Hello! I really like your page and think it's awesome! :) Also I was wondering if you have any headcanons for Mr. and Mrs. Tweedy? :)

ah, the good ol' Mr. and Mrs. Tweedy! I could think of a few, hopefully they aren't too sappy! hehe

-The two guard dogs from the first CR movie were bought by Mr.Tweedy. He gifted the two puppies to Mrs.Tweedy as a Valentine's Day gift when they were first married. Mrs.Tweedy turned the puppies into the guard dogs we know! (I wanted to draw this..imagine a young Mrs Tweedy gushing at her two new puppies that a young Mr.Tweedy gifted her)

-For their honeymoon, they went on a seaside trip to Blackpool. (that might be more or less official since i have the "Making of Chicken Run" book and it says something vaguely about this)

-Mrs. Tweedy does think that Mr.Tweedy is cute, so there is/was some attraction to him. She mainly loves his chubby cheeks and his kind brown eyes u3u

-We never get to see either of the Tweedies enjoying any hobbies...i know they're farmers, and would rarely have time for such activities what with running an entire farm together. But do wonder what kind of things would they enjoy doing for leisure... For Mrs.Tweedy, I like to think she enjoys sitting outdoors, with a cool iced tea or lemonade, and having a magazine or a nice book on her lap to read. She'd like to tend to the small garden she has out back, where you'd find some flowers, and a few veggies growing! For Mr.Tweedy, i imagine he enjoys his handy work very much. Maybe he'd even get into whittling (which is carving little statues out of wood with a special kind of knife!) unrelated but i do imagine he'd make toys for Kipper Tweedy (which is a character i invented) since the couple would be way too poor to afford many toys for their niece.

-Mrs. Tweedy is unable to have her own children, being infertile. It touches a nerve for her, she's quite sad about it. When you think about it, the Tweedies are in rural England and are farmers but don't have any children..which would be very uncommon. I think this is a common theory among some Chicken Run fans on here though. Mr.Tweedy would have loved to have been a dad too :c

-Mrs.Tweedy is nervous about thunderstorms. And on a farm out in the countryside, storms could get particularly loud and scary. She wouldn't outright admit it, but strangely enough Mrs Tweedy would want Mr.Tweedy in the room with her each time there was a loud, thunderstorm outside. What a coincidence, Mrs Tweedy...

-Mrs.Tweedy doesn't like her first name, Melisha. Deep, down she thinks it's a goofy name.

-Mr.Tweedy's favorite meal would be: Some meatloaf and creamy mashed potatoes( don't forget the gravy!) with buttered peas (maybe some fresh rolls on the side), as a main course!And for dessert: Apple pie (duh!) with some vanilla ice cream! For breakfast, he loves beans on toast with some coffee (very creamy and sugary)

-Mrs.Tweedy: She loves a good roasted chicken dinner (yikess!!) with some brussel sprouts and sweet carrots as the sides. She does like an occasional cooked salmon dish with asparagus for dinner too. She secretly has a sweet tooth but limits herself. (if she starts eating candies, for example, she'll have a hard time stopping) Instead, she'll get a fruit for dessert if she needs something sweet after dinner. For breakfast, she likes her coffee black, and simply enjoys eggs on buttered toast, often with a side of fruit.

Hope they aren't too weak, but i thought of these headcanons on a whim! thanks for the ask!

I know there’s a lot of conversation surrounding the Tweedys and the way Melisha treats Willard. I don’t usually like discussing it, but I will say this… and this comes from the heart.. and at the end is my analysis of the Tweedys…

It is (and I can’t stress this enough) SO DIFFICULT for someone who is a victim in an abusive relationship to just up and leave. The abuser will attack you (physically or emotionally) and then play the victim card, making it out like you are responsible, that you’re the villain here. They will make you feel like you’re responsible to make them happy, you’re the reason they’re acting out towards you. You feel guilty, and you do everything in your power to make sure they’re happy… because you love them. You can’t leave because then you feel you are responsible for their own actions if something was to happen to them.

They will manipulate you, make your ways of thinking their own. They control you in every way they can. You try to leave? They will threaten you with something that you cannot let happen. Emotional blackmail. And this doesn’t happen all at once, it builds up. At first you don’t see it, but as the cycle repeats and repeats until it breaks you. (Not me trauma dumping *tucks hair behind ear cutely*) Took me 2 years to get out of my own relationship. It started 3 months in and I could not for the life of me get out. I PROMISE you they would not put this in a children’s film, as dark as the film is for children.

