Sanders Sides Ranked: Flirting???

Why do I have “For Legal Reasons This is a Joke” stamped on the front here? Because I get to saying some shit later that is NOT meant to be taken seriously. I enjoy saying words recreationally and making bits, not everything I say all the time is an accurate representation of my thoughts or beliefs and I just want to make that clear when posting on the piss on the poor webbed site.

Sorry, Logan. I don’t think he cares actually, but just in case. I would [verb] you. I also don’t think he cares about that, but just in case.

Also after adding the text on Logan's picture I decided I should add a little blurb to every slide so you can tell exactly how not biased I am.

When trying to decide on widespread appeal I had to acknowledge that most people would probably find him kind of annoying, which is his right, for sure, but then I had to gauge how annoying and how much that mattered and it took me a while.

For niche appeal, I just think that most theater kids™ don’t want to [verb] other theater kids™. They do [verb] for sure, but mostly because they can’t get anyone else because they’re theater kids™ and I think other insecure people mostly want to give him a hug.

(I was a theater kid but not a theater kid™, though I knew some. I just want theater kids™ to know it is their right to be insufferable.)

He's really kind of got two tricks, one is being dad and the other is being sad. I think I'd like to give him a Patt-on the head. If you're into that, though, hopefully you're also into frogs.

Look I was at one point part of all four niche appeal groups and I’m still part of two, this may be a targeted attack, but I caught myself in the crossfire.

Putting Roman in there was a joke bc you cannot tell me you don't classify what Janus was doing as flirting and it worked very well on our prince.

And unrelated to the ranking, I just get jump scared every time I see what Janus actually looks like bc he has long hair to me now. Where are his beautiful locks? Who cut my wife's hair?

Ok look. Quality of banter. We ALL saw his episode, ok? That was NOT top tier creative work. Granted he’s been locked in the basement for a long time so it’s understandable, but that doesn’t change the facts. 

For his blurb I was between what I wrote and something along the lines of "I would forcefem him" and I don't think either of those convey to you how not biased I am but just know that I adore him.

I had a blast making this, I kept cracking myself up, which means probably zero other people think it’s funny but here we are.

I actually went into this thinking I would have Logan as the worst and I thought Roman and Janus would tie for best so I’m glad to see we all have the same general consensus. It looks like this list would go Roman, Janus, Patton, Remus, Virgil, Logan.

I did my best to cut out any egregious swearing and anything explicit so I hope everyone can appreciate my sacrifice /j. Thanks for joining me, argue about it in the comments and reblogs. (<- Also a joke, please be nice.)

5. Do you respond to comments?

I try to but I always get really busy/tired and then it's been so long it feels like it would be weird if I did. Plus, sometimes my answers by nature of the comments can get repetitive and then even though I'm being sincere I feel insincere which sucks. However, if a comment has a direct question or something I actually have like, something unique to say about, I'm much more likely to respond sooner rather than later/never. I appreciate every single comment soooo much though literally my motivation to get through the day like 80 percent of the time

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I'm going to stick with Ted Lasso fics here since I have so many fics posted and this is my Ted Lasso sideblog and say... well, most of the time I have a bittersweet ending and then some sort of hopeful epilogue (such as with ink sunset and make a mess of you) but I guess betrayal's sting / absolution's balm or something to get off my chest may qualify?

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Uhhh, honestly, most of them are happy endings. I think trick & treat and matters of the heart end on particularly high notes?

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not in this fandom! Yet

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Oh, yeah, baby. So much. Not sure what "kind" means in this context. It sure is explicit smut. I have tended almost exclusively towards hot transgender sex the last few years because. yknow. hi. but somehow I don't think that's the intention in the question.

