Based on your notifications, you put two and two together and realized you were paparazzi'd with none other than the man you hated the most. You and Lando had a very complicated relationship to say the least. You had met when your brother, Daniel, joined McLaren and from the start he had given you the cold shoulder. You didn't know what you did wrong and tried to be kind to him, but after a while you stopped when he dismissed you like a child. You thought you would get along with him after Danny had told you about his interest in photography. You yourself were a photographer and decided to take the year traveling with your brother to capture some photos in F1, but you had figured the fame was getting to Lando especially after his breakup with his girlfriend. He was starting to bring different girls to the garage in every race and you would never see them again after.

You remember your last interaction with him in the McLaren garage in the final race of the '22 season was when the complicated part of your relationship began.

"What are you doing here, y/n? This is a place for serious professionals, not hobbyists."

"Lando, always the charmer. I'm here to photograph greatness."

"Greatness? You wouldn't know greatness if it lapped you on the track."

"Well, I'm pretty sure greatness doesn't come with an ego the size of your car."

Both your eyes were filled with hatred as they interlocked, each refusing to back down. As the race begins, y/n continues to snap photos, capturing Lando's intense focus and determination.

After the race, both Lando and Daniel were disappointed they were not able to get into the podium on their last race of the season. Your brother asked for some time alone so you approached Lando, camera in hand, knowing it would be the last time you were in the same garage as him.

"Tough race, Lando. I got some incredible shots, though."

"Don't patronize me, y/n."

"You know for what it's worth, I saw a different side of you on the track this season. It's like you're fighting not just against other drivers, but against something within yourself.

"What are you talking about?"

"I may be the younger sister of your teammate, but I'm not blind. There's more to you than the arrogant facade you put on."

After that conversation, you began seeing Lando less and less considering your brother was now racing in AlphaTauri and you were hardly at the paddock anymore. The few times you did see Lando, the tension had shifted into something different. But it was now winter break and you and Lando were both back in Monaco.

You had gone out last night and you did not believe your luck when you saw Lando in the same club with a smirk on his face. Determined to show you could rise above the tension, you decided to lose herself in the pulsating rhythm of the music. As you moved to the beat, you felt a tap on your shoulder. Turning around, you found yourself face-to-face with none other than Lando.

"Surprised to see me, princess?" He looked at you with a mocking smile knowing the nickname would rile you up.

"Surprised to see you alone at a club and not wrapped up with some girl? Yes, actually."

"Didn't take you for the jealous type, I like it."

Against your better judgment, you found herself drawn into banter with him. The tension between you turned into a strange kind of chemistry as you exchanged barbs, each remark escalating in intensity. A few drinks were exchanged and you slowly began to lose your guard around him and eventually ending up on his bed that night.

You groaned at the memory of last night's mistake and decided it was best to text Lando back before anyone else to get your story straight. He quickly replied saying he was on his way and you began to straighten yourself up.

"You know usually when I hook up with a girl I don't see her the next morning. Consider yourself lucky y/n."

"Still arrogant as ever, even when we're both fucked right now."

"Well you're a little more fucked than I am really."

"Just get in here Lando." You opened the door to let him in and quickly shut it afraid you would be pictured together again.

"I've got good news for you sweetheart. My team has made a plan to sort this mess out."

"Go on with it. What is it?"

"Jeez feisty in the mornings, heh? But congratulations, you are officially my girlfriend, we've been dating for a few weeks now and have kept it under wraps to figure out our feelings for each other privately."

"A fake relationship? That's your solution? No fucking way."

Lando sighed and rolled his head back in annoyance. He knew you were immediately going to shut this idea down but he had planned what he was going to say beforehand and knew what to say to convince you.

"You think I want to do this? My team needs me to do this, I haven't exactly looked like a saint these past few weeks and hooking up with my friend's sister behind his back isn't going to make me look any better."

"And what's that got to do with me?"

"Well in case you haven't noticed, this doesn't look good on your part either princess. There's some hateful people on the internet already slut shaming you and saying you betrayed your brother. If we tell people we were already dating prior to these pictures, it lessens the hate. Not only that, are you really going to tell Danny you had a meaningless one night stand with one of his friends?"

You knew he had a point. Danny wasn't going to be happy if he found out about the brewing tension between you and Lando.

"Please y/n, the internet already likes us together. This would be good for us."

"Lando Norris saying please? Wow, never thought I'd see the day." You genuinely were shocked at his desperateness for you to agree, you didn't think about how this affected him as much it did you.