I personally (and this is my own opinion) think that Melisha was nowhere NEAR as abusive as a lot of people make her out to be. In some scenes I see hints of emotional abuse through the constant name calling, but that’s it. They fell out of love probably a few years prior to the film, with nothing but the farm keeping them together due to financial difficulties.. and when they lose the farm, they call it quits, as they have nothing left. But this is taken from my own experiences.

Yeah...so this idea popped into my head randomly yesterday and I knew I just HAD to do it! .................

KIP AS A CHICKEN!

Yeah, I always wondered what Kip would look like if she were a chicken like the rest of the gang! So I came up with this!... The comb was a little hard to design. I wanted to look like Kip's human hairstyle but in chicken form. I didn't want to make the comb too long, otherwise I felt it looked too masculine/like a rooster.

I decided to keep her shirt collar and red bandana around her neck. The blue spots on her body represent the blue of the denim overalls Kip is always wearing. And of course, the red spots on her face are her "freckles"!

If Kip were a chicken, I can imagine her getting called "Sticky Kippy" since she'd pretty much be glued to Ginger all day long, following her around lol

Can you imagine Mrs.Tweedy's face if she were to realize her niece has been turned into a chicken??

Spirited Away would be Adam as Chihiro, Lucifer as Haku, Alastor as Yubaba, trying to decide if i want Lilith to be Lin or Zeniba, actually lets have Lin be Angel, Pentious as Kamaji, Charlie as Yubaba’s baby, Husk as Yubaba’s bird thing, idk who to have be the Great Water Spirit, Nifty as the three bouncing green heads,

Adam ends up in the Demon realm after his moms and him get lost on the drive to their new home, Sera and Rosie are turned into pigs for stealing the food that was meant for the demons, Adam has to go and work at the Radio Demon’s Bathhouse to repay the debt his mothers owe so he can have them back and go home. Alastor tricks Adam into signing a contract to work at the bathhouse without pay, Adam meets Angel Dust who is a fellow worker of the bathhouse, Angel shows him what to do to help the hundreds of other demons around the bathhouse. Adam ends up meeting a cute man named Lucifer who can’t remember who he was before he started working at the bathhouse but feels like he has some kind of connection to Adam, like he knew him somehow.. anyway Adam is very quickly isolated by the rest of the bathhouse staff because he is human (humans have a scent that demons find to be gross),

Chicken Run would be cute with Adam being Ginger, Lucifer as Rocky, Lilith as Mrs.Tweedy, Alastor as Mr.Tweedy, Charlie could be Babs, Vaggie could be Bunty, Pentious could be Mac, the two mice/rats could be Angel and Husk,

Adam is trapped within a farm alongside his friends and many other humans where they are bred to be slaughtered and put into pies to sell to the Cannibal Colony, Lucifer ends up crash landing in the farm after one of the performances at his circus goes wrong. with no way out, Lucifer decides to help Adam and the rest plan a coup to overthrow the owners of the farm and escape to be free. along the way Lucifer and Adam realize that they like spending time with one another and wish to stay together after they escape.

The Cat Returns would be Adam as Haru, Lucifer as Prince Lune, Alastor as The Cat King, Lilith as Yuki, Angel can be Natoru, Husk as Muta, Emily as Natori (she doesn’t believe in Alastor but she is bound as the royal advisor to help whomever is in the role of king, MEANING that she isn’t intentionally helping Alastor be a creep towards Adam as well as assist him in being a tyrannical king over the citizens of Hell)

Cat Returns would need to have a lot of major tweaks to the story, such as Adam Staying with Lucifer rather than Haru going home in the movie, and Lucifer would probably take up the role of The Baron as a disguise to see the human realm (so he’s active in the story, cause Prince Lune is absent the entire movie save the end). Alastor being the Cat King wouldn’t fully work so my idea is that he somehow managed to trick Lucifer (the REAL King of Demons) into Alastor standing as acting King while Lucifer must find his true love and kiss them if he wants the contract to break (Alastor didn’t believe that anyone could love Lucifer). we would also need Yuki to be an either evil person gunning to be the next Queen of demons or that she just wants to assist Adam get both home and Luci’s ass.

in the Cat Returns, Haru ends up being gradually turned into a cat the longer she is in the cat kingdom, i’m thinking the same but with Adam and turning into a demon.

Alternative Snow White Au

This takes place after Adam fell to Hell and him and Lucifer have patched things up a bit and are dancing around their feelings for each other.

Sera learns that up in heaven that Adam is alive. But that is a bad thing because he knows the secrets of the inner workings of heaven and extermination and what happens to disobedient angels.

Sera: You’re sure that he is alive?

Jay: I saw him for myself Sera. Adam is alive in Hell with the King at his daughters hotel.

