Kisah Hindun Binti Utbah: Terbaik dalam Jahiliyah, yang terbaik dalam Islam
Biografi 35 Shahabiyah Nabi - Syaikh Mahmud Al-Mishri Credit by: Riska
Mulanya sangat memusuhi Islam dan kaum muslimin, bahkan memusuhi Rasulullah SAW selama lebih dari 20 tahun. Ia rela mengorbankan harta dan apapun yang ia miliki demi menghalangi siapapun yang berada di jalan Allah. Namun, siapa sangka, pada tahun penaklukan Mekkah, hatinya terbuka menerima Islam serta mengorbankan harta benda berkali lipat melebihi dulu ia korbankan saat memusuhi Rasulullah SAW. Semuanya demi membela Agama Allah Ta’ala.
Wanita mulia tersebut ialah Hindun binti Utbah bin Rabi’ah bin Abdu Syams Al Absyamiyah Al-Qurasyiyah. Ia adalah ibunda Muawiyah bin Abu Sufyan. Hindun memiliki sifat yang fasih, berani, percaya diri, tegas, punya pandangan yang tepat, pujangga cerdik, jiwa ksatria yang tinggi, salah satu wanita Quraisy yang cantik dan berakal.
Saat perang Badar, Kaum Musyrikin mengalami kekalahan yang mengakibatkan terbunuhnya 70 orang-orang musyrik, dan 70 lainnya ditawan. Dalam peperangan ini, Utbah, Syaibah, dan Walid bin Utbah yang merupakan ayah dan paman Hindun terbunuh oleh Hamzah. Sehingga menyebabkan dendam kesumatnya kepada Hamzah. Pada perang Uhud, Hindun memerintahkan Wahsyi yang merupakan budak pelempar tombak ulung dari Habbasyah yang bertugas membunuh Hamzah dengan imbalan merdekanya status budak Wahsyi. Selain itu, Hindun juga pemimpin wanita Quraisy yang bertugas membangkitkan semangat kaum musyrikin dalam perang Uhud.
Singa Allah, Hamzah, menyerang dan membelah barisan-barisan musuh, meruntuhkan kaum Musyrikin dengan pedangnya. Namun, ketika ia berhadapan dengan Siba’ bin Abdul Uzza, menjadi peluang Wahsyi untuk mengayunkan tombaknya kepada Hamzah yang sedang menebas musuh. Tombak Wahsyi mengenai perut bagian bawah menembus selangkangannya dan menyebabkan Hamzah tewas. Kaum Musyrikin mengalami kemenangan atas perang Uhud. Hindun sangat gembira terbunuhnya Hamzah, paman Nabi SAW, lalu Hindun memutalasi dengan keji.
Hindun tetap menganut kesyirikan sampai Allah membuka dadanya untuk menerima Islam saat penaklukan Mekkah. Allah membuka hati Hindun untuk menerima Islam. Hindun pun berkata, “Aku hanya ingin mengikuti Muhammad”. “Kemarin kau tidak suka membicarakan persoalan ini,” sahut Abu Sufyan. “Demi Allah! Belum pernah aku melihat Allah disembah dengan sebenarnya di Masjid ini sebelum malam tadi. Demi Allah! Mereka datang untuk shalat, berdiri, ruku dan sujud,” sahut Hindun.
Rasulullah SAW membaiat orang-orang termasuk Hindun di atas bukit Shafa. Rasulullah SAW menyampaikan untuk tidak menyekutukan Allah dengan apapun, jangan mencuri, jangan berzina, jangan membunuh anak-anak kalian, jangan membuat kebohongan, jangan mendurhakai Rasulullah dalam kebaikan.
Sikap monumental Hindun dalam Perang Yarmuk melawan pasukan Romawi ialah ketika Hindun turut memukuli pasukan muslimin yang melarikan diri, termasuk kepada suaminya, Abu Sufyan. Hindun melihat suaminya melarikan diri lalu memukul wajah kudanya dengan kayu dan berkata “Kamu mau kemana, anak Shakr? Kembalilalh berperang. Korbankan nyawamu untuk membersihkan kesalahan-kesalahan masa lalu kala kau dulu menghasut semua orang untuk melawan Rasulullah SAW. Mendengar kata-kata Hindun, Abu Sufyan merasa iba. Begitu pula yang dirasakan para pasukan muslimn. Zubair Awwam melihat kaum wanita ikut menyerang bersama pasukan muslimin, mereka mendahului pasukan lelaki, turut menyerang orang-orang kafir.
Pada masa Khalifah Umar r.a, Hindun kembali ke haribaan Sang Pencipta. Semoga Allah meridhainya, membuatnya senang, dan menjadikan surga Firdus sebagai tempat kembalinya.