"Yeah, yeah. It's only for a few months then we could go back to pretending we dont exist to each other."

"Okay fine, just for a few months. And I'm doing this for Danny, not for you." You quickly agreed not really thinking it would be that big of a deal. Just a few posts and appearances together and this would be over before you knew it.

"I knew you'd give in." Lando gave you one of his infamous smirks and planted a kiss in the corner of your mouth. "Now come on we need some pictures to make this convincing."

Choso’s Reader I’ve actually already gotten this ask and it’s here. It’s an innate and inherited technique that’s extremely rare in her bloodline.

Inumaki’s Reader is a branch of cursed speech they call sirens. Only the women in her family get this inherited technique! They use their voices in a melodic way to control the target for periods of time. Longer the more tenured the “siren” is and shorter with the inexperienced ones. If you’ve ever watched HP it like the imperio curse.

Suguru/Nanami’s Reader does NOT have 2 techniques. She has 1 innate and inherited technique with a strong ability for reverse like Shoko, but she’s not as good as Shoko. From what I understand reverse technique is something all sorcerers CAN do but most never fully learn to “master” like Shoko or do at all. Her technique is innate on her mother’s side and inherited on her father’s side. If you’re really curious it’s been hinted before in the hidden inventory gc smaus and in the tea time smaus, and this getting so long so I can make a separate post about it like I did with Choso’s Reader if I get the ask for it.

Same goes for Megumi’s😊

Out of all of them though, 1 is special grade and 1 is a special grade 1 (and later questioned to be special grade).

Right now i just wanna know if there are any accusation of that kind towards Damon (since theyre best friends) im guessing no, but i just want to be sure cause at this point i dont know who to trust :(

Here's my understanding regarding what I've heard about Damon, being transparent, but also giving context. There have been a couple situations that were mentioned. A few years ago, during Humanz tour, a young fan made an accusation that they gave Damon a BJ on twt. The fan deleted their account shortly after fan backlash. There wasn't a lot of substantiating evidence. Another anon mentioned to me that they saw Damon with a fan in an elevator in a hotel in South America. Another fan told me privately they'd heard, through a contact with Anna that Damon was upset with Graham for dating Anna because Anna was so much younger than Graham, with Damon arguing that Anna was a child. My personal opinion is that neither (Damon) claim felt very substantial to me because there wasn't a lot of supporting evidence like how there was been with GC (multiple eyewitnesses, multiple victims with similar stories, visual evidence, etc.) I could be wrong.

On one of the gossip sites a user mentioned that they'd been around the band and alleged that Dave, Alex, and Graham had pretty awful behavior with relations with groupies, or indulging in that sort of thing and that while Damon was there he didn't participate and had given the excuse that he was tired and went back to his hotel room. (Again, this is a gossip site, so take everything with a grain of salt).

The other thing is that when I spoke to britpopabuse about it they said that they had not heard anything about Damon, and if he was involved it was likely because he got pulled into Graham's shit. So, that's all I have heard about Damon. Personally, I feel there's not enough of the same type of consistent evidence with Damon. I could be wrong. That said, I do think the band enable Graham a lot. To a pretty immoral level, being honest. They have covered G's bad behavior to save face with the media, like asking journalists to not write about Graham's bad behavior of assaulting people. Which - in the 90's maybe I get? Graham was a mess. But the band and Eleven are still doing it now.

And while I still love Damon's work, that does weigh on me. But I haven't, personally, seen enough consistent evidence to feel like Damon is doing the same thing GC is being accused of re: hanging out with underage or young fans. That's not to say he's flawless, or that I'm right, but, that's just what I've observed.

we met on wattpad, back in like 2021 when i went by the username Spirithyst. we talked in "the gc" by replying to a comment made by user georgecantwalk on a dreamnotfound fanfic titled "I Fell in Love with a Boy in a Maid Dress" by visiblelittlesushi

the author was alright with us talking in their comments, and by the time i left the comment was at more than 7k replies.

the gc had it's own lore which we roleplayed often, with the gc being hell and us making a nation. i will go more in depth later for anyone interested.

i had to leave wattpad since my parents found out about me talking to strangers online (something they're against), and my account has been deleted. i had remained in contact with breadb00 through tiktok, but my parents found out about that aswell. one of my real life friends still talks with them tho, and they were able to get me bread's tumblr ( @codi-bread , tagging u so you can see the post, if u mind i'll edit it). other than that, i follow pluto, george, bread, care and cazz on spotify, but there isn't really a way to contact them through that.

georgecantwalk, reffered to as george or gcw was the one who created the gc by commenting "I wish I had a gay friend to be honest I really really want a gay friend :(" on the 25th of january 2021 on the before mentioned fanfic. later they married crispy_porkchops and adopted Breadb00, im_depressed_help and me (with later aditions). we all called george our parental figure, and canonically they were satan, the ruler of hell.

crispy_porkchops was known as "the pog parent". they weren't active much in the gc. their onl lore was that they married george and adopted the three of us.

