it begins
#i saw some cool sunflower runner on pinterest but i wanted it to be a whole queen size quilt sooo#nothing that me and the grid tool on procreate can't handle#as you can see i uh ran out of yellows and the dark saturated blues about halfway through#so i tried to slowly fade into lighter blues#is it a little weird? yeah#am i going to be occupied and cozy during the fall and winter months? fuck yeah#my plan w each quilt is to try a new type of stitch/shape/process for each one#like ive never sewn triangle blocks before so we'll see how this goes. it should be the exact same in theory#i also learned that when the quilt is bigger than a baby quilt it is fucking hell to lay it all out like this#my back hurts lmao#also the pins are because i needed to scoot the whole thing so now i get to unpin the whole thing :) (<- not excited)#i wish i had more browns because i think the browns and yellows look nice but oh well. next quilt#anyway. time to get this fucking thing off my floor#i will not be laying it out like this in the future bc that was TOO much#i will take photographs and import them into procreate like a normal person
