Stuff About Muu until I Get Canon Content

Muu loves romance and has dedicated themselves to conducting studies to help expand knowledge on the subject. Muu is also very dedicated to ensuring the family happiness, even if it means disregarding all the damn rules.

Isn’t sure of their gender or alternative, euclidean form of which to not drive the masses insane. So their grand idea was to just wear a blanket over themselves. Work first, self discovery later! Also blankets are cozy and easy to buy online.

Muu tends to be shy and skiddish around new people, or persons they have had little contact with. The family and D are exceptions. They usually show a bit more outgoing attitude when speaking about their passions or around their favourite family members. They don’t tend to hide their feelings.

As a shoggoth of forbidden knowledge, Muu has likely bent more than a few rules. They dabble with mortals and have several different online accounts of which to obtain or hand out artifacts or their tomes with. D happened to be the first successful attempt.

They don’t remember if they wrote the Necromonicon or not. It’s possible, but they do at least remember making it look pretty. They aren’t sure where said book ended up though.

Muu is typically the smallest of the family by choice. Still a giant orb of unfathomable shapes, organs and appendages, but the blanket makes them look cuter!

Emotive to a near fault. Muu tends to have a bit of a... composure problem when it comes to talking about their passions. They make quick friendships with anyone who shares in them.

Being incredibly intelligent has given Muu some insights and perks that keep them at a decent standing in terms of power, though may be the least powerful of the family. They don’t mind though!

Everyone’s well being is put above Muu, which is why they were willing to risk the wrath of Nyanlarthotep for Estir and Ln’Eta. Even during that particular reality, they didn’t plan on banishing Auntie, only putting her in a temporary time out due to panic and fear that an angry Nyan invokes when she’s upset.

“Gosh, darling... this is a heavy one, don’t you think?” 

If Ln’eta could frown, she was. The question made her pause, have to consider. It’s not something she’s very in the nature of talking about– who would? Still, it was her darling who asked, so the Outer God took the question seriously rather than giving a half-baked answer. A hum and haw over it, seating herself on a chair that surely hadn’t been there when she’d started pondering, had it? 

“I don’t take it very well, admittedly. I don’t often have to deal with it, after all. It.. hits as hard as the last one, every time. I rather often shut down, I suppose. I have trouble sleeping upset, so that means I’m likely just.. Wandering, by myself. Sometimes I’ll go to Auntie Nyan Nyan, but I don’t want to wake her up every time I start feeling bad. I’d feel guilty.” 

She sighs, taking a sip of tea from the cup that had surely been there the whole time as well. Set back on the small plate on table that had been there from the beginning.

“I’m a people person, so clamming up like I do usually just makes things worse. I can get into some nasty feedback loops sometimes. Like thinking how I clearly deserve to be sad, to be disliked. I bring destruction any time I wake up, while the others can do so and maybe get away with it... Though, that’s usually when Muu finds a way to score me a date to take my mind off things!”  A laugh, waving her hand in dismissal of the thoughts that had almost hooked their way into her mind. 

“Not that I need any of that help now that you’re here, darling!”