That would not end well. She needed to find a way to fix this.

Sera: Thank you. I will take care of this.

Jay left and Sera went to the secret room in her office. As she walked into the room she passed rows of wings and halos on the wall. At the very end was a halo with no wings.

The plaque read: Adam.

Down in Hell Adam was attending one of Charlie’s lessons. Lucifer was sitting on the other end of the couch stealing glances at the fallen angel.

He had just earned Adams trust back and he didn’t want to mess it up again. He loved him but was worried that his feelings were not returned.

Little did he know Adam felt the same.

*Adam watched Lucifer from the edges of his sight, one of the few things he liked about being in Hell was being so close to Lucifer, his Luci, they were basically back to how they were in Eden, very close friends, but Adam wanted more, he wanted love that people wrote songs about, but he had to take what he could get*

Charlie: Also we have a little party to celebrate Adam doing so well for his first month here.

*Adam blushed a little, he didn’t think he would get along with the Princess of Hell so well after they butted heads so much the last half year*

Charlie: We made Adam’s favorite dishes of ribs, baked potatoes which you can fix however you want to, red velvet cake, and dad even made pancakes.

*the group set everything up and were allowed to serve themselves, when Adam was reaching towards a plate his hand and Lucifer’s hand met which caused both men to blush*

Lucifer: So for your month anniversary I would like to take you to Lu Lu World where you can do whatever you want to.

Adam: That sounds fucking awesome.

*after the party which went pretty late into the night, Adam started to go up to his room and he noticed Angel Dust following, Adam grew to really like the spider Sinner and saw him as a friend, but he wondered what Angel Dust wanted*

Angel Dust: So what are you going to wear on your date?

Adam: I don’t think that Luci sees what we are tomorrow as a date. But I guess I am going to wear something like this.

*Adam had on a shirt of a metal band he liked and some jeans with holes in the knees*

Angel Dust: I am not going to let one of my best friends go on a date looking like that, when you get married to Hell’s favorite short king and are pregnant with his babies, you will thank you.

Adam: I really regret telling you that I became intersex when I fell and just recently got over my first period.

Angel Dust: Wait right here and we can try out some outfits that will make you sexy in your room, it could be like a slumber party.

*Angel Dust ran off to get some clothes and makeup for Adam to try*

Adam internally: I guess there is no harm in trying this out and seeing what Luci thinks.

Haven't drawn Kipper and Ginger together in a long time. So I had the urge to create something, quick-quick!

For those who don't know who Kipper Tweedy is, she is my Chicken Run OC. She is Mrs.Tweedy's niece. She can talk to animals and is an ally to the chickens!

Kip and Ginger are very close friends. :)

What is your opinion of Molly The Chick, Frizzle The Scouse Chick and Dr. Mark Fry?, and What is your opinion of Mrs. Melisha Tweedy’s new makeover and outfit?

Molly: I thought she was really cute, and looked so much like Ginger! I think she's a great addition to the Chicken Run cast of characters. I appreciate how the writers wrote her; She was outgoing and adventurous without being a bratty character. Honestly I just wished we could have seen more moments of her as a baby/toddler, and more moments of Rocky and Ginger looking after her and being regular parents!

Frizzle: I like Frizzle too! I had a hard time understanding some of what she said tbh. At first, i felt her color palette was too saturated, and i think i still do tbh (her color is way too different from all the other hens when you compare her to all the other character designs and their color palettes) but she's still cute and i enjoy drawing her! I have a headcanon that she's quite a good artist, and loves to draw and make crafts with Molly (she made the necklace she's wearing!)

Dr.Mark Fry: (okay so it's official his name is Mark? where is this stated, im curious!) I'm gonna say something weird but i remember seeing fanart of Dr.Fry drawn all thin, and sexy looking with a sly look to his face before his official design was revealed. Then you see him! He's all cute, and chubby-cheeked and has this goofy grin on his face. He's an eccentric scientist (and a theatre kid!) i would love to see more of his inventions. I wonder how he met Mrs Tweedy, he seems to really love and worship her.

Mrs.Tweedy's makeover: She looks great tbh, very reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn. She's got nicer makeup, dyed her hair all black to cover the greyness we saw in the first movie.This make-over of hers shows how she really desires to live a glamorous life-style.

What is for your headcanons for Dr. Marcus Fry and Mrs. Melisha Tweedy?

Ill make a few short ones!

Dr.Fry:

-He wanted to become an actor (his first passion was theatre) but his parents absolutely refused for him to go into such an unstable career choice...Instead, he delved into the sciences, and did a minor in drama/theatre!

