hmnnmnmnmnm grumbles. i mean i suppose its fine in a fairy tale "and then they saved the universe thru the power of fwendship and kindness ^_^" kind of way like i guess there's nothing outright offensive about this ending. but also nothing about the scenario has convinced me that mark isn't exactly like every other ruler that eventually grows jaded and desensitized to the concept of oppression in the name of the greater good that we've been shown throughout the comic up until this point.

like mark is an extremely emotionally-driven character who makes mistake after mistake but now he's just the perfect ruler because he's our specialest little guy i guess
