Really big update.

Hey you guys. My life is all connecting. My ex bsf I’ve been wanting to apologize to all summer reached out and told me she found out what happened and all of that talking about the situation. I then sent her a really big paragraph saying everything off my chest I wanted to tell her for months. I feel much better I got to apologize. She doesn’t need to forgive me as long as she knows I feel sorry and regret what I did it’s okay with me :) After we spoke about everything we texted some more and it felt like I had my best friend back for a second. We click so easily it’s weird when we aren’t friends. I feel like we’re already besties everything feels so normal. We texted for like 3 hours I’m so grateful and happy we were able to reconnect. Although I know it won’t be the same maybe with time it can be. It will take her time to forgive me and that’s okay she deserves it. I’m just super grateful we’re friends again :). Never thought she’d want to after finding out the truth but she’s literally the best girl ever I love her. I never want to hurt her again or anyone ever I don’t like being a mean girl. A few days after the incident happened I wanted to apologize and tell her immediately but it would’ve been so bad. We also have two classes together algebra & Spanish back to back. First 2 periods of the day. I’m so happy we can be with each other on the first day yay 💕🫶🏼

I also started texting my old friend as well and things are back go normal with me and her. In our situation we kind of just drifted apart. Everything feels normal though so yay.

I’ve been having cart cravings for like 4 days now and I haven’t even looked for it I’m so proud of me! I’ve been going on walks for at least 30 mins everyday. Yesterday I saw two people from my school in my neighborhood. I liked both of them before too so that was a bit shocking. Lol.

I just read my last post. I cried. Because you know what? It was all true. It is the truth.

It has been 3 weeks since I came back from my trip to Bali. I wanted to write something here right away but I didn’t know where to start...

It was life changing, it was amazing, it was like pure happiness and love.

I met my soulmate on the 3rd day - Egyptian girl which is now my friend and it feels like I knew her for sooo long time. We laughed together, we cried together, we get emotional together, we chit-chat, we danced, we did yoga, we ate, drink together, we saw beautiful things for the first time together, we were inseparable. I miss her so much but I know that we will meet really soon.

I saw for the first time tropical jungle, the greenest trees, and plants, the most colorful flowers, the bluest sky - every color was so pure and intense that it was like a dream. I saw the sunrise on the rice field, went on rice terraces, found true spirit in the indonesian Hindu temple. I was on a tropical island for the first time and saw the most beautiful sunset ever (Gili Air). I drank kopi luwak coffee, ate the most delicious food in the world (Indonesian cuisine and vegan smoothie bowls with the sweetest fruits ever). I did yoga every day, I find my soul and love in yoga practice, I met the most inspiring yogis and yoga teachers. I cried on yoga classes because it was so emotional, refreshing and touching. I was snorkeling, swinging on the beach in front of the sea, took the speed boat and public ferry, get sunburnt (and look like a red lobster at first but them damn I was like true reach chocolate mmm) and my hair gets blonder more than ever. 

I learned how to appreciate small things - like the sunrise in the morning, the wind when doing yoga at 30 degrees, rain on a hot day, sun every day, waves on the beach, sunset when you just wanna sit, relax and believe that all of that it’s not a dream. 

Every day I met so many beautiful souls, inspiring people that bring so much joy and happiness to my life. 

Martini - our host in Ubud (the most delicious breakfast every day and the truest, funny, inspiring talks in the evening), 

Kadek - our scooter driver.

Ade - the most trustworthy driver (we smoke together in the car and laughed every single trip)

Shannen - Cali girl, volunteer from my shift (joyful soul, with cute laugh, good vibes, and charcoal powder <3)

Yoga - Indonesian tattoo artist (my boy from Canggu who came to me at the party and we just stay together all night and met once again on my last day just before my flight)

Shane - Aussi guy (the weirdest meeting ever on one of the workshops of polish writer - that was so intense to look into his eyes and hold his hands that I still remember that, I was shaking, had shivers and my heart was pumping like crazy) 

and of course Dio - my boss from BSF (my real friend, with whom I spent a great time at our shifts. I remember one of the truest and beautiful moments that give my soul lift up - It was our last day of BSF and I knew that he’s not that into yoga - he never did that! And when Shannen and I after our duty we join classes. Few minutes passed, I was doing upward facing dog and I saw Dio right after me who came to join classes to and were trying to do the same pose - I felt so powerful connection with him and Shannen that all I can did was smiling inside and outside. At the end of my Bali trip, he took me on a ride to Uluwatu and other hidden gems - beaches, surf spots. He gave me a simple yet beautiful bracelet with sentence “Universe is in me.” which was so kind and amazing. We talked about everything - about sadness and happiness, and we still have a contact, hope that it will last forever!)

Of course, I had ups and downs. I get my period on the 2d day of BSF and I felt like shit. My mind was fooling me every minute. I felt ugly, fat, unimportant, irrelevant, unloved, all of that really bad thoughts were in my head. I was texting my mother that I feel really bad and nothing will help me. I was comparing myself to others - they were more beautiful, more tanned, more skinny, more fit, happier. I didn’t see anything else. Thank god after few day it just goes off. Aia help me so much, she saw right away that something is going on and she just was for me, to hear what I had to say (even though at first I didn't want to).

And we experienced an earthquake. Oh dear lord it was so weird, powerful and strong. Everything was shaking. We were so scared when we were running to rice fields. We just didn’t know what to do. Are we gonna survive? Is this happening for real? Is it my last day here? - that was my thoughts. Thank god nothing happen. After 30seconds everything calmed down and get back to normal. I don’t want to fell mother earth like that anymore but I’m grateful for that experience because now I know that we can’t take anything for granted (shout out to Drake).

Bali is so beautiful place that I can’t find good words to describe it. People here are smiling all the time, when you passing them by on the streets you get million little smiles - from Balinese, from tourist, from kids, adults, man & woman. Everybody seems so peaceful, happy and that they are enjoying life and every single moment.

And you know what? I learned that too. I get back to Poland and I still feel happier, more than ever. I try to enjoy every day. I’m doing yoga every morning, even went on hot yoga classes (which are AMAZING!). It’s freezing here (but it’s spring just so you know!) I don’t have the power to change it so I’m trying to not get mad about that because it’s not worth it.

We (Aia and I) think that nothing is perfect (because when something amazing happens there were always something “bad” after that) but that trip, after all, was perfect and I hope that nothing bad will happen now.
