after fiddling with the background FOR. EV. ER, I am finally satisfied with my Sissel piece (to accompany this Yomiel art). Tumblr forbid me from uploading it at full size, so here's a decent screenshot.

this is mostly the result of me trying to quantify the difference in size between kitten Sissel from the epilogue and grownup Sissel from the original timeline, and then I went "hey I could make a good Art out of that"

that's right. it's stars.

I wanted to incorporate the Temsik aura into the actual painting, but it just got too visually complicated. before anyone compliments my temsik drawing skills I TRACED THAT SHIT LOL

but here you can more clearly see that ghost!sissel's tail is grounded in the source of the ghostliness: the spot where the meteorite is lodged in his chest

current wip with the Wrights b/c I'm trying to draw backgrounds more and putting characters I like in a cute scene is incentive for that. mostly done with the lineart, I just want to clutter up the background and add details and then once I color it I'm finished. if you have any suggestions for stuff to put on the counters/shelves/fridge/calendar/etc go ahead! I want it to be as detailed as I can make it so ideas to fill it up would be fun