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

I do, but I haven't posted a lot. Only one on this account (a Gravity Falls x The Mysterious Benedict Society crossover that started as a joke because of a shared actress) although I had an interesting Shadowhunters x The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess fusion on my other account. I've written some pretty weird WIPs, though. And I've got some posts about Ted Lasso crossover/AUs, like a Sarah Jane Adventures AU, a Pushing Daisies AU, a Stardust AU... You can find that kind of thing in this tag on my blog.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Yes. Not in this fandom, though, as far as I'm aware.

Yes! Again, not in this fandom, though.

Not really.

14. What’s your all time favorite ship?

Oh, man, I don't know if I can decide. Magnus/Alec (TV version only I'll die on this hill) will always hold a special place in my heart, but I've got other "obsessed with this when I was a kid" ships and also recency bias/current hyperfixation means Trent/Ted screams as an immediate answer, and so on and so forth. I'm bad at picking favorites. Overall, I'd probably say one of those two, or both.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Sticking to Ted Lasso again (I have. so many MBS WIPs. god.) I'd say lost sight of (who you are) (lost motivation, want to finish, fuck!!) or sweeter than heaven (hotter than hell) (got mad at it), or!! oh!!! ink sunset (stuck) and possibly the next installment of matters of the heart. Yeah, I have a problem

16. What are your writing strengths?

I think I'm pretty good at being funny and also at eloquent but perhaps a little too verbose metaphors. I love me an elaborate metaphor

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

It's hard for me to focus and get what I have in my head out sometimes, even when I really want to. Whether it's being unable to organize or just my brain flat-out refusing to cooperate and do anything. Also, I'm way too like. easily discouraged with lack of feedback, and even a little negative feedback can kind of ruin my week and make me never wanna go back to that story ever again.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I just realized. The questions seemed familiar but I wasn't sure why and now I know, now that I've gotten to this question. I have done this game before and I remember bc of this question. I was confused bc it was under a different name, I think the questions were in a different order, and it was sometimes slightly differently worded but nope! This is the same one! Weird Anyway, just for this particular question, I'm going to copy-paste my old answer because I'm lazy. I’m extremely bad at linguistics in general, so if I must include someone talking in another language in my fic, I think I’d tend to cheat and do italics or some other indication that this is ‘in another language’ (ie “Where are you going?” she asked in Russian), but that’s admittedly a lazy approach. But I also think it’s probably better than butchering it with an auto-translator? Also, when people just include the translation in the end notes, even with a link (although that makes it marginally better) it breaks the flow of the story and makes it hard to read. Making an effort to at least match grammar is good (which I would do if it was for longer than a single scene, probably) but I think the best solution is when people know what they’re doing and like, have an actual translation with a little html code so you can click on it and it reveals what it means? Or if you’re clever, revealing what it means using context around it, but that has its own limitations. So that both like, uses the actual language and doesn’t break up the flow. It balances accessibility, flow, and respect for the other language in question well. But you’ve got to both know what you’re doing with the language (either asking someone/hiring someone/knowing the language yourself) and the html (although there are guides for that you’d have to spend time figuring it out + know it exists in the first place to look). And this is fanfiction, something we ultimately do for free in our spare time, so the lazy approach, I think, can be understandable. Maybe not in every context, but it’s not worth stressing a lot over in a few random lines or anything, you know? It is really cool when people do know a language well enough to include it properly in a fic, though, it can say a lot about a character or dynamic; and their background(s) and like. it’s neat :)

Ever? Doctor Who. And I don't remember the order, but after that I know I wrote some stuff about Star Trek (mostly TNG but I believe also TOS), Supernatural, A:LTA, Marvel, WTNV, and the Stanley Parable? I think I first posted either Supernatural or WTNV

193 as of now! Wow that's more than I thought I'd have.

2. What's your total Ao3 word count?

1,537,974! That's about what I expected actually xD

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Well I got dragged into the Danny Phantom fandom recently as I'm sure you all can tell. The show was actually a really big part of my childhood, but this is the first time I've been actively in the fandom, go figure! Of course I'm still in the Sanders Sides fandom, and I'm back once again in the Phineas and Ferb fandom, still chipping away at that long fic I've been working on for a while.

