“Chocolate or Cookies & Cream?” Isla shooed her head around, raising an eyebrow to him.

“To be totally honest,” he began, pushing his weight back and forth between his heels and the balls of his feet.

“I’m craving something else that’s kinda creamy.” his eyebrows wiggled as he laughed.

Isla slapped him against the chest, laughing too. Heat pricked at her ears and down her body as she shoved the frozen desserts into his arms, shooing him away.

“Stop being gross and go pay!”
