#throwbackthursday back to 2015 my #breakingandentering🚨 #bluesrock album was #ragingtheblues across radio stations #aroundtheworld 🌎Many people we’re getting their first introduction to #ElizaNeals version of #DetroitBlues, I planned a trip to the @bluesfoundation in #Memphis to introduce myself to all the people I heard on the radio many of them #musicheroes of mine. #MemphisinMay it’s called and go if you can cause the party doesn’t stop lol. Anyway the #BluesFoundation had a giant party and they just opened the #HallOfFame and #bluesmuseum right on Main Street across from the #nationalcivilrightsmuseum. On the 7th they unveiled their #LittleMilton statue and he is captured so beautifully I had to look into his eyes and ask him to play a song on his #ES335 #🎸 I remember it like it was yesterday. #FASTForward to 2020 after three more albums five singles and a million miles in #planestrainsandautomobiles I received an email of a #photograph of a brick 🧱 not any ordinary brick but one that sits in the ground somewhere in the entry to this very #museum 🙌🏽 “Eliza Neals Detroit Blues-Rock Voice of New Blues” 💥 I’m in shock 💥 Thank You very much for the #musiclove from #musiclovers to do such a gesture to honor me in this way 💙 I’m humbled and appreciate you out there for helping me become more exposed to the #musiccommunity around the world. Madrugada - Majesty "σχέσεις και μεγαλείο"...

Το μεγαλείο του ανθρώπου ίσως έγκειται σε λίγα, λεπτά μα ουσιώδη πράγματα ή χαρακτηριστικά.. Οι σχέσεις μεταξύ φίλων, συνεργατών, ζευγαριών ή απλά εραστών το αποδεικνύουν καθημερινά, σχέσεις που θα δοκιμαστούν μέσα από μικρά καθημερινά πράγματα και όχι από πολέμους, μάχες και ίσως μεγάλα προβλήματα. Η επαφή των ανθρώπων και η πραγματική διάσταση της σχέσης αποκαλύπτεται όταν υπάρχει ευτυχία, ευημερία και επιτυχίες στην μία ή την άλλη πλευρά, στον έναν ή στον άλλον δηλαδή...

Αυτό που έλεγαν ότι οι πραγματικές σχέσεις κρίνονται στα δύσκολα, ισχύει μεν αλλά έχει αποδυναμωθεί τα τελευταία χρόνια μια και η νοοτροπία μας, που δυστυχώς διακατέχεται από ανταγωνιστικά ένστικτα, αναφέρεται όχι τόσο στις προσωπικές μας επιλογές, δράσεις ή παραλείψεις αλλά στο τι κάνει ο διπλανός, ο φίλος, ο συνεργάτης, η σύντροφος...οι παραλείψεις, τα λάθη αλλά και οι επιτυχίες του( αυτές πληγώνουν!!) Αυτές οι σκέψεις μου ήρθαν αυτόματα μια και βίωσα αυτό το διάστημα δυσάρεστες αλλά ευτυχώς και ευχάριστες επί των πλείστον εμπειρίες!

Όπως επίσης εμπειρία μοναδική ήταν η συναυλία των Madrugada τον Μάιο του 2003 και όλες οι επόμενες φαντάζομαι που δεν κατάφερα να παρακολουθήσω δυστυχώς.. Για να σταματήσω την φλυαρία, θα αναιρέσω τα παραπάνω!Τι σχέση έχει η νοοτροπία του κόσμου με τα αισθήματα..τον έρωτα ή ακόμα καλύτερα το μεγαλείο που μπορεί να προκύπτει από εκεί, μεγαλείο που ίσως εμπεριέχει πόνο ή ακόμα καλύτερα θυσία. Πραγματικά είναι ψέματα τα παραπάνω μην πω κάτι χειρότερο! Πάντως ο λόγος που έγραψα σήμερα είναι γιατί άκουσα ένα μέρος από αφιέρωμα στους Madrugada που πρόλαβα στο ράδιο ενώ γυρνούσα αργά σπίτι.

Θα μου μείνει πάντως αξέχαστο όταν η αυλαία για τους Madrougada στην συναυλία έκλεινε με το αγαπημένο μου τραγούδι Majesty.. Παρασύρθηκα....
