets everything right! Well, everything as far as we know-" They stand next to one of the larger fossils, not anything you recognized as you take your place next to them, catching your breath.

"Wow, how impressive-" you wheeze, standing up straight and stretching out your legs as you link arms with Venture, trying to stop them from running off on you again.

They laugh, grabbing you by the shoulder and dragging you in the tightest hug you've ever received.

"Thank you, so, so, so much for planning this. And for listening to me talk about rocks so much, and for caring about me- and a million other things! I can't even remember everything you've done for me, but I know its a lot!" They let you go, still holding you by the shoulders, the biggest smile you've ever seen on a person splayed across their face.

"Of course-! I love spending time with you, you're well aware of that, silly." You laugh, grabbing their wrists and taking their hands off your shoulders, holding their hands as you admire the glow of excitement on their face.

"Welllll since you clearly don't mind, can we go to this other museum I found online next week?! I heard they have an area where you get to watch an hour long video on the story of Julius Caesar!"

So for some context, I had brainworms from realizing that my take on Sam was insanely similar to Gale and I had to shove them in a room together. They're my favorites ever, and I think Gale would talk Sam's ear off for literal ages. He'd as SO many questions about how magic works in Dahlia and ramble about the differences between the two places for ages. He's only quiet long enough to listen to Sam's answers, I swear to god. And because he's an expert in magic in Faerûn, he's ABSOLUTELY talking about it at a WAY higher level than can be expected of Sam to understand. It would be hilarious.

Gale's Tav is a Seldarine Drow, battlemaster fighter, with a folk hero background, named Auva Alaraph Porrima (or just Auva). Very much a chaotic good, and determined to get all his party members a good ending (except Minthara, who got nuked on sight LMAO).

I think if for whatever reason the BG3 cast were in Dahlia, and Auva and Darlin' were in the same bar at the same time, they'd see someone being a dick and both go charging. Insanely protective people with a refusal to allow injustice, and all. They'd stay in contact and. Ya know. Gale and Sam would eventually meet through them and their shenanigans (Auva is a TERRIBLE influence on Darlin' solely for the fact that he Will Not Stop Fighting and you could not possibly convince him to calm down. Do something stupid and if he can't talk you into not doing it he Will Kick Your Ass.)

Aftermath of Full Moon🌑

Sorry for the emotional whiplash but whoo double post! (Pls don't hate me guys)

Also more rants about full moon (sorry yall im a yapper at heart):

Everyone is bashing blitz rn but honestly I'm kinda on his side? Not completely I think they had both good points and obviously it got emotional and blitz was being defensive and self destructive and didn't exactly mean what he was saying but honestly I think he had a point. The way stolas handled it was weird to me. He told blitz to come on the full moon- basically leading him to belive it was their transactional thing when really he wants to have a very serious talk about their relationship. I feel like he could have specified that he wanted him to come over to talk? (Although I will have a counter argument saying knowing blitz that might scare him away into not showing cause feelings are scary to him) I understand an emotional talk can scare people into not thinking logically- I just think it would have been smarter to full on say what he wanted so it wasn't so abrupt and sudden to blitz, causing him to react the way he did. He would have been better prepared and handled it better.

Now about Blitz. I know he has very crazy emotional trauma and refuses to believe anyone loves him and pushes people away bc of that. But he's getting better as we've seen the past few episodes. He wants to atone- he made up with fizz, he wants to make up with Barbie, and I'm pretty sure him and Verosika will make up in Apology Tour. But he definetly had a point. Up until about Ozzies was Stolas actually more upfront about his feelings. Because most of Season 1 was haha horny bird. Remember in S1 episode 6 when Blitz had that bad trip and he had to crawl up to stolas in chains showing how he feels like just an imp serving his master? Yeah. Stolas has referred to him as an "impish little plaything" Really only solidifying his belives. Then at ozzies he doesn't deny any of the allegations that him and Blitz are anything but sleeping with each other.

We as the audience know stolas wants a relationship with Blitz, but Blitz doesn't see those heartbreaking moments of him pouring his heart out when he's alone. No one does. Stolas has been very upfront but he's never had an actual for real talk with Blitz about his feelings. Then when he randomly spills all that out on him he sees him confused and is (understandably, with how Blitz mocked his feelings as a roleplay) hurt. He moves on and just dismisses Blitz thinking that's his answer. Blitz argues back and gets angry and I really think he was right in this argument, Stolas should have talked about this sooner, or handled it differently. Then right as things get heated in the discussion he just sends him away. They didn't get the chance to really talk, one said their feelings, the other got defensive, and then that's it.

