Her massive The Eras stadium tour, which began in March after she controversially put all the tickets on sale at once, crashing Ticketmaster and sparking mass hysteria, grossed an estimated $906.1 million in 2023 and is poised to become the highest-grossing global tour of all time before it wraps in December, according to Billboard.

The Golden Globe-nominated Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour film, taped during her six-show run at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., in August, has grossed over $261.6 million worldwide since its October opening, according to AMC Theatres Entertainment. In January, the publicly traded movie-house chain announced that the film’s box-office take made it the highest-grossing concert/documentary picture ever released, surpassing Michael Jackson’s 2009 This Is It. Once again blazing a new path, Swift made a groundbreaking distribution deal directly with AMC Theaters instead of linking with a film studio.

Swift has shaken up the catalog market, too. When Scooter Braun infuriated her by acquiring the master recordings of her first six albums through his Ithaca Holdings and then sold them to investment firm Shamrock Capital at a profit, Swift rerecorded the albums with loving precision and added bonus tracks to the new releases. They performed phenomenally well, as she deftly used her tour to promote them. When her latest rerecording (and 14th studio album overall), 1989 (Taylor’s Version), spent its fifth week at atop the Billboard 200 at the end of 2023, Swift beat Elvis Presley’s record for the most weeks at No. 1 by a solo artist. Her industry market share last year was 1.72%. If she were her own genre, she’d rank ninth for 2023 — bigger than jazz.

Deborah Jane Leng Burgess is a model and actress, and Roger met her on the set of his side band The Cross' video-clip "Cowboys and Indians" (1987). She next appeared as the masked lady in Queen’s “Breakthru”. Debbie started her modeling under the artistic name of Debbie Du-Bell in 1982, and represented the UK in the 1986 edition of Supermodel of the World. She created a sensation in 1987 when she became the iconic Cadbury's Flake girl in a TV commercial and got axed three years later for being "too sexy".

Roger and Debbie’s relationship was immediately object of interest for tabloids, especially since he married his previous girlfriend Dominique in 1988 to secure their two children and the media didn't understand their relationship was actually over, and Roger he soon moved in a new mansion with Debbie. Another object of scandal was the alleged diffusion of a sex tape between the two, and the media never failed to point out their age difference of 14 years. The drummer of a world famous band and a beautiful supermodel couldn’t stay out of the spotlight, after all...

However, besides often appearing together at events, concerts and parties, looking dashing and rich, what happened privately in their lives seems to remain very private. (short to say I’m not really finding much out there besides gossip articles mentioned above). Of course, Debbie is a beautiful woman and always looks friendly and smiling around her family, often having fun with Roger, but there's not much additional information about her personality.

They had Rufus, Tigerlily and Lola together and it appears that Debbie has stayed a lot by Roger’s side after Freddie’s death. “Freddie Mercury was still alive when Rufus came along in 1991 and those two got on famously. Mind you, Fred was always fabulous with kids — he was the one who came up with Rufus’s middle name: Tiger.”  They split in around 2004, but they still have a close relationship nowadays and Debbie introduced Tigerlily and Lola to the modeling world, following her steps, while Rufus is drummer of The Darkness, much like Roger.

“Although Rufus’s mum [Deborah Leng] and I were together for about 15 years, we never did get married. I also had Felix and Rory Eleanor from a previous relationship [with Dominique Beyrand], but in that situation, we did eventually tie the knot. I guess I wanted to make sure Felix and Rory were looked after financially. “I’ll admit my life back then was, well… let’s say it was complicated. It was a strange time for all of us. Wouldn’t it be great if relationships were simple and easy? Sadly, breaking up with people who mean a lot to you is never simple or easy. The important thing for me has always been that the kids support each other and feel like brothers and sisters. There’s not some from “this relationship” and some from “that relationship”; they are a gang of five.” (Roger in 2014)

“Mum and Dad never actually got married, but their separation was still pretty rough. There was a bit of shouting for a while and a few headlines, but, y’know what: shit happens. People split up. Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Anfield

Friday 14th June 2024 will be a day I remember for the rest of my life as it is the day we got to see Taylor Swift The Eras Tour live at Anfield. This day was months in the making for us. For me, it meant lots of rest in the hope that I could enjoy the day with as little pain as possible. My Daughter Becks had been counting down the minutes, she had been thinking about her outfit for a year, and she knew exactly what she wanted down to the makeup look and body glitter.
Luckily we had gone to Anfield a few days early so that she could get all the Merch she wanted as she did not miss out on anything, she spent just under £200 in less than 5 minutes. Seeing the crowds trying to get into the store that night we knew we made the right decision.
Our day started early, I made a silly mistake, I left it to the day of the concert to dye my hair and cover up the millions of grey hairs that made my face look so much older. Luckily I had Becks to dye it for me as it's not something I can do for myself anymore.
Our amazing Hairdresser was coming early to cut Becks' hair and blow-dry mine which was one less thing to worry about. I had gone from really long to short as I just couldn't manage it any more and it made such a difference to my confidence.
While we started the day early I knew I still had time to rest if I needed it. I had prepped my body on the run-up to this night by resting lots and reducing any adrenaline spikes, while I felt a little tired I was adamant that nothing was going to ruin this for us.

