Workshop on ‘Climbing the Corporate Ladder’
School of Management, KCC Institute of Legal & Higher Education organized one workshop on ‘Climbing the Corporate Ladder’ on 18 May 2023. The resource person Mr. Sandeep Bist, Head HR, Mida Corporation Ltd. took a very engaging session and made participants aware about the hardcore realities of the corporate world. He began the session with an introduction of his company and how the company works in different verticals. He involved students in the session through an ice-breaking activity and later on talked on the topic, he said the journey from campus life to the corporate realm can be both exciting and challenging and students need to adapt and develop new skills to feel the excitement of the corporate world.  
Mr. Bist talked about the significance of effective communication, teamwork, and professional etiquette in a corporate setting. The workshop also highlighted the importance of setting realistic expectations, embracing a growth mindset, and seeking opportunities for continuous learning and development. Overall, the session aimed to equip students with the essential knowledge and tools necessary to smoothly navigate the transition from campus to corporate and succeed in their professional careers.
