Here's my poster of my official version of my version for my DisneyElseWorld's Pixar's...
INSIDE OUT 2!
I saw the new Inside Out 2 trailer, and they made Anxiety, Ennui, Embarrassment, and Envy bad by betraying the old emotions. Lots of crazy stuff is about to happen! We don't know what's going on, lots of details are there too. But what would the ElseWorld version be like?
CLOTHING CHANGES!
Fear is now wearing the same vest but it's gray and black with the same stripes on it, Disgust now wears a pink/purple dress (just like the old concepts of her from the 1st movie), and Anger wears a black button on shirt with a red tie with gold marks. Joy and Sadness still stay the same.
NEW EMOTIONS!
For my idea. I have 6 new emotions, one of my OC emotions I've created like, Courage, Surprise, Pride, Trust, Frustration, and Shy.
MAIN VILLAIN
I am using on of my oc villains, Spite, to be the main villain of the AU second movie.
OTHER CHARACTERS
Characters like Nia, the assistant of Spite, she runs the business with him but she tries to avoid him to help others. Bud, Courage's blood cell buddy, he doesn't speak but he's sweet, nervous, cute and got some attitude. And Brain, the big boss of Riley's mind, and the emotions need his help to stop Spite.
What New Places Would the Emotions Go To?
In this AU, far from HQ and Long Term Memory, instead of the back of the mind being empty, there is a huge mind-filled city called Mindtopia, aka, The City of Riley, where everything in the mind has everybody for Riley's Inner Workings in her mind. That also includes Headquarters. And guess what, they're not the only company, there's also banks, council buildings, restaurants, malls, houses, apartments, and everything for Mind Workers after they work at Long Term Memory. And The Mind Councilman, Chairman, is the Mind Prime Minister.
Returning Cast like...
Amy Poehler as Joy, Lewis Black as Anger, Bill Hader as Fear (YES! I'm bringing Bill Hader back! He's so much funnier then I expected), Mindy Kaling (Yeah yeah, I get it, Velma is garbage but her acting as Disgust wasn't) as Disgust, Phyllis Smith as Sadness,
Kensington Tallman as Riley, Diane Lane as Mrs. Andersen, and Kyle MacLachlan as Mr. Andersen.
With All-Star Cast like...
Chris Pratt (The LEGO Movie films, and Onward) as the new outside leader emotion known as Courage, Sean Hayes (Monsters University, Will & Grace, and The Cat in The Hat) as Surprise, Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live, Ghostbusters, and DC League Of Super Pets) as Frustration,
Andrew Rannells (Trolls Band Together, and Big Mouth) as Trust, Randall Park (the Ant-Man, and Aquaman films, and The Interview) as Pride, Tituss Burgess (Central Park, Angry Birds Movie, and Spellbound) as Shy, Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Seinfeld, and A Bug's Life) as the sweet and huge, Mother Esteem, Eugene Levy (Finding Dory, and Schitt's Creek) as the mind algorithm boss of Riley Andersen's Mind/City of Riley known as Brain, Nathan Fillion (DCU's Superman, Monsters University, and Cars 3) as the very evil and hilariously charming, but whiny, Spite,
Isla Fisher (Rise of The Guardians, Wedding Crashers, and Scooby-Doo) as Spite's sarcastic female assistant, Nia, Dan Fogler (the Fantastic Beasts films, and The Walking Dead) as Mind Councilman Chairman, Ken Jeong (Transformers: Dark of The Moon, The Hangover, and Extinct) as Yes Man, Alan Tudyk (the Moana, Frozen, Zootopia, and Wreck-it Ralph films) as Mind Gate Guard Jimmy, Peter Sohn (Ratatouille, Monsters University, and The Good Dinosaur) as the emotions new best blood cell companion named Bud, Stephen Root (Barry, King of the Hill, and Finding Nemo) as Doc Stem,
Yvette Nicole Brown (Disenchanted, and Avengers: Endgame) as Riley's middle school P.E. coach, Mrs. Roberts, Nolan Gould (Modern Family) as Jordan, Haley Tju (Big Hero 6: The Series) as Kelli, Tony Revolori (the Spider-Man films) as Riley's bully, Francis, Josh Peck (Drake & Josh, and Drillbit Taylor) as Francis' curly bully best friend Lars, Bruce Campbell (the Evil Dead, and Spider-Man films, and Sky High) as Dale Daley, Rob Huebel (Knuckles, The Other Guys, and Goosebumps) as Geoff James,
Bobby Moynihan (Hoppers, and IF) and Paula Poundstone (Home Movies) as The Forgetters, Paula Pell (Sisters, and Netflix's Big Mouth) as Mom's Anger, Flea (The Wild Thornberries) as Mind Cop Jake, Carlos Alazraqui (Fairly OddParents) as Dad's Anger, Dave Goelz and Frank Oz (the Muppets films and Sesame Street) as Mind Cop Frank & Mind Cop Dave, John Ratzenberger (the Toy Story and Cars films) as Fritz, and Nick Jonas as Imaginary Singer Cupid.