What was I going to wear?
While I hadn't planned my outfit, I had bought a few new pieces as options. All day, I had been experiencing awful cramping pains that I was just going to ignore because nothing could ruin today.
The first outfit I tried was a long tulle skirt in a beautiful light almost a mint shade of green to go with this Merino wool jumper I had splurged on from Abercrombie & Fitch it was just the right shade to coordinate not colour block. While it was an option everything was coming down to the weather.
Becks had been planning her outfit since we confirmed the tickets in 2023. She wanted a denim jacket with lots of sparkles. I went a bit crazy with the sparkle order just to make sure that she had more than enough to do everything she wanted, as the jacket didn't arrive in time she had to sit up all night the night before glueing sparkles onto her jacket but it looked amazing.
I had ordered a Levis Denim jacket from Depop which became a nightmare. Seller 1 cancelled the order and even after telling the second seller that I wanted this jacket before the 10th of June it wasn't sent on time, this was stress I didn't need.  This meant Becks had to take a quick trip into Kirkby town centre the day before and luckily she found a black denim jacket in The British Heart Foundation.
On a Facetime call with Becks the week before I got the feeling she didn't love the outfit she had planned so I sent her lots of dress inspo pictures from House of CB and Abercrombie, nothing was going to ruin this day for her. I was going to make sure she got an outfit that she was excited about, she didn't need much encouragement to go shopping. While she was in Abercrombie & Fitch she FaceTimed me from the changing room with the biggest smile on her face, she had fallen in love with the green-tiered maxi dress so she simply had to have it.
In the UK you have to dress for the weather and while it had said rain we had very few clouds in the sky so just in case I had a spare jumper and blanket put in my bag. 
The outfit for the night ended up being green pants that had a green and white block design from River Island and a black flowy top with a black faux leather biker jacket, I did want to change into a white flowy top but changing the black bra was going to cost me too many spoons. After getting Becks to check we had everything a million times we finally left the house.
Pack everything just in case
Before leaving the house, I make sure to bring everything I might need. The most crucial item is medication; I always carry the next dose with me in case I need it. In addition, I also carry a TENS machine to help manage particularly bad pain. my pain relief 
As I was getting ready to attendoud music and flashing lights, I knew I needed to bring dark glasses and ear protection. I always keep a blanket scarf rolled uprticular night, I also packed a cardigan to keep me warm. The cold or chills can quickly worsen any night, especially if it's a bad pain night. When I get chills, it feels like my bones are made of ice, no matter how warm it is.
I did put a small make-up bag in as I hoped once we got there I could have put a little make-up on but the closest I got to put on make-up was a little lip gloss. With large dark glasses, most of my face was covered anyway.

The Journey to Anfield
I had never ventured this far in my wheelchair before, so I was feeling a bit nervous. Luckily, Kirkby has a new train station with flat pavement all the way, making the journey much easier. This was my first time traveling by train in a wheelchair, and I wasn't sure if we needed to inform the station in advance to arrange for a ramp. It's not like they give you a handbook for being a wheelchair user. Fortunately, the new station at Kirkby was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Despite my high anxiety, Becks remained cool as a cucumber throughout the journey.
Becks suggested getting off at Kirkdale instead of Sandhills, where there are large pavement drops. Getting off at Kirkdale was easy, but getting to Anfield was difficult. There were few lowered kerb stones and many of them were blocked by parked cars, making the 30-minute journey quite challenging. I had to backtrack multiple times and even navigate busy roads in order to find a lowered kerb stone to get back onto the pavement safely.


Goosebumps every time
The sight of the bustling crowds heading towards that beautiful fortress of a football stadium fills me with immense pride as a Scouser. The Scouse girls, as always, looked absolutely stunning, but their allure seemed to reach ethereal levels for the Taylor Swift concert. As we neared the stadium, it was the men who drew our attention, men dressed impeccably some donning Travis Kelce jerseys and others adorned in shimmering attire with the most exquisite makeup. However, it was the ladies who truly left us in awe with their breathtaking appearance.
Becks had been dreaming of seeing Taylor Swift for years and I wanted her to have the night of her life. With my Princess in love with her new outfit, her make-up look planned out and having had her hair done in the morning by Our Amazing Hairdresser it all came together perfectly, she looked amazing. Getting to record her walking up to Anfield with the jacket she had worked so hard on sparkly in the sun it was a real proud Mum moment.

