A true icon of Hoodoo Folklore & History, Railroad Bill became the shape-shifting bandit who could only be killed by a silver bullet; infamous for his brazen Wild West/Robin Hood-style escapades - he'd chuck food from moving train cars so Negro residents wouldn't starve during the Great Depression & hijack trains.
He was a turpentine camp's laborer turned rifle/pistol touting outlaw, spearheading his own gang of train bandits, at war with the Southern Railroad companies of the late 1800s, namely the L&N Railroad Line - after being thrown from a moving car for not paying his fare. Having allegedly killed at least 2 sherrifs, several detectives & railroad cops in dozens of gun fights over several years, Railroad Bill drew the festering ire of law enforcement agencies across the Deep South & became the face of every wanted poster with an ever rising reward.
Slater was ultimately ambushed while eating at a general store in Atmore, AL by detectives from Chicago, a bounty hunter from TX, a Constable and his crew, & the store clerk. They paraded his body to Montgomery & Birmingham, AL as well as Pensacola, FL where officers charged 25 cents per person to view his remains. Officers aimed to have his body petrified to be put on permanent display. However, City officials prohibited it. His body was ultimately buried in the Negro section of St. John's Cemetery in Pensacola, FL. to an unmarked grave (having finally been marked in 2012) as the final testing place of the legendary desperado.

We also have reason to believe you will try and attack that location tonight while we're trying to transition and no it's not Kansas it did happen in the south that area emptied out pretty good near the wall and there's a lot less communications there one would think and less people it was really surprised because you would think other states would not allow it that are in the south that they would try and keep a chain and through the gate and so forth and it just was horrible it made it worse. And we've seen it before if they can get in and out they start to fight other groups to try and control that and it made it a horrendous place and it's the first place they left and the upper Midwest too is always a mess and believe it or not the northern border of Alabama is only like 10 miles north of the wall hutter of Alabama is in the area of the wall those tunnels are plugged and people try and unplug them all day and night with that area from the wall to the northern border almost about 10 miles shy of Tennessee that parallel is what we're talking about controlling and it goes over from East Tennessee just west of the Appalachians about five miles and yeah they try and go over there. And a lot of them get caught by the max first in that location. It goes over to Arkansas and the wall drops down a little S 10 more miles to the border of Tennessee but in Arkansas and it continues yeah Memphis is just barely in your area it continues across The wall is only about 10 miles north of Little Rock god knows why Little Rock is south of it. It's an odd thing stupid strange. And it continues west to Oklahoma and it's really up around the northern border of Arkansas at that parallel to Oklahoma and it's all the way to the southern border of Oklahoma and it is 10 miles to the south of it it's that huge area that we're getting control over and I will say that part of Kansas as well Probably 30 or 40 miles into the state but that leaves the bugs 70 miles to the north that's still a chunk of it and we have a lot of influence in Kansas. And we are moving out to take over these areas and that would include 90% of Oklahoma that's where your oil comes from. Mostly you'll have to go to the ocean in Texas and you're too late to get your equipment. Now the next rung up after Tennessee is Kentucky and we've already made inroads there and most of Missouri and part of West Virginia and the rest of Kansas and Nebraska and along with that will come South Dakota that'll start tomorrow and we'll have it by Friday or Saturday our territory N Dakota is your pathway out of the upper Midwest. We will begin taking that as well but not the whole thing now we will probably have halfway up Kentucky by the end of the day tomorrow and like we said the second half is where most of the equipment is and it's going to be a big battle with you guys fighting over it. And we're gonna start taking stuff now and it until it's empty and we take it to other areas it's not really under our control yet but it will be by the end of this week I'm kinda gonna make it happen cause we're sick of you and the 20% that remained is now almost only 15% most of it is north of Tennessee. Once we take the upper Midwest we have a plan to roll the wall S and Memphis will no longer be in your territory birmingham AL is going to be just south of the wall and people will evacuate.
