Tilewa Adebajo claims that the issue of Census before an election year is very volatile
The Economist and Chief Executive Officer of CFG Advisory, Tilewa Adebajo stated that the issue of Census before an election year is very volatile. Mr. Adebajo said this in an interview on CityTalks with Reuben Abati on City105.1 on Saturday. The subject of Population Census has been a discourse since the last population and housing census in Nigeria took place in 2006. When there was a clamour…

Welp.
So much for Mr. Cute FedEx Guy. He was kind of a jerk today. I won't repeat anything, because I don't want to dwell on it. I'm more irritated than injured. And a tad embarrassed by my translucent skin, which shows even the slightest hint of a blush. Grr. Anyway, CFG is not so cute anymore. Forget boys. I'll just adopt a puppy. They're cuter and more loyal.

Kids See Ghost at Camp Flog Gnaw 2018 Review/Experience
What’s up Y'all, so this is my first concert/festival review that I’ll be doing of many (I hope). This is going to be really informal for a minute until I get feedback about my writing style or simply become a better writer. I hope you enjoy.
First, let me talk about the atmosphere of the venue and concert. In 2017, Camp Flog Gnaw (CFG) was at Exposition Park in Los Angeles and the venue felt tight. A lot of the attractions and booths were bunched up together and to move from stage to stage you had to walk through what it seemed like an alleyway that didn’t have any scenery than metal gates. This year CFG got an upgrade in location (in my opinion), which was at the Dodgers Stadium parking lot. The back side of the parking lot offered a wide space which didn’t make me feel claustrophobic but also showed a sense of resourcefulness. There were porta potties by each stage, the food stands and the rides were placed in between the two stages so people were able to grab a drink, snack, or hop on a ride between the 45 minute wait time moving between sets. Also, as you moved from the Camp stage (main stage) to the Flog stage (second stage), you were greeted with a beautiful view of the LA skyline.
Quick disclaimer, if you didn’t read the title of this post I will only be talking about the Kids See Ghost (KSG) set because I didn’t go the first day of the festival and honestly just went this year to catch a glimpse of some Kanye West + Kid Cudi action. I was blessed and fortunate enough to go to CFG in 2017, as stated and was able to see most of the artists that were there the first day. Also, my sister hooked it up with some free tickets she won off the radio. Wild because I have never met anyone that has won those call-in to win radio segments. Shout out Jackie.
The whole day I was pretty antsy of getting the best possible spots to see KSG vividly, and hopefully see, with ease, Cudi smile. My group and I showed up around 4:30pm. After checking the merch lines and realizing we’d be waiting for a minute (approximately 2 hours), we said f*ck that and made the push to the Camp stage where KSG would be closing out the festival starting at 10pm. We got to the stage barely missing Taco but were able to catch Jorja Smith, Ms. Lauryn Hill, and Post Malone. All great sets. Between each set, we would move up while a sea of festival goers would leave to go to the Flog stage. During the wait between Post and KSG, the fire marshal made an announcement to the crowd asking the front portion of the crowd, where I ended up getting to, to take 3 steps back. This was impossible as the crowd was a standstill and packed up against the back security bar. I was stepping on people’s shoes (hopefully not J’s), people were stepping on my shoes (not J’s don’t worry), I couldn’t move my arms, a girl’s head was smashed into my back, and she said it was cool because I didn’t smell bad lmao (I took it as a compliment). The crowd of festival goers started chanting “f*ck you” at the marshal, but that didn’t change anything because he kept asking us to move back...
Now to Kids See Ghost! The stage was dark, smoke started to rise, and all of a sudden a glass box hanging from the top of the stage, which looked similar to Lorde’s tour set design (joke), appeared out of the dusk.
The instrumental to Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1 began to play and Kid Cudi yelled at the top of his lungs, “Sing that shit, you know it!”, which fueled a mosh pit of Travis Scott caliber. Surprisingly the space around me opened up and I had some space to breathe.