First Class
From the first person we encountered outside the ground, we were blown away by the whole team at Anfield, I can't sing their praises high enough. The first young gentleman did not know the answer to our question so he went away and asked a colleague. I can't stress this enough but there were people everywhere and yet he came back to us and then took us to the gate we needed to go through, amazing.
Once we got to the door one member of staff asked for our tickets. Before I left for the stadium I had sent a message to @LFCHelp on X (or Twitter) as I needed a larger bag than was allowed. I disclosed to them what would be in the bag to ask if it was ok. I explained this to them and they asked if they could check it which is what the gentleman on X had said would happen. They then put bag searched tags on my bag and Becks' bag they scanned our tickets and called the lift for us. 
I can not sing the praises of Liverpool Football Club high enough. This was my first time at Anfield since I got ill, for me this was a huge thing as every other time I had been to Anfield I was able-bodied and I never had to think about a toilet stall large enough to fit my wheelchair in or the best place to go to order at the concessions stand. As someone with a disability, I have had people look at the chair not me, I even had a lady tell me that I was too young to be in a wheelchair. Anfield held so many amazing memories for me and I didn't want to feel any different being there. 
One gentleman from the team came to escort us to our seats, when we got there he told us where everything was. He was so warm, and welcoming he even came over once the show had ended. We had stayed back a little so I could put a cardigan on before we left and he was asking how our night was, he even told us how amazing Pink was the last time she performed. It was so nice to talk to someone who truly loves their job Our Club and that amazing stadium as much as we do.


Friday 14th June 
The moment she sang that first note and I saw my baby girl cry tears of joy I was a mess. So I grabbed her hand and we sang along with every word, OK Becks sang every word to every song, towards the end I hit the wall and I couldn't keep my eyes open that is nothing against Taylor Swift she was incredible, my illness just cut me off and I couldn't fight it anymore. I still haven't admitted that to Becks. I had to take another dose of Oramorph towards the end of the concert as this pain was getting a lot more severe, adding that to already doing so much more than my body can handle and I was clocked out. I'm still incredibly proud that I managed to leave the house.
Seeing Becks so happy, singing and dancing along to every word, and me giving my all singing along with a bit of wheelchair dancing (the top half moved a bit), I will remember that night for the rest of my life.
If you get a chance to see The Eras Tour grab hold of the tickets with both hands, take your dancing shoes and sing along to every single song with wild abandon. Seeing Rebecca so happy made the night even more magical, I don't think she sat down all night, she danced her little legs off. Taylor's songs have played a cathartic role in her life, we have an amazing relationship but sometimes you have to play Taylor Swift on repeat after a bad day or a shitty situation. After a few bad weeks in my own life trust me it helps.

New Beginnings

2023 was a year that I'll never forget in my 20 years of existence. It was a year that made me have a lot of memories that I didn't expect to make.

January started off as a quiet year because I spent my time adjusting to the new school year, and classes started off as we were preparing for our upcoming assignments. But with the help of my lecturers, I was ready to start. When February came around, it was my sister's birthday month. She turned 16 last year. My family and I started off as we headed to Singapore for a little weekend vacation. I really missed that country because of its many attractions. My two sisters had a blast at the Stray Kids concert. March was absolutely memorable when our little cousin came to visit us for the first time with her parents. We showed them around the country. We also celebrated my youngest sister's 14th birthday. I can't believe she has grown a lot!

April was amazing because we went back to the Philippines for a whole month, celebrating Easter there for the first time. My sisters, my little cousin, and I went swimming in an AirBnb. We also went shopping at SM Megamall, and it's huge. May was the month when I celebrated Hari Raya with my Muslim friends and prepared for my first job interview for my college internship. June was kind of bittersweet because we had to say goodbye to our helper after over 8 years, but it ended okay when I had my college convocation ceremony.

July was a super busy month for me because I was still in the middle of my internship as an assistant kindergarten teacher, my family and I were going to Miri for the weekend, and I was performing for my college's sport day. August was full of appreciation as I finally ended my internship, had a youth night, did a beach clean-up with friends, and attended Filipino classes for a week. September was the highlight of 2023, as I entered my 20s.

In the last quarter of the year, I leveled up to Level 5 and watched the Era Tour by Taylor Swift with my mom and sisters in October. November was nice, as I helped out with the Paskong Pinoy in the Philippines Embassy, having Christmas carolers in our house twice in a week, attending my sister's senior high school graduation, and flying off to the Philippines for a few-hour layover for our early morning flight to Tokyo. December started off really great as we celebrated my mom's birthday in Japan and went back home to the Philippines to celebrate Christmas with our extended family. Christmas is always the best when it happens in my home country.