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos? 

These aren't too surprising to me, as they're also my fics with the most hits.

5. You Just Didn't Notice with 349 kudos (dear god please don't go find that one it's from so long ago I can't bear to look at it).

4. Warm with 356 kudos! I think this is the touch starved light sides au I wrote! Yeah I'm still fond of that one

3. By Any Other Name has 365 kudos! Still think fondly of my time writing that one, it was so fun.

2. Consequences with 420 kudos! Honestly I'm a little surprised this one is in my top 5 I guess a lot of people just really liked it.

Protector! Yeah, no surprises here. This one seriously blew up on me, it's got more hits than any other work I've ever posted on AO3. 504 kudos!

5. Do you respond to comments?

Sure do! I make an effort to respond to every single one I get if I can, unless I just cannot for the life of me think of anything to say. And I do read all of them, rest assured that even if all you get is a "Thank you!" that I loved and appreciated your comment, and that I mean those "Thank you"s every time.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Honestly, I'm not sure, most of my fics tend towards happier endings, even if the time before that sucks ass for everyone involved. I could pick any number of one shots from series, but I'm not sure those count as complete stories, since most of one shot series do actually tell a story. Oh you know what, I'm looking through my stuff and it's "Denied Reconciliation" for Roleslaying With Roman. Yeah nothing's getting better in that one.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

This might sound weird for anyone who's read the fic, but in my mind I think it might be Protector? I listen to "Carry On" by Fun whenever I think about the ending for that fic because it fits the vibe so well, and because that's what the ending is about. Everyone is going to move on and live their lives to the fullest. Not everything's going to be sunshine and rainbows, but the characters don't want that anyway. They get to work to fix things and they have a chance for a really good and full and fulfilling life coming for them. What's happier than that?

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not really, actually, I'm very fortunate in that everyone seems to get that I'm just trying to share stories I love writing for fandoms and characters that I love. Thanks to all my readers, y'all are the best!

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Nope! Not necessarily because I'm completely opposed to the idea, I have technically written a couple makeout fics, but when it comes to smut I feel like I'm too ace to know what I'm doing xD

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

I don't, mostly just cause they don't scratch my brain in the way that inspires writing for me. I've read some really amazing ones and I definietly come up with some in my head from time to time, but I'm not sure I'll ever actually write one.

Thankfully no, or at least not that I know of.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Yep! I'm currently writing and co-posting Defense Mechanisms with VorpalGirl on AO3, and I brainstorm enough with her and with my QPP @mishiitake-mushrooms that I end up putting them in the author's notes with credit quite a bit, and in my mind, that counts!

14. What's your all-time favourite ship?

Honestly I don't ship nearly as much as I used to. This may be a bit of a cop-out answer, but I find myself getting way more invested in sibling dynamics lately. I'm loving writing about Phineas and Ferb and Candace in my long fic, and Danny and Jazz in my new AU. Even in Sanders Sides, I'm tending more towards Roman and Remus lately, and of course brotherly dukexiety will have my heart until the end of everything. If I had to pick one, it would probably honestly be Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy in Pride and Prejudice? Kind of an out of left field answer, but I love how much both of them change in the book and I love how their romance is handled. Jane Austen is good at romance, I know, hot take.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I have a Light Side Virgil AU where Virgil was a light side from the start that I still absolutely love, but I'm not sure I'll finish at this point. I still want to, I've just got so much going on that it's going to be a while if I ever get to it.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue and plot! Sometimes I write what I jokingly refer to as my "stick two characters in a room together" fics where I do exactly that and just let them talk to each other. It's some of my favorite writing to do, actually. And I absolutely adore getting to plan and figure out plots and watch everything as it comes together as I write. Story epiphanies are the best.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I struggle a bit with action scenes, since character and dialogue are my strong suit writing characters just doing a whole bunch of stuff is difficult (especially if it's a fight scene, woof.)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I am definitely not strong enough in any languages other than maybe French to pull it off, but I think it's really cool when people do it!

