A STRANGE PLACE TO BE IN OHIO - Bellville, Ohio. Richland County. Came across this intriguing phenomenological location during my documentation research, mapping and GPS positioning of alleged anomalies. I try to find places that have a convergence of the unusual - and this is one. A haunted hollow with a hidden cemetery exhibiting paranormal and light phenomena, nearby hominid cryptid accounts (unmarked, reports of a 7 foot-tall creature called “Bighead”) and the approximate first-initial UFO encounter location along the flight path for the famous Coyne-Mansfield Helicopter/UFO Encounter of October 18th, 1973. An astronomical observatory (Warren Rupp Observatory, built 1985) now sits in this convergence area. Oh, to have been at the right place at the right time at this location over the years!