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Faedah Hadits Hari ini:
عن أَبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قَالَ: 'قَالَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لأنْ يَجْلِسَ أحَدُكُمْ عَلَى جَمْرَةٍ، فَتُحْرِقَ ثِيَابَهُ فَتَخْلُصَ إِلَى جِلْدِهِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أنْ يَجْلِسَ عَلَى قَبْرٍ".' رواه مسلم
Dari Abu Huroiroh Rodhiyalloohu'anhu, Ia Berkata, Rosuululloohu shollalloohu'alaihi wa Sallam Bersabda, ‘Seandainya Seseorang Duduk di Atas Bara Api Sehingga Membakar Pakaiannya Sampai ke Kulitnya, Itu Lebih Baik Baginya Dibandingkan Duduk di Atas Kuburan’.

LARANGAN DUDUK DI ATAS KUBURAN
Sejak Kecil Kita sudah Diajari bahwasanya Kita Harus Menghormati Kuburan, dan salah satu Cara Menghormatinya adalah Dengan Tidak Duduk di Atasnya. Duduk di Atas Kuburan adalah Dilarang, banyak Orang yang duduk bahkan Menginjak Kuburan, padahal Rosuululloohu Melarang Hal Itu, Beberapa Hadits LARANGAN Duduk di Atas Kuburan.
Salah satunya yakni terdapat Sebuah Hadits yang menyatakan:
عن أَبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: لأنْ يَجْلِسَ أحَدُكُمْ عَلَى جَمْرَةٍ، فَتُحْرِقَ ثِيَابَهُ فَتَخْلُصَ إِلَى جِلْدِهِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أنْ يَجْلِسَ عَلَى قَبْرٍ. رواه مسلم

«ﻧﻬﻰ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺠﺼﺺ اﻟﻘﺒﺮ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻌﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﻨﻰ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ»
“Rosuululloohu Shollalloohu'alaihi wa Sallam Melarang untuk Memplester Kuburan, Duduk di Atasnya dan Membangun Kuburan” (HR Muslimn no.973).
Dari Hadits ini jelas sekali bahwa Duduk di Atas Kuburan adalah Haram. Hal itu tampak dari Cara Nabi Shollalloohu'alaihi wa Sallam Membuat Perumpamaan bahwa Orang yang duduk di atas bara api yang panas membara lebih baik ketimbang duduk di atas kuburan. Tentu ini indikasi larangan keras dalam hadits ini.
Saat mengurai hadits tersebut, al-‘Adzim al-Abadi dalam Kitab ‘Aunul Ma’būd Syarh Sunan Abî Daud Mengatakan:
'Di dalam Hadits di Atas terdapat Dalil atas Ketidakbolehan Duduk di Atas Kuburan, dan Jumhur (Mayoritas) Ulama Berpendapat, Duduk di Atas Kuburan adalah Haram'.

Dalam Islam Menghormati Jenazah di Dalam Kuburan Sama dengan Sa'at Kita Menghormati Orangnya Ketika Masih Hidup. Bila Sa'at Hidup Kita Dilarang Berlaku Tidak Sopan kepada Seseorang, demikian pula Ketika Orang tersebut Sudah Meninggal Dunia. Ini bagian dari Prinsip Memuliakan Manusia sebagaimana Firman Alloohu تعالى dalam al-Isro Ayat 70:
'dan Sesungguhnya Telah Kami Muliakan Anak-anak Adam [manusia]'.
Selain dalam Syarah Shohîh Muslim, Imam an-Nawawi juga Menyebutkan dalam Kitab al-Majmū’:
'Imam al-Mâwardi dan selainnya menyebutkan, bahwa hukum menyalakan api di sisi kuburan itu adalah Makruh (Haram)'.
Al-Khootib Menyebutkan dalam Kitab Mughni al-Muhtâj:
'Dan jangan duduk di atas Kuburan yang dihormati, jangan bersandar dan bertumpu di atasnya, dan tidak boleh diinjak kecuali karena keadaan yang darurat'.
(Al-Khootib asy-Syirbîni, Mughni al-Muhtâj, Dar el-Fikr, juz 1, hal. 354)
Abu Ishâq asy-Syayroozi dalam at-Tanbîh Menyebutkan:
'Tidak boleh duduk di atas kuburan, tidak boleh menginjak-injak kuburan kecuali karena ada kebutuhan, dan Makruh hukumnya bermalam di pemakaman'.
(Abu Ishâq asy-Syayroozi, at-Tanbîh fi al-Fiqh asy-Syâfi’i, Beirut: ‘Alam al-Kutub, cetakan pertama, 1983, juz 1, hal. 52)
Pendapat-pendapat Ulama di Atas Menegaskan Ketidakbolehan: Duduk di Atas Kuburan, Menginjak, Melangkahi, Bersandar, Berjalan, dan Tindakan-tindakan Sejenis Yang Tidak Menghormati Kuburan. Namun jika dalam keadaan darurat, maka dapat dijadikan pengecualian.
عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أَنْ يُجَصَّصَ الْقَبْرُ وَأَنْ يُقْعَدَ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْ يُبْنَى عَلَيْهِ
Dari Jabir Rodhiyalloohu'anhu, Ia Berkata,
“Rosuululloohu Shollalloohu'alaihi wa Sallam Melarang Dari Memberi Kapur Pada Kuburan, Duduk di Atas Kuburan Dan Memberi Bangunan di Atas Kuburan.” (HR. Muslim, no. 970).
Menurut Syihabuddin ar-Romli dalam Nihâyah, Larangan Tersebut Merupakan Langkah Bijaksana dari Upaya Penghormatan Terhadap Orang Meninggal.

