When the seat rises are still has to be storage behind it and when it lowers the storage behind it so when you get on the street you can use it in the big wheel mode and it's faster and it's more efficient but for real it's safer your center of gravity is lower and you won't get hurt on the sidewalk when it's high up there in your scooter you can fall over and you're already not doing too good lots of people you can make the seat rise hydraulically for those who are truly handicapped and it can be a handicapped item and you can qualify it with the federal government as a wheelchair or assisted mobility device whatever they call it and you can get Federal funding for building them and discounts for selling them people will get them for free they look different but this is the idea
