        𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐎 get rid of some of the chill while the other holds the end of a cigarette to her lips.    a breath is taken in , smoke filling her lungs , before it’s pushed back out again—brows furrow in confusion at the others words, lips momentarily pressed together as if hesitant to even say anything.   upon first seeing them , not even noticing the blood yet , riley had a chill run up the length of her spine. something about this woman was . . 𝙳𝙸𝙵𝙵𝙴𝚁𝙴𝙽𝚃   in a way that couldn’t be explained yet.   being a medium was more than nosebleeds or seeing those who struggle to pass on . . it was feelings, flashes of things you weren’t even present for.    invasive not only to her, but to the person.     ;       something she couldn’t control  &&  often times despised entirely.   a step is taken forward, green eyes widening when she sees the splattering of blood on the other.   ❝  i didn’t ask if ya hurt someone.  ❞   levels the woman carefully—friend or enemy was yet to be seen. was she a murderer , whoever she was , or someone that just needed some   𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓹   ?   ❝  i asked if you were alright.  ❞   another step ,  ❝  that’s alotta blood, sweetheart.   do ya need some help  ?   i-i can try to help ya.   what happened ?  ❞    tone is calm, cautious all the same. cigarettes is flicked onto wet pavement , hand returned to her pocket.

      𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘 𝐀𝐋𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐖𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓 𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐌𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇, 𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐘 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆  the tightening in her stomach   &&  the way her hips want to lift off of the bed to reach the spot she wants him to reach  !    fingers are tangled in messy locks, gripping tightly as if to only spur cain forward yet when riley felt herself just about to fall over the edge mouth seems to receding leaving the impending release   𝓭𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰    above her head   !   a shaky, deep breath is drawn into lungs when cain pulled away, hands removed in the movement,  &&  eyes, which were nearly brimming with tears at how close she came, move from being close to focus on the ceiling as a little whimper, slightly  𝙰𝙶𝙸𝚃𝙰𝚃𝙴𝙳   && wanting, presses itself past lips.   body comes to rest itself up on elbows, legs still spread apart at the edge of her bed, with a slightly smirking lip.  ❝  what the hell was that for ?!  ❞   tone is more playful than genuinely upset, head tilting to the side a little:  ❝  you better have something better in mind, though don’t get me wrong—you know what you’re doin’ with that mouth, after denying me when i was so close. ❞   truthfully, riley was excited, anticipatory, to see what might happen now . . how else he might make her shake, how else he might make her call his name along with a string of curses  !

👻 ghost: can you tease some wip ideas that have been haunting you/something you want to write in the future?

Okay so my whole thing is that I have chronic and continuous brainrot in regards to Ares and Viktor. Specifically their time together. Which means, while yes, Ares is dead in the main WIP, I do have so many notes about their time together. They are the OTP of all of my OC ships.

Basically their whole history and their intersections with Leo from Sacrificial Lamb as well as Julius. Just the Cardinals in general have been itching at me very much. Like they were basically their own little found family of sorts who were super protective of each other who had a terrible fallout after their Captain dies.

Similarly, I have ideas for the three ex-military men as well as Ophelia who is more of player in Leo's storyline (they're the one m/f ship that I really do enjoy). Which involves Cato coming back from the dead to go home, Julius dealing with the fact that Cato comes back wrong and the three trying to fix their relationship again. Which then brings up another WIP.

Namely, the existence of Lucas Liu who's a detective who has his storyline in parallel to Viktor's. Also is the one who actually gets Leo to open up again after Sacrificial Lamb. Which also means that Sebastian and Orion are also a thing, specifically Lucas is trying to catch Sebastian to prove himself while dragging Leo around for the ride. That means Sebastian's whole crew also exists and they have their own story.

So... you can see that I have many WIPs who grow on top of each other... There is just, so much to explore in the universe (mainly the city itself) which doesn't even include the ones that happen outside of the city itself. Such as my professor/student ship (Yang Fu and Hugo Wright) that happens a couple hours outside of the main city so they aren't even impacted too much by the happenings.

And there's the most disjointed little story I have about an obsessed artist (a director) and his muse who are off doing their own things. Riley and Jules are busy trying to learn how to communicate through the arts while shit is hitting the fan around them.

𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, that & being generally horny with no one around , until now , to take care of the itch that had taken hold of her brain the entire afternoon. being single had its drawbacks & its benefits—one being she didn’t have to explain to someone why she mutters to herself , why she looks at spaces in rooms as if clearly seeing someone no one else can. she also tended to have more one night stands than was emotionally fulfilling , but in that she was alright with things just being physical. ( however , riley often times wishes she had someone more permanent even if it didn’t have a label on it. someone to just be a companion & take care of . . everything else. in a way, unspoken as it was , fin sorta filled that role. )

alone in her room she is no longer , half lidded eyes watching as he goes to retreat but , in a low voice filled with pleasure , she calls him back: ❛ wait , ❜ she begins , ❛ stay. i want you to watch. “ a grin spreads against lips knowing how hard doing that might be for the man standing on the side of her bed. eyes remain fixated on fin while hand continues to draw slow, tight circles in between her legs underneath underwear. ❛ can’t like this, can you ? ❜ asked with intention knowing what she was going to do—hand stops as fingers turn to pull down her underwear & discard them elsewhere leaving her only in an old team shirt. ❛ there , ❜ hand returns , grin widening. bottom lip is drawn between her teeth, ❛ it feels so good , fin. i've been thinking about it all afternoon. ❜ a sigh is exhaled.

RILEY VIKTOR: PERFORM. FOR THE SENDER TO GO SOLO WHILE THE RECEIVER WATCHES. he's not sure what changed between them, or how it happened so fast, but finley isn't one to question these types of things. it's not as if either of them had discussed a relationship - this was going to be casual. it's what both of them did best. when he walks into the room, sees riley with a hand between her legs, half lidded eyes moving toward him when he enters without the knowledge that she was in there, he's inclined to turn around. give her some privacy. but before fin could step away, she'd stop him with a small but sultry voice, asking him to come closer. and he does, without having to be asked twice. moving to the side of the bed, his breath shallows a bit as he watches riley touch herself, leaning knees against the mattress, but making no move to touch her. not until she asks. 'that feel good?' he questions, half teasing, half curious. his own voice is a murmur, the man wetting his lips at the show of seduction. 'tell me how good it feels, baby,' @roseguided.

𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒 𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄. riley is someone who she often described herself as 'a mess of a human being.' she lived off of coffee, smoked more cigarettes than was good for anyone, & she was grouchy or so some have told her. he . . well, he was more than she'd ever seen before. he was a doctor, he was put together, he was a nicer person than riley could stomach from others. yet, she got a strange feeling about carlisle. it was in the eyes, in how cool his skin was--she had suspicions as someone who can communicate with the dead, but she didn't voice it out of sounding like a complete dumbass if she were wrong. a leg crosses over the other, foot moving side to side in nervousness, the pair tucked away in a quieter part of the restaurant. hand reaches for her glass of wine, but she chuckles as she does so: ❛ i'm flattered, i always am, but i don't get it. what is so . . interesting to me for you ? i don't think i'm the sort you usually go for. but, then again, i'm only assuming. ❜

( phillip attached himself to her , latches on like some passive parasite now. like a sidekick in a movie. to him , somewhat thankfully , she is not something to destroy or feed off it like her mother had been . . but a stubborn curiosity. what better way to spend a lingering damnation , right ? ) ; ❛ not alone . . ❜ riley trails as they furrow their brown , dark eyes focusing on the shift in ellie’s expression along with the atmosphere. a nagging in her chest says she shouldn’t ask what comes next, but she can’t help it: ❛ can i . . touch you ? i wanna try somethin’. ❜ arms unfurl themselves , hand reaches out but slowly & with some sense of hesitation. woman waits for confirmation before actually touching. a pit presses into her stomach the same way one or her bad says does when she can’t sleep , when things jumble together. will she reject seeing what she see ?

[ IF ANYONE WERE TO UNDERSTAND. . . ] well, it would be her, right? a connection to something unseen, unspoken. could this be something she's dealt with before? the prospect of being ripped from the body / stuffed back in.

but how does she explain? sift through the shredded ribbons of the woman she was & present the remains? unlikely she'd be up to deciphering the jumbled mess of her. ❝ no, no, not sick. it's something else. ❞ the ineffable blaze, threatening to swallow her whole. breaking her down from the inside, HOW SOON BEFORE SHE WELCOMES THE VOID? ready to fall back into the fire, find relief in that which binds her. ❝ it's like. . . i'm not really alone. in here. ❞ body & mind alike, there's a bug in the system.
