me: I hate loud sounds
every single piece of technology in my home: what if I got stuck at max volume, for no reason?
#my alexa who randomly connects to my music and jumps to max volume if i hit the volume down on my phone#my laptop who will max volume while im in the middle of class and make it impossible to process whats being said because ITS SO LOUD#and also my laptop whose volume down button only works 40% of the time#my headphones that will default to like 80% volume everytime they connect to something#my tv with the broken soundbar that sometimes messes with the volume and makes it 30× louder than it actually is#'why is the tv so loud?? its at the usual number!!' *clicks down from zero like 18 times before it actually is registered at 0*#WHY#WHY IS EVERYTHING OUT TO GET ME