I rewatched the Christmas/Glee episode of Community. It's so funny. It is a combination of the typcial Glee feeling with a twist of the Community absurdity.
I love the little details: the leader of the Glee club is wearing a sweater vest like Mr. Shue. Britta Perry is singing as bad as Sugar Motta. (Gillian Jacobs said she can't sing, but think she was that bad on pupose.) The piano player kind of looks like Brad the piano player. I love Abed's little joke that the piano is still playing when no one was sitting there. It happens on Glee.
Yvette Nicole Brown has a great voice and Danny Glover is a rapper, so of course they were good.
A lot of TV shows make a musical episode – not always good. This is one of the best.
This episode is not for everyone. People who hate musical episodes shouldn't watch it and not every Glee fan will think is funny. I think it's hilarious.

Dark Greetings this Spooky Season Ms. V. Can we get a list of your favorite Halloween movies and specials? I know you have seen *everything* and I am trying to go beyond my usual rewatches this holiday month.
V. AIMMYARROWSHIGH’S CRITERIA FOR HALLOWEEN EPISODES
Does the Halloween element combine convincingly with the usual universe of the show (ex: Lizzie McGuire 2x09 “Those Freaky McGuires” is not good as a Halloween episode because it changes the rules of the Lizzie McGuire universe, whereas Community 2x06 “Epidemiology” is a GREAT Halloween episode because it manages to logically introduce zombies to the regular Community universe)?
Does the Halloween element advance the plot of the episode/series (ex: the reason Boy Meets World 5x17 “And Then There Was Shawn” is literally the best Halloween episode ever made is that it uses the horror movie tropes it satirizes to provide a CRUCIAL turning-point to the plot of the show)?
Is the Halloween episode in the forefront enough that it’s clearly a holiday episode (ex: HAVING ONE JACK-O’LANTERN ON A DESK DOES NOT A HALLOWEEN SPECIAL MAKE, LAW & ORDER 16x03 “GHOSTS”! You gotta go ALL-IN, like Bob’s Burgers 3x02 “Full Bars”!)?
Does the Halloween theme balance well between spooky and warm-n-fuzzy (ex: Criminal Minds 11x21 “Mr. Scratch” is too fucking bleak, but Criminal Minds 12x06 “Elliott’s Pond” has a joyous/celebratory tone to the ending despite being a genuinely scary episode)?
Is it generally a well-written, acted, and designed episode of television (ex: Saved by the Bell! 3x26 “Mystery Weekend” is seriously, not exaggerating, the worst thing I’ve ever watched in my life; Psych 1x15 “Scary Sherry, Or Bianca’s Toast” is a triumph of the medium)?
THE BEST, bar none, Halloween special ever made is Boy Meets World 5x17, “And Then There Was Shawn.” Period. There can be no argument, except MAYBE Community 3x06, “Epidemiology,” but I like “And Then There Was Shawn” better because the parody and homage as less… biting? And because I think it continues and addresses the emotional core of the regular BMW season better than “Epidemiology” does for Community s3. “Epi” DOES plant the seed (…heh) for the Season 3B major plot arc of Shirley’s pregnancy and Chang Deciding To Murder, but it gets some major minus points for mocking Yvette Nicole Brown’s weight with other characters’ responses to her costume, tbh. And “And Then There Was Shawn” is just fucking iconic. It is THE Halloween episode manual, IMO, if there were to be a textbook on how to write a perfect Halloween episode for your sitcom.
HOWEVER, I also have to give major props to Bob’s Burgers and Psych, as complete series, for their CONSISTENTLY excellent Halloween episodes. A lot of series that have multiple Halloween eps really phone it in after one or two, because they don’t have any more ideas for how to incorporate Halloween pastiches while maintaining the overall feeling of the series (tbh B99, while the Halloween Heists are excellent in general, is/has been coming very close to this line, and I think that if they HADN’T had to switch out the Heist to Cinco de Mayo in s6, they would have jumped their Heist Shark [and I think they know it, too, because it was lampshaded in the episode itself]) or they just straight-up don’t have any more ideas for what or how to have the characters they’re bound to parody or pay homage to a Halloween thing after they’ve already done one or two. And let’s be real: those one or two have probably been either The Shining or Rear Window, because those are pretty much the two that every show starts with.