Here is the complete set list in order that KSG performed, I’ll try to talk about a couple in detail:
Father Stretch My Hands Pt.1
Feel the Love
Fire
4th Dimension
Freeee (Ghost Town, Pt.2)
Reborn
Kids See Ghost
Cudi Montage
Welcome to Heartbreak
Paranoid
Pursuit of Happiness (Nightmare)
Ghost Town
During Kanye’s spazzz out of Mike Patton sounds and gun snares on Feel the Love the crowd chanted along in the “Ba-ba-ba-ba Brrat-tat-da-da-da-da Ga-ga-ga-ga Brrr-ah-da-da, brrr-ah-da-da,” and it was the weirdest but most pleasing concert experience I’ve ever had. On one hand, everyone, including myself, were yelling nonsense at the top of our lungs, but on the other hand, everyone was enjoying themselves and we all had smiles on our faces (that sh*t was lit).
Kanye West asked the crowd to make a circle a damn 3 times during Freeee, and I don’t think anyone did. It was comedy, but this song was beautiful. Mr. West shouted that he loved Tyler, the Creator during the tune, and the rainbow visuals the two had in the background (pictured above) was more pleasing than most rave lights/visuals I’ve seen. Kanye, forgot some lyrics for Reborn, you know what, he kept “moving forward” and didn’t let that stop him. It’s just a classic Kanye move. What’s a Mr. West appearance without some forgotten lyrics. He also hit them exorcist type dance moves that got him trending during Kids See Ghost.
I’m not gonna say Kid Cudi carried Kanye’s dead weight during the performance but he hit line for line. The man was flawless. His Pursuit of Happiness performance was heart-warming, and it was great seeing Mr. Cudi smiling up in the glass box. Even his high pitch vocals on Ghost Town were on point.
I made it out with minimal bruises, and it made it all more worthwhile being there with great company whom sang note for note with me.
TL;DR
I couldn’t sum up the performance better than Reddit user, n30fir3, who commented, “I loved it although [Kanye] looked out of shape, forgot some lyrics and it looked like they turned [Kanye’s] mic on late a couple times, seeing him smile with Cudi and do all of his crazy dance moves made me smile so much I love these two both so much.”
If you made it this far thank you for reading. I know this was amateur af so if you have any advice or comments please send me an email at [email protected]. I promise I’ll get better, and I will try my best to make it shorter next post. Tune into KUCI 88.9FM on Wednesdays 2am-4am... you can stream on kuci.org/listen

SWP Can Help You Send Money To Your Family Members
Nobody likes to be dependent. Financial dependency is even worse!
In life, however, there are times your family members require your financial assistance to address their contingencies. In such a case, giving money in lump-sum isn’t the most helpful approach. Your loved ones might need your help for an extended period of time.
Under such circumstances, you can think of dedicating an SWP (Systematic Withdrawal Plan) to a family member in need. Mutual fund houses have started offering you unique options to transfer money to your family members.
SWP facilitates you to withdraw a fixed sum of money from a mutual fund scheme regularly (say monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually) and hold the potential to clock returns on the remaining investments over a period of time.
Both SIP and SWP have one thing in common: they instil a disciplined approach. Both of them help you tide over uncertain market conditions.
SIP allows you to accumulate more units through Rupee-cost averaging. While SWP lets you redeem lesser units to withdraw the same amount at a set frequency. In both cases, you try to make the best use of market volatility.
Recently, the SBI Mutual Fund launched Bandhan SWP—a unique facility that allows you to systematically withdraw money from your investments with the fund house and transfer it directly to the account of a beneficiary.
How SBI Mutual Fund describes Bandhan SWP?"Bandhan SWP defines the relationship between a 'Responsible Giver' (Investor) and a 'Confident Receiver' (Beneficiary). It facilitates a regular payout which the beneficiary can use for monthly sustenance, additional financial support, lifestyle maintenance or recurring expenses."
Briefing the media about this new initiative, Ms Anuradha Rao, MD and CEO of SBI Mutual Fund said, "We believe that using one's own investment corpus to create a tax efficient and regular payout to immediate family members not only provides the financial support to your loved ones, but also makes them confident and financially secure."
"Our endeavour is to bring a behavioral change amongst investors to move from a short-term approach to a wealth creation mindset with a long term orientation, and Bandhan SWP is a step in that direction”, added, Mr Navneet Munot, ED and CIO of SBI Mutual Fund.
