These new COVID-19 variants are causing global alarm beyond Delta strain
The continued spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus has spawned a Greek alphabet of variants – a naming system used by the World Health Organization (WHO) to track concerning new mutations of the virus that causes COVID-19. Some have equipped the virus with better ways of infecting humans or evading vaccine protection. Scientists remain focussed on Delta, now the dominant variant around the world, but…

Hi destiny, how are you?
Well my question at the moment is not related to our favorite couple, in fact I've already sent you this question a thousand times and you didn't answer me 😫 hahaha
(Obviously I'm doing a drama, but I'd like to get your answer. ❤️)
anyway, my question is about the covid-19 cases.
How is the situation there? has it improved? does the variant still circulate across the country? the number of deaths is high? Regarding the current situation, how do you think it will be in December?
Well, around here (although you didn't ask lol) things have improved, thank God! 🙌🏼 The number of cases is very low and there is no red alert state, only two stable states and the others FALL.
I'm sorry if I missed your other mssgs. Sometimes I get so many mssgs in my inbox that I don't even see them all. I apologize. Are you asking about Covid cases in the US in general? Or just in my immediate area? Overall, cases are rising in the country due to the delta variant, and now I'm hearing there's supposedly another variant that's been coming out that's even worse than the Delta variant, and it's called the Mu Variant. Way more contagious and dangerous. Ayyyyyeeeee....I'm just ready for this whole thing to be OVER with already. Some scientists are saying that realistically-speaking, we might not be out of this pandemic until 2023. 😭😭
So yea.... It's going to take some time folks. Anyway, I'm glad to hear that you're doing well! 😃 I hope that you and your family continue to stay safe. :)