I'm not really blaming Stolas or Blitz for this argument. Stolas is my favorite character so trust me this is in no way stolas hate. But I wanted to shed light on this and sees if anyone agrees with me Blitz is not only in the wrong.

ik in the musical they changed it from darry to darrel bc it sounds close to dally, but in a deeper way what is ur hc of how in the book only the socs call darry 'darrel' and also now in the musical that darry is in charge everyone calls him darrel? what do u think that switch was like for him, and how did his brothers react to it?

you’ve come to the right place bc i LOVEEE overanalyzing the whole name thing. reaching is my favorite pastime fr. i’m gonna try and answer ur ask and then some bc i feel so strongly abt this deadass (me making up for the fact that idk how long this has been sitting in my inbox without me knowing, anon im so sorry lmfao🙏)

i think darry probably just went by darrel at school because the right to call him darry was reserved for the people he grew up with. my own hc is that paul used to be one of the only people from school who called him darry because of how close they were, but paul didn’t stick to one name, he switched between darry and darrel. tho after the fallout, it’s exclusively darrel or just “curtis,” as a way to distance himself from the fact that they were once closer than he cares to admit.

as for the musical, i could definitely believe that at least pony and soda grew up calling him darry, but stopped as they grew older, like outgrowing a kid’s toy. especially when their parents died, the name darry kind of died with them, it’s a relic of their innocence that they can’t use anymore without remembering what they’ll never get back.

i kind of also want to get into why the coordinators of the musical chose to change darry’s name over dally’s, when they just as easily could have had dally go by dallas and kept darry’s nickname. and this is where the reaching starts so don’t take me seriously i’m just being a D1 yapper rn

but to me the decision to keep dally’s nickname is a symbol of the fact that dally literally is a child. to the average audience member who has little to no knowledge of the source material, “dally” is probably a little bit childlike and serves to remind them that no matter how touch he acts, they’re watching a kid make incredibly big decisions for other kids

darrel meanwhile is the designated adult of the group, and that’s only by circumstance, not because he genuinely is old enough/has enough maturity to handle it. but by taking away his nickname, it emphasizes the point to readers/movie watchers that darrel can’t afford to be seen by anyone as too young or childish, not even the audience. he’s hiding behind even his name to put up the illusion that he knows what he’s doing, where they’re going, how they’re going to get there.

They’re just two silly lads who genuinely cared about one another and yet got driven apart by vengeance.)

Every single time Bee said “Badassatron” I’m sobbing— He’s such a goober. Bumblebee was always my favorite as a kid, so I have a soft spot for him (even if Orion and D16 were my favorites in this film). “KNIFE HANDS” he’s a safety hazard. (Also him being slightly insane and making inanimate objects his friends to talk to and being self-aware that they’re fake— I AM STEVE?!)

Sentinel essentially saying “Nu-uh” to D-16 when he was rambling about his plans.

Orion’s whole arc and relationship with D-16 is sad when you pair it with how they are in other iterations. Like, the reason Orion/Optimus would’ve been a stickler for the rules and order was because he was afraid of losing someone again like he lost D-16. (I can’t remember if their backstory is the same all across the board, its been a while since I brushed up on transformers stuff)

The animation was genuinely very pretty. I love the little magic sand particles and the way Megatron’s eyes have a glow trail as specific examples.

The child in me kept kicking my legs and screaming at the references. The mask! Roll out! When D got his signature arm gun I internally lost it. And Chris Hemsworth’s voice at the end of the film was a really really good Optimus voice.

“Is it… getting closer?” Meanwhile Bee: *running away for his life* (both him and Orion running at the start of the film absolutely took me out)

baby freminet headcanons!! bc he’s the most agere coded character in the entire game actually

he regresses either REALLY little or like 12, no in between. range is 2 and 12. not 2–12, 2 and 12. it’s always one of two extremes.

he’s very, very quiet when he’s tiny. he doesn’t really talk, just sits there unless actively engaged with. if he talks, it’s in french, because it’s not as hard on his brain.

he cries to communicate his needs, because when he’s little he can’t mask. he doesn’t cry loudly, but his little sniffles and whimpers give him away.

BIG chewer. he does so much biting. he does not bite people, but he will have something in his mouth at all times and that’s exactly how you figure out when he’s little

he sleeps a lot when he’s little. he can’t sleep much when he’s big, so he often ends up coaxed into regressing around bedtime, and that way he sleeps through the night.

when he’s in tweenspace, he’s not just quiet, he’s silent. no talking, no noises, even his breaths are inaudible. he’s perpetually in cleanup mode, since at this age, he hasn’t yet recovered from crucabena. generally, it’s better to leave him alone like this, but lynette will sometimes sit down nearby and quietly offer him some seafood soup. he’ll accept, and they’ll eat together in silence.

lyney dotes on his baby brother. freminet must have the best storybooks, the best stuffies, a nursery, anything he wants, lyney is at his beck and call. pers even has his own bed in the nursery at freminet’s request! lyney showers him with affection, although he’s learned when to stop over time, and there’s no shortage of pet names to be heard. baby, duck, sweetpea, lovey, my dearest little brother. he lives for freminet’s smiles. he puts on little puppet shows and reads him stories and takes him to aquariums. if he had his way, freminet would have the world. and he will absolutely set anyone who hurts his baby on fire.