What I expect in 2024 is more opportunities for me to try, new creative projects to take part in, and, best of all, spending time together with all of my loving and caring family and friends through this year.

My mom and I have been fans for the longest time, my mom went to the speaknow concert in 2010, and we went to reputation in 2018! -got yelled at by some mom in a Verizon store when trying to win meet and greets when I didn’t do anything wrong 

-skipped school to buy Speak Now during lunch the day It came out

-carried a guitar around school when I dressed up like her in high school for Halloween

-bought tickets to the Speak Now Tour during math class (so yeah, didn’t pay attention...) and almost missed my next class because Ticketmaster was being slow

-called radio stations during class in high school to try to win meet and greets 

-carried a cardboard GOAT around downtown Indy the day of the Red tour (remember the video from IKYWT? yeah...)

-got crazy looks from people at the printing shop when asked to print ginormous pictures of baby Taylor and Ed for Red Tour Chicago 

-got yelled at by people for thinking we were part of the Westboro Baptist church when we had a sign that said “who’s Taylor Swift anyway? Ew.” (ITS FROM A SONG DUH) 

-skipped school AGAIN to go to a Chicago to get expedited passports because we WON A TRIP TO SEE TAYLOR IN LONDON on the Red tour (highlight of my life. Except we still didn’t get to meet her😔)

-dressed up like Alice in Wonderland while my bff dressed like the Cheshire Cat in like 80 degree weather for 1989 Tour Detroit (where Taylor also brought out DAN REYNOLDS FROM IMAGINE DRAGONS AND WE LOST ALL CHILL)

-missed by sister’s baby shower to see the 1989 Tour in New Jersey (my niece loves me so it’s okay); also we got to meet Mama Swift that night and SHE WAS SO NICE.

-bought grape juice and poured it on white dresses to make wine stained dresses for 1989 Tour Indy (they were really sticky and we realized after we could’ve just used food coloring...). Then proceeded to walk around downtown to the mall to buy my friend a new top and asked the workers at forever 21 to use their tape to fix it. We got some good stares that day. 

-got an internship at the CMHOF in the Taylor Swift Education Center even though I’m not really a big fan of country music (your first few albums don't count. I love country Taylor. Can that be a thing again??)

-used up all my dad’s airline points to fly to Austin, TX just so we could see Taylor in 2016. (also used up all his hotel points so we could travel for all the shows. My dad is the real MVP). 

-rode around Target in the cart throwing albums at people the day Reputation came out

-poured glitter all over ourselves which ended up all over the seats and floor of my (then) clean car (and is still there to this day but glitter is pretty so I don’t mind), for Rep Tour Louisville

-spent an ungodly amount of money on tickets and travel expenses and costumes BUT I would not trade any of it for ONE single thing. All the memories I’ve made because of Taylor? Priceless.

Taylor, I can never thank you enough for everything you and your music have done for me over the past 11 years. You brought my two best friends and me together. It’s gotten me through middle school, high school, and college (twice). When I was so depressed I didn’t want to get out of bed, your music was there.When I say all my biggest and best memories revolve around you and your music, I 100% mean it. I’m not sure who or where I would be if I never heard Picture to Burn back in 2007 while I was riding in the car with my sisters.  I just hope one day I will finally get to thank you and hug you in person for everything you’ve done for me. I love you more than you will ever know.

November 18, Taylor posted a reel, we immediately set out to investigate the wall, and guess what;  that same night we found the hotel and it was super easy because we looked in the hotels that are in the old town and the first one that came out was the American Trade Hotel, the same walls.  With that we already confirmed that she was here (...) The following day, November 19, swifties went on rounds and saw Joe near Cathedral Square, but they saw him from afar.  

November 20: The swifties were making rounds and saw that there was movement.  They saw a black van with guards who had monitored the area as if they were looking for someone, after that the car moved and parked in front of the National Theater and there was Tay, only we did not know (later I informed them).  And that same day a girl tells me that she saw Joe at the hotel (we have photos but they cannot be shared) and she also saw her bodyguard.

November 22: A friend who works at the Panama Pacifico International Airport tells a swiftie that Taylor is already leaving Panama, because they were preparing her jet and it was the same one who posted the fandom account on Tumblr.  (We only have photos of the jet when it was taking off and they cannot be shared either) 

The jet left at around 11 in the morning, they couldn't take a picture of it. And that same day another girl from the group that they were recording in Chepo communicated to us, because she lives near her.

November 23 arrives, when May takes pictures with Joe, but before that, she talked to a producer [of the Stars At Noon], and they told her that Taylor went to the National Theater and liked it a lot, they would go out at night so they wouldn’t be seen, also because at night Joe wasn’t filming. 