19. First fandom you wrote for?

My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. I was 12 no you can't see them.

20. Favorite fic you've written?

I'm not sure I have one, honestly? I have this thing that happens where I put all of my excitement and energy into whatever fic I'm currently writing xD

I do definitely have a couple that are very close to my heart for various reasons, though. Protector was my first fic that went over 100,000 words, and for that as well as numerous other reasons I'm very proud of it! Hope With Me turned out almost exactly how I pictured it in my head which is, like, crazy to me. I did a shit ton of math I'm really proud of for Three Minutes Less. I did coding for Seeking Advice. I wrote a bit about how I think aplatonicism would work in Friendship is Magic in Same Conclusion, which is the one MLP fic from me you get to see.

I don't know, I don't really want to name a favorite fic I've ever written, that takes away the possibility that I could still write it in the future! And yeah, I get the question is really asking "favorite fic so far," but... I don't know, I like too many of my fics for different reasons. I hope that's not too much of a cop-out answer.

I’ve never done this kind of thing before (mostly because I’m almost never on tumblr) but I love being asked about what little writing I do.

1. How many works do you have on ao3?

8 right now. I just can’t seem to sit down and finish all the fics I want to write.

2. What's your total ao3 word count?

22,572 words (for now).

3. What fandoms do you write for?

I have things brewin’ for pretty much any fandom I find myself in. But as for what’s on ao3, it’s really just Nobodies (video game) right now. I’ve been working on some Dimension 20 and Star Wars fics though.

4. What are your top five fics by kudos?

1. Take All the Courage You Have Left — Dimension 20 (the most popular fandom I’ve written for)

2. Meet Us in the Movie Pit — Sanders Sides (first fic that I’ve posted still on ao3)

I try to, even if it takes me a little while. Not on all my fics, mostly because they weren’t the labors of love some of the others were (ie: any of my Nobodies fics).

6. What's the fic you wrote that has the angstiest ending?

Oof I haven’t really written any angst yet. Probably…Expedition Survived? It’s a GTFO fic and that game has quite the angst potential. Other than that, probably You’re In Too Deep, though it ends on a humorous note.

7. What's the fic you wrote that has the happiest ending?

Hmm…Movie Pit I think.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Nah, nothing I’ve noticed. Please don’t try to change that.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Nope. Not sure I ever will, just don’t see the need to.

10. Do you write crossovers?

I haven’t, but I’d be willing to if I got a good idea.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Don’t think so.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

No, but I’d be honored if anyone wanted—hope they like under appreciated mobile games!

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Just The Apostles. A frenzied research project that my friend added fun to. Not sure why I had suddenly become obsessed with knowing everything about the 12 Apostles, but luckily I had a pretty cool friend that enjoyed the process too.

14. What's your all-time favorite ship?

Ooo…I don’t know that I have one. I flip fandoms sporadically, but ones I come back to a lot is The Witcher and Assassin’s Creed. Eskel/Geralt probably. Or maybe Ezio/Leonardo. It’s a tie really. Don’t make me choose. Please.

15. What's a wip you want to finish, but don't think you ever will?

Here’s the thing. I try not to have wips, because it’s very hard for me to just sit down and write. And if I don’t just to sit and write, then I don’t finish a fic. This is why I currently only have one multi-chapter fic, one-shots are just easier for me (plus, the one-shots are often a couple thousand words). So, none?

16. What are your writing strengths?

Oh man. Uhh…

Writing what I want, I guess? I don’t write much because I prefer to read other people’s works.

Really, I’d say dialogue. My current fic is a lot of dialogue, so I’m getting a lot of practice.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Fuckin’ tenses, mate. I try so hard to keep my fics in the same tense, but then somewhere I suddenly slip without realizing! I’m trying! And characterizing—it’s why I go for the characters with little to none, I’m just too worried about being OoC.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I would do it, if I had someone double-triple check it’s correct. And if I could figure out how to do that thing on ao3 where you can hover over a word and it shows the translation (even on mobile sometimes!!).