-Dr.Fry loves cats! He hopes to own one someday, but Mrs.Tweedy doesn't really like animals. She certainly doesn't want to deal with cleaning cat hair or vomit. (Cat owners know, immarite??)

-Dr.Fry is quite proud of one of his inventions: A musical Blender: It's a hybrid between and blender and a radio. As you blend your food, it can play a song for you...If you choose a song that is a little lengthy and you want to hear the entire thing, well...I hope you are making soup!

-Dr.Fry has a selection of different glasses at home. Frames of different colors and shapes! He likes to have variety and choose ones that match whatever bow tie he chooses for the day!

Mrs Tweedy:

-Mrs Tweedy has a bit of a sweet tooth. She enjoys a little sweet treat after dinner! Her favorite is lemon meringue pie (which is as sour as she is hehe)

-She does enjoy going out, but when she was married to Mr.Tweedy she could barely afford it. She loves going to the cinema or going to the occasional party or show, etc

-She doesn't have a driver's license.

-Her favorite colors are: pink, purple and red

Also, What is Kipper Tweedy’s relationship with her aunt is like in between the first Chicken Run and it’s sequel Dawn Of The Nugget?

hmm...I haven't given it too much thought since it's a bit hard for me to see how Kip could fit into the sequel with it making sense. So for now I have limited ideas! but I can jot down a few loose ideas I have in mind:

I feel Kip would love her aunt no matter what....but things would have gotten a little more complicated between the two since life had changed so much. Since Kip would be roughly about 16 in the events of the second movie, I feel she'd be able to stand up to Mrs Tweedy a lot better and defend herself (meaning she'd talk back if she felt her aunt crossed a boundary.).

Perhaps, since Kip has always been "different", we'd see Mrs. Tweedy make occasion snide remarks about how her niece has never grown out of her weirdness....maybe even some passive-aggressive comments whenever Kip mentions her Uncle Willard.

This one's pretty tragic, but since Kip's aunt and uncle are no longer together (and probably divorced after the events of the first film)Kip, who'd have been around 10, would have been devastated about this news. She felt the three of them wouldn't be a family anymore, and it caused her to be quite depressed for a while to deal with all the changes. (I'm actually thinking about making a drawing or short comic about Ginger comforting Kip about this) Maybe it would still make her sad no matter how old she got, but she'd just learn to live with the pain as she grows. (this one pains me because I went through this, and I don't want to hurt Kipper so badly)

Another idea is that Willard Tweedy would turn the farm into an apple orchard! He'd grow apple trees all across his land, and have people come and pick apples in the fall. Kip would help her uncle run the business: she'd give rides on the haywagon to children, make posters to advertise their business (Kip is a great artist), take care of the trees, greet guests, and hand out buckets for them to put their apples in, etc. So when she's not at Chikin Island, or with her aunt, she'll be helping out at the apple orchid.

I have a rough idea that Mrs.Tweedy would try and get Kip to help out with the new nuggets business in some ways, and Kip, wanting to save the chickens, would act as a double agent. (I'm just not sure how). I'd certainly want Kip to do something heroic in the sequel..maybe an arc where she's too scared to drive at the beginning of the movie, and she tells the chickens how she failed her driving test again,...then maybe she's the one to bravely drive the truck out of the factory, off the draw-bridge and back to safety? not sure

anyway, these are all very rough ideas that I'm not even sure i want to commit to. The Chicken Run movies are already so good that i don't want to change them with my character, so this is just for fun! (lemme be cringe in peace) If i ever get more ideas, i'd like to write them on this here blog!

Ahh guysss,

The teaser trailer legit made my week! I keep watching it over and over again!!

I already have plans to watch it with my mom after school the day it comes out...my mom also loves chicken run :) We're planning to make nice snacks and getting all nice and cozied up, with it going to be December and whatnot when the movie will be released!

Here are some of my comments:

-My jaw DROPPED when i saw that Mrs.Tweedy return! She looks stunning, and i got chills when it came to the reveal!! I just hope it truly IS Mrs.Tweedy and not some cop out, like "oh it's actually her twin sister!" because i'm gonna smash something if that's the case! I also hope we get some kind of appearance of Mr.Tweedy! even if it's short!

-The chickens are really determined to break in! I'm sure that Molly is being held captive or something (just my predictions) because you can see the determination on both Rocky and Ginger's faces, wanting to go in and save their daughter.

- I think Frizzle is going to join the flock and eventually go live on the island with the chickens (i read somewhere she is already in Dr. Fry's lab) I bet she will be besties with Molly, perhaps even being adopted by Rocky and Ginger.

-Molly will 100% show her bravery, we will see how much she has taken after her mother!