lynette is quieter about her affection. she’ll make herself some tea, and warm up some milk for freminet too ‘because it’s right there, so why not.’ but she puts it in his favorite bottle with the sea creatures on it and adds a little sugar and cinnamon, and she delivers it with a press of her cheek against his. it’s more than an afterthought to her, no matter what she says. she secretly fixes his stuffies when they tear, she buys the snacks he likes even if she’s just out to get herself some cake. and if she falls asleep on the couch, cuddled up with her little brother, who’s to say whether it was on purpose or an accident?

father isn’t as often present, and she was out of the loop about freminet’s regression for a long time, but nothing gets past her. how would it? they put together a nursery for him, and that’s not easy to hide. she doesn’t mind, though—as much as she dislikes when children cry, she thinks it’s important that freminet has his respite, and when she’s around, she makes sure he stays safe.

gaming met freminet while delivering a package in the court of fontaine, and the two of them hit it off unnervingly fast. although they don’t see each other often, gaming is a big brother caregiver to him when he’s little and his best friend when he’s not. he himself regresses to around 7–10 depending on the day, and man chai knows how to handle himself around babies, so gaming allows him to sit in freminet’s lap while they play. or, more accurately, while he makes up stories and freminet listens rapturously. yapper x listener duo fr!! he ALSO takes freminet to aquariums!!

Definitely autistic. Similar to Randall, he does everything Johnny says or wants but instead of seeking approval from him he only seeks to be his favorite member or his "best friend." He is a professional yapper, he also knows how to treat a woman right 🙏. I think he made the team because, being such a fan of Johnny's, he kept insisting that he join him. Gay.

Reggie

He could have ADHD or autism....or maybe both. Maybe sometimes he tries a lot to be more "manly" by shouting or look intimidating (I have a headcanon where he is trans.) I think he doesn't care much about having a partner, he is someone who is quite carefree, he likes flowers. And I like to think that he spends most of his time with Chip as some kind of dynamic duo. i love this man fr

Oh yes, my favorite.

Javier is the type of person who doesn't care at all about what others say. He could be Mexican, maybe when he joined the team he didn't speak much because he didn't know much English and even though he has learned a lot he doesn't speak much because he doesn't want to XDXJDDK. He gets annoyed sometimes because Chet doesn't know how to pronounce and write his name. He may always seem intimidating or "angry" but when you get the chance to meet him he is a different person. I WOULD LOVE to hear his voice, he def has an accent.

-All the people I ship romantically with this character: I SURE DO WONDER!!! (It's Shocker). I sure do love taking 2 of my favorite characters who have interacted once or twice and MAKE THE FUCK UP A RAREPAIR!!! with them. Dunno itd be interesting i think. They've got similar powers and all, they worked fairly well in that one interaction... They contrast each other nicely, idk theres just something about these 2... (< guy who has written literal essays about all the ideas he has)

My non-romantic OTP for this character: ELECTRO AND MYSTERIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best friends of all time (they hate each other /j) Dunno they'd be funny i think. Also their difference in powers would make an interesting team up. Think they'd bond over shared interest in tech and stuff. They probably gossip a SHITTTT ton despite Electro saying he has no interest in it. They're buddies who've got each other's back even if they get on each other's nerves a lot :]

My unpopular opinion about this character: A lot of people. GREATLY MISCHARACTERIZE HIS ASS!!!!!! He is not an uwu soft boy TWINK!!!!!! That is a grown ass man. Sure he's younger then the rest of the 6 BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN HE SHOULD CONSTANTLY BE INFANTILZED. Also. (ok this is more of an unpopular opinion type beat, I just needed to rant about that real quick back there) Make that guy meaner, he is def kind of a prick. He would poke fun and tease the other members, he'd argue with some of them (esp Mysterio and Vulture). ALSO he isnt the brightest. But hes also not STUPID!!!!!!! This guy used to be an electrician, he def knows some shit!!!!. ALSO!!!!!! Redemption plot lines are fun for him, but also. I think he should get worse :], make that guy lose himself to the madness!!! make him completely forget who "max" was, make him give in to the villianous side of him that secretly loves the freedom and just funnn of being a villain (ya know his ass has a little fun with these schemes...)

What do you mean the last we see of him is in ravencroft and is just. basically a cameo in that one ep for colonel jupiter or whatever. what the fuck man. ANYWAYYYSSS of course i want to see more of him, like more focus on him. Let me know more of his mental state and how he views the Connors and the people he knew before the accident. anyways. there was this time she scored a goal during the game and on her way back to the bench she was showing off to her teammates how she did it. (she spun around and shot it. annoying) to be fair we didn't have our regular goalie and this girl has only played goalie like twice in her life.
