a cripple and two nurses hear about the most horrific bullshit from a medical facility. rage ensues
#it sounds like a sitcom but it’s actually just me and my aunt and my mum#my aunt broke her femur and had a femur and knee reconstruction surgery and she was transferred out of the hospital last night at 8 pm#and the transfer was horrible she was in so much pain she was sitting in the chair at the rehab for 3 hours before they even got her in and#then they put her (who’s recovering from orthopaedic surgery) in the same room with another patient who had a freezing cold room and who was#also recovering from flesh eating bacteria#and they put my aunt in a room with that person. btw orthopaedic surgery is (according to my aunt) the most prone to infection#my aunt was finally moved after my uncle and cousin made a stink. also bc she needed the room warmer#but my aunt wasn’t given meds for about 18 hours and then they wanted to give her the wrong meds and overall it was horrible and my aunts#medical trauma when she comes out of this will be astronomical#not to mention the trauma from the initial injury and then not sleeping for about 72 hours as she was brought into the hospital and they ran#tests and prepped for surgery and everything. it got really bad#vent tw