November 22nd – Taylor leaves Panama for New York.

November 23rd – E! Online releases an article about Taylor recently going to Panama and visiting Joe on set. (x)

A source tells E! News that the 31-year-old singer took a trip to spend time with actor Joe Alwyn at his work following the release of Red (Taylor's Version) on Nov. 12. According to the source, "Taylor visited her boyfriend on the set of his movie."

Joe, 30, is currently shooting the film adaptation of Denis Johnson's novel, The Stars at Noon, per his IMDb page.

December 28th – Taylor’s jet goes Nashville > St Louis > Salt Lake City > LA. Since she has relatives in St Louis and her family often stays in SLC during the holidays, it’s super possible they were picked up for some kind of gathering in LA. (x)

December 31st – Taylor and Joe leave LA and fly to Tahiti, arriving at 7:47am. Meanwhile, her other jet goes LA > SLC > Nash > St Louis > Nash, most likely dropping her family back home.

Violet Evergarden 2021 Orchestra Concert: Official Event Report

An orchestra concert of the anime “Violet Evergarden” was held at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA from August 14th to 15th, 2021. In addition, the performance on the night of August 15 was also live-streamed, so people were able to enjoy the wonderful music and animation of “Violet Evergarden” from home as well. Here, we will describe how the performance went that night.

With applause, the members of the Leidenshaftrich Symphonic Orchestra and the conductor Yoshida Gyouchi-san took the stage. Furthermore, clock sounds and a video of the rut that appeared in “Violet Evergarden the Movie” started playing when Ishikawa Yui-san – the voice of Violet Evergarden – and TRUE – who was in charge of the TV anime’s opening theme song – went up on stage, and along with the movie, they performed time going backwards. Ishikawa-san announced live with her catchphrase, “Pleased to make your acquaintance. I rush to anywhere my clients desire. I am from the Auto-Memories Doll service, Violet Evergarden”, thus opening the curtains of the orchestra concert.

The first track was “Sincerely”, the opening theme song of the TV anime, which was sung carefully by TRUE, along with the melody of the magnificent orchestra.

Additionally, in sync with a footage of the movie, an accompanying medley was performed and TRUE-san opened her heart to the insert song “Letter”, as if to bring herself closer to the video image of the diva Irma, who appeared in the movie. And so, after Ishikawa-san profferred the line, “Is it all right? Is it all right for me to be an Auto-Memories Doll? Is it... Is it all right for me to be alive?”, Yuuki Aira-san walked into the stage. She sang the 9th episode’s special ending theme song, “Believe in...”.

The accompainment medley was performed as if to retrace the path that Violet had walked, and next, we had “Debutante Waltz”, “Violet and Isabella” and “A Bond Between Sisters”, along with footage of Isabella from the Gaiden. In “Debutante Waltz”, the images of Isabella and Violet dancing overlapped with the performance, so the production looked almost like a live stage. Then Chihara Minori-san took the stage and sang the Gaiden’s theme song, “Amy”, with plenty of emotion. A footage of Taylor appeared when the singing was over, and the performance of the Gaiden ended with her reciting the magic word “Amy”.

Ishikawa-san was the MC of the talk corner, where she asked Evan Call-san, who was in charge of the soundtrack, about the music of this work. As she asked Evan-san, who made the set list, about what kinds of feelings he had when selecting the tracks, he answered, “I wanted to include a variety of tracks, but I chose ones that were particularly important, impressive and suitable for the orchestra.” When asked who his favorite character was, he commented, “I like Hodgins; I like his dad-like side, his warm heart and the fact that he brims with kindness.”

When asked about the movie’s music, which saw a rearrangement of the TV series’ musical composition, he said, “While there are new tracks, such as the main theme of the movie, I thought it would be a waste not to use the memorable theme from the TV series and Gaiden. I wanted to use it in order to make people reminisce to the TV series.”

On the topic that the instruments used in the TV series and the movie are different, he commented, “In the TV series, we used strings and woodwinds. In the movie, we used a more emotional brass. Violet is more developed than in the TV series here, so we expressed her growth by using brass.” Lastly, music producer Saitou Shigeru-san asked Evan-san, “I want to perform this orchestra concert all over the world. Could you work with me when this happens?” Evan-san answered, “Of course!” In addition, a surprise message arrived from Director Ishidate Taichi to the audience. Director Ishidate delivered said message with his whole heart: “What I am most happy and grateful for is that everyone loved the woman named Violet Evergarden. Violet took a lifetime to face the feeling called ‘I love you’, and although she was clumsy when doing so, I believe that her single-minded and straightforward posture and feelings have definitely struck a chord with your hearts. Thank you all very much for directing the feeling of caring for someone, of cherishing something, towards Violet.”