Breadb00 is my absolute best friend from the gc and my favorite sibling :3 we would often jokingly argue about being parental figure's favorite child. when L'Wattpad was created, they called me a wilbur kinnie, to which i replied that "wilbur is a spirit kinnie". after that they created Wattburg and started a war

i'm_depressed_help was one of the first 3 adopted childeren. they weren't active much. they had an irl twin who's username was yal_la, who decided to be the family dog.

apthay_ joined the gc a bit later than me. most of the gc consisted of americans and people from different timezones from me (i'm serbian), which made talking to the gc hard since most conversations happened while i was asleep. apthay_ mentioned being british, and with us all being dream smp fans i said something along the lines of "we're the only europeans here, what do we do now? start a nation?" and thus, L'Wattpad was born. as i mentioned, bread started a war, after which i blew up our country, dying in the proces. for all of the lore after this, c!spirit was a ghost (and maybe 3 raccoons in a trench coat but nobody's sure)

Loser000Hollow or devon was george's wife and our mother. when they got married i attempted arsoning the wedding (causing me to further refer to myself as "a professional wedding arsonist"), but they got married regardless.

I always see people on here talking about their mutuals and about their online friends, and some of that’s def survivorship bias, but I’m guessing I’m not alone in having no clue how to get from recognizing someone’s username to having them be a person I would talk to about a bad day?

to be so so honest with you, i got super lucky because i was introduced to a lot of my friends in this fandom through group chats or mutuals’ discord servers that other people have added me to, which i know is kind of a lame answer because being added to gcs/others’ servers is not exactly something u can control … but you are so right in saying that you’re not alone in feeling like this !! i know so many people feel intimidated by the idea of making friends on here especially since there Are so many users i associate as groups and it seems like everyone has Those Friends (me included, i’ll admit) and it’s probably easier said than done because i did get lucky enough to meet a lot of my now-close friends rn through ao3/comments/writers’ gcs way back in the summer or fall 😗 it also definitely takes time to get close to someone in this way, and these friendships are not something that happened overnight, even for me !! i feel like it’s easy to get stressed out by the potential of every new mutual/friend you make being The Friend and that can put a lot of pressure on both you and the other person to be super compatible right off the bat, so on and so forth, which isn’t fair and will probably lead to more disappointment than anything, so i think it’s important to remember that (almost?) no solid friendship goes from 0-100 overnight and it takes time to build trust and emotional connection with anyone!

so i would say . basically . if you’ve stayed this long and all of this rambling that my biggest pieces of advice would be:

1. fr and honestly just go for it. like you said, i know so many people feel the exact same way as you do, so send that mutual you admire an ask or a dm!! every friendship has got to start somewhere so if you see them rb an ask game maybe send something nice or maybe if you see a post that reminds u of them send it to them ! i’ve made a couple of my closest friends because we sent each other asks a lot before moving to dms -> other platforms, or people have just dm’d me directly out of the blue and i was surprised by how well we clicked !! these are maybe lame examples but. u get the idea lol. Just Do It i believe in u 🥳

2. be patient !! i know i already said it before but close friendships, like the ones you’re talking about, rarely happen overnight. even with people i’ve felt a connection with immediately, it’s taken some time for us to really get comfortable with each other and past that awkward stage so it’ll likely take some dedication and commitment to communication on both your parts! something i would like to emphasize: don’t make friends purely out of strong expectations of being Best Friends because, again, this could lead to a lot of disappointment when someone doesn’t live up to expectations you’ve created In Your Head. find people you really click with and genuinely enjoy talking to, and maybe see eventually if they’d want to move from talking through asks to dms to discord/text!

ummmm. i think that’s all i have to say on the topic, hopefully this wasn’t too disappointing to read because again, i’m not too sure how to organize my thoughts on the subject LOL but i’m wishing you all the best and i’m promising u that almost everyone in this community feels the same way !! make the first move/respond when someone maybe makes the first move to you + take it slow + be kind and patient and you will have friends lining up in ur dms to talk to u 🫡much much love !! 🫶🏽

Here I think antis and trolls can be used interchangeably. They’re really the same beast but given a different name specifically for trolls who hate a specific ship.

