Since ! i have the shittiest net here, i spent my whole morning trying to doodle stuff. so i got sum doodles...

Klavier staggered back and hit the wall, yelling. Though not perfectly aimed, Apollo managed a strong hit on Klavier’s jaw, making him scowl and hold his face.

He struggled immensely and pulled at Apollo’s bang-horns. Kicking and squirming, Klavier was a pain to deal with.

One way or another, he dug his elbow into Apollo’s chest and pushed him to the ground. Klavier leaned against the wall, taking the briefest moment to try and catch his breath. His bangs, unconfined by the high ponytail, got in his eyes and clung to his sweaty face.

“Ver.. Verdamnt,” Klavier huffed, pushing off the wall.

Apollo got a damn few good swings on him, causing parts of Klavier’s forehead and jaw to begin to bruise an ugly shade of yellow and purple. Hell, even one of his false lashes was ripped off and fell to the ground during the tussle.

[For a few more, incredibly drawn out seconds, Apollo continued his rather futile attempt to grab the box, grumbling in both general frustration and the fact that he was being actively watched. After finally touching it, only to push it further into the cupboard, he froze, giving a pained sigh of resignation before slowly looking over his shoulder at Klavier.]

"I... ugh. I m... might need some help. Yes."

[As independent as always, he was.

Apollo let his arm fall away from the cupboard before slouching rather dramatically, backing up to give the other man room.]

"... If I dragged out my ladder, I wouldn't need this, by the way. I'm.. fine on my own."

[...Though that didn't exactly help his embarrassment on the matter.]

You know darling I don’t think you need to be as scared of telling your secrets to this ‘other’ Apollo, he may be acting off himself just like you but he does enjoy the conversations between you so far.

I think maybe, just maybe let some of those secrets out…it doesn’t have to be the big one but it’ll help him be more at ease to not have that silly bracelet causing him more headaches because of your lies, let him get a ‘taste’ as it were of what is lurking underneath that handsome face ~

I’m sure your brother would be rather impressed if you could pull this off and persuade Apollo to spill his secrets ~

Starbuck is found guilty, and no one believes our man Apollo, so… that one-track mind of his reaches his own idea of a solution.

Building off of this post I made.

I will note, uh… first of all, I’m like 90% certain Athena would beat the shit out of him in a fight. Second of all, the idea of him using atroquinine is absolutely wonderful and I love it but there’s nothing dramatic about holding a vial of poison at someone 😭

The shading gradient isn't as defined as I'd want it to be but I like it being sort of weird and hazy. At least I think I do because I kept fucking the gradient up with cool epic effects and whatever LMAO. also hurray for well-drawn shoes! shoes are hard.

to add brief au context. cosmic turnabout ends badly. apollo sort of loses his mind & decides to take his pursuit of (who he thinks is) clay's killer into his own hands....

Thinking about the fact that Apollo's reaction to Athena's nervous tells in The Cosmic Turnabout (i.e. him inhibiting his own ability) suggest that, if someone does a tell in front of him, he cannot control the fact that he will notice it.

It also seems to be rather distracting and/or intrusive (interrupting his train of thought at the least), so... if you wanted to drive him mad, just lock him in a room with a compulsive, nervous liar, i guess!

(ooc: i am high key SO obsessed w/ the idea of Klavier and Nahyuta office friendship considering their own pasts/the people they both know [or once knew, in Nahyuta’s case 😭]. also I need to interact with this blog more it’s so fun)

There were 5 (brief & scarily reminiscent of the beginning notes to “Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?”) knocks on Nahyuta’s office door, followed by a certain glimmerous fop.

“Herr Sahdmadhi! It’s a pleasure, truly..”

Nahyuta looks up, seeming to have been praying. His beads were wrapped around his wrists.

I firmly believe that, given the right circumstances, Apollo is one of the only main Ace Attorney characters I can see intentionally causing someone else's death.

I mean, the guy has an intensely one-track mind, and once he's set on something he feels is the truth or the best solution to a situation, he isn't going to let that go for just about anything. Hell, look at Dual Destinies, where he splits off from everyone to go on a legal revenge quest while (presumably) in constant excruciating pain (can't see him wanting to dull his thoughts with pain meds) instead of... asking about a reaction.

So, if there was some situation where, for whatever reason, he convinced himself the best solution was to kill someone, it is... not completely unreasonable to imagine him taking matters into his own hands.