In the second half, along with Daisy’s dialogue, the performance recommenced with the movie’s main motif track, “The Legacy of Violet Evergarden”. Next, “On that Fateful Night” and “Another Voice Calls Out” were performed. “A Young Boy’s Hope”, “Beyond These Waves” and “After All These Years” were played after Ishikawa-san’s live line, “It is difficult to forget. I cannot forget as long as I live.”

Then, after Ishikawa-san’s raw line, “Then... if I were to guess, it is not that Major cannot come see me, but that he does not wish to... Is that what you are saying? Why...? I... I...!”, “The Hardships of Gilbert Bougainvillea”, “Tears in the Rain”, “A Young Boy’s Last Wish” and “Live on for Me” were performed, fascinating everyone with the sounds of the piano, flute and harp. Then, after Ishikawa-san’s live line, “My dearest Major Gilbert. This is the last letter I will write to you”, “Violet’s Final Letter” was played. This track, which embodies the word “grateful” in Violet’s last letter to Gilbert, seemed to permeate the hearts of the audience.

Violet’s last letter was read aloud through Ishikawa-san’s live dialogue: “Major, the fact that you said you loved me... became a beacon for me to live. And now that I know love... I wanted to convey that I love you. Major, thank you so much. I am truly grateful for everything you did for me until now.” Chihara-san then took the stage and sang “Michishirube” passionately, in order to connect with Violet’s feelings. Next, Evan-san went up in the podium. He conducted the track of the “scene where Violet’s friends from the CH Postal Company watch fireworks in her absence”, which Evan-san had said he liked during the talk corner. Together with the movie’s footage, a marvelous track and main theme of the movie, “Echo Through Eternity”, was performed.

At the end, Daisy’s line was played along with a footage of Violet walking away, and TRUE-san took the stage. Once the movie’s theme song, “Will”, and the grand finale, “To the People of the Future”, were sung enthusiastically, the venue was filled with applause.

After an encore, Yuuki-san took the stage and gently sang “Violet Snow”, which has become a customary encore song at the concerts, with plenty of sensitivity, to which the audience gave an even greater applause. After everyone went on stage and bowed, Ishikawa-san finally recited, “I rush to wherever my clients desire. I am from the Auto-Memories Doll service, Violet Evergarden”, and so, the orchestra concert came to a close with a piano presenting Violet’s signature melody.

Rebuilding the Gryles Timeline expertly crafted here because I’m always afraid of broken links and people going private and losing data.

Not only is there a ton of great evidence that these guys were dating such as Harry leaving Nick’s place in the morning wearing the same clothes as he’d worn the night before, I’ve also got a friend who works in the UK music industry and she did tell me these guys did date.  Nick is 100% out as gay so it really does all add up.

Gryles very obviously takes place during Haylor, debunking Harry as the 1989 muse, and if it’s not Harry you do have to wonder... who with green eyes and an obsession with Alice and Wonderland was heavily featured in Taylor’s life and then disappeared before 1989 - a breakup album about someone with green eyes who seems to relate to Alice in Wonderland drops?

11. February 23, 2012 - Harry spotted leaving Nick Grimshaw's flat in the same outfit he was wearing the night before.

The morning of February 23rd One Direction flies to the US for their tour and doesn't return to the UK until April 24th, 2012.

This trip is supposedly where Haylor 1.0 happens.  Harry supposedly meets Taylor at the KCA’s on March 31 and they fall for one another.  Taylor supposedly goes to NYC to be with Harry (even though she spends the whole time with Dianna) during the first week of April.  Then they supposedly enter into a long distance relationship that is broken up because Harry was seen out with another girl.

All the while the last thing Harry does before he leaves the UK is spend the night with Nick and then the first thing he does is goes back to him.

Yeah, I’m not buying Haylor 1.0 it seems pretty clear to me that Taylor wanted to pin I Knew You Were Trouble on Harry as a big pop anthem to support her transition to pop.  I think it’s even possible they faked Harry being spotted out with that girl or perhaps he and Nick had some kind of agreement.  I’m not saying Gryles was always exclusive (they may have been), but regardless I don’t see Red era Taylor being cool enough to share her boyfriend with a man.

12. April 25, 2012 - Nick and Harry out together the morning after he returned.

Harry also calls into Nick's radio show on the 25th and confirms that the first thing he did upon returning on the 24th was meet up with Nick and Matt Fincham for drinks so one can theorize he probably crashed w/ Nick that night.

Harry goes to LA by himself on May 1st and returns to the UK on the 5th.

I'm not going to count this as a time they were together because I have no hard evidence, but the night of January 20th Harry was spotted in a grocery store buying wine and Annie Mac mentions on her show that Nick ditched coming over for dinner that evening to have a friend round to his house instead. We assume it was Harry, but w/o actual proof I don't want to say it concretely.

