🍄Tumis Jamur Non MSG🍄

Assalamualaikum moms and dads. Udah tau belum nih kalo jamur juga mengandung glutamat yang dapat menggantikan fungsi MSG atau micin di rumah? Itulah kenapa jamur juga gurih seperti daging dan kadang digunakan sebagai lauk. Nah, mumpung masih weekend dan baru aja kita memperingati hari gizi nasional, yuk cobain resep sehat dari @mayliaptr ini. Cekidot yak!

🍄Bahan-bahan:

5 Jamur kancing (champignon)

4 Buncis

3 siung Bawang merah

2 siung bawang putih

1 lembar daun salam

1 sdt Kecap manis

Sedikit Kecap asin

1 sdt Saus tiram

Sedikit Gula pasir

1 Tomat ukuran kecil

1 cabe rawit

2 cabe merah keriting

Secukupnya Kaldu jamur

Secukupnya lada bubuk

🍲Langkah:

Cuci bersih sayur dan bahan yang akan digunakan.

Iris 1 jamur champignon dibagi 4, buncis potong ±3 cm.

Iris tipis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe rawit, cabe merah.

Tumis bamer, baput, cabe rawit, cabe merah dan daun salam sampai harum.

Tambahkan saus tiram, kecap asin, kecap manis, gula pasir dan lada.

Tambahkan air, tunggu sampai mendidih.

Masukkan buncis, jamur champignon. Tunggu sampai matang sambil koreksi rasa tambahkan kaldu jamur.

Masukkan irisan tomat, aduk sampai tomat sedikit layu.

Siap dinikamati dengan nasi hangat + taburan bawang goreng.

HE/HIM. ↷ do you hear whatever it takes , by imagine dragons? that must be romeo ezra. he has been living in los angeles as a news reporter for twenty years. during that time they have earned the reputation of the casanova wannabe. it makes sense you know, they can be gullible and klutzy. but let’s not forget they’re pretty brave and warm hearted. 

romeo ezra. (yes i gave him two first names because people who have two first names are very cool BUT people who have just one first name is also very cool.) anyway, yes, so originally from Australia, the Ezra family moved to LA when his dad got a job as a screenwriter, they moved when romeo was six. 

her mother was a novelist, she loved literature so she named him Romeo, she has a younger sister whose name is Emma (from Jane Austen’s novel, Emma) and a brother named Claudius (from Shakespeare’s play, Hamlet) but yeah their dad always encouraged them to be creative and think outside of the box and their mom encouraged them to be brave and heroic. 

romeo has always failed at charming girls. that’s why his label is THE CASANOVA WANNABE because he is an epic failure when it comes to flirting. he’s clumsy and all palm sweaty when trying to flirt but he’s pretty brave because he knows he’s bad but he still give it a try anyway. 

he got a job as news reported about one year ago. he got it when he was 25, pretty young but his father’s connections helped him get the job. he’s still pretty new to being an anchorman but he’s doing a good job. he is much more comfortable talking when he’s been told what to say

wait parc jaejung's little brother and mom are both huge fans of actor lee donghwi who was in msg wannabe with jaejung that is so cute!!!

and lee donghwi called jaejung and he was like LOOK IT'S UR FAVE!!! and handed the phone to his brother (yijung) and introduced him and as soon as lee donghwi said "nice to meet u yijung" he gasped and said "i can't believe u said my name..."

jaejung: hyung i've never heard my little brother say he respects somebody like he does with u

lee donghwi: wait who's speaking your voices sound exactly the same

yijung: people say my voice sounds a little better actually