More about Bandhan SWP...Who can be the beneficiary of the Bandhan SWP?Your parents, spouse, children, and siblings above 15 years, provided they are Indian residents.Formalities you need to complete…The beneficiary has to be Know Your Customer (KYC) compliant. Else, the recipient will have to present the verifiable proofs of his/her identity and address.
The recipient will also have to provide proof of identity, wherein the name of the specified beneficiary family member is mentioned—the marriage certificate or birth certificate or Passport to name a few.
If you opt for Bandhan SWP, you will have to get the written consent of the beneficiary, and the beneficiary will have to submit the cancelled cheque or the copy of bank statement.
How long will you have to continue with the plan?Once started, you will have to continue with Bandhan SWP for atleast 12 months, and the minimum monthly pay-out should be Rs 5,000. Should you opt for Bandhan SWP and similar options that other mutual funds might offer in future? While the concept of SWP is sound, you can live even without Bandhan and similar SWP options.
Moreover, you should always be mindful of the income tax provisions dealing with the clubbing of income. When you opt for a routine SWP or Bandhan, your potential
mutual funds returns
won’t be impacted.
This makes Bandhan (and all similar SWPs that potentially might come up) nothing more than a marketing gimmick that tries to emotionally appeal to its investors.
Editor's note:
To fulfil your financial goals, you first need to create a meticulous plan. Sure, it might sound like a daunting task for many of you. So, if you do need a helping hand in planning your finances, you could look up a Certified Financial Guardian (CFG) in your vicinity.
Try our SIP Calculator to find future value of your SIP contributions.

Franken urged to rethink resignation
With Zach Montellaro, Kevin Robillard, and Elena Schneider
The following newsletter is an abridged version of Campaign Pro’s Morning Score. For an earlier morning read on exponentially more races — and for a more comprehensive aggregation of the day’s most important campaign news — sign up for Campaign Pro today. (http://www.politicopro.com/proinfo)
Story Continued Below
WORTH WATCHING — “Franken urged to reverse his resignation,” by POLITICO’s Edward-Isaac Dovere: “At least four senators are urging Al Franken to reconsider resigning, including two who issued statements calling for the resignation two weeks ago and said they now feel remorse over what they feel was a rush to judgment. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), who urged Franken not to step down to begin with — at least not before he went through an Ethics Committee investigation — said the Minnesota senator was railroaded by fellow Democrats.” Full story.
FOR YOUR RADAR — Hawley to vote on housing tax credits: Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley, the likely GOP candidate to face Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill in 2018, is set to vote today on whether to eliminate a tax credit program that helps finance the construction of low-income housing throughout the state. Hawley sits on the Missouri Housing Development Commission, which is set to vote on Gov. Eric Greitens’ plan to zero out the credits. What makes this interesting? Well, for one, it’s an example of Greitens forcing an issue onto Hawley’s plate that the attorney general might not want to deal with. And guess who happens to be the single largest user of the tax credits in the state. A company owned by McCaskill’s husband, Joseph Shepard. The issue, which could end up slightly awkward for both McCaskill and Hawley, is a sleeper for their likely face-off in 2018.
WEB WARS — Club For Growth attacks ‘the Fincher that taxed Christmas’: CFG Action Tennessee, the Club for Growth arm backing Rep. Marsha Blackburn in the state’s Senate contest, is out with a Christmas-themed digital ad attacking fellow Republican Rep. Stephen Fincher for supporting a tax on Christmas trees. “Yes, boys and girls, in 2013 President Obama proposed a tax on Christmas trees,” the male narrator says in the ad. “And do you know who backed the Obama Christmas tree tax? Congressman Stephen Fincher, that’s who.”
