last show: hmmmm i've been watching a lot as it airs but this semester is kicking my ass so i haven't actually finished anything yet this year. last thing i finished was "she makes my heart flutter" in december

last movie: i'll be honest i never watch movies, but i think the last one i watched was "deep" (thai, on netflix) sometime last semester??

currently reading: i just finished child 44 by tom rob smith, and i just got the notification that my interlibrary loan is here so i'll be starting chernobyl: the history of a nuclear catastrophe by serhii plokhy tomorrow (sidenote but i have to download this to listen to it because my laptop with a cd port doesn't have wifi, so if you want the audio files lmk). after that, i'm going to start demons by fyodor dostoevsky

current obsession: i'll be real with you here, i haven't had time for anything other than school since the semester started 🥲, but i've been reading a lot about the holodomor, nuclear power, and generally the history of eastern europe and the middle east post wwi. my goal this year is to better educate myself about the history of central and eastern europe and the middle east, and to learn more about the cold war (if you have any recs on latin america let me know because my library doesn't have anything). as much as i love history and especially wwi, i feel l feel like these areas are kind of dark spots in my knowledge and i'd like to fix that