I think Jenna said it best, arguing on social media is a war no one can win.

The antis don’t want to win an argument, they want to upset you. They can and will use whatever batshit insane thing that comes to mind in order to do so. It doesn’t have to make sense, it just has to work.

These people are addicted to the drama and causing psychological harm. It’s why I think the accusers made their claims in the first place. It’s why everyone who rally arounds them has no interest in seeing both sides, and have no interest in this going to court or going to the police.

What they want is to hurt people, specifically PHW and his fans. It’s why they’re reveling in his humiliation, it’s why they want him fired. They may say they want him jailed or to get justice, but they do not go through any reasonable avenue to see that happen.

Notice how they have such a low threshold for the accusers’ evidence, but hold ours to an impossible standard.

No reasonable person would take the garbage the accusers have proffered as gospel, but then come up with excuse after excuse for the accusers malicious and suspicious behavior.

They’ll call an alleged touch SA, but then try to split hairs when it comes to CSAM. They will see SS with no date, no metadata, no proof of a GC of “minors,” or evidence of any party that happened over a span of a couple years and call that undeniable proof. In addition, they think its reasonable to ask PHW to make a statement and prove his whereabouts spanning several years in order to prove he’s innocent.

None of it makes sense because they don’t care about making sense. They don’t need to make sense in order to meet their goals.

Their ultimate goal is to steal your peace.

So, let the dumbasses be dumbasses.

Welcome to The Flowering Pride!

This is a new intro post to my Pride in Lioden! I made a post like this when I first started but I thought I should start fresh with a new post since I switched to nerding out abt Lioden on this blog!

For those who want to know who I am on Lioden: My King's name is "MangroveFlower" and my player name is ClownCryptids ! my user number is #428617

Some basic info on how I've been playing so far:

I have dubbed my pride "The Flowering Pride" and I am going for a flower and plant theme! I even came up with some naming rules for the pride!

Lionesses have mostly flower names with a few other plants sprinkled in, and males have tree names! When a lion becomes King they get "Flower" added to the end of their name!

I don't have all clean lions, my king is dirty so that would be hard, but I am currently attempting to have a majority clean collection of lions!

I don't always care about how special genetics are, sometimes I just get a lion bec they are pretty and that's that. However there are a lot of cool and pretty rare lions in lioden soooo Im trying to get some fancy ones!

Now onto the Lions!

This is my King, MangroveFlower! He always has negative descriptors next to his name bec I fight EVERYONE... i just want the exp T-T. He's also got my Albino serval to hang out with bec... my fursona is an albino serval hehe. I have also decided he really likes birds and he has lots of little birds as pets :)

This is my submale Birch! he's just vibin as a submale, and has no want to be king... he doesn't have much interest in continuing his bloodline. Ace King! but not king, that's the whole point. I do like the idea that Birch and Mangrove are boyfriends tho :3 gay lions...

Onto the Lionesses! I have 15 of them so Imma speed thru some of these!

This is the eldest lioness Fuchsia ! Her spots r so pretyyyyy, she gives me caring grandma vibes <3

these gals, in order are, Orchid, Amaryllis and Dahlia! I lov them <3 they were gifts alongside Fuchsia!

And this is Dahlia's baby! she's Mangrove's first cub and a primal!! Idk if I'm gonna keep her tho bec her colors aren't very good :P I may keep her and get a base app from a event tho!

This here is Marigold! she is not special genetically at all... like i think she only has 2 markings and a common base... but like... she's pretty AND she's Goddess level fertility!!

This is her baby im going to keep Hibiscus!

These two here are Hyacinth and Rose! I think Hyacinth is the lion Ive had for the longest! now im emotionally attached to her... Rose is new! I bought her bec she has a rare base and is Goddess level fertility!

This is Honeysuckle! she was another gift and is my pretty golden primal girl <3

Dymondia! also a gift! her markings are very cool!

Lavender!!! my beloved Pie !! I bought her today!! her trade also included two other lions!

This patches lady who I have named Bellflower, and a male, who I will be selling bec i have no space for males :P

aaand these are the sisters Nemesia and Iris! they aren't actually sisters, I just got them in the same trade and I like tho think they r like sisters <3 plus they look similar! They are both Broodmothers alongside Marigold and Dymondia!

