Well, this is my honest opinion (before I was joking ok lmao): usually concerts from SHINee World tour are never the same as in Seoul, for example, they’ve changed the setlist for Jakarta and Tokyo concerts, and probably will be changed once again for Hong Kong. The weirdest feeling is that SHINee has never changed their setlist THAT much, but sincerely thinking well about the situation it’s pretty clear why concerts will last at max. 3 hours:

- they’re not doing 3 concerts then have a rest, they’re performing 4 concerts in less than a week;

- they’re not performing in 1 city, they’re performing in 4 cities (divided in 2 countries); Jonghyun and Taemin had jet lag even today so imagine how they might be feeling yet;

- talk ments are shorter but because they don’t feel comfortable to speak with a translator than when they’re free to talk about whatever they want in Korean and Japanese;

- VCRs are important to give them a break. It’s already difficult for Taemin in this tour, he’s having problems when he has to get ready for Goodbye, perform it and then fly to get ready to Ring Ding Dong;

- sometimes they rearrange the setlist to give shawols songs more known for them; today they’ve picked Hello and Selene 6.23. For example I love Black Hole but I don’t feel it’s a very popular song between i-shawols. I’d have left in the setlist songs as MTTM (because idk, I feel it’s an important song), Alive and Trigger (they were the strongest stages of SWC5), but if you think about the situation of the venue or other details... lots of things might be behind this decisions even if we don’t like them.

- we shouldn’t forget that they’re in the middle of a hiatus from SHINee World 2017 ~FIVE~, so this means they’ve stopped preparing one tour to get into another, but the Japanese tour is longer and with a bigger work of performance, they can’t forget their work for that project.

If this concert happened like this due to being delayed, that’s something we’ll get to know in the Vancouver and Dallas concerts. I understand you might feel sad because such a quantity of songs have been changed, but we must remember all the circumstances around SHINee that made them prepare this concert this way.

- what i like most about them: omg where do i begin. their music is impeccable. they’re super open about their struggles both as artists and as people. their solo projects are the BEST out there. they tease and love each other to no end. they’re hilarious. their japanese releases are literally out of this world amazing. and when i listen to them or watch any of their videos i feel like i’m home