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Ever in my life? Probably Warrior Cats or Harry Potter, that was about the age I was in when I got into fanfiction. First posted on ao3? Skyrim. First posted on ao3 that is still there? Sanders Sides.

20. Favorite fic you've written?

You’re in Too Deep! I went into a fugue state when I was writing it and I’m very proud of it. I’m really liking Beyond My Remote Concern, but I have one more chapter, so we’ll see how it ends up.

Today is the 3 year anniversary of my attempt and a lot has changed

okay so I'm mostly making this post because I am comfortable enough to talk about what happened (not in detail of course) but this is not for attention or to gain sympathy. this is simply to get all these feelings out. Okay so to give some background this all happened around 2020, my mental health wasn't the greatest, was dealing with family shit and was pretty isolated because of the lockdown. And then one day in the rough enough mental state I was in thought "why should I keep living? I don't bring anything to this world". And soon that thought kept going. about a month I decided it would be best if I just ended it all.

I attempted and the next thing I knew I was in the hospital. The first person that I saw when waking up was my brother. He didn't talk for a bit until I started to talk and he seemed just happy to talk to me. I didn't expect it and thought he would be angry with what I did. He never question me or anything all he did was talk to me. about a week into the hospital and a mental evaluation I was sent home.

Was not given a warm welcome by my parents but my brother definitely was ready for me to come home. Me and my brother had always hung out before but he started hanging out with me more than usual. I appreciated it and we started to bond more.

then right around July I had made a twitch account and soon discovered a series on youtube called sanders sides. Soon I started trying to find people who were in sanders sides as well and I ended up sticking with someone because I found their works cool. Then that person had gotten me into horror and I found even more people that I still stick with. Then that got me into writing and music as well as working on my art skills more.

Right around 2021 is when I felt like things were getting better, started looking into my gender and sexuality identity. But I kept feeling like something was off. kept talking to my therapist and soon I was diagnosed with C-PTSD and persistent depressive disorder. soon I got help with those and during 2022 I was diagnosed with adhd.

I wanted to share my story but I started seeing stories of people who lost family members from them ending their life and I felt guilty at the fact that I survived. But I've come to the realization that those people who've lost family members to that, while it may make them a little sad at the fact they couldn't save their family members they would also be glad that my brother didn't lose me.

now fast forward to this year. I identify as nonbinary aroace, I have 2 chronic illnesses. Those being chronic migraines and endometriosis. I have C-PTSD, PDD, ADHD and Schizophrenia. I love horror and drawing cute creepy things. I write in my spare time and sometimes do a bit of experimental music making. I like to do drag sometimes, playing video games and talking to people. My dream job one day is to become a therapist.

I hope me sharing my story will help some people feel less alone. and please, you are worth. there is someone that loves and cares about you.

