Doodles of my MTL ocs! They're part of a band called Istria (band shared with @sneakydevilship !), and are the second most popular metal band in the world. Dethklok's popularity far exceeds them, though.

Puppy is the bassist. She hails from Peru, but grew up in Mexico with her adoptive, older sister Gael. She is more withdrawn than her bandmates, but has a remarkable presence in the dynamics of the band.

Gael Oyente is the drummer. She's deaf, but rhythm and music is everything to her. Cool and collected, Gael is often given task to keep an eye on her bandmates. Alongside her sister, Puppy, she keeps the band grounded.

Cathal Issaseel is the rhythm guitarist. From the highlands of Scotland, he is one of the "founding members" of Istria. He is charismatic and lively, and with the wits to match!

Istria's vocalist and lead guitarist are my friend's, and I hadn't drawn them here.

Some initial concepts from when I was first making them last year under the cut.. very old. & additional notes!

Puppy has tattoos on both her arms. They are pre-columbian based tattoos, relating to her ancestry. She has two piercing on her bottom lip and several on both her ears.

Gael has angel wing back tattoos. She has a piecing on her bottom lip and several on her ears.

Cathal has a tongue piercing, eyebrow piercing and several on both ears.

Day 18: Palling around with another band

Pulling out my OCs again, so here’s Lycan RIOT hanging out with each of their respective instrument holders. Makina hugging her mentor, Syd flexing on the guitar duo, Pickles is shocked that an uptight dude like Chester was their drummer, and Murderface calling Gerard handsome?!

hey! remember these guys?? they got a redesign!! time to reintroduce RABIES, as well as some new and old ocs!!

this takes place a few years after the metalocalypse (post AOTD). RABIES are from NYC, reaching to the status of fame quickly when they catch the attention of dethklok. little do they know, the band is part of a new prophecy, where the church of the black klok, representing the seven deadly sins. dethklok's role, as gods, is to tame these demons. though it will drain them keeping and eye on and taking seven children under their wing.

oh, general crozier is their manager now, since charles is busy doing priest stuff. but don't worry, charles is still playing a major role here, since he will be responsible for giving RABIES their own manager, who is also trained in exorcisms and prayers.

enough yapping, let's get into the characters!!!

from left to right:

meilin shang - vocalist, leader of the seven deadly sins and the avatar of pride, possessed by the fallen angel, lucifer. she's a fire cracker and the smallest things will set her off. nathan explosion is her mentor.

chris lee kim - DJ and the avatar of sloth, possessed by the demon of discovery, belphegor. he's schizophrenic and has trouble distinguising reality and illusions. toki wartooth is his mentor, though he does interact dr. rockso (unfortunately).

jayu -rhythm guitarist and the avatar of greed, possessed by the treasurer of hell, mammon. jayu is mute and is always seen wearing a porcelain mask. toki wartooth is his mentor.

ryan yoshida - lead guitar and the avatar of lust, possessed by hell's harlot, asmodeus. he's very promiscuous more of a fuck boy, ignoring emotions and focusing on his needs. skwisgaar skwigelf is his mentor.

tony thompson - bassist and the avatar of wrath, possessed by the beast, satan. he's a big fella, a gay himbo, and is mostly a gentle giant. murderface is his mentor

june - keyboards and samples and avatar of gluttony, possessed by the lord of the flies, beelzebub. they're both cute and deadly and stupidly intelligent. toki wartooth is their mentor.

eddie two bulls - drums and avatar of envy, possessed by the lying serpent, leviathan. he's mostly closed off, but has a soft spot for nature and animals. pickles is his mentor.

joaquín takahashi - RABIES' manager and amateur priest (thanks charles)

lucille lavigne - meilin's younger adopted sister, may or may not have a part in the prophecy...

fujio yoshida - ryan's adoptive father and owner of a grocery store. just a sweet ol' man.

michelle crockett - rapper, songwriter, and meilin's girlfriend. real hot girl shit.

yujin shang - aka klokateer #2368, part of the klokateer elite commando squad. former 14K triad member and is only part of the gears bc he's aware that RABIES are going to be around dethklok, solely looking for meilin, who is his long lost sister.

vinnie phan - aka klokateer #999, a medic and part of the Gears' medical ward. he insits that he and 2368 are besties.

oh, and how can i forget this lil fella: joey! he's eddie's pooch and everyone loves him, including dethklok.

whew! that's a lot of characters! thanks for reading through all of this. these guys needed an update and reintroduction. i'm gonna try and remember to post more art here often. sorry for being inactive here!!

Dorian absolutely hates Dr Rockso (as he should) because when Dorian was homeless, he always found himself waking up in the middle of the night to Dr Rockso stealing his shit so he could sell it for drugs
