ngl the whole ‘jouno actually really cares about the innocent uwu’ is such a copout on asagiris part
#mostly is just boring i think jounos much more fun when hes actively being awful#but theres also that thing that you can see with minoura and yokohama police in general#where theyre all portrayed as good people who are just serving a corrupt power#but that’s not how this works even if cops are okay on personal level they’re still an active part of state inflicted violence#and hunting dogs especially#jouno admits to enjoying the power being a cop gives him and irdc what tetcho says tbh#esp since tetcho is clearly the least aware of them all#idk i really don’t want them to get like. redemption arcs#their actions are understandable given who they are but that doesn’t mean they’re good people#idk as long as hunting dogs exist as a military group i refuse to think of any of them as good people#except tachihara maybe since he was forced to join basically#idk asagiri does a good job with the anti government themes#and there’s obv a decent amount of critique of military and police!! but why does he not go through with it until the endddddd#txt.