Bob’s manages to make every Halloween episode feel very fresh and organic to the series, which I think they do have some leeway to do because of the nature of cartoons keeping the Belchers living a kind of loop of never aging, yk, but amazingly they’ve only done the “Tina feels too old to trick or treat, maybe? Nope, she’s not 14 yet, so there’s still time!” thing in a way that felt tropey once (in 3x02 Full Bars). They’ve been able to address Tina being 13/in 8th grade, and worrying about it being almost too late for her to keep trick or treating, in ways that were in-character and added to the overall episode in 4x02 Fort Night, 5x02 Tina and the Real Ghost, and 9x04 Nightmare on Ocean Avenue Street, without me rolling my eyes at the screen and going “TINA, EVERY SINGLE SHOW WITH A TWEEN IN IT HAS ALREADY DECIDED THAT THE AGE AT WHICH YOU MUST STOP TRICK OR TREATING IS FRESHMAN YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL, COME ON NOW” which… at this point, is a Feat. Because like, I’ve POSTED over a thousand Halloween episodes, right? But I’ve watched and screencapped ::checks folder:: 3,905 Halloween episodes since 2014. Which is, um, a. lot. The ACTUAL BEST Bob’s Burgers Halloween episode is 6x03, “The Hauntening,” which is just… achingly perfect television. I know I’ve posted about it before (probably a couple times tbh) but the way that it aired originally back-to-back with The Simpsons 27x04, “Halloween of Horror,” so that the evening of Sunday cartoons juxtaposed eight-year-old Louise whose family worked so hard to scare her like she wanted with nine-year-old Lisa’s family working so hard to keep her from being too scared and make sure that she felt safe… reader, I FUCKIN CRIED. Little girls being deeply loved while also Spoopy Things!!!!!! IS WHAT HALLOWEEN SPECIALS ARE!!! FUCKIN!!!!!! ABOUT!!!!!!!
Psych, though, has the benefit of not really having any, like… central tone to the series? Beyond “friendship” and “having fun with joking,” tbh? So it’s able to do what a lot of series get docked “points” for in my Foolproof Halloween Special Ratings System That Is Completely Subjective To My Tastes And Mood, which is really just run full-tilt into parody and homage without really worrying about overall tonal connection to the rest of the season or series. 1x15, “Scary Sherry, or, Bianca’s Toast,” while it DOES fall victim to the way-too-common Halloween episode trap of making mental hospitals into a Scary Thing (they are a medical normality and a necessary thing for health for many people and should not be feared), is delightful Spooky Fun AND has the benefit of having Shannon Woodward in it.* We all know by now that if an episode of any show has Shannon Woodward as the guest star, it will by default end up being one of the best, if not THE best, episodes of that series. It’s just how having Shannon Woodward as your guest star rolls. I also really like, with Psych’s Halloween episodes, that quite a few of them understand the underlying thematic scope of Horror, which is “The Monstrous Feminine Is A Thing And All Horror Tropes Are Actually About Women’s Interior Lives Because Men Can’t Write Women And Fear Women Always,” yk, in a way that is neither TOO Actual Horror, which I am too afraid of to Do, or too trite and demeaning, which is the other basic trap that Halloween stuff falls into A Lot. Like, Scary Sherry is very much about women villainizing other women, avenging other women, and being in very specifically-female pain, even though Shawn & Gus are still the lens through which we solve the mystery, and so are 4x04 The Devil Is In The Details And The Upstairs Bedroom and 6x03 This Episode Sucks. But they give their Monstrous Females dignity and breadth, which is impressive, ESPECIALLY since they’re one-off guest characters. Also, 3x15 Tuesday the 17th is just plain funny and well-done, like, just give it props for the title alone.
*(Speaking of Shannon Woodward, another amazingly good Halloween episode is Raising Hope 4x07, “Murder, She Hoped,” which is among my very favorite Rear Window homage episodes and has probably the funniest gag in ANY Rear Window ep, in Martha Plimpton floating across the screen in the Grace Kelly silk nightgown and peignoir and announcing that it was on sale at Walmart, can you believe?! and honestly, yes. Perfection.)