DIANE BLACK STAFFS UP — Rep. Diane Black has assembled a set of top Republican operatives to run her Tennessee gubernatorial campaign. The team was confirmed to Morning Score. Matt Parker is the campaign manager. In 2016 he ran President Donald Trump’s effort in Florida. He previously worked with Florida Gov. Rick Scott, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and the Louisiana Republican Party. Lance Frizell is serving as senior adviser. He has worked for the Tennessee Republican Party, the Tennessee House Caucus, and served as chief of staff for Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey. Jordan Young is also a senior adviser for the campaign. Young served as deputy chief of staff to Ramsey and executive director of the Tennessee Senate Republican Caucus. Chris Hartline is the campaign’s communications director. Prior to that he was press secretary and communications director for the House Budget Committee under Chairman Black and has also served as war room director for Scott’s reelection campaign.
Days until the 2018 election: 322
Upcoming election dates — Arizona 8th District special primary: Feb. 27. Texas primaries: March 6. Pennsylvania 18th District special election: March 13. Illinois primaries: March 20.

PRIORITY ALERT — Priorities USA Chairman Guy Cecil penned a memo based on the results of surveys from a $2 million ad blitz the group conducted last month. Cecil writes: “The results have been striking: After voters are exposed to ads about the tax plan, the job approval numbers for the incumbent drops, and voters are more inclined to vote against the incumbent in next year’s midterm elections. These findings show that Congress should not move forward with the Republican tax plan. ... Priorities collected 12,237 responses from voters in 20 House districts where our ads appeared. We also surveyed voters in Nevada (whose senator, Dean Heller, voted for the plan and faces reelection next year). According to the survey, our ads accounted for a 3-point drop in lawmakers’ job approval numbers. Also, the percentage of voters who said they would vote to reelect the incumbent was 3 points lower among those who saw the ads.”
ICYMI — “Rebelling Republican suburbs offer Democrats path to House control,” by The New York Times’ Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns: “The mounting backlash to President Trump that is threatening his party’s control of Congress is no longer confined just to swing districts on either coast. Officials in both parties believe that Republican control of the House is now in grave jeopardy because a group of districts that are historically Republican or had been trending that way before the 2016 election are slipping away. … From Texas to Illinois, Kansas to Kentucky, there are Republican districts filled with college-educated, affluent voters who appear to be abandoning their usually conservative leanings and newly invigorated Democrats, some of them nonwhite, who are eager to use the midterms to take out their anger on Mr. Trump.” Full story.
POLLING DATA — Generic ballot shows GOP down 8 points in CA-39: An internal poll released by Democrat Gil Cisneros’ campaign shows Republicans trail a generic Democrat by 8 points, 45 percent to 37 percent. In a hypothetical match-up, GOP Rep. Ed Royce leads Cisneros (who’s running against a handful of Democratic opponents) by 4 points, 48 percent to 44 percent, with 8 percent are undecided. Trump is largely unpopular in the suburban district, as 56 percent view him unfavorably. Check out the full polling memo here.
STAFFING UP — Bacon adds personnel in NE-02: Rep. Don Bacon (R-Neb.) announced that Mary Jane Truemper will serve as his campaign manager and Dean Dennhardt will serve as finance director, according to a statement from his campaign.
— End Citizens United adds staff: End Citizens United announced that it’s adding four new staffers across several departments, including Courtney Corbisiero, who served as Hillary Clinton’s digital director in Wisconsin, as digital director; Scott Fay as deputy political and PAC director; Lynn Jorden as research director for ECU’s independent expenditure; and Andrew Laskar as national finance director. Jordan Wood, who served as ECU’s national finance director, will now serve as political director.
ADMINISTRATION SPEED READ — “Sen. Kennedy says Trump called him after grilling of judicial nominee went viral,” by POLITICO’s Nolan D. McCaskill: “President Donald Trump phoned Sen. John Kennedy over the weekend and told him to do his job when White House staff send over an unqualified nominee for Senate confirmation, the Louisiana Republican said Monday. ‘The president and I get along fine, and he has told me, he said, ‘Kennedy, when some of my guys send somebody over who’s not qualified, you do your job,’” the senator recalled in an interview Monday morning with WWL-TV. ‘And I said, “Thank you, Mr. President.” And I intend to do that.’ In a viral video posted by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) and viewed more than 8 million times, Kennedy grilled Matthew Petersen, a member of the Federal Election Commission and a judicial nominee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. A White House official confirmed Monday that Petersen had withdrawn from consideration for the post after coming under fire for his performance at the hearing.” Full story.