We start with the Taylor lookalike

In May 2008 the Jonas Brothers are filming their music video for Burnin’ Up [x]. Joe’s love interest in it is played by a blonde girl who looks quite a bit (and she’s also styled) like Taylor Swift, for reference, this is the music video that has Selena Gomez as Nick Jonas’ love interest.

As far as we know they hadn’t even met so we don’t know exactly what this was supposed to mean, maybe Joe had a crush on Taylor or maybe it’s a coincidence.

We do know that Nick and Selena were dating when this was filmed and that by the time the MV was released (July 4th, 2008) Joe and Taylor were officially dating.

On July 14th, Taylor and The Jonas Brothers perform “Should’ve Said No”[x] from her debut album, and this performance now forever exists in their 3D movie (a classic), a cute fact is that some fans have said that Taylor tripped when she first came out, so they had to repeat it for the movie.

On July 20th Joe flies to Wyoming to watch Taylor opening up for Rascal Flatts, and they flew back and she was spotted at the Omaha show.

She’s seen in a couple shows more and she joins the stage again for their Madison Square Garden shows in August [x]. They sing “Even now just looking at you feels wrong”.

They’re together but they’re not together.

For more context, we must remember that Taylor was a very new artist from a small label and The Jonas were pretty much at their peak and Disney’s biggest act, and they were managed like crazy and could never even think about being seen with someone in a romantic way. Any rumors were denied so fast, and Disney did the absolute most to keep it secret. So according to everyone they were just good friends, at the time both Taylor and Selena were annoyed by all the secrecy.

Now back to the timeline:

Taylor is backstage of the tour A LOT for the next couple of weeks right next to the other not-girlfriends Selena and Danielle.

She films a cameo for the “Love Is on Its Way” [x] video for the concert in New York. She was said to be only interested in hanging out with Joe and they were seen hugging *gasp* I know it doesn’t seem like much now but back then this was the hottest gossip and again the Jonas were not supposed to breathe near any human of the opposite gender.

Taylor and the Jonas were staying at the same hotel a bunch of rumors ensued, but I will not talk about the whole Olympics and Toe locking themselves in a room at midnight thing. If it’s real, we really needed to touch some grass and stop staying outside of people's rooms all night.

On August 17th Joe goes to Ryan Seacrest's show and denied that Taylor is his girlfriend in the best way a corporation like Disney can train you to deny something that’s true. Saying Taylor is “a great girl and I think anybody would be lucky to date her. I think anybody would love to go on a date with her.”

And Taylor tells People Magazine “He’s an amazing guy and anybody would be lucky to be dating him” Cinematic parallels.

Taylor is spotted in the back (in a mirror) of one of the Jonas youtube videos [x]. Basically, we all knew they were together.

The Central Park date (August 28th)

Now if you were a fan of either the Jonas Brothers, Selena, or Taylor you know this next part and it the iconic triple date of Central Park.

Again, this is kind of famous at this point and Selena has been quoted saying how awful it was because the boys were not allowed to be seen with them so they all went to Central Park (Selena’s first time in Central Park) and Taylor and Selena walked about 20 feet of distance from the guys so nobody would think they were together but we all already knew because it wasn’t like they were that good at hiding it and there are pictures of them together that night (the clownery of it all).

These backstage tour adventures are the reason Taylor and Selena are friends today and in Selena’s own words the best thing to come out of those relationships.

VMAs (September 2008)

With how many pictures of them together that night [x] [x] [x] exist you would think they had gone together as a couple but no just two besties! The 2008 VMAs are so the show where Russell Brand mocks the Jonas Brothers and their purity rings and Taylor publicly defends them.

Toe seems happy for the rest of September but as we know now the end is near.

The Break-Up (October 2008)

Social Media was different back then and Taylor did what every teen girl with a broken heart did in 2008 and she went to myspace with an edited post to make a statement about the Toe current situation.

Post-Breakup

The 27 seconds Joe Jonas will regret for the rest of his life.

Taylor went on Ellen and I don’t even think I need to say much this interview is THAT iconic she sat on that couch and told the world exactly how Joe had broken her heart in the following two quotes:

“There’s one that’s about that guy, but…that guy’s not in my life anymore unfortunately. That guy…that’s an ouch.”