Also excellent:
• The Addams Family (1991) + Addams Family Values (1993) • Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School (RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU WERE GAY FOR SIBELLA AS A CHILD!) • Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost (RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU'RE GAY BECAUSE THE HEX GIRLS!) • Halloweentown + Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge • Mom's Got a Date with a Vampire! • Z•O•M•B•I•E•S (to a lesser extent, Z•O•M•B•I•E•S 2) • Clue (1985) • Coraline • Corpse Bride • 6teen 2x00 Dude of the Dead • Arthur 21x00 Arthur and the Haunted Treehouse • Lamb-Chop in the Haunted Studio • Arthur 8x04A Fern-kenstein's Monster • Arthur 10x02 The Squirrels • WandaVision 1x06 The All-New Halloween Spooktacular (I KNOW YOU, SPECIFICALLY, DEAR @plavoptice, HATE MCU!WANDA AND I DON'T BLAME YOU, YOUR REASONS ARE VERY VALID! But this is a good Halloween special so I'm putting it on my list In General.) • Boy Meets World 2x06 Who's Afraid of Cory Wolf? • Ghostbusters (2016) • Gravity Falls 1x12 Summerween • Leverage 4x02 Ten L'il Grifters Job • The Loud House 2x40 Tricked! • Mockingbird Lane 1x00 Unaired Pilot • It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! (Classic, etc.)
I'm SURE I'm forgetting some that I'll rewatch this year myself. I'm a big Halloween Baking Championship fan, tbh, which is on Discovery+ now so I recommend that if you like mostly-relaxing nice people baking cakes that look like bats and such.
I'm also IMMENSELY INTENSELY EXCITED for The Muppets' Haunted Mansion on Disney+ next week!!!

Duke Reviews Xtra: Lady And The Tramp (Remake)
Hello, I'm Andrew Leduc And Welcome To Duke Reviews Xtra Where We Continue Our Look At Disney...
youtube
Yesterday, I Reviewed The Sequel To Lady And The Tramp, Lady And The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure, So, Today We're Talking About The Remake...
One Of The First Original Movies On Disney +, This Film Remakes The Classic Animated Film In Live Action Form, But Is It As Good As The Animated Version?
Let's Find Out As We Watch The Remake Of Lady And The Tramp...
The Film Starts Like The Animated One On Christmas As Jim Dear (Played By Thomas Mann) Gives His Wife Darling (Played By Kiersey Clemons)...
Who I Mainly Know Through Rumors Of Her Playing Iris West In A Possible Flash Movie But With Ezra Miller Rumored To Be Exiting The Role I Don't Know If That Movie Will Come To Pass Despite It Supposedly Following The Flashpoint Storyline...
Anyway, Like The Animated One, Jim Dear Gives Darling Lady For Christmas And After A Rough First Night, Lady Ends Up Sleeping In Their Bed...
Fast Forward A Few Years, Lady Is Now Grown Up (And Is Voiced By Valkyrie From Thor Ragnarok) Given A Shiny New Collar, She Shows It To Her Friends, Jock
Who Has Undergone A Bit Of A Gender Change And Is Now A Girl...
And Trusty (Voiced By Sam Freaking Elliot)
And By God, This Is The Best Casting Choice Made In This Entire Movie!
I Mean If I Were Casting This Film, I Would Have Made The Same Decision As There's No One Else In My Opinion That Could Voice Trusty Than Sam Elliott...
Meanwhile A Schnauzer Named Tramp (Voiced By Justin Theroux) Spends His Days Wandering The Streets Of New Orleans Searching For Food And Causing Trouble For A Dogcatcher Named Elliot (Played By Adrian Martinez) Who Has A Vendetta Against Him To The Point He's Basically The Bad Guy Of The Whole Movie....
I Know There Are People Who Still Believe Aunt Sarah's Still The Bad Guy Of This Movie, But There's A Change In The Remake Unlike The Animated One Which Makes Me Feel Differently And Instead Consider Her Not Much Of A Bad Guy But A Mild Annoyance...
Freeing His Friends, Peg (Played By Janelle Monae) And Bull (Voiced By Wong From Doctor Strange) From Elliot's Carriage, He Makes A Run For It And Eventually Ends Up In The Dear's Backyard...
Beside Herself When Jim Dear And Darling Start Ignoring Her, Lady Finds Tramp And Attempts To Give Away His Position To Jim Dear But When Tramp Says That Darling Is Clearly Having A Baby, To Which Like The Animated One, He Warns Her That Eventually The Baby Will Replace Her...
