I'm manifesting this because I would go completely feral if they did it
Deadpool 4. Deadpool & Wolverine: The Musical
The singing. The emotion. The violent dance choreography.
I don't care what the conceit is. I just need to see the two boys in a huge, over the top, dreamscape soundstage, singing homoerotic lyrics and fighting baddies and/or each other with impeccably timed movements, and I want it to devastate me and reduce me to tears in the shower when I sing along

While searching for Halloween songs yesterday, this rocking cover of Ray Charles' classic came my way for some reason! I have seen numerous Viva Las Vegas animated gifs on @thetaoofzoe but haven't seen the film yet!
French singer Sylvie Vartan also covered it in

The Greatest Showman is funny to me because while it's one of my favourite movies it's one of the most scandalous examples of history revisionism ever concocted but it's also really good. The real P.T. Barnum put people in cages and does not deserve to be remembered like Hugh Jackman portrayed him. I would say they should have just made up a character but 'Phineas T. Barnum' just has the perfect ring to it.

I know I just made a post about Wonka like 2 seconds ago but I'm making another one because I am NOT done talking about it.
I LITERALLY have NEVER seen either of the original Willy Wonka related films, and I LOVED this movie.
It was one of the best films I've ever seen and honestly the best thing to come out since like, The Greatest Showman in 2017.
Gonna do some fanart later,
PLEASE GO SEE WONKA

The song of the day:
Put On Your Sunday Clothes - Hello Dolly
(I went as EVE from Wall-E for halloween. It's only right to do this song)
In the movie, WALL-E owns an old VHS tape of the musical which he probably found years or centuries ago and often learns and copies the dance moves portrayed by the characters while watching it. He keeps a recording of the song on him all throughout the movie.
"Hello, Dolly! is the story of Mrs. Dolly Levi's efforts to marry Horace Vandergelder, the well-known half-a-millionaire, and send his money circulating among the people like rainwater the way her late husband, Ephraim Levi, taught her."
The first performance of Hello Dolly was November 18, 1963

The MUSIC LOVERS (1971) - MAESTRI: COMPOSERS IN MOVIES (Part 6/10)
The first of three Musical Biopics movies directed by Ken Russell (see Part 1 and 10) is centered on the tumultuous private life of composer Peter IIych Tchaikovsky (Richard Chamberlain) who struggles with his homosexuality by marrying a nymphomaniac (Glenda Jackson)!
As always over the top, the movie stands out with its incredible photography and music scenes. The best of the 3 Ken Russell's Musical biopics
Above are the original poster from Japan and the US (Click on each image for details).
Director: Ken Russell Actors: Richard Chamberlain, Glenda Jackson