All the fandoms I’ve ever considered myself to be a part of

-Frozen - Age 12-Age 12 - (2013)  - What can I say. I was 12, I saw Frozen. Obsessed over Elsa for a couple months. That was just the tiny bit of lesbian in me jumping out from behind the ace-ness for the first time. -Inside Out - Age 13-Age 14 - (2014-2015) - I saw Inside Out. I was 13. Obsessed over Joy for a few months. Sounds as cringy as it was. That was also the second time the tiny bit of lesbian in me jumped out. -Minecraft: Story Mode - Age 14-Age 14 - (2015) - It doesn’t get more cringy than this. I don’t know why I fixated on it as long as I did. But I did. It was bad, as in really really painfully cringy bad. I also made my tumblr account during this obsession. Actually made some posts about it. (Which are all long gone now) -Star Wars Rebels & The Clone Wars - Age 14-Present - (2015-Present) - Finally a good one. I’m not obsessed over them anymore, but I still like them. Especially with the last season of The Clone Wars. That hurt pretty bad. And Ashoka Tano is still one of my all time favourite fictional characters. -Harry Potter - Age 15-Present - (2016-Present) - It’s Harry Potter. I finished reading the books when I was 15. I have since disowned JK Rowling, but the story and characters still speak true, for the most part. I am a Ravenclaw! -Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) - Age 15- Present - (2016-Present) - Saw Spider-Man Homecoming. Loved it. Watched the rest of MCU. Loved it. Couple years later, watched Infinity War and Endgame. Was crushed, but loved it , for the most part. I’m not quite obsessed anymore, but I still like it a lot. Spider-Man is my favourite superhero. -Dan and Phil - Age 16-Present - (2017-Present) - I wasn’t ever really obsessed, but I watched their videos and followed a few fan pages on Instagram. Still watch Phil’s videos when he uploads. -Jacksepticeye & Markiplier - Age 16-Present - (2017-Present) - NOT Septiplier. I just discovered them both at the same time. Like the last one, I’ve never really been obsessed. I just enjoy their videos. Ethan too, now! -Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them - Age 16-Present - (2017-Present) - Yeah, I just really connected to Newt Scamander too much. The first movie made me fall back in love with the whole Harry Potter universe for a bit. The second movie lost my interest after a week. Still like the characters, though. -The Greatest Showman - Age 17-Age 17 - (2018-2018) - Ah, my introduction to musicals. Did you know there’s actually a surprising amount of fanfiction for this one? I basically spent a summer break blasting “From Now On” in my headphones at 3 AM every night. -Mary Poppins - Age 17-Age 17 - (2018-2019) - I saw Mary Poppins Returns. My brain went: “ooh, possibly ace immortal woman who can do magic?” And I ran with it for a while. -This is where my brain went dark for a few months. Nothing new from any of my fandoms for ages, the online communities of all of them were beyond dead, and I was just disinterested in everything. My brain had nothing to fixate on, so it started to fixate on scary things. This went on for about 4 months, from January 2019 until late April 2019. It got really bad. -Sanders Sides - Age 18-Present - (2019-Present) - My savour fandom. My main fandom. I’ve never been completely obsessed with any fictional work for this long before. I saw the video: “Tongue Twisted - A Speaking Backwards Challenge” on my YouTube recommended, recognized Thomas from Vine, and thought “what the heck”. Watched the video. Laughed hard. For the first time in 4 months. Accepting Anxiety Part 2 was recommended next. Thought “hey, I’ve been dealing with a crazy amount of anxiety lately, how convenient!” Watched the recap, realized there was a first part, clicked on that and watched the first part first. Then watched the second part. Then watched the rest of the episodes and the rest of Thomas’s videos. Reactivated my Tumblr account. Started drawing again. Found a lot of new music I loved. Started performing much more confidently. Accepted every part of my sexuality and started the (ongoing) process to figure out where I am on the gender spectrum. I know a lot of people say Thomas & Sanders Sides saved them, and I know it’s usually a factor of a lot of things. But really, discovering Thomas Sanders kicked off a recovery process for me. With the videos talking about mental health, to just Thomas and how amazing he is, and of course the fandom, which is where I got actual support and nice comments on my art for the first time ever. I don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t discovered this Thomas when I did. 

Of course, disclaimer, I was in the process of getting professional mental health help before this pandemic happened. You cannot just rely on fandoms, or YouTubers forever. All I’m saying is Sanders Sides and Thomas significantly helped in starting my recovery. Also just a reminder if anyone ever wants/needs to talk to someone, I’m more than happy to.

So I have a main blog, where I post Sanders Sides content, but mostly reblog things that I like and I have about 70 followers (of course active are like five people lol). I'm thinking about creating a side blog for my fanart, but I know it will be hard to find an audience, especially if I won't post that often. And I think posting on my main is a bad idea, there're already too much of everything.