Notorious liberal scammer Morris Dees and his SPLC pocket a cool $1 million off Charlottesville tragedy

In trying to fight racism—a laudable goal—Apple CEO Tim Cook has made a huge mistake by choosing to donate $1 million to the Southern Poverty Law Center, an organization that smears some conservative groups as “hate groups.”
“What occurred in Charlottesville has no place in our country. Hate is a cancer, and left unchecked it destroys everything in its path,” Cook wrote in an email to Apple employees Wednesday announcing the donation, according toBuzzFeed.
Cook continued:
Apple will be making contributions of $1 million each to the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League. We will also match two-for-one our employees’ donations to these and several other human rights groups, between now and September 30.
In the coming days, iTunes will offer users an easy way to join us in directly supporting the work of the SPLC.
But the Southern Poverty Law Center doesn’t just blast neo-Nazis and white supremacist groups as “hate groups.”
It also smears groups like Family Research Council and Alliance Defending Freedom, two socially conservative organizations that have bravely advocated traditional marriage, as “hate groups.”
There is no equivalence between the actions and views of a KKK supporter and a traditional marriage supporter.
Yet that equivalence is exactly what the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “hate groups” list promotes, by listing groups like the American Nazi Party and Aryan Nations on the same list as Alliance Defending Freedom, a law firm that just won a case in front of the Supreme Court this year, and Family Research Council, a respected social conservative group.
And it’s not just social conservatives at risk: It’s anyone who disagrees with the left’s thinking who can be tarred as a hater.
In a July City Journal article, Mark Pulliam wrote:
The SPLC … also labels moderates with whom it disagrees ‘extremists’ if they deviate from its rigid political agenda, which embraces open borders, LGBT rights, and other left-wing totems. The SPLC has branded Somali-born reformer Ayaan Hirsi Ali an ‘anti-Muslimn extremist’ for her opposition to female genital mutilation and other oppressive Islamic practices, and designated the respected Family Research Council as a ‘hate group’ for its opposition to same-sex marriage.
The Southern Poverty Law Center’s labels have already led to violence.
James T. Hodgkinson, the alleged shooter of Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., and others at the baseball field just this June, was a fan of the Southern Poverty Law Center on Facebook, according to Washington Examiner.
Had it not been for the courageous actions of the Capitol Police, there would have been a massacre that day of the lawmakers playing baseball.
Furthermore, in 2012, Floyd Corkins, who was armed, went to the Family Research Council. “Corkins—who had chosen the research council as his target after finding it listed as an anti-gay group on the website of the Southern Poverty Law Center—had planned to stride into the building and open fire on the people inside in an effort to kill as many as possible, he told investigators, according to the court documents,” reported CNN in 2013.
He was only stopped because of the efforts of a security guard.
So when Apple donates to the Southern Poverty Law Center, it’s donating to a group whose smears of conservatives have already contributed to real violence against good people.
Again: It’s laudable and understandable for Apple to respond to the events of Charlottesville by wanting to take action against racists. It was horrifying to see the footage of men in the streets of the United States shout “Jews will not replace us.”
It’s unbelievable that 32-year-old Heather Heyer was killed and 19 others injured because a car was plowed into a group of counterprotesters. The driver of the car, James Alex Fields Jr., has been charged with second-degree murder.
According to Derek Weimer, who told the Associated Press he was a high school history teacher of Fields, “Once you talked to James for a while, you would start to see that sympathy towards Nazism, that idolization of Hitler, that belief in white supremacy.” (Weimer also claimed Fields had told him he had been diagnosed with schizophrenia.)
As Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Saturday in a statement, “The violence and deaths in Charlottesville strike at the heart of American law and justice. When such actions arise from racial bigotry and hatred, they betray our core values and cannot be tolerated.”
We should push back against the hateful actions in Charlottesville—the actions of the Nazi and KKK sympathizers, the white supremacists, and yes, the actionsof Antifa as well—and it’s commendable that Apple’s Cook wants to do so.
But unfortunately, in choosing the Southern Poverty Law Center, Cook is promoting an alternate hate-filled agenda targeting social conservatives and others.