But Refusing To Believe Him, Trusty And Jock Enter And Send Him Away, Which Is When Tramp Warns Her Again, When A Baby Moves In, The Dog Moves Out...
A Few Months Later, Jim Dear And Darling Have A Baby Girl Named Lulu Who They Soon Devote Their Lives To, This Leads To The La La Lu Scene From The Movie..,
And While Kiersey Clemons Is No Peggy Lee, She Has A Great Singing Voice...
But When Lady Starts Barking Over A Rat That's Been Plaguing The House Lately, Jim Dear Puts Lady Outside Afraid That She'll Wake Up The Baby...
Now When I First Saw This Scene I Didn't Really Like It, Because Doing This Emphasizes What Tramp Told Her Of When The Baby Moves In, The Dog Moves Out, Where In The Animated One, They Introduced Her To Lady Like She Was A Member Of The Family...
But Later I Realized That Without This Scene, We Wouldn't Have Gotten One Good Scene Later, So I Let It Go...
Taking Lulu To See Jim's Sister, They Leave Lady With Darling's Aunt Sarah (Played By Yvette Nicole Brown)...
This Leads To The Worst Scene In The Entire Movie...
While Aunt Sarah Is Upstairs Practicing Her Opera, Her 2 Devon Rexes Named Devon And Rex Begin Destroying The House While They Sing A New Song That Replaces The Siamese Cat Song Called What A Shame...
What...The...Hell...
This Song Is Not Good At All, I'm Sorry I Realize Alot Of People Hate The Siamese Cat Song But Unlike The Remake Of Dumbo Where Not Having When I See An Elephant Fly Was For The Better Of The Story This Song Just Doesn't Do That For This Movie And Just Makes A Good Scene Dumb...
Believing Lady Caused The Disaster, Aunt Sarah Takes Lady To The Pet Store To Get A Muzzle Placed On Her. This Leads To Lady Running Away Only To Get Trapped In An Alley Where She's Threatened By A Street Dog Named Isaac (Voiced By Mr. Krabs)...
Luckily, Tramp Saves Her And Gets The Muzzle Off With The Help Of A Statue At The Park Instead Of A Beaver At The Zoo Before Taking The Scenic Route In An Effort To Avoid Elliot Since Lady Left Her Collar Behind...
Growing Close In Their Time Together, Lady Has Dinner With Tramp At Tony's Which Leads To The Bella Notte Scene With Tony (Played By F. Murray Abraham)...
Showing Lady A View Of The Town, Tramp Reveals To Her That He Once Had Owners That Abandoned Him When They Had A Baby Too...
Found By Elliot, They Go Into The Train Yard Where Tramp Sleeps Only For Tramp To Get Away While Lady Gets Caught...
Taken To The Pound, Lady Meets Peg, Bull And The Other Pound Dogs Who All Talk About Tramp, Which Leads To The He's A Tramp Number...
And I Can Say That This Is Better Than The Last Time Janelle Monae Sang A Kids Song...
youtube
(End At 1:31)
This Leads To The Best Scene Of The Entire Movie, As You Know In The Animated Version Aunt Sarah Picks Lady Up And Chains Her Outside...
Well, In The Remake It's Jim Dear And Darling That Pick Up Lady And In Turn Kick Aunt Sarah And Her Dumb Cats Out Of Their House Presumably Forever For Way She Treated Lady...
Everybody Say It With Me....#JusticeForLady...Bravo!
Seriously, I Don't Know Why They Didn't Do This In Animated Version!
It's Then That Lady Bonds With Lulu...
Sometime Later, Tramp Becomes Depressed After Not Seeing Lady For A Long Time To The Point That He Decides To Go See Her Hoping That She'll Give Him A Second Chance...
Apologizing, Lady Appreciates It And Still Loves Him But She Doesn't Want To Leave Her Family After Reconciling With Them. Accepting Her Decision, Tramp Walks Away Heartbroken As A Storm Breaks Out...
But The Rat Returns, Sneaking Into Lulu's Room, Lady Tries To Warn Jim Dear And Darling But They Lock Her In A Closet When Elliot Arrives To Interview Them About Tramp...
Hearing Lady Bark, Tramp Goes Into The House And Kills The Rat Only To Injure His Leg In The Process While Knocking Over Lulu's Crib. Caught By Jim, Darling And Eliot Who Assume He Was Attacking Lulu, Elliot Takes Tramp Away To Be Euthanized Only For Lady To Show Jim And Darling The Rat...