So my question is, what do you think is the best thing I should do in this situation? Maybe I could tag some mutuals like "hi please follow me on this blog too" or something... I don't know.

if you intent to take art seriously or just want to have an organized art blog (i don't have one i can't say that) then i think you should go ahead and make a side blog for all of your art! using tags can attract your followers or just reblog your art onto your main blog so that your mutuals can know that you now have an art blog that they can follow! i don't do the tagging mutuals thing in your post but i assure you that it's not uncommon in fandoms, it's just that you want to share your work with your friends and i think they'd appreciate it if you do tag them. that's all i can say

When you have a dollhouse that’s an exact replica of the big house, and everything that happens in reality also happens in the dollhouse, you get a tidy metaphor for the concept of “as above, so below” that the show leans on completely in later seasons. “Smashing toys” here might be literal, but... it’s like the whole plot of the cosmic nonsense from Chuck, the archangels, right on down the line.

Plus Dean must confront the fact that people might think he’s queer, and mostly he just feels uncomfortable at being seen. (summed up nicely in this post from mid s10, to which I would only add that this was before Dean essentially completely opened up to Cas, since this post describes it as Cas being “sort of” allowed to be intimate with Dean, and that intimacy effectively explodes in following seasons).

Plus Dean is hammered over the head with the awful promise that John extracted from him before dying, and which has slowly been grinding him down all season long. Sam effectively grabs that bit of sandpaper and replaces it with an industrial belt sander (warning for folks who adore Sam, since I love him too... I am... not fond of him in this episode lol... even less so in the next one...).

But I did manage to keep this one pretty close to an hour! Yay me!

Just imagine for a few minutes Sobbe's wedding (after the engagement)

It was a very important day for them, as this day symbolized the union of their love forever. Everything was going wonderfully well - even better than they had imagined! And they were so happy because it had been in their heads for so long, in fact, ever since their night at the penthouse suite when they were younger and Sander had already planned everything. It was also exciting for the two lovers because it was a dream come true and they were enjoying every minute together, whispering sweet nothings in each other's ears, kissing proudly and smiling always.

The room was mostly white but also black (because Sander wanted to keep it aesthetic). There were twinkling lights everywhere, and a big table standing in the center of the room with a beautiful buffet of appetizers and croques but also a gigantic wedding cake, which was drawn by Sander in his sketchbook, since as the artist and big lover he is, he really wanted to design it. The cake had three layers and on top of it, we saw their lips about to kiss. On the sides, there was a compilation of photos of the two of them along with a quote that seemed to go around the cake: jij en ik, honderd procent, voor altijd in elk universum. The cake was vanilla and white chocolate, it was one of their favorite flavors because it left a pretty sweet taste in their mouth. They had also chosen this flavor to make the pictures on the sides stand out. These black and white photos were taken by the two of them on a beautiful summer day. There were pictures of them holding hands, kissing, but also of Robbe's dimples and smile that Sander had time to capture with his camera after they had finished their pillow fight.

The guests (among others the broerrrs, Zoënne, Milan, Yasmina...) were having fun, constantly laughing and dancing to Sander's Bowie playlist. Sander didn’t have too much trouble convincing Robbe to put on his playlist; he just took on a seductive air, which comes so natural to him, and gave him a few pouts that Robbe was unable to resist and multiple kisses that he deepened, and as usual it ended in a perfect make-out session filled with passion, love and desire.

After a while, while Robbe was talking to the broerrrs, Sander suddenly got up from his chair and in his beautiful white suit, went to the stage where the DJ was also playing Rebel Rebel. Sander asked him to cut the music whispering in his ear that it was time. When the music was cut, everyone, surprised, turned to the stage where Sander took the microphone and touched it a few times to see if it worked. Then when it was checked, Sander looked at Robbe who was already looking at him, a little confused because they never talked about what was happening just now. Robbe was irresistibly handsome in his white suit that molded his body so well. His medium-length brown hair was a brilliant color and Sander wanted to run his fingers through his beautiful curls, which were so soft and that made him so weak. As if that wasn't enough, Robbe's silver wedding ring and his silver earring shone in the lights and Sander was breathless realizing once again that Robbe was his, he felt so lucky and wanted to immortalize this moment. Robbe looked like a heavenly being, so perfect in that outfit that Sander wanted to take off even more on their wedding night.