This here is Hollyhock! I bought her recently! she is very cool and evil and she's goddess level fert as well!!

This is her son Cypress, Im thinking I will keep him and raise up some GC to max out his white marking bec I think he looks nice with it maxed out! I may sell him eventually tho... I just wanna try raising a submale.

Here is Aster! she was an NCL that i found exploring! and Im guessing she's a chased since she has actual markings and a rare base?? anywayss currently she is expecting a dwarf king's cubs... i want a dwarf so bad, doubt i will get one tho lol

Ooh im so glad you enjoy any type of comments because im so so so obsessed with something (just like this) but felt the comments i left on ao3 weren’t showing how much i really really liked it! [which is a lot, i live react to my little fanfic gc about it whenever i read/reread 😭 shout out to them for listening☝️]

NO, listen—I’m the same way!!! Writing big, analytical comments doesn’t come naturally to me (which means I appreciate the ones I get even more, because i know exactly how much time and thought they take 😭), so I understand the knee-jerk worry of, oh no, is this enough? But I do think that it’s a disservice to each other to like, have expectations of how to comment on something. 🥺 I don’t believe in rigidly policing how we aught to interact with each other’s art (beyond not being dicks). It’s—disheartening! Disheartening and fucking rude, actually, because it does two things: it treats those beautifully detailed, loving comments that people write of their own excitement as the only valid form of expressing love and it also makes reading fanfiction and interacting with each other a chore! And it shouldn’t be! It’s not! I dunno how many times I need to say this, but fanfiction isn’t homework—and that goes two ways!! You, as a writer, are not enslaved to it. You don’t need to finish to a deadline (unless you want to!). And you as a reader are not obligated to provide an itinerary of the time you spend with someone’s work!!!

It’s not the only way to love something. Like you saying that you live react it to the group chat—I don’t even know how to articulate what that means to me, to hear??? Lmfao. Because it’s so cute and it’s so fun!!! And it’s relatable, because I do the exact same thing with fics I love, to the friends that I love. 🥺 If anything, I find it easier to like, lay out what I love in a fic to a chat, if that makes sense? Because I’m not worried about the author! Like—I’m not worried about impressing them, LOL. Or accidentally hurting their feelings if I’m maybe a little confused about something, or am just extra opinionated that day. I can just say, “OH MY GOD [insert writer here] UPDATED [insert fic here] IM LOSING MYS HIT OH MY GOD ITS SO GOOD OH MY GOD!!!! [insert plot twist here]!!!!!! NOOOOOOO OMG WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO ME IM TOO DELICATE FOR THIS I HATE IT HERE” etc etc.

We forget that fanfiction communities are built, in large part, because of readers—readers silently reading things, or privately sharing them. Readers making tiktoks about their favourite fic (and then it blowing up and the fic getting deleted because people are mean to other fics in that same community that share the same tropes LMFAO go on, ask me about attackonfic). There’s one user on AO3 that I adore, literally, they are so precious because I see them so often in the comments of the fics I’m reading and every time it’s the same, short and sweet sentiment of how much they love whatever it is they’ve been reading, and sometimes they’ll add emojis and sometimes it’s capitalised but it gets the point across so well. They’ve commented on surrender before; it now lives in my folder for comments, on my phone, because it made me laugh when I first got it.

I promise you, Anon, if you have commented on SJLT then not only have I read it—I’ve screenshot it and saved it to that folder. Because for all I write, I don’t think I can ever adequately express what any comment means to me. 🥺 The sense of relief and—safety, almost? In being seen. It’s just—it’s there for all of them! Every comment!

If anything, I owe you an apology—I’m not good at replying to things in any timely manner 🥺 It’s never malicious, it just—it takes energy, no matter how big or small the comment (or tumblr ask!), because I want each reply to mean something, to return that sensation of hi, i see you too! It’s not an excuse. But I promise, Anon—I see you, too. And I want you (and everyone!) to know, no matter what you’ve said to me on AO3—whether it was an emoji, one word, a couple of sentences or paragraphs that took half an hour to write—it found me just when I needed it. And it meant so, so much. 🥺 Thank-you for reading, Anon. Thank-you for being here. I hope I can give you a finish story that makes those comments worth it. 🥺🌷📖✨💕

I suspect my insights into the new tumblr Core Product Strategy are no dumber than anyone else’s. To be fair, I workshopped an idea in my gc a couple of years ago that was nearly identical to Blaze, so while I don’t have my finger of the pulse of the youth, I have had a few good guesses what would fix tumblr. 