This Leads Lady To Chase Down The Horses With The Help Of Jock And Trusty. Catching Up With The Carriage, They Scare The Horses, Causing The Carriage To Crash...
Finding Tramp Seemingly Dead, Lady Begins To Cry Only Tramp To Wake Up. Arriving On The Scene Of The Crash, The Dears Realize That Tramp Was Protecting Lulu And Decide To Adopt Him, Saving Tramp From The Wrath Of Elliot...
Next Christmas, Tramp Has Been Fully Accepted Into The Family And Is Given A Collar Of His Own As Both Lady And Tramp Spend The Holidays Together...
And That's The Remake Of Lady And The Tramp And It's Ok...
While Not The Best Of The Disney Live Action Remakes, I Do Feel It Has Some Qualities That Make It An Interesting Remake...
One Being That Scene With Aunt Sarah, 2. The Acting Is Pretty Good For The Most Part Despite Alot Of People Talking About The Historical Inaccuracies Of The Film And 3. The Fact That They Used Stray Dogs For The Lead Characters...
Other Than The Problems I've Mentioned With Jim Dear Sending Lady Outside While The Baby Is Sleeping And The Fact The Siamese Cat Song Was Replaced With The Blandest Song In History, I Have No Problem With This Movie...
This Is One I Suggest To See Just Skip The New Song, You'll Be Alot Happier If You Do,..
Till Next Time, This Is Duke, Signing Off...

“It’s Pony”: First Impressions
"The plants are out to get me!" Nickelodeon is kicking off the New Year with their newest Nicktoon It's Pony! Yesterday, the sneak peek appeared on YouTube despite being a day late after its announced date, though it became available on the Nick app as scheduled. As with The Adventures of Paddington, which I talked about on my earlier journal entry, this series is also charming and funny. The sneak peek that's on YouTube is the segment "Plants!" Pony is afraid of plants, and his friend Annie tries to help him overcome his fear...until she herself gets in a situation which she needs Pony's help. Judging by "Plants!", It's Pony is pretty much laid-back for an animated comedy that's aiming for kids, but it's never afraid to have the main characters in slapstick situations. As it's Blue Zoo's first foray into traditional 2D animation after primarily producing CG preschool series (they are also producing the animation for The Adventures of Paddington which will also be on Nickelodeon), the animation's not bad for a first timer -- it's really good. I love the overall art direction as well as the use of colors. I find the background music to be good as well -- and soothing at times. Several members of The Loud House cast -- Jessica DiCicco (Lynn, Lucy), Grey Griffin (Lana, Lola, Lily), John DiMaggio (Mr. Grouse) and Yvette Nicole Brown (Mayor Davis) are also in the main cast. Bob Mittenthal also writes for this series: He has also written episodes for The Loud House and Welcome to the Wayne and a few other Nickelodeon productions in the past. I like what I've seen so far. However, it's sort of unusual to have this episode as the sneak peek rather than an episode in which Pony and Annie meet for the first time and how he gets to live with her family that sets up the series. Maybe that could be the first episode when it formally makes its debut or it would be explained in a later episode. In addition, so far the reception towards it is lukewarm overall. The number of views on YouTube is nearing 188,000 views as of this post. The sneak peek episode for The Loud House spin-off The Casagrandes had garnered more than 1 million views during the 24 hours after it was uploaded to YouTube by Nick. While It's Pony has its supporters including myself, there are the usual people who spread negativity each time Nickelodeon announces a new animated series that has been the norm for years. For me, it has been hard to support other series while at the same time a lot of attention goes to SpongeBob, and The Loud House and The Casagrandes. In my opinion, Welcome to the Wayne was one of the best Nicktoons from this decade outside of the aforementioned series, yet it was ignored and it faded into obscurity quickly. I don't want the same thing happening to It's Pony. Even though it has been said that Nickelodeon would give its future animated series more chances, I feel that they still have a long way to go. So please give It's Pony a chance, and if you like it, spread the word!

Orlando ‘Mr. Nancy’ Jones Blasts ‘American Gods’ Showrunner Over 'Racial' Firing + Fremantle Says Firing Only Had To Do With Plot
Orlando Jones hopped on social media and revealed his popular character Mr. Nancy being tossed from “American Gods,” claiming he was fired over race. However, Fremantle claims he wasn’t fired over race at all. Everything inside…
“American Gods” fans aren’t going to like this!