“I’m not even gonna be able to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18…it was like 27 seconds, that’s got to be a record.” [x]

She also went on Ryan Seacrest’s and when asked about the perfect guy she saw an opportunity and took it, saying “I used to always say sense of humor, but I think that it’s important to have the same kind of sense of humor. I have a really dry, sarcastic sense of humor and if somebody doesn’t think that my sense of humor is funny, then that’s not something that is good. Um, so sometimes you know, that can be a wrong match. If they’re not allowed to go in public with me, that’s sort of an issue too.” [x]

Bonus the amazing youtube video Taylor posted with Joe’s Camp Rock doll and how he comes with his own phone to break up with other dolls [x]. Taylor eventually went full out and cited Camilla Belle (then girlfriend of Joe) as the reason for the breakup. And you know someone at Disney’s PR office wanted to die when this was going down.

So finally, Joe was forced to acknowledge the whole situation with a Myspace post:

"I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful, but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me. For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second” phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. “

Forever & Always

Now this song is known as THE Toe song and it was born out of the end of the relationship when she felt Joe was getting distant, but she couldn’t do anything to help it, it was made really late into the production of Fearless so she had to rush to finish it in time (so no other breakup songs are about Joe in the original album).

In the 2009 Grammy's Taylor and Miley (insert The Ex-Girlfriends Club Theory here) performed Fifteen (obviously not about Joe) and the Jonas were in the audience. I believe this is probably around the time Taylor writes Mr. Perfectly Fine and You All Over Me, which we know get to have thanks to Fearless (Taylor’s Version) 13 years later.

In November of 2009, she also goes to SNL and mocks Joe in her monologue. "You might think I'd bring up Joe That guy who broke up with me on the phone But I'm not gonna mention him *rolls eyes* In my monologue [Spoken:]Hey Joe, I'm doing real well, tonight I'm hosting SNL [Sings:]But I'm not gonna brag about that In my monologue [x]"

To make things even more dramatic and very awkward The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, and Taylor Swift spent NYE together watching the ball drop on TV and this was probably not how they wanted to start their years. [x] [x] [x] and a video [x]

Now let’s discussed some of the songs that came out at the time. The Jonas response to Forever & Always was Much Better. Nick described it as a song that was very personal to Joe and Joe went on to say that it was based on his very interesting year. They also at some point wanted to pretend the song was about their love for their fans but come on. Joe also changed the lyrics from ‘superstar’ to ‘country star’ and later changed it to ‘movie stars’ when he broke up with Camilla who is the ‘Much Better’ girl from the song.

Taylor’s iconic response in Better Than Revenge seems to be more of an attack on Camilla. She’s spoken about her regret for this song since then and hasn’t played it in years and Camilla seems to be ok we never forgiving her for it [x] [x]. Regardless this song remains a staple of the genre ‘Feminism OFF, Bops ON’.

She also released "Last Kiss" about the nicer part of their relationship, and some believe other songs such as If This Was a Movie, Haunted (Speak Now) and Jump Then Fall (Fearless) are about Joe. From the Jonas, the other song believed to be about Taylor is Paranoid (Lines, Vines and Trying Times).

Probably a song was written about and in the early days of their romance and the long hair freckles [x] thing definitely fits 2008 Joe.

According to some this song is a sister song to "Last Kiss" in the same album and that is confirmed to be about Joe.

Haunted

This song would be a sister to Forever & Always since Taylor described both to be about a relationship that was fading in the end and that she was confused as to how they got there in the first place.

"‘Haunted’ is about the moment that you realize the person you’re in love with is drifting and fading fast. And you don’t know what to do, but in that period of time, in that phase of love, where it’s fading out, time moves so slowly. Everything hinges on what that last text message said, and you’re realizing that he’s kind of falling out of love. That’s a really heartbreaking and tragic thing to go through because the whole time you’re trying to tell yourself it’s not happening. I went through this, and I ended up waking up in the middle of the night writing this song about it.” Taylor

Friendlier days are coming (2010- )

I guess time can heal a lot of wounds and Toe is seen hugging and on friendly terms at the Clive Davis party on January 31st of 2010 [x].

The world was so shocked when we realized that Joe went to see her perform in a couple of her shows in September 2011 [x] [x], and in here Holy Ground is born about her new evaluation of their former relationship rather than the bitterness of the breakup. The lyrics' secret message is “when you came to the show in SD” and the potential parallel to "Last Kiss".

From here they seem to be friendly and in May of 2015 after the Billboards. They even go on a double date later that year with Gigi Hadid, Calvin Harris, and Karlie Kloss (this picture feels so cursed). Nick and Joe get invited to Taylor’s 4th of July party and they seem somewhat distant after his split from Gigi.

Present (2020- )

In 2020, we got the amazing surprise of folklore with the song ‘Invisible String’ that makes a reference to Taylor’s past songs about exes being harsh and how she sent Joe and his wife Sophie Turner a present for their baby girl’s birth. In 2021, she has now released the re-recordings of Fearless and we are all reliving the drama and enjoying the chaos of Taylor’s and Sophie’s friendship not letting Joe know peace for those 27 seconds over a decade ago.
