Okay. Important question.

So my finals are over, and with that I'll be back with writing here. If anyone is interested, I created an AO3 profil too not so long ago, but haven't posted anything yet - I want to start some other series there, and keep my main obsession (HOA lol) here for a time. I'm currently working on many many fics regarding the dear fandom, but I have some struggles now.

Seeing and reading other fics from native speakers, I kinda realized-or noticed maybe my writing is a bit rough or plain compared to what I want to bring out with it, and how it really is in hungarian. I think this is caused by the lack of a wider range of words and synonyms I know and use, but I never know how I should start an English fic as a non-native writer. If anyone; non-native writers and native english speakers alike, has any tip or a few helping word for me, I would appreciate it. And beside, this is a good opportunity for me to see how other not english speakers deal with transferring their writing to english. I do a mix of writing it down on my native language THEN translating it to english, but that takes up the bigger chunk of my time to create something. If I feel too lazy to wait for my translation (because I usually use some help site beside my actual translating knowledge) I just write it in English immediately; but then oftentimes I'm' not 100% satisfied with the outcome.