Orlando Jones – who plays popular trickster god Anasni aka Mr. Nancy on the Fremantle-produced show “American Gods” – claims he was FIRED from the show. And it allegedly had to do with racism.
In several social media posts, Orlando said he was axed from the STARZ series for having “the wrong message for black America.”
”Correction: I was fired Sept 10, 2019 like @itsgabrielleu @OfficialMelB @NickCannon @heidiklum all have said @FremantleUS is a nightmare. They treated you like a 2nd class citizen for doing your job to well. Stay tuned. More to come. #AngryGetsShitDone,” he captioned a video explaining the recent firing.
Check it:

— Orlando Jones (@TheOrlandoJones) December 14, 2019
Apparently, there's a new showrunner on the show and he's not hear for Mr. Nancy's truth serum.
“I’m not going to name names but the new season 3 showrunner is Connecticut born and Yale-educated, so he’s very smart and he thinks that Mr. Nancy’s angry, get shit done is the wrong message for black America,” Orlando said int he clip.
“This white man sits in that decision-making chair and I’m sure he has many black bffs who are his advisors and made it clear to him that if he did not get rid of that angry god Mr. Nancy he’d start a Denmark Vesey uprising in this country. I mean, what else could it be?” he questioned.
In another tweet, Orlando - who served as a writer and producer on Season 2 - wrote, "Thank you #AmericanGods fans. I know ya’ll have LOTS of questions about the firing. As always I promise to tell you the truth and nothing but. Always, Mr. Nancy.”
Yvette Nicole Brown reacted to his firing in which Orlando responded, "All True sis. They were exceptionally nasty and evil the way they did it."
Gabrielle Union - who was recently fired from the Fremantle-produced "America's Got Talent" as a judge - hopped on Twitter in his defense, requesting a sitdown with him:
“Ohhhhhhhhhhh … let’s chat my friend. #StrongerTogether,” the "L.A.’s Finest" star tweeted.
Hours after the now former "American Gods" put up his video, Fremantle responded. They claim his firing had nothing to do about race and everything to do about the show's plot. The series is based on Neil Gaiman’s acclaimed 2001 novel.
“The storylines of American Gods have continually shifted and evolved to reflect the complex mythology of the source material,” a Fremantle spokesperson told Deadline. “Mr. Jones’ option was not picked up because Mr. Nancy, among other characters, is not featured in the portion of the book we are focusing on within Season 3,” they added.
“Several new characters, many of which have already been announced, will be introduced into Shadow Moon’s world that will further contribute to the show’s legacy as one of the most diverse series on television,” the spokesperson continued.
Season 3 is currently in production.
Makes you wonder, what's really going on in Hollywood?
Mr. Nancy will always remain a fave, especially for this scene below:

Why It Worked: Drake & Josh
Intro: Drake & Josh was a sitcom on Nickelodeon created by Dan Schneider that had 4 seasons, totaling in 57 episodes with 2 TV movies and ran from January 11, 2004 to September 16, 2007 before officially capping off with the TV movie, Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh released on December 5, 2008. The show starred Drake Bell, Josh Peck, Miranda Cosgrove, Nancy Sullivan and Jonathan Goldstein as Drake Parker, Josh Nichols, Megan Parker, Audrey Parker Nichols and Walter Nichols, respectively. The show also featured Yvette Nicole Brown, Alec Medlock, Scott Halberstadt, Allison Scagliotti, Jerry Trainor, Jake Farrow, Julia Duffy and Cathy Shim as Helen Dubois, Craig Ramirez, Eric Blonowitz, Mindy Crenshaw, Crazy Steve, Gavin Mitchell, Mrs. Hayfer, and Leah, respectively. Critics and audiences loved it, earning an 8.8/10 on TV.com and the 2 TV movies recieved mainly positive review from critcs. I bring all this up because I've noticed that of all the shows created by Dan Schneider, this one seems to be the most memorable as well as the most loved. I mean, think about it; iCarly declined in quality after the Seddie arc (yes there were lackluster episodes before, but that's beside the point), hardly anyone brings up Zoey 101 or Victorious, and the less said about Schneider's recent out put, the better. Sure the final seasons of All That was fun, as was The Amanda Show, but when it comes to Drake & Josh, this show has quite the cult following. From various memes, to quotes from the show being used to this day, it really is amazing that this show still stands the test of time over a decade after its initial cancellation. I think this show deserves to be looked at from a critical standpoint, to see if it's as good as fans remember. Welp, let's brake down and answer the question: Why did Drake & Josh work?