QUOTE OF THE DAY: “I’m not running as an impeachment candidate and I don’t think Jerry Nadler is either.” — Rep. Zoe Lofgren said in reference to the jockeying between her and Nadler to be the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, which has historically led the impeachment process.

Can we hear about Mr. Completely Fucked Guy
Ok so I was thinking of the quest where you assassinate the Emperor. Thinking that having a Cyrod Listener would be interesting.
Then I thought... The Imperial cult has some militant wings like the Order of the Hour and the Vigil of Stendarr. what if Cyrodiil saw a rise of insurgent priests of Talos after the white gold concordat.
Mr. CFG is one of those priests. His cell was flushed out and he fled to Skyrim where he thought to find sanctuary among the Stormcloaks. He carries an axe and doesn't say shit and kills with efficiency. Ulfric sees his value as an attack dog. His presence in windhelm eventually leads him to Aventus Arentino.
CFG, like any violent religious wackjob, believes Talos speaks through him. Aventus's plight was a sign. The lagging Sithis worship in the Falkreath sanctuary is a sign. And finally, the contract to kill the whole-ass emperor of Tamriel, the spawn of some pretender with not a drop of dragon blood in his veins...
I don't know that I'm actually going to write up the story but he is rattling around in my brain like an empty spray paint can.

When you opt for a routine SWP or Bandhan, your potential mutual funds returns won’t be impacted.

7 Avenues To Invest As Bank Deposit Rates Fall
This is an unusual phenomenon, especially considering we are a developing country. Banks are flooded with deposits and the credit offtake has recently hit the lowest level in the last decade. As per the data from RBI, credit growth for the fortnight ended on March 03, 2017 stood at a mere 4.1% -- indicating that there’s still a risk-averseness on the part of banks, and even corporations are shying away from borrowing big-ticket loans. Many of them are finding it difficult to service the existing debt. This further reduces the possibility of any revival in the credit growth. As a result, banks will be reluctant to raise fresh deposits until the borrowing activities pick up momentum. Needless to say, in FY 2017-18, interest rates on deposits are likely to stay under pressure. Recent actions by various banks support this assumption. Many private sector banks such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and also new entrants like Bandhan Bank have recently revised deposit rates downwards. Commenting on the falling deposit rates, Mr Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, MD of Bandhan Bank said,“Credit growth is at a historical low. Banks have no alternative but to cut deposit rates as they have lesser opportunity to deploy the fund.” Echoing his view, Mr Shyam Srinivasan, MD of the Federal Bank said,“These are not decisions taken in isolation. It’s often calibrated to growth in credit, competitive scenarios, the credit to deposit ratio of the concerned bank and of course credit quality.” Also, the Government reduced interest rates on Small Savings Schemes (SSS) such as Public Provident Fund (PPF)), Kisan Vikas Patra (KVP), and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana by 10 bps (basis points) lately. One basis point is a hundredth of a percent. Now the question is, where you should invest under present scenario? PersonalFN believes you shouldn’t speculate on the movement of any asset class and that includes the movement of interest rates on bonds and deposits. Your investment preferences should be guided by your financial goals and aligned with your risk appetite. Therefore, revisit your asset allocation plan if required and rebalance your portfolio if needed. As a part of rebalancing your portfolio, if you need to make fresh investments, here are suggested avenues to consider:
Balanced Funds (if you have a high risk appetite and a investment horizon of at least 3-5 years)
Large cap funds (for high risk appetite; for risk averse investors with a investment horizon of 2-3 years)
MIPs (for moderate risk takers with an investment horizon of 2-3 years)
Dynamic bond funds (for moderate risk takers with an investment horizon of at least 3 years)li>
Short-term funds (for moderate risk takers with an investment horizon of 2-3 years)
Ultra-short term funds (for risk averse investors with an investment horizon of 3-6 months)
Liquid funds (for risk averse investors with an investment horizon of less than 6 months)
Compared to
bank FDs,
the aforesaid investment avenues are also tax efficient. And never forget, you should always look at the inflation-adjusted returns, so as long as they are positive, you shouldn’t bother about nominal interest rates.