Sander smiled stupidly, and eyes fixed on Robbe, he said, “Angel, this song is for you.” Everyone went, “Oooouuh,” and Moyo grinned and teasingly elbowed Robbe as he started to blush at this unexpected situation. Sander smiled and closed his eyes for a few seconds, to bring out all those sincere emotions, before opening them again and focusing on the one. He began to sing when he had the attention of the whole room:

" Since I saw you, under that night when the moonlight shone on you, I haven't stopped thinking about you. I knew it wasn't temporary, it was something much stronger that I felt every time you were by my side. You make my life so much better, you are my present and my future because I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Because I love you, I love you, Robin "

Sander slowed down the second I love you to indicate that he meant it and always will. The crowd understood that it was over and applauded like never before, some guests whistled to show their appreciation for this act that nobody thought would happen, even though we know that Sander likes to sing and that he likes to shout his love for Robbe from the rooftops, but because we knows that sometimes in front of great acts like this Robbe looks so shy and Sander doesn't want to embarrass Robbe. However, he took his courage in both hands and went into expressing his love for Robbe, as he used to say all the way or no way.

Zoë was crying her eyes out in Senne's arms, because it was just so beautiful. Even Aaron had tears in his eyes, even though he kept telling the broerrrs that he had something in his eye. But Amber who was next to him smiled because she didn't believe him, and knowing the great sensitive soul that Arron is, comforted him by giving him a hug. Robbe who didn't take his eyes off Sander, crying in shock at this declaration made in front of everyone, this song sung only for him, by the love of his life. He had butterflies in his stomach like every time Sander proved his love once again and he was so grateful to have found his real happiness, Sander.

In an instant, there was a moment where their eyes connected in such strong love and time stopped. Robbe smiled so much that it hurt, but he didn’t care. He just wanted Sander to know he really liked his performance. Sander, who was relaxed now, smiled beautifully at Robbe, eyes shining bright, and put the microphone back in its place.

As the applause continued, Robbe mimed love you so much, crying with his cheeks pink and Sander, who understood him completely, went towards him, and towards his future, with a big smile on his face.

Preparing Requests!

So this year I might actually have time to do inktober, but instead of sitting down and needing to think up an idea and composition for each prompt, I’d rather just have something I can just draw and enjoy. Also I haven’t drawn proper fanart in a long while SO.

Please send in characters you’d like to see me draw in ink, in my style! I guess send in as many as you like, just note I may not draw all of them (heck I might throw in a fandom I want to draw for—). I’ll also be asking this on my Instagram.

I will be using ink, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be a hint of colour every now and then. Maybe. :’D

Rules:

-Nothing hateful or discriminatory.

-Keep it PG-13!

-If the character has several iterations, specify which iteration you want them from or if you want me to come up with my own version.

-This is specifically for characters from existing fandoms; not fan characters. Fan interpretations/AUs are okay though, especially if public domain characters!

-You can suggest as many characters as you want, but I’ll be drawing only one character per drawing.

-This is just for fun so please don’t get mad if your request doesn’t make it (or if I end up not finishing Inktober, although I guess in that case I guess you’re allowed some disapproving tutting :’D).

-I think real people you’re fans of are okay IF they play a character of some sort (ex: Markiplier’s warfstache, Thomas Sanders and the Sander Sides, etc.). Mostly aiming for fictional, here.

-If the character you’re a fan of belongs to an indie creator (ex: a webcomic artist or animator) please link me to their stuff so I can credit and/or tag them! :D

-If the character is from a non-visual medium with no official design, I’d appreciate a heads up!