Premise and Execution: The premise of this show is rather simple, as per usual with sitcoms. Drake Parker's Mom, Audrey, marries Josh Nichols' Dad, Walter, and the two of them have to learn to get along despite their differences. Given that this is a sitcom, the plots are kept simple and easy to follow as well as budget friendly. The season 3 episode, The Demonator, had Drake, Josh and Megan are waiting in line to get on a rollercoaster while Craig and Eric are watching Josh's great-grandfather. On paper, this sound stupidly boring; but in execution, this is one of the funniest episodes of the show. The way the characters react to the situation they're in is met with precise comedic timing from the actors as well as thoughtfully written jokes from the writing team ( Anthony Del Broccolo and Eric Friedman, respectively). On one hand, it would be insulting to joke about World War 2 veterans with mental health issues; however, the way Papa Nichols acts is just so over the top and goofy, I imagine even veterans could get a good laugh out of it. Comedy aside, the show also has moments of heart and drama, in which the infamous laugh track is muted for a moment of sincerity. One of the most notable examples was in the season 4 episode, Josh is Done, in which Drake has a break down in chemistry class an realizes how much he needs Josh after they had a falling out early in the episode. This is one of many moments in which what little drama this show has hits hard.
Characters: This show's cast of characters are all memberable in their own right as most of them don't always stick to their respective traits. Megan may be devious, manipulative, and sassy, but she's not inherently evil as there are times where she helps Drake and Josh (few and far between, yes but it's better than nothing). Audrey and Walter are pretty much a team whenever they're featured, which isn't often but the running gag about Bruce Winchill is always funny. Helen's a no nonsense boss who dislikes Josh but favors Drake, however she grows to respect Josh a little as the show goes on. Crazy Steve is nuts...and that's it, he's nuts. Everytime he shows up, you never know what he's gonna do and that just adds to the comedy. As said before, Mindy started out as a minor antagonist in the show but became more likable once she started dating Josh. And to save the best for last, Drake and Josh make this show (hence their names in the title). Not only are they a hilarious comedic duo, but their relationship is the driving force behind this show. They may bicker sometimes and not agree on everything, but at the end of the day, they're still brothers. Drake can be greedy, selfish and arrogant sometimes, but every now and then he shows he has a heart and is willing to make right by Josh whenever he messes up big time. Josh is gullible, naive and a nervous wreck, but that's balanced out with his charming optimism, kind nature and helpful attitude. Together, while they have they're differences, Drake and Josh make an inseparable pair when it comes to wacky hijinks and doing the right thing.
Music: Since Drake is a musician, it only makes sense that this show has some songs by him. Sure enough, there are a few that truly stand out. The show's theme song, I Found A Way, is instantly catchy and hooks you into the show. The song, It Makes Me Happy, is a rocking track with a nice upbeat tempo. Even the tranitional score has a nice guitar rthym to it. As great as the music is, its a shame there weren't more memorable tracks (and no the covers for 12 Days of Christmas and Jingle Bells don't count).
Where it falters: Mrs. Hayfer sucks as a character. I get she's meant to be the opposite of Helen, but that just makes her suck even more. She never grows to respect Drake and the fact that Drake wishes for her to be dead is not only out of character for him, but shows that she's not redeemable as a character. The song Drake sings in tge season 1 episode, Believe Me Brother, is not good. It's lazy, boring and badly written and the fact that Drake Bell has already proven to be a greet musician just makes this song even more embarrassing. The season 3 episode Girl Power makes Drake pretty sexist for the sake of the premise. The episode itself is fine, but it's a real disservice to Drake. In the same season, Little Sibling is the weakest of the show because they make Josh to be better than Drake when they're supposed to be a duo. At least it has a happy ending. Finally, while this wasn't the fault of the show, it was just stupid stupid to have the series finale, Really Big Shrimp, air before two Helicopter and Dance Contest. Yeah they were good episodes, but Really Big Shrimp was meant to be the ending of the show (before Merry Christmas, Drake and Josh of course). It's like showing the climax of the film before the set up; narratively, it makes no sense.
Conclusion: Drake & Josh holds up really well after all these years. The jokes were well thought out and on point, the characters are memorable, the theme song and score is catchy, and whenever there's drama, it's earned and felt by the audience. It's definitely Dan Schneider's best show considering it had the fewest mediocre episodes and unlikable characters. Ultimately, this show should be looked fondly upon and seen as the pinnacle of Dan Schneider's career.