I understand they are kind of frantically balancing the needs of Someone Like Me (a 2013 sign-on who will be here until they shut the lights off and posts a good bit if not in a way that gets viewed and reads a lot more than 25 posts on the average day AND is like 80% browser user which like...seriously, use fucking browser it’s so much better) with the kind of Line Go Up forever growth that justifies spending money on a fucking sinkhole like tumblr.

I am also very interested in seeing if they can improve their algorithmic content because I’d be interested in the algorithmic content (explore, for you, even if they added something else I’d be interested as long as I have a chronological followers-only feed as one of my options). But I don’t use these things unless I’m desperate to Look At Post because...the algorithm is either very very good or very very bad, in that it nearly always serves up posts I’ve been seeing all day (so points for guessing what I am already seeing) but had no interest in interacting with. 

Please tumblr I WANT to see more posts I am not already seeing. I cannot look at the same out of context undated twitter screencaps passing as political commentary all day every day. I just also want the option to not see that shit in my chronological dash. In tumblr’s heyday I never hit my post limit but I was posting upwards of 100 posts a day, and now you rarely get double digits from me because there is simply not that much interesting content.

Unsure about the threaded comments. I think it COULD work but I’m unsure if it will depending on how it’s implemented.

ALSO pleased to see The App on their list. The app is dogshit and it’s been dogshit for a couple of years now. It’s genuinely hard to SEE more than 30-40 posts on the app in an WHOLE DAY of intermittent scrolling because of the app’s tendency to freeze/crash/only show you those 30-40 posts no matter what you do. I have mutuals who LEFT TUMBLR because they were app-only users and the app just got so unpleasant to use they quit tumblr, and I’m sure they are not the only people who did so.

I desperately would like more control over who follows me/who can interact with me/who can interact with my posts. I’d love a native mute function, especially something that would let me choose how long I don’t want to see posts for. Sometimes I just need like five days so they can get their untagged blorbo stuff out and I don’t have to see it, you know? 

I’d love an option to not allow blank blogs to follow me, or blogs newer than 7 days, or blogs that have NEVER generated an original post (which also tend to be spam). You have everyone’s birthdays now, you should be able to generate a “nobody under 18 according to the account birthday can follow” (I care less about that but I also am not generating much of my own content.) 

tl;dr I am not sure the issue is tumblr is difficult for new people, but I think a slow, buggy app and the lack of new and different stuff on the site is what keeps them from coming back.

like it’s OKAY that it’s not easy to use. That is what allows the app to be so personalized.

I have the same conversation with people about discord! “It’s too hard to use, let’s just make a whatsapp gc” NO. if you take the time to learn, discord is the best for organizing group projects/clubs/work that need to have an online presence. All of it’s ‘complicated’ features are what makes it so usable for so many different people.

If tumblr staff would have their FAQ more available, and new users took the time to just mess around a bit and learn the site, you can make the site work so well for your specific needs. that’s the reason people stay here!!! I don’t want an algorithm to tell me what i like, i know what i like!!! my dash is like a little museum i’ve been collecting and curating for years, don’t fuck it up!!!!

the "tumblr is hard to use 🥺" comment from staff is so funny bc like. its not untrue. but the solution isnt to make everything algorithmic, its to stop hiding the FAQ pages deep inside the site. just like. explain shit to new users. a concept. also obviously just fix the search function

So i have just read your post, that you said you were in twitter and i was wondering what made twitter appealing in the time that people were leaving Tumblr and going there in your opinion?

(At the time i was in a low phase of my life so i wasn't really active in any social media, i was quite literally a ghost, just saw anything that i finded interesting but never interacted.)

Also How do you feel about the "Welcome Home Cheater" thing, does It bother you? Or Do you think it could be used in an affectionate way for the Non-toxic twitter users that might comeback to Tumblr? (Like the same way we call Tumblr our beloved Hellsite)

For me I was just starting to make more mcu related posts and liked how easier it was to create and be in gcs for that on twitter. I absolutely loved the people i met there and i still have a gc that’s going almost 3 years strong now. I was also just getting kind of bored of all the recycled posts i had been seeing here at the time like most jokes were just screenshotted tweets anyway

So i made a twitter basically to keep my interests separate and organized. My tumblr was just meant for memes and shit posts and my twitter was for marvel, making gcs, sharing theories, and all that fun stuff)

The welcome home cheater jokes are fine i get those at least but some people are being so so so dramatic in my inbox and replies. Idk how other users coming back are gonna take these kinds of jokes
