There was also a version of this in my head that had more of the Scions hands pulling her back but this was enough of a struggle and I was getting frustrated. Can you...not force emotes onto Emet's model? He refused to do what I needed (figures) so I had to rethink that real quick.

Been thinking about some angsts lately and randomly thought about shadowbringers and what if g'raha was successful with his self sacrifice plan during the final lightwarden fight.

How devastating would it be for those wols who have a very close relationship to him and even more devastating for past haurchefant/wol going into exarch/wol wols who were just about to heal with that trauma and reliving that moment again.

Imagine poor ryne too,the scions would most likely return to the source soon after that,leaving her abruptly behind,seeing the wol breakdown and the crystal exarch basically just die in front of her not knowing what to do while an ascian is still looming around still plotting.

Emet would require changing his plans a bit but I'm sure he wouldn't be against kidnapping the wol at that point being as vulnerable as they are at the moment.

What would y'all's wols would do in that situation?

As a longtime Suikoden fan I really love the allied societies quests in FFXIV. Seeing an area built up over time from very little or even sometimes ruins through your efforts and with the help of the friends you've made into a bustling little hub full of life.... that shit gets me every time :'3
